Advanced Dentistry and Dr. Batra have a clean and well run office. I was very pleased to see what I walked into. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable, especially Dr. Batra. I will surely let everyone I know about the service I received and I hope I continue to receive. Awesome!
Horrible Horrible Horrible Dental Practice. Dr. BATRA is unprofessional and uncaring . She only cares about money and how much she can bill your dental insurance . I had the most traumatic experience going to this practice, Save yourself time and money. Don’t PATRONIZE this practice. There is never enough staff, she rushes from patient to patient and is so discourteous. I have reported this practice to the BBB because of the work or non work that she does. You’ve been warned, please find another practice.😡😬😬
DO NOT GO HERE!! So many people are misinformed about what quality and COMPASSIONATE (you won’t find compassion here) dental care is. This place is not it!! They are NOT supposed to charge upfront. They are not supposed to perform surgeries as none of the dentists are oral surgeons. The doctor is NOT certified to do the majority of the work they advertise. They are NOT helpful when mistakes are made. They will attack you based on your race and they do not believe in patients rights. Do not go here if you value your dental health. Dr Batra is the worst of them all! Do not make the mistake of letting her know you are nervous about dental work bc she will treat you with utter contempt and do haphazard work on your mouth. I have to see an ear nose and throat doctor as well as have surgery in my jaw after a botched extraction. Do NOT trust this practice with your care. Especially if you are black! They are exploiting your miseducation of properly administered health care. If you want proof request reply to my review and I will gladly send the proof you need to never come to this practice. They also mishandled my documents and had me sign paperwork while I was under he influence of anestihsia. STAY AWAY FROM THUS PLACE!!!
Horrible experience. The dentist never introduced herself. When I tried to ask questions about the procedure she accused me of trying to tell er how to do her job. Her exact words were “You can’t come in here to tell me how to do my job.” I was trying to explain to her my teeth sensitivity and to see me as a patient. She went in to a tirade about her expertise and how good she is at what she does, “That’s why my office is expanding.” She should recognize her office is expanding because if the people who patronize her. I could do nothing but stare at her with my mouth open. I felt belittled verbally abused and invalidated. I don’t know how good she is as a dentist but as a human being she leaves a lot to be desired. I would not recommend this office to anyone!!!!
I went to so many dentist and was not satisfied in a while in my lifetime and this is the best dentist I have never been so comfortable , everyone that works here is extremely helpful and super nice and gentle no pain what so ever I suffer from a lot of depression and pain and they make me feel so comfortable I never felt so comfortable ever in my life especially with the people that treat me today Dr. Batra and also the assistant Dahlia she was amazing they were the most amazing people that treated me including the one that prep me Ms Michelle was so nice I just feel 100% comfortable and normally the the dentist is not a fun place if I could give it 10 stars I will give it 10 stars but you guys only gave me an option of five
Dr.Batra was very quick and professional when she installed my implant . There was minimal pain, which was the perfect visit. Also, the receptionist , Talores was very helpful.
My implant got done am so excited it was so easy and pain free I would recommend everyone to do it right here at advanced dentistry

It’s always a pleasant experience each time I visit Advanced Dentistry. The staff are knowledgeable and welcoming and happy to work to accommodate your needs, from scheduling to insurance to payment plans for expensive procedures. 100% recommend their services to anyone, especially if you’re seeking Invisalign, as I had an excellent experience with that portion of their offerings. Dr. Batra always takes time to check in with her patients and explains each procedure thoroughly to ease anxiety and address concerns. Cannot recommend her and her office enough!
* My name is Unique Jones, check your records. This absolutely the kind of customer service you give!*This dentist office is horrible. They have no consideration for their patients personal lives at all, it’s all about the money for them… I called to reschedule my appointment because it was the same day as my son’s birthday party. I explained the situation to the Receptionist and told her I thought I would’ve been able to make it but I just have too much to do for my child’s party. She became upset with me and told me that this is my second time rescheduling( she’s talking about two separate appointments) and that I would have to pay a $50 fee for canceling my appointment last minute. I said canceling and rescheduling are two different things but ok I’ll pay the $50( even though a $50 fee is beyond ridiculous). She then proceeded to tell me( with an attitude) that I can call back whenever I’m ready to make another appointment. I said I ready now. She refused to schedule a new appointment for me as a punishment for me wanting to reschedule MY APPOINTMENT. I was in disbelief! She really took me wanting to reschedule my appointment personal. The hypocrisy of it all is that she had called me on multiple occasions to reschedule my appointments to a time that works best for them! I have a few other complaints, but this was the one that did it for me. Don’t waist your time with this dentist office, us a patients deserve to be treated with professionalism and consideration especially if we’re the one’s spending our hard earned money.
Great office. I’ve been a patient in Dr. Batra’s office for over a year now and I must say this is the best dentist I’ve ever had. The office is clean and COVID safe, the wait times are short, scheduling is flexible, and the dental services are excellent. Dr Batra has done a lot of work in my mouth and I’ve had no issues at all. I am very satisfied with all of the treatment I’ve received here. Highly recommended

