I came in today Monday 6/22 looking for parts for my Polaris sportsman. Dealt with Corey in the parts department. Great guy! Very knowledgeable. He went above an beyond to help me out an got me everything I needed! Will most definitely be doing business with them in the future!
Just bought a Yamaha jet ski from Brian. Brian took extra time even after the store closed to discuss the jet ski information with us. His customer service and great personality want me to recommend this place to others! In fact, I already have since we have had it on the lake and had so many people compliment on how nice the jet ski is! Exceptional Service and Product Knowledge!!!My son and I are in the process of purchasing a jet ski/waverunner. I had the great forture to speak with Mark at Aleks Powersports. Mark could not have been more helpful in educating me about Yamahas products and invested his time to prepare me to puchase the right waverunner for our wants and needs. If your in need of a metal detector, you can buy with confidence. Price might seem a bit high but you pay for quality and Brian there is a pro 40yrs metal detecting and loads of stories. Go see him

Pros: Large variety of PWC’s, Motorcycles, and other off road toys. Friendly woman who runs the financing department.Cons: Below average customer service. Belittle the customer mentality. Seemingly uninterested salesman.Just bought a new 2020 Yamaha Waverunner PWC. Despite taking an incredibly long time to be recognized as a potential customer walking around the sales floor for what feels like hours, I finally was able to work out a deal with Mark. Wasn’t too satisfied with my loan application after realizing none of the promotions Yamaha runs through financing were applied to my loan, but just happy to be out on the water. I wouldn’t recommend this place to friends and family though. No one seems interested to sell you anything and you’re definitely not their top priority.
I bought a brand new go kart for my kids was told i had to put the battery and gas in by the time i got back with the trailer they had already done that for me free of charge was in and out in like an hr even with the paperwork was very happy
These Guys are very professional. They were very good too work with . I called them from Buffalo NY. Then my wife and I drove the 100 plus miles too there shop and bought a Bike from them. I picked up my new Lund Tyee yesterday. I couldn’t be happier with the service and treatment I received there. Brian took the time to go over every aspect of my new boat with me. Sharon took care of all the paperwork in a very organized and timely fashion. I would recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a new boat motorcycle or ATV.
We purchased Polaris 4 wheelers from Aleks Powersports in 2015. The salesman we had was very knowledgeable and made sure he passed on very important and helpful information that ranged from safety to maintenance to where to go riding, and more. Had a battery issue within a few days on one and they didnt hesitate to take care of it IMMEDIATELY! Followups were friendly and not harassing like others Ive had. Planning to return soon and trade an Ace in on a 4 wheeler w/plow. Would recommend them to a friend.
Purchased a motorcycle From Aleks , let me start by saying that the owner is decent guy, his salesman on the other hand was VERY RUDE! When trying to come to an agreement all he could do is say what other dealers do and how they take advantage of you, which had nothing to do with what we were talking about or dealing with. All in all after I started dealing with the owner (Mark) I had a much better experience and ended up with a pretty good deal. Thanks Mark! LOOSE that worthless salesman, he makes your dealership look VERY BAD!
Brain and the whole crew at Alex Powersports were phenomenal. Another great purchase of a 2007 Ninja. Great deal. Super nice low mileage bike. When Im ready for my water sports Alex will be my only stop.

Update since the owner response:His response is not factual and only meant to make us look bad. At no time did we ask for the UTV to be remanufactured. We only asked someone at their shop look over the wiring prior to purchase due to it being done by the previous owner. The wiring showed signs of damage or of being unsafe. The price was never discussed. We simply wanted to make sure the UTV we purchase is safe. At the time my boyfriend said he was a mechanic the salesman began even more rude and defensive behavior. We have told friends in the market for a UTV or ATV not to go here. Their are much more customer friendly dealers in the area. The response from the owner just confirms for us their poor customer service.Rude salesman. He insulted my boyfriend on a number of occasions. We asked him about concerns we had with wiring on an used UTV. He told us it is what it is. Would never go back and would never reccomend to anyone.
I have never been so dissatisfied in my life. Brian was a dream to work with other then the bold face lies he told me about my bike. I was not allowed to test drive the bike in question. The day I picked it up I didnt even make it home and it broke down , thanks to a very kind gentleman who found me on the side of the road who happened to own a nearby garage and towed the bike there until it could be picked up. Picked it up the second time after the first issue was rectified and now its making a horrible whining noise that I can only assume is the drive shaft, or transmission. But yet I was told there was not a single thing wrong with this bike.
Just picked up my new Lund ssv14. I checked with every dealer near me and Mark was the only one who wanted to help. This dealer was awesome! They got this done in the heat of the covid surge. If youre looking for anything related to powersports talk to them, they can set you up!

