Waiter and service was great. Food was great as well. However, need to be a little specific about which appetizers are half off for happy hour.
Our experience at this Applebees was fantastic. Our waitress was super quick and extremely friendly. She had us laughing at every turn. Thanks for a great dinner.
It was a perfect date night. Also veterans day, great to see so many veterans getting acknowledged. Meals were great, desert was mouth watering. The young man server was the most respectful person ever. I had forgot my phone and had to travel all the way back to get it after being told it was not there. Very good to know it was and again great service and communication wjen I arrived again. Thank you for an amazing date night.
It was ok. I ordered the grilled chicken and French onion soup. The waitress was a little scattered brained but friendly. Everyone got there foods with no complaints but mine. She forgot my silverware and forgot my soup. I ate my grilled chicken brest. Was very good. She felt bad for forgetting my soup so I got my chicken brest only for free. She was very apologetic. Ill be back again for another try.

Staff was great and nice, food was cooked perfectly, I ordered a steak I left this terrible review because the steak itself was super chewy and full of grisle was difficult to cut and eat. I did not finish it. Terrible cut steaks!!
Delicious savory food and drinks at a decent price. Speedy and polite service, kept our drinks full, and completely respectful. Very helpful with answering me about the specials and gave us a deal! Definitely recommend you stop in at this place if your in that area. Wonderful speedy service but we were never pushed to leave it was on our time. Jery was our waitress shes just fantastic! We had great service, Tuesday is their Zoo day when employees can dress up like a zoo animal, it was kinda of fun!

Pleasant staff, but not one was wearing a mask. When asked if I minded sitting at bar and I said no, as long as no one is seated next to me, hostess said she could not control where people sat. Soup and meal came out at same time. Soup good. Wrap and fries ok. Pretty slow in ringing up credit card.

Ordered $50 of take out food. The classic combo was spicy chicken nuggets and the cheese sticks were just greasy yuck. There was something off with the spinach dip. The 4 cheese Mac n cheese was ok and my daughter enjoyed her Mac n cheese kids meal. The Bourbon burger was really soggy. Not one of my favorite meals.
Worse experience I have had a t any Applebees we have ate at. We ordered our drinks and food we waited an hour to get our food and specific said well done on the burger and it was so pink inside it. We ordered a burger for our son and his was done all the way. I ordered a side with my meal and got that after my dinner got there. Waited over 30 mins for a refill of our drinks and watched I dont know how many servers walk by and seen the cups empty. Our server only had our table so I cant say he was busy because all the servers sat at one table talking and there was maybe 5 tables of customer. Then we asked for a togo box and he got us the smallest box ever and didnt even have enough room for all my left over food. Then we waited for about 5 min to pay till I got up and went to the front to be told my server would take the bill. I will not be going back to this location again worse food and service I have had in a long time.
Went to Applebees on Peach St. Erie, Pa @ 4:00 on Dec. 7th. Our server, Nick was so helpful & polite to us two older women. We each had two appetizers so we had lots of food. It was good.

This was the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Apparently the wait staff doesn’t know about COVID. They were all huddled around a table where people were eating, I think a husband and kids of one of the managers. Someone even took one of the children into the kitchen. We never did get our check, so we left cash on the table. I do NOT recommend eating here.
Food was good.. but portion was small and waiter didn’t leave us alone on a date night… made a scene out of a simple request
We walked in after a long drive and got a wonderful meal half an hour before closing. Great meal deal with salads and delicious comfort food. Our server Colin offered to make coffee and kept the refills coming when we told him we still had more driving ahead of us. It was late and they were all tired but Colin and his co-workers were excellent hosts. Im so glad we chose to sit in at Applebees instead of grabbing fast food. Definitely worth 5+ stars
Just all around terrible. The food is no good. It use to be really good but its the same old same old. Redo your menu and make sure your cooks can cook. Ill never go to an Applebees ever again

Please change your silverware, change the soap thats used to clean your silverware.I was there last week and was given two fiftyforks and knives that looked over 10 years oldI cant make this up.

Our wait-staff, Devin, was on-it as a server and had a genuine, upbeat personality. Cheryl was great, passing a needed napkin and also offering to refill beverages. Food was good. Oh, overheard staff talking KINDLY about another staff! Made my day!!!

The food is good but the franchise feeds you 6th grader portions. Im always still hungry after I finish eating and the franchise is so darn cheap that THEY DONT EVEN SUPPLY BREAD OR ROLLS WITH YOUR MEAL. WT?...I mean EVERY restaurant in America serves bread or rolls with a meal. The food is not worth the money you pay.

