Mitsubishi mini split wasnt sending out cool air, Tom diagnosed the problem and got it refilled, but he will come back in Sept for a deep dive to fix the source if the pinhole leak. He was very through and showed me pictures if the connection where the bigger problem lies and will get it done.
Technician arrived promptly and provided a diagnosis of the problem we were having with the a/c handler. Tech returned a week later and made the necessary repairs. Nice people to deal with.
Pete was a pleasure to have at our apartment to fix the AC after 5 days of suffering in the Philly heat! Pete was quick, professional, and showed us what the problem was with our AC. He also advised us to change filter every 3 months and keep the fan setting on to avoid pockets of heat in the house (like upstairs). Thanks Pete!

Whenever you contract for services there always a hesitancy because. you just dont know. However, I was more than satisfied with the installation of my heater. It wasnt just the installation, it was also the customer care. I had no heat and the owner assure me before the holidays I would have heat. He kept his word.I would definite recommend this company.

Tom and his crew replaced my 2 zone heating and air conditioning system. The job was particularly difficult as all of the equipment was suspended from ceilings inside and outside my unit but they did a great job of working in very challenging conditions. My systems died right before my wife had a baby and AirMaster was able to come out and replace the systems on very short notice for a very fair price. Tom is more knowledgeable about the workings of residential HVAC systems than anyone I have previously dealt with in my home. I would definitely recommend AirMaster and will use them again for future HVAC needs, though I suspect my systems should be in great shape for many years to come.
Air Master did a wonderful job installing our air conditioner. They were all so accommodating, friendly and answered every question I had. They cleaned up and left everything just the way it was before. Tom, the owner was right there on the job the entire time. Everyone got there by 8 and never stopped working until it was finished. My daughter just finished having her house installed by Air Master with a house air conditioner in an old stone home and she loved the job too! His prices were so fair and the quality so great she recommended them to me and I was not disappointed! Air Master is the best around! I am so pleased with the entire experience of dealing with Air Masters...from the initial call I placed to the follow up scheduling call and mostly by the service technician, Brett.I called Wednesday evening after 5pm, he arrived Friday morning promptly at 8am. He did a thorough inspection of my hvac system and took the time to carefully explain things about the system to me ( I purchased the house earlier this year ).I would definitely recommend AirMasters and will be requesting Brett for my Spring services!
Tom and his team did an excellent job on replacing old furnace and adding new cooling system on my house. Ive got 3 estimates and Tom gave me the best price. They worked fast and precise, it was scheduled for two days job but it was done in a day. I recommend Airmaster team to everyone and I will use them again in the near future.
I hired AirMaster for a big job: the replacement of two rooftop package HVAC units on a busy commercial street, one of them 50 feet away from the curb, requiring a very large crane and all the associated hullabaloo. Not only was the pricing fair, the experience was one of the best contractor interactions Ive ever had. Tom runs his company like a true professional. He practices excellent customer service and his pricing is fair and reasonable. He responded quickly to resolve a heating issue at my daughters apartment building and communicated with me clearly about what the problem was and how to resolve it. I will use him for any future HVAC problems and will recommend him to others.
I cant say enough good things about Air Master. Everything from their equipment, their contractors and their knowledge inspires confidence. Tom had been out to see us twice and given us detailed quotes on installations we were considering. He spent a lot of time going over the pros and cons and both times we ended up scrapping our plans. The third time our furnace died. Again he offered us a very fair quote and he and his crew took an entire day to install a new efficient system. His team was thorough, professional and very courteous - all four of them. Honestly its hard to find that quality of workmanship these days and this review is entirely unsolicited.

