Gregory Stefan Jr. did a wonderful job memorializing my family member. The stone work was great and I am extremely happy with the military emblem placed on the headstone! Very friendly and great service!
Same Here ZERO STARS My Dad passed in May no body answers calls very sad GREG is doing this to so many people if I wouldve known and seen all these BAD REVIEWS I wouldve never held our Trust in him..He Preys on people that are suffering and does NOT FOLLOW THRU!Amazing How Cruel this man is....I am going to start calling the NEWS Channels as YOUR NOT gonna get away with the GREG.

Been waiting on my grand mother’s head stone for 2 years. No one is returning phone calls.
Contract paid in full in advance in June, 2017, work still uncompleted as of March 2019. Repeated calls go unanswered. The next call will be from my lawyer. Steer clear of this business.
I placed an order on February last year Greg promised me that it will be place on my daughter grave before the anniversary well still not there yet and they avoid all my phone calls I cant believe this people they trying to scam people when they are most vulnerable shame on you.
We are so happy with our family monument they truly helped each step of the way. Highly recommend.

2019-12-19My daughter passed away a little over five years ago. I struggled with her passing. I want to thank this company for the love and compassion put into helping me move forward in my grieving process and helping me celebrate the passing of my daughter with joy this year. Thank you for placing the most beautiful headstone for my daughter right on time for Christmas as promised. God bless you, Merry Christmas and a Prosperous New Year. Thank you Greg.

2019-06-03Very unsatisfactory. Ordered and paid on August 10, 2018, stone promised for late fall or early winter. Old stone removed December 2018. New stone still not placed. Phone calls go straight to answering machine. If you get a call back, its nothing but excuses, no performance. Dealing with this company was a BIG mistake.

2019-11-13Scam of a company. They solicited my father after my mothers passing. After this review I am contacting the better business bureau. 6 months of repeated phone calls, no answer. Left a messages and none were returned. Called the memorial place my mother is buried in and they have not heard from the company at all. Today I called and to my surprise someone answered. She could not give me any status update, could not answer how long it takes to get a grave marker made. When I told her weve been calling for months with no answer she didnt know what to say and said I dont know why am here in and out I wonder why because none of our question could be answered anyway. I was told the main office would have to call me back. It was clear I was being rushed off the phone. So I said this was the last call and if I didnt get an answer we are going straight so small claims. She responded with ok Ill tell them and laughed nervously. No problem, looks like small claims it is which is already in motion for sure. Shame on you for doing this to grieving family members. How disgusting.

2020-02-04My father was solicited at the cemetery for headstone services, as my mother passed away 12/12/17, my father signed a contract with this service for headstone engraving on a pre-existing monument, shortly after her passing. Paid the deposit, and was recently billed for remaining balance. As of today, 2/3/2020, the job has yet been completed. Contacted office three times. Awaiting the platitudes and the toll free number...Shady and completely unacceptable.Complaint filed with PA Attorney General Office and pursuing legal action.

2020-03-19They came to the house in July 2019 , said they will take care of us and have the stone ready 6-8 weeks, we paid up front, 7 months later still waiting, call a few times, phone calls never returned, still waiting.Now it is March 19 2020, still waiting, called a few times lady answered last month took my information and have not heard nothing back.

2019-03-15Thank you 1843 Memorials for the beautiful headstone for a young child taken too soon from this world. It was installed today, just days before the year anniversary of his passing. I hope the stone brings comfort to all the friends and family when they visit it and reminds everyone of his strength! It was such a blessing to see it today for the first time. Words cannot express my gratitude for this.

2020-01-31DO NOT ASSOCIATE YOURSELF WITH THIS COMPANY!! My grandfathers headstone has been promised to be up for months. They even failed to put a marker where his body is, we had to get a map of the cemetery to find him! This place is 100% a scam. We have called countless times and received no answer, but I see they are easily responding to reviews. So unbelievably unprofessional.

2019-09-16I placed an order in April 2018 for my mother’s name to be added to my fathers headstone. Unfortunately, my experience is similar to others and 18 months later I’m still waitimg for the engraving. The company blames the weather for delays and doesn’t return phone calls. I’ve been to the office for Gallagher Memorials without any success.

2018-12-200 stars should be an option.They were paid in full 9 months ago and still no headstone. In Sept Greg promised the 2nd week of Oct. Then they promised the 2nd week of Dec. Now they do not return phone calls at all. Guess its time for a lawyer.

2020-06-18$9,000 gone. Grandfather died over a year ago and no headstone delivered. Wont pick up phone or call back. LAWSUIT COMING FOR WAY MORE THAN $9,000. We are talking JAIL TIME.