I have been going to advanced dentistry of Philadelphia for a year and I love it. My teeth and gums havent been this healthy in a while. The dental hygienist is not too rough on the teeth. The only downside is they dont accept all insurance companies so I wasnt able to refer some of my family. However the options they have to keep your teeth and gums healthy are phenomenal. Make sure you show up on time for your appointment!

Whatever the issue may be, Dr. Batra and staff will take care of it. I cannot adequately express how much I appreciate all that has been done. I had an emergency several years ago. My sister said to call Advanced Dentistry. I was in terrible pain; part of the root from an extraction was left behind by another dentist. It became infected and Dr. Batra called me back herself and said come right in. Since then, I have not looked back. Dr. Batra truly works tirelessly to take care of you. I have had quite a bit of work done resulting from adverse effects of medication...truly a blessing!!
Dr. Batra and her staff are always exceptionally friendly and helpful. I have recently received dental crowns and my teeth look great. I have also used invisalign treatments for other issues. I have only been coming to this dental office for a few years but my dental health has improved significantly.
This is by far the best Dentist in Philadelphia. I came in due to an infected tooth which led me into the ICU and Dr. Barta was with me every step of the way!!! Helping me correct all issue I had. The staff is very friendly and caring. Today I received an surgical procedure and I felt nothing and Dr. Barta and assistant was very attentive and confirming my comfort the entire time. I have found my dental home forsure!!!!!!!
I made an appointment but when I arrived they swiftly took an X-ray of the tooth that was bothering me and then everyone disappeared. I waited over an hour and a half for a dentist to come in to great me or at least communicate with me and / or apologize for the delay. But nothing. I eventually left because I felt I had waited long enough and had other obligations that day that I could not reschedule. I called several times after that visit to reschedule and left several voice and text messages but no one in this office ever returned my call. I do not recommend this place and wonder how/why others had drastically different experiences than I did!?!? If I could give zero stars I would because at this point, several weeks later, I still have not heard back from anyone in this establishment!
I Love my dentist. She was,kind gentle, very understanding. I had to have 2 root canals done on 2 different occasions. BOTH time she took her time.l dont tolerate pain well,so she really had to give me extra numbing,which ment extra needles.But she was a jewel.The staff are always professional, efficient. I recommend this dentist to everyone. They work within your dental plan,and any out of pocket expenses,are explained to you,before they start. Thank you
I am a new patient at Advanced Dentistry of Philadelphia. I received amazing care from the moment I stepped into the waiting area to the examination rooms to checking out. I was greeted with kindness and smiles at the desk. The wait was not long. The facility is nice and high tech. I went in for my cleaning today with Nellie- Dental Hygienist, and she was absolutely wonderful! Before she was even finished my teeth, they felt amazing. And she even explained what she was doing to make me feel even more comfortable. Needless to say I plan on having my and my family cleanings done with her from here on out!Dr. Batra herself is very polite and knowledgeable in her field. Equipped with latest tools needed to support any dental diagnosis and treatment. The whole staff really helped me come in as a new patient and took care of all the insurance and billing with no hassle. Thanks so much!I highly recommend Dr. Batra and her team at Advanced Dentistry of Philadelphia!! If youre not going there then youre not getting the best dental care!
I had a bad experience with them being petty about missing an appointment and I wrote a review. The supervisor called me and paid me $50.00 to delete my bad review. So I deleted. Also, the did a crown saying I only had to pay $26 and the submitted the wrong information to insurance and the insurance wouldn’t pay. They lied and told me they was waiting for insurance and I had to pay 1600.00. I called my insurance company and they said the dentist was responsible for the 1,600.00 because they were under contract. Now they won’t see me again until my balance is cleared! Which is a balance that I didn’t even owe. This is a shady dentist! Making me pay for mistakes submitted by them!
This Dentist office is horrible! I paid for what should have been Xrays and a Consultation. I received the Xrays and waited for over 30mins for Dr. Batra to come in to the room. WITH A UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE! and Say Hi, Why are you here today, I explained why I was there and told her I was in need of a teeth cleaning bad..She checked one tooth and told me what she thought I needed(which is fine thats her job) I asked her when can I come for a teeth cleaning and I thought I paid for XRays and a consultation. She looked at her computer and told me I was scheduled as an emergency visit. BY WHO!! I was informed by the person that scheduled my appt. that I would be scheduled as a new patient and would need to get XRays and a Consultantion done. My issue is the Nasty response I received when I began asking questions. How I was cut off while talking none of my questions was answered and This UNPROFESSIONAL dentist just walked out the room with out saying ok please see the secretary at front desk, or thanks for coming you can schedule up front etc. The only good experience I had was the girl that did my X-Rays she was pleasant. If you camt answer a question about my mouth. I WISH I would pay my money to you to allow you in my mouth! Absolutely Horrible Most Unprofessional place ever!
I had a great experience at Advanced Dentistry of Philadelphia. Super friendly staff and the nicest dentist office you are ever going to find. Dr. Batra is a true professional and uses latest technology equipment I havent seen used before. I do not have insurance, so they also offered me an in-house dental plan that includes cleanings and x-rays which is a great deal. Thank you Dr. Batra.

