Chicken Monday use to include fries and rolls, now it doesnt. I havent bought it in years and I wont be buying it again. You only save one dollar and thats not enough to call it cheap. If you add the gas prices to get there its some of the most expensive chicken Ive ever bought. Its sad to even advertise such a shamble.

I’ve been shopping from here for years but the past few months has been ridiculous I’ve purchased multiple expired items, my 11 month old was eating peanut butter puffs almost a year expired!
If only I could give 0 stars. This is the worst thing that can happen to a mom that is working and tired ready to cook dinner. Get a 96% Lean ground meat that was purchased only 2 days ago and its smelling like i took it out from the trash can. The worst part is that the label say you can purchase it in the store today. NASTY NASTY NASTY smell. 100% GUARANTEED going to the trash. Last purchase at ACME I tell you that!!

Such a well maintained grocery store compared to others the employees are nice, the quality of food they have destroys ShopRite and giant especially the pre-made stuff and the selections are great. I went tonight for my first time in years because Im used to going to either giant or ShopRite and I will probably never go back to either of them places after going here.

Good well organized floor plan, shelves were stocked and neatly placed. Deli counter was well manned with 4 people on a Eagles Sunday, flowed well.
There is a ShopRite across the street that I personally prefer over this Acme but great store nevertheless. Very bright and clean inside and has a kind staff willing to help with anything you need!

There is an issue every single time I am in there. Today, I made the mistake of running in for a few things and I was in line for ever! Kid had no idea what he was doing, did not have the light on and left the register 4 times for help. It was a joke! No reason to be waiting. No Covid no nothing! Just poorly trained and poorly managed!
I came into this place to do a bit of grocery shopping. The first time Ive ever shopped here and the last. I went to the deli to get some lunch meat and cheese and the woman behind the counter wasnt wearing a mask properly, she kept letting the mask fall under her chin while she was cutting my meat and then she started breathing on my food. There is still a pandemic going on and while working with food, you should make sure your mask fits properly. I asked for smoked turkey and the turkey she gave me was NOT smoke turkey at all. So I asked her is she sure this was smoked turkey and she gave me an attitude and I told her to cancel my order. I didnt appreciate the attitude when I asked a simple question and for the fact she screamed at me as well and other customers heard as well is beyond unacceptable. She needs to be fired for her actions. I left my cart in the store and I will NEVER be shopping here ever again. If this is how you make your customers feel, I cant picture myself spending money here ever! Worst store ever. Do not shop here or at the very least do not go to the deli while that bitter older woman is working. The man she was working with was a sweetheart when I asked him to tell her to cancel the order. But thats the only redeeming quality.
Everyone who works at this Acme does an amazing job. The food selection is good. The produce , bakery and deli are excellent! The store is spotless too! I would give this store five stars, but the prices (unless on sale) are too high for my liking.

This is my grocery store. Go probably once a week. Well stocked product like any other grocery store. But like every other one, they have no lanes open. And I don’t we even think about baggers anymore.Highly recommend this place.

I go there mostly for the pharmacy everyone behind that counter are so nice and very helpful too. They all know my name and when I walk up to the counter i dont even have to ask them to get my medicine and they always answer my questions about my medicine. I also have to say that the Bakery Donuts are amazing they are a good price too. My favorite is double cream cookie and cream donuts

A great store that usually has what other stores do not. I looked at four stores for Diet Mt. Dew, and Acme was the only one carrying it. They were a lifesaver.

