More then once this company’s vehicles have cut me off driving over the speed limit and with no regards for anyone else on the road. To me your taking a risk riding in their vehicles. When I called to report the vehicle that just cut me off the person on the other end was rude and hung up. When I called back the same or different person was equally rude to me. So thankful I don’t need services like this

I called them to ask about there services because I never dealt with them...I asked them a question about points of destinations on where I was to where I was going..instead of letting continue to talk they hung up on me...I called back he answered with attitude and hung up again

Wao I will not take this transport again I made an appointment in which they spoke to me badly and when I got there it was the worst, the driver was talking on the phone all the time and he spoke badly to the clients, I say that it is due to ethics they serve better your clients, because it cant be like that and its not the first time its happened to me but I wont take this transport again what you are Allentown Transportation is a company that Im going to forget you even exist, lousy customer service, lousy transportation in really have more discipline and ethics when working.

I made a reservation for my mother who had a medical appointment, they took the information from her, address, name and phone number. Well, it turns out that they did not come to look for her. When I called they tell me that she is not registered. My mother got up early for nothing and missed her medical appointment is a lot of irresponsibility. Even more we always travel with them.
Yesterday I called to book a trip from NY to Allentown at 9 in the morning, today I was on my way to the place in upper Manhattan where they had to pick me up and they called me twice when I was on the train and like everyone else. We know below on the train there is no connection, when I had connection for almost ten minutes of the two calls they made to me, I returned them and they came up with the answer that since I did not answer them they had given my place to another person, I do not understand why I reserve In advance, if they dont answer right away, they cancel my space, they give it to someone else, what a lack of professionalism, if there is a lot of demand for passengers, it would not be better if they make two trips in that shift, they would earn more and have more satisfied customers.

I am going to call the health department because you are not following the new regulations ... a family member tried to come and returned because the bus was full ... that is very wrong and will be reported by the Corina virus ... and charging even more in unfair if they do not follow the established rules! They are not following the rules of distancing and this will cost you more than your 5 extra pesistos per passenger ... I will also call the radio station and let this know by all means ... it is with the life of a human being what are you playing...

2022-06-12Dispatchers are nasty, have no respect and noprofessionalism. Each Dispatcher there, give youdifferent information and are very unorganized. Theirfavorite line is just take the next buswhich meansyou have to wait a few hours even if it was theirmistake. This is just a very ghetto bus company. Eventhe drivers tend to be nasty. This company is veryunethical. Ive used this company multiple times alwayshad a bad experience. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUS COMPANY TO ABSOLUTELY ANYONE !

2022-05-04The WORST. Called for a reservation for today earlier this week. Was told to callFriday.. called Friday and was told call back because he was busy. Called back was told to call today. Called today they said call at 12:30. Called for them to say the van was full and they kept telling me to call back in hopes someone would cancel. They can barely speak English but know how to be rude.

2021-09-06I love the door to door service and the driving skills. But who ever plans the routes is not doing a good job. Im always picked up first and dropped off last. They need to accommodate the passenger a little better. I understand my address is near the high way so its convenient for the driver but not for me 👎🏽

2021-12-26I was picked up from my friends home in Wilkes Barre and driven to 178th st in NYC my ride was very Comfortable, the driver was really Professional/Nice, the price was Great and his driving was Excellent so long story short I recommend EVERYONE to USE this Transportation Service if and where available

2021-04-07DONT EVER RIDE WITH THEM THEY ALWAYS HAVE AN ATTITUDE. LET ME START OFF WITH THEY charging people extra just to sit in the front seat now I asked for the seat because I just got a procedure done a.k.a. operation and had to be careful. Charging you an extra $10 and that’s fine I said OK. But then when I gave him my direction which was in Whitehall instead of 40 they try to charge me 60 like if I was going to an airport. Mind you I’m only eight minutes from Lehigh Valley Mall which is in Allentown and you guys wanna charge me extra no. Moral of the story they want to charge you for any little thing when it’s just $30 for a seat to go anywhere in Allentown Bethlehem and even Whitehall