I was looking for a referral for a split AC unit and I came across AirMaster on the neighborhood app NextDoor. I reached out to Tom who lives in my neighborhood and he quickly got me an appointment with Mike who came out to my house, did the estimate and had me scheduled the following week. Mike was very easy to get a hold of and connected me with an electrician who also helped me. I love the new AC unit, it is very quiet, quickly cools my entire downstairs and excited to use it in the winter for heat and to see how much energy it saves me.
I switched to AirMaster when my previous HVAC contractor could not respond over the weekend. My business is open 7 days and cant operate at elevated temperature. AirMaster arrived quickly and got things working. When follow-up work was needed, they were honest and fast. I signed up for a preventive maintenance contract and look forward to their support.
I recently purchased my first home in Philadelphia and was overwhelmed by the amount of contractors I needed. One thing on my list was to convert the heat from oil to gas to run more efficiently and save us some money. Tom was doing work in my neighborhood so I asked if he could take a look at my furnace and oil tank. My first impression was that he seemed friendly, honest and reliable. His quote was very reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be completed. Tom was wonderful with the scheduling and took care of everything that we needed. After an 8 year relationship with a former local HVAC company, we did a lot of research seeking a reputable replacement. All that research paid off when we spoke with Rosie in the office and met Tom Molieri/Owner/Technician. Both Tom and his Staff are impressive, personable, professional, punctual and just plain nice people. Tom did a comprehensive, extensive evaluation of our 2 units and entire system and put them under contract. He did not attempt to upsell us, he provided valuable information and provided fair pricing. It feels wonderful knowing that you are dealing with reputable professionals.
UPDATE: One year later, and another part on my boiler broke. I sent a text to the company through their website around 9:00 in the morning. By noon, it was fixed. Great price, and service was fast and complete. Another stress-free visit from AirMaster.ORIGINAL REVIEW: My boiler broke right before the polar vortex. After having been ghosted by a previous contractor (who also way over-quoted me), AirMaster was contracted through my homeowners insurance, and they were fantastic. Heres why ...1). From first contact to finishing the job took less than 48 hours.2). They actually showed up early, after having received approval from me to do so.3). There were several major repairs needed, but they finished everything within four hours.4). They pointed out things that the HVAC inspector missed, and walked me through the whole process of diagnosis and repair.5). They replaced a couple parts free of charge, and even gave me a radiator key.6). They didnt leave until they double-checked that the radiators were warming up.Ive had a streak of bad luck with contractors in Philadelphia, so AirMaster was a sigh of relief.
This was my first experience with AirMaster and I must say that I’m impressed!! My appointment was scheduled for 12p and Brett was here @11:45am. My unit has not been cooling for 2yrs. NO ONE was able to fix the problem. Brett came right in and diagnosed the problem! My unit was fixed within 2hrs. Been a builder for many years so I’ve dealt with countless contractors but had by far the best experience with these guys. Woke up Jan 1 with leaking heater. Tom the owner called me back right away on New Year’s Day and talked through the issue with me. The next day Brett the technician was actually early and called to tell me he was coming. He spent about an hour troubleshooting the issue and it ended up being a small and inexpensive fix. I was ready to replace the whole unit if I had to but these guys were honest and forthcoming. Couldn’t be happier to have found a mechanical company that cares.
Tom and Brett came out to fix my older AC unit on two different occasions. They were both very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. They even came late on a Sunday, which was very much appreciated since it was very humid out. I definitely recommend this Company to anyone!

Quick, Professional and responsive. Due to an error of my own causing, I had to get my zone board replaced. Bill from Airmaster came out and tried a few different things to get power back to the thermostats but in the end I needed a new zone board. This was late friday afternoon so it had to wait until Monday morning. At 8:15am on Monday morning I received a call from Brett, he said he had the part and they could be out there ASAP and told me the total cost. The price was very reasonable and competitive. Bill arrived back soon after and had everything up and going quickly. He even helped me make sure my new thermostats were set up properly. Bill is an asset to the company! I did not hesitate to sign a service contract with Airmaster. I dont want to deal with anyone else, these guys make it easy and they will do right by you. Call them now!

Had some issue with our heating system, got their number from Nextdoor. Easy scheduling and communication. Not everyone would call you ahead of time even they promised. Service is good, pricing is reasonable, the technicians who came are helpful, professional, and responsible. I am that kind of customer like I know nothing but I also want to know everything that is going on. We are very pleased with work Tom Molieri and his AirMaster team have done for us. Last summer Tom designed and installed a Mitusbishi mini split system in our 90-year-old stone house. Not only is the system great, but Tom and crew were also careful, tidy and professional. Later, we had Tom perform some tricky troubleshooting and maintenance on our boiler and heating system. Tom responded quickly to our emergency and served as a diligent and strategic analyst who figured out what was wrong with our system and got us back up and running in no time.
I had airmaster come out and diagnose a mitubisi mini split that was not working . i had a previous contractor unable to diagnose the problem . airmaster was able to diagnose that the original installation was not done properly . They came back the next day and installed a new system.their technician Bret was excellent . Both Bret and owner Tom installed the new system . They were very careful in the house ,clean and efficient . I am 110% SATISFIED AND PLEASED! with AIRMASTER.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
Excellent and quick service. My heater was acting up and they were able to get to me quickly and diagnose the issue. It was a pretty routine issue. The price was fair and they explained the issue so i could understand it. Will definitely be using them for any HVAC issues in the future
Came home from work to my heat not working on a freezing cold day. I called and Brett was out within the hour and fixed my heat at a fair and reasonable price. He showed me that the person who fixed my pressure switch last year just put one from another brand furnace (not a universal switch, as he had told me) and the connections were bad. These guys are reliable and honest - I know who Ill call from now on!
Airmaster was the 3rd company to give me a quote for replacing my airconditioner. They were by far the best value offering both competitive pricing and the best product. The workers were polite (people I was absolutely comfortable having in my home) and efficient completing the job in just 2 days.
Tom and his team are great. We have had to call them on a couple emergency situations and Tom always finds a way to get someone out quickly. Everyone is friendly, keeps a clean workspace, and very professional.
Im paying out of pocket for major HVAC repairs despite having a home warrenty because I believe Airmaster does legitimate quality work. I chose Airmaster because of their professional personnel (Brett & Tom) and professional and maintained service equipment. I wanted work done correctly in as few appointments as necessary. AM does that.