My brothers partner and I were hungry although the steak was kinda on the small side it was good how goes the Kooks mistakenly cook my steak medium rare and I actually wanted it medium well done do I need one plane because its an honest mistake they actually took money off the field because of it and our waiter was excellent you guys need more employees like you I cant remember his name but very nice man and I cant remember the state we were in I think we were in Ohio but anyway if you would like to respond to me Ill be more than happy to talk with you. But my experience coming in Applebees guide me away from ever going there. I will keep going back to Applebees because they have very good food and very good employee if I was younger I would love to work there and of course pain-free but I like to experience so much Im going down to see my mother for her 101 birthday and yes I will be taking her to Applebees well I hope I will be hearing from the manager and I just remember we were in Applebees of Pennsylvania just before closing time and we had two salads and two steak dinners if this would help narrow things down for the management if I get a response then I will try to contact the restaurants thank you for reading!

The server was nice but very loud. She wasnt very prompt with taking our order. She brought my wifes water and we were ready to order 5 minutes before and waited another 7 to 10 minutes. She took better care of the table behind us, that came in after we did, than she did us. Little to no description on the menu. I should NOT have to visit their website to get a clear description of the food!

Our experience on Peach St in Erie, PA was wonderful. Our sever was very attentive and very nice! My experience in Dunkirk, NY completely opposite. There were at least 6 severs and we were so disappointed without even water at the table. After 20 min we just got up and left. The servers were completely in their own conversation and ignored this. I would have given Dunkirk NO stars!
Our server was fantastic. Boneless wings were good. Chicken tenders werent great and the rice was very dry.
My husband had BBQ ribs and I had grilled chicken. Everything was delicious! Restaurant was clean; the staff very curious.
My wait time for my order was quick and the young lady who took my order was professional. The fries could have been fresher. The Ranch dressing was kind of runny. The chicken tenders were great.

One week ago I spent over $30.00 for the Disney Jungle cruise movie tickets campaign.I also ordered one of Dwayne Johnsons drinks also. After scanning the receipt and also sending the receipt through my phone. I got a reply back saying its no good because its not legible It clearly is legible due to the scan on my computer and sending the picture of the receipt from my brand new phone.I enjoyed my dinner. However, this campaign is dishonest and you should abort selling Dwayne Johnsons drink. . Highly dissatisfied and due to this ill no longer be eating at Applebees again.
No surprise Applebees is such a big chain. Nothing groundbreaking, but its pretty good at a reasonable price. I have zero complaints.
Very nice. Great meal my oldest daughter took me out for after dropping my younger daughter off in Cleveland to catch a plane. Relaxing atmosphere, good food. Really enjoyed it.
The quality of food is horrible. I stoped eating steak there yrs ago, but my wife likes the salad and dessert, but they never cook her steak well done.. she has to send back every time.. besides.. its usually all fatty... Ill take her anywhere but ... There
I had one of the best meals that Ive had in awhile here. I ordered the Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp, and it was to die for! When it came out, it was on a cast iron plate and it was still sizzling! Ive never had a plate like this brought to me before. There was a mountain of sauteed mushrooms and onions under the chicken, and everything was cooked perfectly! All I can say about the whole experience is OMG! Wait staff was very friendly and on the ball with everything. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
Our server Ash, was very nice, attentive, she always be checked back to see if we needed anything. We had the burgers, they were cooked to perfection, fries we got and delicious. All together food and service was great. What impressed me the most, was this young man that was bussing ( cleaning) the tables. Not only were the tables set up every other, but I watched this young man do such a through cleaning, not just the table but the entire booth, all sides of the cushions. He didnt do a quick haphazard job of it so this busy restaurant could hastily seat waiting people. He did the job he was asked to do for the safety of his customers and fellow associates. I hope that the manager reads this and commends this young man for a job well done. Im sorry that I didnt have time to talk with the manager myself.

We had a 15-20 minute wait, which is unusual for 8:00 PM on a Wednesday! Not bad to another couple that went somewhere that was told an hour! It was well worth it! Chad was our very fun and professional server. He had use take our beverages, wrapped flatware and straws off the tray. Then used a napkin to deliver my second Arnold Palmer! We both went out of our comfort zones for food with lime chicken dish and an Oriental Chicken Wrap! Yummilicious!

My girlfriend and Is favorite place to go. Very friendly staff and great place for a nice sit-down meal. Recommend the burgers and the ribs. Salads are good too.
Our server Logan was great,the hostess which I didnt catch her name was super super friendly!! The food was alright, the chicken wasnt that great, and the artichoke dip was not at all good, but other than that everything was amazing...👍👍👍

Honestly I was just running in late night to grab some dessert because we were staying at a local hotel. I had a great experience though. The staff was friendly, the food didnt take long and was delicious. I would recommend going here. Not like most other Applebees.
Love them- they are friendly/ courteous. Foods good & timely. They practice social distancing their customers seating & enforce masks wearing when you are away from your table or coming/going. They sanitize regularly and after customers leave their tables, Etc. I feel safe in frequenting this restaurant during covid-19
The meal was very good and the waiter was very nice. We like it when you can have two meal for the price of one. But we think you should make the ranch dressing little more thicker.
We had breakfast there. Service was satisfactory, but the food (chicken & waffles and French toast) was underwhelming. For $42 (including tip), we would have expected better.