Walked into the main showroom looking for a 50cc scooter but unfortunately dealt with a very short angry white haired gentleman drinking a brisk ice tea and powersporting a terrible attitude. He told us his “old school” mentality meant financing was impossible for us to do and we quickly left to buy our scooter at Off-road express which had excellent service. If your looking for a scooter and you live in Erie Pennsylvania I would avoid Aleks Powersports.
There employees are rude I asked a question about tuning a carburetor on my wheeler then they said it obvious and it was like asking a person how to walk and they would not answer me or even let me talk to the mechanic
Condescending salesmen and are not forthcoming about prices/details.
Brian was patient and great to deal with and really earned my business, it felt great because able to get the deal I was looking for with a small local dealership I know its often harder for them to get you a deal like a much larger dealership but Aleks was great to deal with and I will be going back when its time to upgrade.
Bought a used boat from them. They were fine to deal with during the sale process. Got the boat home and there were problems with the motor that I had to fix. Its clear that they didnt qualify the product or test it out when the person traded the boat in, they just threw it up for sale (and it wasnt cheap). When I told them about these issues, they just stopped getting back to me - no accountability. Really make sure you cover your back if you are doing business here.

My wife and I decided to get our son a four wheeler for his 8th birthday (last minute) not realizing Polaris was affected by the covid like our entire country has been. No dealers had any youth atv in stock anywhere!! We called everywhere, even Ohio in a panic we reached out to friends and family. Social media, finally some one recommended Alex Power Sports. So we called. This was our last option. At last we found someone who had just want we were looking for!! This FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS WENT UP AND BEYOND FOR MY SON AND MY FAMILY! Mark Alek TREATED ME LIKE AN ACTUAL HUMAN BEING AND EVEN GOSSIPED WITH ME ABOUT ALOT OFF LIFE SITUATIONS VERY DOWN TO EARTH MAN. Had warranty issues last year that were never resolved and just received excuses repeatedly about why they couldnt do the repair. Boat came home with a scratch on the transom that they swore was there when it came in from me dropping it off. Once they sell the product theres no customer satisfaction after the fact. Wont recommend anyone to purchase a boat or get service done there.
Aleks powersports has the best sales team to service everyone there went above and beyond my expectations just bought a brand new 2019 Yamaha Vx Cruiser HO when you ask then a question they gladly go out of there way to help you. Will go back again. Thanks Brian
😮😬😡 Staff is helpful. Helping themselves to my Unknowledgeable POCKET . Way over priced for mileage on bikes. Was told by 30+yr veteran bike rider ALL NECESSARY maintenance was done . . . Bold faced lie by his knowledge level.(owners go ahead and try to deny it. Ill then file with the BBB). At certain levels of mileage bikes require specific maintenance. With well WELL above 20,000 miles the timing chain was not even looked at on the bike. Jug had never been off. Let alone the case split for proper replacement. MANUFACTURER RECOMMENDS REPLACEMENT AT 15,000 miles. Hope it doesnt break. Jamming a valve and locking up the rear at 70 mph😧. Thatd be a fun lawsuit day! Who knows what else wasnt done.lol. Try off-road express on peach. Most honest sales reps in town.
I purchased a new Lund Adventure Fishing boat from Aleks powersports. I couldnt be happier with their installation team in rigging my new boat, and Brian was very pleasant to deal with.
Rude sales person, seemed less than interested in entertaining questions about product. Not knowledgeable. Asking well over KBB price for a machine that was known to need work. Will not be wasting my time there again.