Tom was great. He installed a split unit in my office that I built out in my warehouse and it was great. When I moved to a much larger warehouse and built a larger office he uninstalled the original unit and reinstalled it along with another unit. Communication was perfect and will use again.

AirMaster is amazing! Truly life savers!!! I woke up at 4:30 am to my central air not working at all. I called and left a voicemail, received a call back at 7:30 am and they were at my house by 10 am...on a Saturday! The problem was fixed within 30 minutes and my air is working again! Tom Molieri, the owner of this company, is highly reliable, honest, and his pricing is very reasonable. He does a thorough and professional job, communicates well and makes sure all my questions are answered.
I am an investor and have yet to work with a contractor who was so professional. He was on time, charged me what he said he was going to charge, and finished when he said he would finish. Also, he did not disappear after the job was complete. He is still there after the job is done, for any after math issues that may result. I would recommend him any day of the week and will use him again for any HVAC service.

2022-06-16Tom and his crew did a phenomenal job installing my new furnace and central air today! They showed up on time and began by putting down mats to protect any surface that could potentially be damaged by the service they were performing. The install was done in a very reasonable time and Tom and his extraordinary team were very courteous and friendly. I also have to shout out Danielle. Danielle was the first person that I spoke to when I initially called AirMaster to inquire about their services. She is the absolute best ! She is both patient and very knowledgeable about their services .If you are in need of any of the services that they offer, by all means, choose them.

2022-06-13Great service. We had our whole HVAC system replaced, and living in a downtown loft this was a tough job. 7 other vendors passed on the job before we found these guys. They did a great, fair and professional job.In particular, technician Aenri who handled the condenser install and the last mile was excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Would do business with again and 100% recommend.

2022-02-20Very quick to come out with a quote, which was competitively priced (my lowest quote). Aside from pricing, Mike, who was my point person, was very knowledgable, kind, and gave good advice regarding possible changes to my HVAC system. I needed my furnace replaced and received several quotes/looked into several companies. They scheduled my service quickly and it was a painless process. They were great at following up, even when I was slow to respond, to make sure my warranty info was all arranged.

2022-06-17Our AC stopped working the day before we were expecting some 90 degree weather. I called air master, the technician Pete was out the next day promptly. I would recommend this company and use them again. Hopefully our ac won’t break down and we won’t have to, though.

2022-05-24If you ever need any HVAC work done, this company should be your first choice. We had Peter service our A/C unit, another company quoted us a few grand to fix the service line. Peter replaced the caps for a few pennies instead. Thanks to the Wizard our home is nice and cool once more.

2022-06-30Everyone I interacted with at AirMaster was professional, friendly, and responsive. They provide quality work at a good value. They are responsive to their customers’ concerns and needs and an absolute pleasure to work with.I recently used them for HVAC repairs & general maintenance.I used them to convert from a regular tank to a tankless water heater installation. With tankless, there is a lot of research needed as the price is typically around 3x more expensive than a regular tank water heater. Doing research before moving forward is vital.Tom was highly responsive and knowledgeable. He made sure I was aware of pros/cons of converting to a tankless and that as a customer, I would be happy with my option(s). He was upfront and honest about the overall process, models, process, etc. He was professional and answered all questions and concerns I had as we progressed on the installation, the unit, peripherals, etc.Jeff came out to install. He was professional and good to work with. They are respectful of my property while onsite. AirMaster went the distance to protect my hardwood floors while they were working and made sure everything [dust, debris, etc] was cleaned up and put back the way it was before they did the work [as much as they could]. There were a few things for follow-up and they were highly responsive, took care of my follow-up concerns without any hassle. AirMaster is absolute pleasure to work with. I look forward to using them again in future for other projects.