What a frustrating experience. Very disorganized. They stocked bottles of teriyaki sauce in between bags of popcorn. They had bread crumbs in the baking aisle. And if you wanted to find stuffing, you can find the next two rows of canned vegetables.I would only go here for one quick thing to pick up or something quick for dinner.Youll spend more time looking for things instead of shopping.
Excellent customer service friendly and courteous
I did grab and go, once I found where to park (next to the carts), I called the number and the first time they hung up on me so I waited awhile and was able to get through the second time and got my order, the person that put my groceries in the car was wonderful and had answers to all my questions and I didnt have any complaints of how he packed it all in my backseat (no trunk space).
I only go there because they carry something that the other stores dont that I use but I think theyre a little too high and price and nice people and everything but they dont have a lot of them other things that I use so I have to go to Acme and another store to get everything that I need and if strawberries on any better than anybody elses so dont buy that stuff LOL
Im changing my 5 star to a 1 star because I was doing a price audit and a worker approached me and told me I need written permission from acme to do this. Thats rediculious because every other store has no problem with me doing my price audits. I want a gift card if you ever want my business again. I spend like $400 a month here. Im sure giant will appreciate my business.
Today I had the most amazing experience in ACME. Like never before! During this crazy time! A worker named Savanna was so amazing!!! I forgot to grab a cart and she realized I needed one. Without me even asking she offered to get me one. Then after she got me a cart I asked if they ran out of veggie trays for the day. She went out of her way to request them to make me a fresh one! By far the best experience I ever had in ACME. We need more people like savanna In the world!❤️
Decent local food store, with normal selections, but a bit expensive. Can save money across the street. Only good when they have their sales. Need a better priced organic selection. Staff seems pretty friendly. Deli counter is a bit slow though. Good cakes for birthday parties, everyone always seems to enjoy them. Store is always clean, a bit outdated, but clean nonetheless.
Mainly use the pharmacy. I shop here when there is a good sale so I can get the best prices on the things that my family uses. If you have a good idea what things cost you can get good bargains here any time. The store is clean and the employees are friendly.

Friendly staff, reasonable prices, great selection of produce.Bakery: I get all my cakes from here. The staff is amazing, creative and works with you to create your perfect cake. The cakes are beautifully decorated and yummy. My guests always want to know where did I get the yummy cake.
The store itself isn’t horrible. Acme overall is notorious for high prices so don’t expect anything in the way of a deal that’s worth while. The biggest problem with Acme are their meat selection, especially this one. The cuts are constantly fatty, tough, and just overall, terrible pieces of meat. Shop for the standard stuff here but if you want meat, fish or veggies, go somewhere else. Those departments are in shambles.
Doors locked at 11:40 when they close at 12. How unprofessional. Especially when there’s a self checkout and no one has to do any real work, why lock the doors 20 minutes early? 5 minutes I understand but 20? Seriously? This is closest to my house but I’ll be sure to use the shoprite across the street next time.
This location (Bristol Rd, Bensalem) is my go to store. Its extremely clean, well stocked, and has the nicest employees, always willing to help and do so with a smile, regardless of time of day/night. Thank you to all of you who are working & keeping the store sanitized & safe for the community. You are all APPRECIATED VERY MUCH!! 🙏🏼🤗👍🌟🤩🙏🏼Although ACME isnt always the lowest price, if you view the circular and use the online app(HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!) /coupons, you can plan your visit & save. They run great sales on produce, cereal, frozen items (lean cuisine, pizza, waffles /other quick breakfast items for kids, ice cream 😁, etc.)In addition to the above, ACMES store brand items are just as good as name brands and a great price. (Im picky so the items I have tried are pasta & frozen foods,& theres no difference- especially their ice cream! 👍)

Always a clean and pleasant experience. The monopoly game is addicting and gets you to spend more than you need in hopes of winning. This location went through a re-model in the last year and now have beer and wine for purchase. They also have sushi, its not the same quality as the Acme in Newtown but its still delicious.
My go-to supermarket. I keep trying other markets, but keep coming back to this one. Consistent staff, clean and carries more variety than others. Lancaster brand meats are also very good generally. It might be a a tad more expensive.
Acme as always was a good experience all though my wife really prefers sprite zero and for some unknown reason they never seem to have it in Stock, no matter who I complain to, customer service doesnt seem to bother any body. I even mentioned that to the store manager and he didnt seem to have any idea what I was talking about, and ,we also enjoyed the Acme brand of diet green tea which was phenomenal when you could find it however they decided to discontinue that .They seem more focused on selling beer and wine, than groceries anymore. They have moved the soda and the bread. Bread is now all the way on the last aisles, barely shop there any More why theres a beer distributor right next door. Just put him out of business right
The store is really nice and well kept. Everything is stocked well. I found them to be pricier than other major grocery chains in the area.
Always good, Clean, covid prepared And has some items you don’t/can’t find else where oh and employees for the most part are good mix of young and old but the kicker is that both are polite and helpful when you ask for help you actually get it (mind blown). Anyway great place.