I had the opportunity to experience my initial visit at Advanced Dentistry of Philadelphia last week, and I was very impressed. The dentist there is very cordial and professional; and so is the office staff. The dental facility is also very clean, which is important to me considering the current COVID-19 crisis. If you are local to the Northwest Philadelphia region and are looking for a good dental practice, you should seriously consider this location.
The office has a really nice staff but has been by far the worst dentist/ practice I have used. Every appointment except one has been rescheduled. They do not take into account that people have to plan around work. They close and close early on different days from week to week. It doesnt seem like the staff knows the schedule as they make the appointments and then call within days of the appointment to reschedule. They do not give accurate information about my visits. On two occasions I was completely blind sighted about what was needed. Due to lack of communication of the staff, I had to reschedule and make another appointment weeks out to come back for the same issue. The staff had a non-chalant attitude stating someone should have told me. Yet on more than one occasion, no one told me and I was inconvenienced having to come back and take off work again. They will not mail the ordered items to another dentist. With so much inconvenience being caused, as a courtesy I dont see why they would not be willing to send the items. I had fillings put in by the DR at my 2nd or 3rd visit. On the very next visit after getting the fillings (not even a month later), the tech advised my filling/s were already coming out. I wish I could leave a better experience but outside of the first consultation with Advanced Dentistry, the experience has been awful. Nice people, but business practice could use work.
Came here due to serious tooth pain (my primary dentist was closed) i was experiencing, the staff was very efficient and friendly with getting me an appointment and was able to also preform a root canal same day on the tooth that was giving me pain. The doctor and staff is very helpful, informational, friendly and very professional. They were very quick with me being seen, no waiting around for over 30 min after your appointment time, like what usually happens at other dentist. Very happy with the service here and will be switching to them as my primary dentist.
I would just like to take my time out to thank Advanced Dentistry! The entire staff was very friendly from the time I came in until the time I left they made my feel very comfortable and the service was amazing! The doctor came up with my dental plan I had my tooth extracted (Painless) bone graphing, and my molds were done all in the same day. Without a doubt this is now my new dentist office I can’t thank you guys enough.. Highly recommended!
My visit here was absolutely pleasant and excellent. Everyone here did a wonderful job making me feel comfortable, being nervous about my root canal the dentist and staff conducted everything perfectly and accordingly. I would recommend anyone to got here for dental care. Great dentistry group that works here!
The cleaning was very good. They give good information and seem to really enjoy they work. They helped me with my grinding issue and I actually sleep 100xs better since I was fitted for my nightguard. Only reason they get 4 Stars instead of 5 is because Im still learning the new staff/owners. Im still a Craven guy, they knew me by name when I walked in. That goes a long way with me when its been your dentist office for years, but they starting to win me over as they did. Ima give em a chance.
My experience at this office was great from beginning to ending. I was told over 2 years ago I needed to have my wisdom tooth pulled, I was terrified by this news and never went back to a dentist. But today after attending my appointment with Dr. Batra and having that tooth pulled by her, I no longer FEAR the dentist. Pain free and warm experience had at this office. This is my first ever review of any practice and I feel the need to put my interaction out there so hopefully someone else isn’t wronged. Every single dentist of mine has emphasized that no x rays will be taken during pregnancy due to risk and this office didn’t even allow cleaning or an exam without a full comprehensive exam with x-rays. That is endangering the fetus and I’m sure there are many pregnant women not in health care unaware of the risk involved and fall for their scheme to make more money. My previous dentists would do the x rays after pregnancy is done (had they not educated me on it, an office like this would force me to do them). Picking an office that values their patient more than the amount of money they bring into the practice.
I was very satisfied with everything. I had a root canal and a crown. Dr. Batra and her associates were very skillful and respectful throughout the procedures. The kept me informed on everything they were doing and answered all of my questions. Dr. Batra even asked how I was doing and at the end of the root canal she asked was everything allright. I really appreciated that. Very happy with everything.
I tried to give this dentist office a second chance because I was going through severe tooth pain with the growth of my wisdom teeth. They scheduled an “emergency appointment” and wasted 45 mins of time. Dr. Batra shined a flash light in my mouth and told me to call an oral surgeon. Why wasn’t this explained on the phone when I voiced my concerns that I wanted the tooth pulled?! She basically told me information I already knew. I’m still in pain, in the same position as I was before. Thanks for nothing.
Im really particular about my teeth, so Im glad that Dr Craven brought Dr. B on board. She is really thorough and has high expectations of her staff being proficient, sanitary and organized. She is about educating you about your dental health to prevent you from future problems. I had my teeth cleaned recently by Nicole, the dental hygienist and she is kind and informative; she did a good job. Dr B also performed some dental work on my teeth as well, and she did a good job; she really takes her time. You also wont be disappointed about the upgraded appearance and technology of the office.
The staff was very nice. They were informative and patient. Dr. Batra was very nice. She explained every thing she was doing. She made sure that I had no pain during the Implant procedure and that I was comfortable. After the surgery I had very little pain, probably because she was as gentle as she could be. Yesterday I was tended to by dental hygienist Nicole. She was very professional, explained each step of the process as she took my x-rays and cleaned my teeth. Since I have several implants, she provided suggestions on how to best protect my investment and prolong the health of my teeth. I appreciated her pleasant personality and ability to endure my sense of humor. Since painless is always a pleasure, I look forward to experiencing her services again.