Went into Erie with my brother to get his car inspected. Our mom rode along. Stopped on way home for dinner. Applebees has some delicious food. The Mac and cheese with the honey chicken tenders are my favorite. I got the 2 for $27 deal. My mac and cheese dinner came with a huge caesar salad that pretty much filled me up. Took home the 6 oz. steak for my son. He was in his glory. I got a house salad with his meal which I got to eat the next day. The salads are a meal in themselves. Both were really good. . Also like the bourbon chicken. Also have a really good quesadilla burger. Make sure to try the frozen fruit smoothies. My fave is the mango. You get your moneys worth there.

Since many specials eventually end and are replaced with others your favorite may not be available forever. The replacements are very good as well and the staff is very accommodating. My experience was a positive one. The restaurant was very clean.
I never thought I would ever give 5 stars to an Applebees. I am from Indiana and our Applebees back home are absolutely terrible. I was so surprised to actually receive hot food at this location. The server as well was quick and very attentive to our needs. Keep up the good work guys!
Food and service was very good. Seating for a party of 5 was very crowded inside and we were not allowed to sit in a corner booth because they are for larger groups. We moved outside and it was nice. Drinks are a little high but overall it was a nice dinner.
First time at this location and the service and food were awesome. Our waiter Tyler was very cool and efficient with our orders and had a positive attitude. I had the endless double crunch shrimp with endless fries, my wife had the grilled bourbon chicken and shrimp combo, both meals were very good. Overall I will definitely visit this location again.
The new menu is seriously lacking in detail. Bourbon street chicken & shrimp is is LOADED with garlic & mushrooms; not mentioned. 4-cheese mac & cheese with honey pepper chicken tenders is LOADED with bacon in the sauce and garnished with more. Not mentioned. Club grill (or something to that effect) had cheese & BBQ sauce. Not mentioned. 3 out of 3 dishes were disappointing.
Had dinner on Mothers Day here. They were packed!! Although there was a 10-15min wait time for our table the hostess was amazing, kept us informed, and promptly had us at our table...
I stopped by to use my gift card that I havent used in months. We ordered appetizers which took a bit long since they were delivered to the wrong table the first time. The manager and our server Olivia handled it very well. Overall, very impressed with the great customer service and the tasty food. I plan to visit again in the near future!
We ordered car side. 1st of all I called the day before and spoke with the car side lady. She walked me through on how to order and all the details. I called early as she said and they got all 11 of our orders correct and in a very timely manner. We will definitely be going there again!! Food was amazing as well.. and the staff was very helpful:)

This place is great. The food was great as always except for my sons fries this time, which had a hair in them. He didnt tell me until after we left because he didnt want to complain. The all you can eat shrimp, chicken strips, fries and riblets were a huge hit with the other 4 people that were with me. Waitress was super nice and service was fast. Drink of the month was excellent 2$ and delicious. We usually get two for 25$ since we came after happy hour. Otherwise we get appetizers half off. Meal was great and wait staff pleasant, one waitress was singing... I was like thats a great way to keep upbeat at work!

The staff was very friendly, and accommodating... Our waiter was very friendly, and quick with our drinks. Everything came out hot and in a timely manner and we didnt feel like we were being rushed through our meal.
The food is tasty, but is does depend on what you order. We had Janice and she is hype & loving her customers! She was great! We will be requesting her next time! Cooks could use some experience in how to make the food from the menu as certain things you order come to you missing parts or not cooked correctly. They serve food later than other restaurants when it seems Erie becomes a ghost town. Any special they offered looked better in the pictures than they tasted. Nobody in the group was very impressed with their food. Well made, I guess but just lower quality of food. They were out of full orders of food items so we said we would just make it a platter of several items to be easy but we ended up getting charged full price for each item, no discount. Im in the neighboring hotel several days a month, but probably wont go back here again. Service was much better at Texas Roadhouse and about the same price for full meals with drinks.
Clean environment, nothing on the tables except a sticker to scan with your smartphone to obtain an online Applebees menu. If you dont have a smartphone then they give you the option to have a menu which is clean. They also spray the tables and chairs down and booths as soon as a customer leaves. The service was very friendly and helpful. I was nervous about eating indoors, however they also offered outdoor seating and indoors they had clear plexiglass between seating. I enjoyed my dine in. Food was also good.
Waitress was wonderful food was good I just wish I would of order something else like I said it was good but I was going to get the ribs and I should have 🤔
After disappointing experiences at Buffalo wild wings and olive garden, good ole Applebees sat me and my wife down immediately and we had our appetizers and food out very quickly. The new steak bowl thing was delicious and the wife was in love with her Alfredo. Perfectly cooked broccoli.
The food has recently taken a turn for the worse.... I have been there and loved it but the last several times it wasnt very good. I tend to order the same things, but my husbands meals consistently get worse. Would recommend you go to TX Roadhouse or a few other places before going here.Edit: We tried again and they have redeemed themselves! Everything we got was delicious!!! We did receive the wrong side on one of the meals, but they were quick to fix the problem and let me keep the broccoli I didnt order, which was also very good. Mistakes happen!