A good midsized Acme grocery store. It has the things you would usually expect but it does lack some stuff like semolina flour or clam stock.
Excellent, helpful, friendly service. BUD, an employee at Acme has helped my grandmother numerous while she tried to navigate aisles from motor chair. Also great displays and choices. Fresh too.

This is one of the nicer ACMEs its very clean and has alot of options, they are very good at keeping their items in stock especially when they are having a sale. The employees are very nice and available to offer assistance when needed. They do a good job here!
Our order arrived 30 minutes past the latest time and smelled so strongly of smoke that we had to throw out anything cardboard and I had to take Benadryl from the rash I got (I’m allergic). This was a terrible delivery and we will try Giant in the future.Edit 1/17- Instacart, after a delay, did respond to me with what I felt were sincere apologies and refunded my order. They have also promised this will not happen again in the future. Because of their excellent customer service I have adjusted my review.

Very clean store, many items are always on sale. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I saved $95 on a $185 order with sales items and the store app. I paid only $90.

I go there because I like Acme beef , also employs are Union and they get a better pay which I believe reflects on them doing their job. Today I bought to Sirloin steaks for the price of one, I plan on making a big pot of stew.

Awful super market. I went in there to pick up a couple of items for a party nearby, their selection is awful, it was very over priced, and quality is not good. Their prepared section is a joke, its expensive, not fresh and void of any flavor. Not good, I do not recommend.

Usually a well-kept market with very few problems. They do however have a small portion of registers kept open to customers which can make it a hassle on busy days. They should seriously consider making more registers available to their customers.

2022-03-14This Acme has great crab legs. They steam them up for you right there. Always fresh....then I took them home and tossed them on the grill for about 5/10 minutes with no flame under them...so they get that warm smokey taste from the burgers and dogs. Thats what Im talkin bout....😎

2019-04-15Basic grocery store. Produce department stinks. No fancy departments other than a bakery. Has competitive prices on a lot of items. Has a bank and no frills pharmacy inside and you can buy DVDs, batteries, lottery tickets at customer service. The parking lot is nice and big, but getting in and out can sometimes be dangerous. Best times to go are when they do Monopoly promo and in November when they give out free Turkey with purchase.

2022-06-26Acme wants customers, if you think-if anybody has called you stupid then please check out with a cashier if you know--- then go to self service, at self service nobody will interfere, you will be out of parking lot with your goods before the light turns green unless an idiot is in front, lights in Pa, are set, get the green and go !!! by the way ALL Acmes have great prices, almost as good as Walmart.

2019-02-23Regular Acme. but very well maintained and they keep cleaning constantly... good customer service and stuff easily available through their stickers.... they also have citizen bank in it.... good part is that bank is open on Saturday till 3pm... nice place to visit for shopping.

2022-03-17I’m so disappointed, went shopping here over the weekend and all of the salads on the shelves were expired. Purchased yogurt and when I went to eat it, realized that too had already passed expiration date. Food is too expensive to be buying to throw away. I wish I could say this is the first time I’ve had concerns.. as a working mother, I barely have time to grocery shop the first time around - no time to go back to get a refund/exchange.

2022-07-07I went to Acme because the store I normally shop at was out of things I needed. I am sorry I didnt go a little farther to another location of my regular store. Everything I purchased at Acme cost two to three dollars more. I spent $88 when the cost would have been around $60 anywhere else.