Dr. Batra, Dr. Dudhat and the entire staff made my dental experience a pleasure.I had a dead tooth that needed to be extracted and a new implant to replace it. It was a front, top tooth and I needed to remedy it ASAP.Dr. Batra was very patient in talking me through everything regarding the tooth’s (and my gum which had became extremely infected and bone being totally gone) condition from what had taken place up until where she received me as a patient. She answered any and every question I had. She went through the best strategies to deal with it, while adjusting it to my availability and financial schedules; they even had to do a different type of kit for my case which I found exciting.They’re very knowledgeable and are passionate at what they are doing and it shows. My implant is the best and it came out even better than we all anticipated. I believe she may have photos to share, but if not, I will. And, the new technology they used was amazing.The process took a few months to completion - i between healing and next steps included- but well worth it.My implant IS BEAUTIFUL. Oh and my family couldn’t even tell l, on their own, I had a flipper at one point nor did they notice the implant.Can’t get no better than that!I thank them all and glad that they’re my new mouth angels.T. I have been surprised yet very satisfied with the workmenship provided at Advanced Dentistry of Philadelphia by Dr Pallavi Batra, D.M.D. Surprised because I was a client of the previous owner for more than 15 years and did not think I would again find quality dental work. I am a person that believes you pay for quality and thankfully this is what I received. I will continue to be a client of Dr Batra and will recommend her services to others.
I am probably the most difficult patient of Dr. Batra. She is an excellent dentist and I should probably give her a chance! This practice was formerly Dr. Adam Cravens and I will admit my bias however, Dr. Batra has been wonderful.