This is one of my favorite places to go. The staff is always very friendly & attentive to their customers. Theprices are all very reasonable. No matter what I order whether its a sandwich or a steak the food is fantastic & I always take some leftovers with me to enjoy the next day. I recommend your restaurants to anyone who asks.

Our waitress was super nice and friendly. Fairly new to her job but very accommodating. Unfortunately I didnt realise that there are practically 0 choices if you are a vegetarian. We came up with something I could eat, but I probably wont be back for dinner because of the limited options for me. Usually I find most restaurants have at least one vegetarian entree which seems smart to include as much different dietary choices as possible!
Treated my family great hear. Always nervous taming three children into a restaurant. They treated us great even with the screaming chaos caused by a 2 year old and 6 month old.

Applebees will always be Applebees! Through the years Ive created many small memories with dates, business meals, and friends! A few years back, the curse of the Chain Restaurant, killed that vibe! The Erie location however is still truly an Applebees! The staff was amazing, Restaurant was clean, and Covid safe!! To be honest the gummy shark in my drink, that just made me remember why Applebees will always be on my list of places to eat!! Greet Job to Erie Applebees!!

The service was terrible...the worst I have ever had there..the food was over cooked. Ordered med rare steak...came well done...took forever for the waiter to come for anything. I ask for a straw 3 times before I got one...why I left a tip..I dont know.
Hoping They were just having an off day while we there. Very slow and the waitress was even slower. Took 10 minutes from the time that our drink order was placed (just water and cokes) for them to come. Good took almost 45 minutes but was very good. Only saw out waitress with the drink a and the bill...
By far one of the best restaurants in Erie. The service is top notch and all the servers seem to be pretty happy people. The managers are very hands on it seems. The food is fantastic! The new fajitas are by far some of the best Ive ever had! Overall its a great family restaurant or just a good place to have a few drinks and relax. I definitely recommend Applebees on Peach Street!
No real meatless options here. So I got the tomato basil soup and a salad. Both were very delicious. But the standout was our server Rob. He was friendly and jovial and very accommodating. If every server was like this what a joy it would be to eat out.

Good service, waitress let us know a bus group was coming in so we got our order in before a big crowd. Got our appetizers quickly and food just as smoothly. Steaks were cooked just right but bland, fries really salty. One of our group got Triple Bacon Burger and couldnt taste the bacon. (Though shes a tween.) Otherwise a decent experience but could have been better.
Went to this location at 6:29 this evening. We were seated relatively quick. However, no one came to take our drink order. We watched customers come and go. My husband & I continued to be ignored so finally we got up and left. I doubt anyone has even noticed!

Wife and I came in for lunch. Ordered a small sirloin med rare with fries. Wife ordered pasta. Steak came out perfect, pasta was delicious, fries tasted like they sat in the window for a little while. Overall, everything was great though and as always so is the price.Our server Charles mustache was grandiose, and their one manager Anthony has a booty that wont quit.
Odd experience. Wait staff was great. The food prep was severely lacking. Kids Mac and cheese was clearly reheated in a microwave. Hot wings were served Luke warm and again it was obvious that it was reheated in a microwave. Frankly, we were very surprised to receive such poor quality of food at 6pm on a Sunday. The only reason for not being a 0 or 1 star is that the wait staff was great and they comped the wings.