The staff made the 2 hour drive to Erie worth the time. I would recommend this dealership to anyone considering buying a new boat.
Brian answered my questions and did not hesitate to ask other staff if he did not know the answer (like what helmet colors were available).
Had my carbs serviced previously and they opened them up and cleaned them all up and then the float was sticking so bad it was shooting gas into my oil. and i mean a serious amount to the point it lit like gasoline. not suggested
I bought wheeler and a go kart prices were very affordable my wheeler needed some repairs and the prices was very cheap brian and crew r very kind very efficient and I would definitely purchase another item from them

Got my carburetor cleaned on my bike put 200 miles on it and the carburetor is dirty again cuz they didnt properly clean it out or even I take the carburetor apart other than that the price was fair for the unsatisfactory carburetor cleaning job
Every encounter i have with the employees at this store they are beyond rude. I dont know how they stay in business with their poor customer service attitudes. Shame they are still in business the way they treat their customers.

2022-04-09We highly recommend Alek’s Powersports. We bought a Trailmaster go-cart for our girls through Brian. Brian was patient, answered all of our questions, and was not pushy in any manner. This is a long-time, family-owned and operated business with lovely people, including Linda, at the front desk area. We will definitely be back to patronize this business. 2022-04-25Were not very enthusiastic on selling anything. They were reluctant to give information about their inventory. Not very polite or professional. Also I believe the person I spoke with was a part owner. Would not recommend.

2020-07-21Took my 25 foot Sea Ray to ALEKS Powersports to have it repaired they kept my vessel 9 months to replace the outdrive and a couple of other items that they charged me 9 hours of labor for paid $2,600 for the part the vessel back the installation of the outdrive was incomplete temporal of the electronic devices were burned up from proper installation of a new battery. They took me to court for final payment we decided we would go ahead and let them take the vessel in lieu of charges they were trying to sue me for. They refused to return the $2,600 that I paid for the parts they now have the vessel and my $2,600. They lied to me and told me they would give me 40% veterans discount when I checked to get it brought in oh, I guess it was just to get my business. In my book that is thievery theft of funds by deception.

2021-05-26Bought a Trailmaster mini XRS go kart for my son. Brian was my salesman and was an absolute pleasure to work with. His professionalism and sense of humor went a long way in my book. I first called him to see if they had any karts available (every other dealer Ive tried was either priced too high or they didnt have anything in stock) he was straightforward and to the point.. I could tell even after a 15 minute call this was it!! I ended up driving to Aleks Powersports all the way from Cleveland and I dont regret it one bit.. the other staff was friendly and helpful. The techs were professional and had my kart ready to ride the second it left their service garage. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone and especially dealing with Brian was great. We were literally in and out in about 40 minutes and that includes paperwork, the last minute once over the techs did, Brian taking the time to familiarize me and my son of the controls and features and loading the kart into my van. I told Brian I will be looking for a boat next year and he will be my first call.. Thank you Brian and staff for making my sons day and a quick easy and pleasurable experience.

2020-09-11Great price . Mark worked hard to earn our business. After the sale we had a small issue with the wheeler, however it was right before a trip that was important to our family. Mark arranged to have the wheeler picked up the next day for repair and dropped off the day after. We haven’t seen any customer service like this in NY, not even after spending 36k with our local dealer . Great job over here , and worth our drive to Erie. we will be back. Thanks again Mark !

2020-06-30Honestly the best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. The guy Brian over there was the best help and he made everything easy. Only thing that set them back was that my turn signals on my fender delete don’t work.😔 other than that it was great. I bought the blue 2017 ninja 300 abs

2019-09-14Purchased a Trophy fishing boat and was very pleased with our experience at Alek’s Powersports. Brian was very easy to deal with and even took us out on the bay to make sure we could operate our first boat properly and was comfortable doing so. I would recommend this dealer to anyone buying a boat or motorcycle. They definitely treat you right the minute you walk in the door and will take care of you should any problems arise after your purchase. I would definitely do business with Alek’s Powersports again in the future.

2019-08-05We had a great experience purchasing our Yamaha WaveRunner through Aleks Powersports! We worked with Brian for the purchase and he was very knowledgeable and gave us honest feedback on the options we were considering. Brian followed up with our questions and was able to provide us with the exact vehicle we were looking for, in the color we wanted, and with quick turn-around. He was even able to beat the offer we were getting from another dealership. All-in-all, a great experience and we will be sure to purchase all our future toys from Aleks too!