Found this dentist office through google search. Had an emergency root canal. Was very nervous, but the experience was smooth. Dr. Batra made sure I knew what was happening throughout the procedure, helping get rid of my anxiety. Happy to have a new dentist.
Dr. Batra is amazing ! I lost my front tooth which is extremely scary and stressful. She was more than patient with me during the whole process of my procedure from start to finish, even putting a rush on my order for what she calls a “fibber” , in time for me to make my family reunion & she did not have to do that so I am forever grateful to her . She also was very relaxing, reassuring & swift during my numbing process which I love , bc nobody likes the thought of needles going in their gums . She is a true professional and great at what she does, brought me to tears when I seen my temporary, still have a second part to complete in a couple of months but I wouldn’t want to do it with any other dentist !!
The Best Dentist Office in Philadelphia!I visited many dentist offices in my lifetime but I have never been to an dentist office as beautifully designed with staff as friendly and professional as Advance Dentistry of Philadelphia.First thing I would like to say is I was greeted with a smile from the receptionists the moment I walked through the doors, they both were eager to help as I did not have an appointment or dental insurance but needed to see the doctor.The dentist, Dr.Batra is AWESOME, she immediately took care of me from start to finish. She did an tooth extraction with bone graft and explained every step of the process to make sure I was completely comfortable. During the procedure I did not feel any pain and later she called me at home to make sure everything was going well. Dr.Batra really cares about her patients.I plan on going back after healing to get a tooth implant with her. I trust Dr.Batra completely with my dental needs and I recommend anyone who needs a good dentist that is highly skilled to go to Dr. Batra she will take good care of you!!!!
Dr. Batra was wonderful. I was seen as soon as I walked through the door and throughout the whole process she made sure I was comfortable which is hard to do when someone is getting a root canal. The hours are convenient! All of the staff is friendly, and they offer payment plans that will fit your budget. I would definitely recommend to any one!
I temped as a hygienist at this office at one point couple months back and had great experience with patients and the office staff. They renovated the office to a brand new one along with all the new technologies they use including LANAP, glycine, iTero scan (digital 3D impression so no messy impression for patients anymore ) is pretty amazing for patient treatment. I worked as a temp hygienist at least 40 different offices between last year and this year and this office was the best around that area. I would highly recommend this office. It is very rewarding to me as a dental hygienist to see patients get the best treatment possible and this office will provide you that!!

Came into the office last week for consultation, after seeing 3 other dentist, and today had tooth extracted and bone graph.Dr. Batra explained every step of this process throughly and explained all my options. Ive been a patient of Dr. Adam Craven for at least 7 years, and to my surprise he sold the practice recently. The new owners Advanced Dentistry are just as friendly and professional, taking good care of me during my recent checkup. Im happy to know that Dr. Craven is still there - so Ill continue my dental care for sure...love Him!
I arrived at my appointment 5 minutes early and although the waiting room was packed, they took me right on time. The dental tech who cleaned my teeth was very knowledgeable and gave good advice on what she saw during the cleaning. Then Dr Batras examination was painless and her bedside manner was painless.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Craven for a very long time and I’ve always had a very pleasant experience. Dr. Craven and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They take their time with you, answer any questions you have and address any of your concerns. The office is very clean & organized. In all of my years of receiving dental care at this practice, my experience has always been a great one & I highly recommend it.
It was a nightmare experience Dr. Brata extracted 10 teeth all at one time leaving bone spurs and gum abscess in my mouth. When I tried calling her office to let her know something was wrong with my mouth she ignored me and never returned my phone calls. As a result of her negligence I was hospitalized for 1 week. I am currently seeking counseling for a malpractice suit.💯

It had been such a long time since Id been to the dentist that I knew I needed extensive work. Dr Pallavi Batra at Advanced Dentistry of Philadelphia was a godsend. She toook her time and explained all that needed to be done and the extractions were painless. No one else will do.
My new dentist. The reception at the front desk is nice. The hygienist was very warm and nice so is the dentist I really like this office even tho they Saturday’s are always full. They call if they have a cancellation so I’m good here.

This place is taking advantage of elderly people, couple weeks ago I call to make appointment for myself and parents, I told the young lady at the desk that we did not had insurance and we will be paying out of pocket she said it ok, the cost for exam and exray $95, we went we paid and got just that, we were offered the company in house insurance, I talk to my parents we decided to take the insurance for them since they needed it, in the contract it is clearly stated that they had 30 days to cancel , it so happen our family was approved for a discounted program the very next week, I took the card from our new program they said they don’t use that program, I said fine, I will have to take my parents to a place that use the new program we have, can we have the $408 that was deducted from their debit card replaced, to our surprise the receptionist said she don’t think we can have it back, she ask for a a day to speak to her boss she call back the following day and said we can only give your parents $128 back, because the $95 was a special so the remaining money will go to the service they receive, keep in mind we paid $95 each because my parents wanted out of the contract, this company decided not to give them back all their money, please don’t take their in house insurance, because where they stated you can cancel in 30 days that’s a big fat lie, they will find a way to keep your money even if they have to make up a silly reason.
Thank you Dr. B. My wisdom tooth was killing me and Dr.B extracted the tooth. Dr. B also is hilarious. The process of quick and painless. I can finally go to sleep without my mouth bothering me. I will be coming back!