We are from NC and were visiting family. We had 2 children and a baby in our group of 8. Staff was very attentive to the children as well as the adults. Food was promptly served and was just as we ordered. I thought the food was delicious.
We came in not an hour from closing. We apologized profusely, but we had just driven 12 hours, eating nothing but fast food, and this were the only sit down place still open.But they were so kind, so understanding, so welcoming. Just horrible quality control. I had the worst meal I’ve had in ages. Was the cook drunk? I think he forgot to cook and sauce my pasta. I get the same dish every time I go to Applebee’s. Our food was great when we went for a family dinner last week. However, our server brought our youngest daughter the complete wrong meal. By the time she got her food we were all done eating and she wasnt even hungry.
So my wife and I and our three kids were visiting from out of town, and we decided to order from this location using UberEats. It was a saga and a half, with a bogus delivery driver stealing our food and a handful of other small things that went haywire, but the general manager Todd really went above and beyond to make it right for us. He personally delivered the few things we were missing when we finally received our food, and this all on their first day back open since being closed down due to covid. A stand-up guy who genuinely cares about every customer interaction, and thats exactly what you want to see in a restaurant GM. We couldnt be more pleased with the treatment we received, even if our order had some problems, and if Im ever back in Erie I intend to order from them again! Would give Todd himself 6 stars if I could, as a matter of fact. You wont be disappointed in dealing with these guys.
The hostess was very accommodating in finding a booth big enough to fit my family.The food was decent and arrived in a reasonably timed manor. Great section of appetizers, entrees and desserts. Being a franchise, there is no uniqueness worth noting from other Applebees franchises.
Good Service and Good Quality food.
I do enjoy our local Applebees. The staff is always nice even when theyre super busy and in the weeds. They try very hard to make everyone feel welcome and to get the food out as quickly as possible. Frequently we end up in there after some school function and they get bombed by a whole bunch of kids and adults watching over the kids. They handle that with these and kindness. I do recommend our local Applebees.

Disappointing. The greeter was friendly. (Somewhat to the point of scary, but still friendly) The appetizer (of chips n salsa) arrived 5 min before the food, all of which took a long time. The waitress started as kind but when I explained that I tried the Mac n cheese n it tasted as if it had onions in it (scallions) not mentioned on the menu description she was short with me. Asked if i was done n took the plate. I clearly hadnt eaten it n she offered no replacement, not even a generic Im sorry you didnt enjoy it. I was being treated by a friend. Had I been the payer, the tip would be a well deserved penny. If you get paid bubkiss as a waitress, n you can genuinely care less about the patrons experience, at least care enough for yourself to earn a decent tip and a positive review. Ive been to this location twice before with poor service or salty over cooked food. 3rd times the charm, never again.
Food was good. We got a seat right away but took a little while to get food/drinks as it started to get crowded. Another customer gave us a coupon so it saved some money off the bill which was nice. Busy location though.
Chad, our waiter, was friendly and attentive. Hostess and her helper could use a lesson in politeness. If it wasnt for our great waiter we probably would have left without eating.
Only issue we had was my girlfriends burger had certain things on it she asked to be taken off but other then that service was good staff was personabale
Was great being able to go in and not have to wait for table. The seating was still distanced. Food was excellent.
My girlfriend ordered bourbon chicken and they brought her out a steak that was still alive and walking on some mashed potatoes. When we told the waiter he kindly took the plate, went to the kitchen, and 20 seconds later brought out the chicken served over the same mashed potatoes that the steak was on. And they forgot about her mushrooms. But overall it was good.

4 of us ate there. 3 meals were good and one, mine, was not. The rice was dried out and the cheese on the Fiesta Lime chicken was hard and dry. And the meal didnt digest well, to say the least. Not going back anytime soon.
Snotty teenagers work here. Not at all impressed with the service. They will not correct any errors in an order, they will only give you sass. Theyre supposed to be compatible with Grubhub, but the kids dont type the orders into the system, so when you get there to pick it up they just give you blank stares and tell you to wait. Also, any kind of service here is severely delayed. They do not do anything quickly. Customer service gets a 0 out of 5 stars. I do not recommend this Applebees.The quality of their pick up/take out food is piss poor. We ordered the 4 cheese mac and cheese and they literally forgot to put cheese on the noodles.
Food is always very tasty but is sometimes a little rich for our ageing digestive system. This is not a complaint against this restaurant, since we cannot eat at Mexican, Fish placces and most high level resturants. Staff is friendly and understands special requests. They get them right the first time.. a notable plus.
We were sat very quickly, then waited 15 mintues for a server. Both the bartender and the manager made eye contact with us multiple times while we were waiting, but no one ever came over to get our order. We left and went to cracker barrel instead. We will not be back.
Right before getting our check our waitress who was wonderful comes to us and tells us the wifi was down and they cant accept cards. We told her thats all we have we dont carry cash but five dollars. She comes back and says im imally uncomfortable doing this but my manager td me I had to tell you guys theres an atm across the street at the gas station. I told her thats not acceptable and its not her place to come tell us any of that. The manager came over and said that we had to go over to the gas station to get money out because the wifi was down and they cant process cards. I responded by telling him thats not acceptable I will not pay money to get money out to walk back over to pay you for our meal its not our fault your system isnt working and we dont use cash, I will not do that. He got flustered and barked out that he would take care of our meal and we could go. As we got up to go someone yelled across the dining room the wifi is working. The manager literally ran across the room and told us good news guys its back up. I replied oh yes thats good news huh. We paid and left. I left the waitress the only cash I had in my purse.
Good food, good service and beyond. I was on business trip had wife along. My dinner on account, pay for hers. Ordered the NY Strip steak. Done to perfection, nice portion, served in timely manner. The steak was a tad tough with grizzle but normal with NY Strip anywhere. I was better than halfway thru my meal when the manager came to my table and asked if my steak was tough as he saw me knifing thru the one tough spot. He immediately ordered us BOTH another dinner & announced it was on the house!!! I tried to argue but hed have nothing with it. Now this is SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE at its greatest!
And now to remove four of my Five Stars that I gave this place 11 months ago and here is why!First the Wife and I and our Best Friend goes to Dinner this evening we were sat in the back corner our Servers name was Trisha (could have been Tasha) to start things off she took our Drink orders very fast and I thought wow this is going to be a great night with quick service we all ordered our Drinks and as I went to put in an appetizer order she starts to walk away so I said maam Im not finished we would like to place an appetizer order well I got the customary Ive got better things to do than wait on you eye-roll so before I am finished placing our appetizer order she goes Ill go get this in for you.... so I let her know we are still ordering and then after we are done she comes back in ten or fifteen minutes I then let her know about the foul taste of the marinara which was over powered with basil flavoring she then comes back with the reply of well its premade so nothing we can do about it and I replied not a problem I just didnt care for it though being a chef I could tell it was premade anyways some time passes she comes back and not a friendly are you guys ready to order it was pretty much a are you ready to order because your the scum of the earth and I dont want to serve you kinda way! so we ordered my Friend who is eastern Indian orders a Whiskey River Cheese Burger she looks at him as if he is stupid and says Do you want that pink in the middle or no pink? he replies I would like my burger medium he gets it well done Charcoal Briquette style. my wife orders the shrimp stir-fry and says for a Side I would like the four cheese mac and cheese to which she got the reply you dont get a side with that in which I replied if she wants a Side of mac and cheese charge me for it its fine the Server then says oh she can have it? as if getting my permission for my wife ordering something then I asked for the Fajita combo platter I asked for nothing special just extra tortillas with my fajitas fast forward to thirty minutes later when my appetizers were finished and my dinner was finally coming out of a not so busy kitchen they bring my Sons meal and my Friends then mine and my wifes Mac and Cheese still no stir-fry so I ask again another twenty minutes pass by at this point Im waiting for her to come over so I can ask for a different fajita because my shrimp was over cooked and my steak was overcooked she then goes well if your a chef you know what to expect then walks off then I ask to speak to a manager the manager takes off my fajita and my wifes stir-fry I pay him after she tries to hand me a bill for 100.63 with the stir-fry and the fajita still on itthe manager brings over an adjusted bill I pay to the penny after her attitude and shear audacity of embarrassing me in front of customers and my wife Im ready to pay my bill go to Micky Ds grab a burger and say hell with the night she storms over to my table and proceeds to throw a dime on the table and says you forgot your change here is your two cents you jackass never mind here is a dime keep it you need it I call the manager back over to which he replies Ill coach her over it Mind you she embarrassed me my wife was in tears when she left my child was shaken seeing his mother in tears and my Best friend is just in shock and awe of this night so much for an anniversary dinner with our Friend and Son!
The food quality here has always been good. However the night I was there I saw several empty tables and the service seemed to be a bit too slow. I do hope this is a temporary situation.

Food and service was second to none. As a restaurant manager myself I was beyond happy with the service. We had hannah as a server and she was hands down the best weve had in a very long time. Next time we are in Erie we will definitely be back!

Consistent service to expect at any Applebees. This location is no different. Check for daily specials, this location has a different drink special every day of the week. There are early bird lunch specials as well from 11am to 2pm every day.
Was not one of my favorites. Had loaded baked potato soup and there wasnt any potatoes in it. Had chicken tenders also if I didnt want the sauce that was on the menu she wouldnt give me another one because it was that sauce on the menu. My last few visits to Applebees have been very disappointing for the price you pay. Wish they wouldnt keep changing the menu. Find something you like one time and the next time it isnt on the menu.
Waited forever to even have someone come to table and for drinks, server was rude, when we finally got our food it was over done and not very good, they charged me over 7$ for a piece of chicken when the meal is 10 and i only got a piece of chicken no meal! Then felt sick soon after eating so couldnt finish it my husband did too, got home and almost threw up felt ill and pissed out my ass for hours!!!! Great experience!! Never again!!
Good food fast service friendly staff
Last few times weve been there the food was horrible. Especially the chicken and steak. It tastes like its been reheated and is rubbery. My family wouldnt finish theres either. The last visit, the waitress was rude when we told her the food wasnt good too. We wont go t o applebees anymore.
We stopped in for a quick meal before heading back home. We sat at the bar due to the short amount of time we had. We sat down at the same time as another set of people, then another group came in as well and sat at the bar too. The service was slow, we were often ignored and the other people got their meals way before us even though we ordered right after the 1st and before the third group that came in afterward. We only ordered an app platter...they ordered actual meals. No one apologized, or even noticed...The employees there were to busy talking to eachother, the whole tim and you could tell it wasnt work related. No management around and the whole place seemed like there hasnt been any there all day...When our app arrived it was kinda warm...not hot and fresh. It seems like it had ben sitting there for some time. The app platter still tasted good but not fresh right out of the kitchen kind of good, like applebees normally serves their food. We were dissatisfied, but still paid for it and made a promise not to go back there.
Big disappointment. Wanted to order boneless wings that are advertised, only to be told the ONLY sauce you could get on them is Buffalo hot. Big question is why. No good answer from them. Also charge you for little side of ranch dressing. I guess putting another sauce on them is too much of a bother.
Asked for a cheese burger platter well done when it came I cut into it in front of the waiter and it was bloody. I asked to have an other one made well done. This time they served me the same hamburger recooked and the same roll with the blood on it. From that point on the waiter was rude and was talking to one of the other waiter and as childish as it seems was making faces at us. I will never go back there. I could have gotten sick with the way they handled the meat. No thank you Im done with Applebees.
Extremely small portions for the price, ordered a steak salad that was 1 cup of lettuce and 3 one inch cubes of steak for 13.99. Service was excellent but everyone in our party left hungry.
Service was quick and friendly. We got the two for $20 steak special. Did not care for the garlic mashed potatoes but otherwise it was pretty good and reasonably priced.