I had my teeth cleaned [ upper dental implants] and was extremely pleased with the procedure. Plus, because of the mouthwash prescribed by Dr. Craven, I did not develop any sinus issues.

I needed an emergency root canal and filling and they was about to get me in really quickly and also helped with finances because I was uninsured at the time. Everyone is really nice and professional.

From the front desk, to billing, to hygienists, to the dentists, this is one exceptionally professional office! Dr. Batra put a crown on one of my molars and it’s simply a work of art. . . it immediately felt natural, fit perfectly, and it literally looks like one of my own teeth. Just so awesome! And my hygienist is kind, considerate, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. Throughout the visit she often asks me “are you doing okay?”, and she is always offering helpful advice to ensure that I am keeping my dental hygiene in tip-top shape! It shines through that she really loves her work, and patients! I can’t thank you all enough!

2022-06-231st Id like to start by saying like anybody else I was scared coming to the dentist but this is my familys dentist, I was assured that they are the best!!!So when I came in the office just like i was told from Beginning to end it was a great experience they made me feel very comfortable, I was reinsured I was in great hands and to my surprise I was!!! The doctor & dentist assistants talked me through my implant procedure and before I knew it, it was over. If you want great work done and an awesome experience theres no other place to go then ADVANCED DENTISTRY OF PHILADELPHIA!!!!!

2022-06-17My first appointment, I really enjoyed my experience. They were very helpful and acknowledged that I had some mental health issues which will sometimes mean that I was not taking care of myself in some aspects. Well, on the 17th of June, it became a complete 180. I had to get two fillings and this was not the first time I had them done. Past dentists I had would help ease the pain/pinching feeling if I had to say “Pause for a second. I’m feeling something.” This doctor, however told me to sit still and stop jumping (the sensitivity was really getting to me). I tried to stop and tell them but I was met with “We don’t want to give you too much. We’re almost done the procedure. I’m a doctor so I know how much to give you.” I was almost ready to explode and tell them that they do NOT get to tell me when I’m in pain and not in pain. It’s their job to make sure I’m treated well but also value my comfort as a patient.Until this place improves, I will be moving to a different dentistry

At this point I’ve had 3 procedures, all of them were well done w/no complications. Advanced Dentistry is an excellent choice for your dental needs & Dr Pallavi is highly skilled in her dental expertise. As well, her support personnel, clerical, billing, intake & dental technicians are competent, pleasant & friendly.

2022-04-28I am a new patient that had a HUGE fear of the dentist. Dr. Batra is a breath of fresh air!! Extremely nice, personable, and very detailed when giving information regarding dental work that is needed. I look forward to coming again and having Dr. Batra perform the work needed on my teeth. 2022-04-08Very clean and beautiful office. Everyone was very nice and respectful. The assistant was very thorough with explaining my treatment to me. The receptionist was great made sure my appointments were scheduled for my next visit and broke down my insurance for me. Would highly recommend.

2022-06-21I really tried to love this place, but I honestly can not take the inconsistency any longer. I was going here for a year. I complete my Invisalign treatment and so far completed 2 regular dental visits. Invisalign treatment is very time consuming (appointments every 4-6 weeks). With that being said every single appointment I’ve made with this office has been rescheduled. Every single appointment!! It’s annoying! They will text you two weeks prior to confirm and a week later. I’ve confirmed every appointment and literally the day before they will call to reschedule. I had an appointment for this upcoming Monday. I confirmed 4-5 times either via text or phone call, only for the office to cancel the appointment because someone took off on Monday. Apparently, my time does not matter! It’s sad at this point! Also, make sure you check your billing statements! It took me almost 4 weeks (after finding out about the double dipping) to get $1400 back because I was initially told a service wasn’t covered but later found out it was when they billed my insurance company. I will be returning to my previous dental office. I’ve never had this much inconsistency with a dental practice.