My granddaughter and I visited the peach street location last evening unaware they offered meals on veterans day. The restaurant was full capacity, we waited about 15 minutes for a table. Everyone was hustling and kept up quite well. Way to go Applebees for honoring our veterans!
Very clean and nicely decorated 4 a Applebees. I have the quesadilla burger although Im a classic burger kind of guy. It was fantastic the quality of the beef was magical. Great service!
My girlfriend and I went there tonight to try the all-you-can-eat riblets, chicken tenders, and shrimp for $14.99. The riblets were amazing! They have a Texas BBQ and a honey BBQ. They were both delicious! The sauce was robust with layered flavors of sweet and spicy and there was a good amount of sauce on them but not too much. Finger licking good! The Texas kind with more spice and the honey more sweet but less spicy. The meat was fall off the bone tender. The chicken tenders were really good although they could have used a little less or a lighter breading. The shrimp was battered and fried. I am not big on shrimp but I still wanted to try some. It was pretty good. The coleslaw was really good and so were the fries. All the food was served and presented perfectly!Bridgette(sp?) was sweet as could be and very attentive to and anticipated what we needed. She was right on making sure we had everything we needed, especially drinks. She was super prompt and had us covered the whole time. We never once had to wonder where she was. A1 in my book!I could go on and on how great it was, but I think I covered it all.
Ive been to several Applebees which Ive had pleasant experiences with, but this particular location was not. I had a pomegranate flavoured lemon, which was so sweet I barely drank it. For dinner I ordered the baked Cedar Salmon with artichoke sauce, which I thought was delicious in the past, but here it was disgusting. It was obviously cooked in bacon grease or something. It literally tasted like pork, not salmon. I dont eat meat, only sseafood, so I thought maybe I was just being sensitive, so I had both my meat eating friends try it and they agreed it tasted like pork, thoroughly. When I told the waitress she said it must have been because theyre cooked on the same grill, but I honestly eat fish at stake houses all the time and never have any problems. I think they used bacon fat to make the sauce. They ddidnt offer to fix it and I was charged for it anyway.On a brighter note, the clam chowder was delicious and the service fast and friendly.
Wednesday is classic cheeseburger night at our house. Amazing burger. Curbside pick up if I dont want to get out of my sweats.

Food was so so. There is a lack of options for vegetarians. The place puts meat on everything. The company needs to upgrade its standards to include some vegetarian options.
Waiter was not sure on anything. Took awhile to get drinks. Food... well if the steak portions get any smaller the customers will have to provide the food. Soon the new menua as the waiter says always. Soon they will say .5 or smaller portions. Very disappointed in the overall of the company.
Horrible service. 2 of us waited to be seated and then after we were seated nobody came up for over 5 minutes then the waitress was delivering drinks to the table next to us and said she would be right with us and then went to another table and delivered more drinks and started taking their food order there was at least 5 so that was going to take a few minutes, so we left.
Went for lunch. 2 adults and 1 child. Ordered drinks and food for the child so he could eat right away. We got our drinks right away but then our server never came back. It took at least 30 minutes for my kids mini cheeseburger and mozz sticks to come out. A different server brought out that food. Still no server to get us more drinks or our food. I finally got a manager and told him the situation. Its been 45 minutes now and we still have not gotten our chicken fajita rollup and quesadillas. The restaurant wasnt even half full of customers. The manager went and got us new drinks and when he came back he told us the kitchen was just finishing up the food. I told him to forget it, we dont even want the meals. He did comp the whole bill, as he should have. We left that place and will NEVER go back. NEVER.

The quesadilla burger was just okay. The burger itself seemed flimsy. This is what I always order. So I do know what it tastes like when it is phenomenal.

Ordered French onion soup to come out prior to meal did not receive asked to have it removed from check. Ordered my steak medium received it medium rare waitress offered to have it put back on grill for a few minutes no thank you. Mashed sweet potatoes started to taste like soap when I got to the center of pile. It took a half hour to get a lemonade refill. Applebees used to be one of my favorite places to eat but after this experience and my last experience at West 12th location Im done.
Applebees is a staple for a night out on a budget. The 2 for $20 option is always a favorite. I recently tried their chili sauce wings, and they were fantastic. I normally dont go far from the 2 for $20 menu, but the selections available are all well worth it. The only minus is the high sodium content of the food.

My burger was dry they didnt put no type of sauce on it just a dry burger with onions and tomatoes and lettuce they didnt give my fries either this not the first time they did this
My wife and daughter eat there on 8/16/2016 they paid for a meal that was not fit for a dog. If I had been there that meal would not have enough been paid for. This store should be reported to their corporate office. In fact there were more complaints from other patrons as my wife left the store. I will not eat at this establishment ever and I will not recommended it
They were super busy and shortstaffed but the service and food were still amazing!
Friendly attentive staff, enjoyable visit. Had the Scott Free Session IPA hoppy, a touch bitter with a hint of citrus... Personally I liked it very much but if you dont like an IPA with personality, dont bother.
Service was excellent. Good took way too long and ribs were cold like they were refrigerated...got half a bowl of French onion and there was sloppy plates. Silverware was dirty, now I am sick..
The food is OK, but nothing special. The service was OK, too. I was disappointed in the burger I ordered. They made it seem super amazing on the menu... pickles and bacon INSIDE the burger. There was so little mixed in, Im not even sure its true.
Was the worse service I ever had. The waitress had a attitude from the start. When we ask what beer was on tap she gave us a paper. Didnt bring out the right drinks. Then said something it was a bit much for her. Food was cold. Wont go back to Applebees again.

Just leaving this place. Food was eatable but on the cold side. My salad had about 4 white pieces of lettuce, but was main ly shredded carrots and purple cabbage. It came without dressing. When I asked server about dressing she saidits there at the bottom of the bowl NOT. The celery on my husbands plate was dried out, his Mexican chips were stuck together in a huge clump. Very unappetizing

2022-03-03Our server was amazing. Food was brought out hot and tasted great. We never had to ask for drink refills, or napkins. Our extra sauces were forgotten but as soon as we asked about them she promptly brought them to the table. The building, inside and out, were well kept and clean, EVEN THE RESTROOMS!!

2022-06-16Its been a while since we last visited this restaurant, as we normally prefer locally owned restaurants over chains wherever we travel. But we thoroughly enjoyed the food and atmosphere at this chain restaurant in our own hometown as we had our dinners seated at the bar, sampling a few craft beers from local breweries on tap. The bartender was great, pleasant to talk to, and was able to provide helpful suggestions from the vast menu of options.

2022-06-08Give a 2 star rating. Husband ordered steak med and it came to the table well well well done. Sent it back and got one that was perfectly cooked. My meal was fine, no complaints. The waitress we had acted very shy and timid. Had to ask her repeatedly to speak up. A table of 7 came in when we were almost done with our meal. Took her forever to get their drink order. We sat over 20 minutes just waiting for her to return so we could get a box and the bill. Had to ask 4 or 5 times for a box. She was very nice just couldnt hear what she was talking about. We ended up being there almost 2 hours for something that shouldnt of taken so long. We wont be returning to this applebees.

2022-04-15I had 9 people in my party. 3 adults 6 kids. The first waitress was terrible I said my order over 3 times and still she couldnt get it right. They sent another waitress to be rude and basically lost my service. Due to arguing. I walked out. Very rude and if u correct them they get even worse.

2022-06-13Service was slow. Order was wrong. Ordered a bacon cheese impossible burger but received a cheese only. Other entree of bourbon chicken and shrimp was so so. Check was delivered without asking if we wanted desert or anything. Did order desert which was a bright spot.

2019-12-22Our visit was great! Greeted at the door and had a chance to sit where we wanted to, which was in a booth so we could watch the football game. Our Server was very pleasant, and we had a great conversation with him. We always like to learn a little about our Servers because it makes the experience more personal.We ordered the Bourbon Chicken and Shrimps(2 for $25), but it was very salty. I mentioned it to the Server and he said it was the seasoning, but I think theres a difference between a well-seasoned meal, and a meal with too much salt. I tried to finish it but couldnt. I ordered the Ginger Apple Freeze Cocktail and it was very good😊Overall, it was a great experience!!
