You gotta try the fried won ton tacos. They are out of this world. I cant rave enough about them. Also the honey pepper double crispy wings were amazing. Cant wait to go back for more.
Ut was our 5 year dating anniversary the waitress was not at happy to be working. We watched hed her get our Salt and pepper and proceed to standing talking to someone for 10 minutes before brining us the items. She got very snippy at us when we inquired about my Husbands beer why she hadnt gotten it yo him after 20 minutes of waiting she blamed the bar Tender but again due to us being able to see her she never walked to the bar. I am a bartender myself so I know how I works. She was so unpleasant. My husband wasnt happy with hid food and she did nothing about it. Safe to say you lost us as customers which is sad cause I loveApplebees. .
Went to the Applebees in Pottstown, PA for my granddaughters 6th birthday. We were expecting to have them sing to her and bring her out her treat. Instead we got a kitchen hand deliver to our table a small piece of brownie and a scoop of ice cream. NO SINGING Happy Bday to her!!!!!!! I had one upset little Birthday girl on my hands.
Tried their new bowl option and one of their monthly drinks. The food is what I expected, it was good and and service was good. Felt the food price was alittle expensive for the quality, but that seems to be a common theme for these types of chain restaurants.
I love the appetizer combo ! Good array for the money. Plus Im obsessed with the spinach dip at the moment.

I just ordered the Prime Rib Dipper from this Applebees on Ubereats and let me tell you what, its literally one of the best things Ive ever eaten in my life. Its so good its shocking its even legal. The au just dipping sauce is heavenly and when paired with the Prime Rib sandwich, like, seriously, whoevers made this needs a promotion. 11/10, good job Applebees!

The menu has items full of bacon chips and garlic.. 2 things I cant eat. The utensils were not given until partway into us eating appetizers with our fingers. We had to request salt and pepper and steak sauce...all delivered after a second request when my food was no longer fresh off the grill and no longer hot. My french fries seemed to be the bottom of the barrel scrapings....small pieces, overly brown and not piping hot. My server was new and she was NOT the cause of my dissatisfaction. She checked in with us several times.

Love love love this location & restaurant! We had the sweetest server whom actually was the bartender as well. He was an older white male cant remember his name. Even when the restaurant got busy he still handled me & my fiance with such patience & care! The food is always hot, & delicious. Drinks are always strong & yummy! I have zero complaints. Also the take out are always fast, friendly, & welcoming. This location is great!
Had some kind of chicken plate actually it was the Best Tasting meal I had in years!!

Bartender was alone and busy, super nice and attentive considering. Id give 5 stars just on service, and my food was great. I got the salmon dish. But my lager was flat, thought it was maybe just that so I got a jack and coke and the coke was flat too.. idk whats up with that. Otherwise nice place, just maybe drink straight liquor if you go lol
**Horrible food**---wish we had waited for a table at another restaurant. No flavor to either pasta dish from the 2 for $26/$29 menu. It was so bad my wife left most of her food on the table (she ordered her favorite pasta dish). The kids meal pizza appeared to be microwaved and was too tough for the kids to eat. The only positive was the onion rings and fries. The food was so bad that we wished we had gone home and ate leftovers. Complete waste of a rare dinner out for my family. Despite the friendly staff we wont be back to this location ever again.
Friendly Staff and good food. Menu is plentiful and seasonal special menu items come out often. Love Applebees especially the to go options. Uber eats delivers Applebees.

With a new baby my wife and I have found convenience using the carside to go option randomly over the last several months. Almost each time we do though, it seems something goes wrong. This is just a quick summary: With one of the first visits I received a hard rubbery rib platter that I was unable to pull apart/eat. Next time our meals were good however, they were incomplete. All three meals didnt get the sides of fries that were ordered. (I thought the fries were in the same containers as the platters. I should have noticed three red cups not in the bags before I got home)... Anyway, the next time and most recent, we did not receive our drinks. I even asked this time and had the associate verify we ordered it so she looked at the receipt on the bag and said no we did not. I figured the system must have messed it up... So, upon getting home I looked at the receipt and realized the one under the first broke down the order more specifically and showed we were missing our drinks. All together I think we are done with carside to go/online ordering. Just too many small instances and lack of consistency. *I forgot to mention that the food from our last meal that we did not receive drinks was generally not good. Ex. My burger was very greasy and cool. And for better understanding I live less than 5 mins away.
I go here often for a girls lunch and enjoy it but this past visit was great because or the bartender Scott. He was awesome!! great with our orders and had quick service!
I would give this dump no stars if I could. We got curbside to go, 10 MI uses after I ordered I get a text message asking if I am on my way so we rush to get here. Another text when I get there saying we see you, be right out. The order said it was ready by 6:45, its now 7:15 and a miserable employee just brought our order out. Im glad I tipped her 10% when I ordered. Say away from this place, they are unorganized and they just dont give a adamn about the customer.
Food so-so and service the same. Ordered appetizers and bc we didnt say wed like the 2 for $10, we were charged full price for each. $21 for over cooked chicken bites which made us feel sick after. Waitress should have asked vs assuming.Update: server brought food out with thumb in mash potatoes. Food still sucks and now cost more. Wont be returning
Ordered a 2 for 22 fiesta chicken and side salad. Side salad smelled a bit rotten so didnt eat it, the fiesta chicken was way over cooked was just like a piece of rubber. And the rice that came with it was under cooked and crunchy. Dont waste your hard earned money on sub par food. I let door dash know.
Food was excellent!!! We had taco burgers for 1st time. You have to try them. Really super tender. Melt in your mouth. Totally unexpected as to being that good!!!!
You have to ask for a menu (eyeroll), or you can download their 30 page pdf. Id rather see everything on the menu at a glance (1-2 pages) than scroll through 30 pages. Appetizers came out with entrees. Milk came after we finished dessert. When I went to leave and pay their system was down so I then couldnt use my gift card or debit card. I just feel like this place is going down hill each time I come here. The waitress we had was very nice and very attentive.
The last time I visited this Applebees, about two years ago, my experience was so unpleasant that I vowed never to go back. Well, I met a friend for dinner this evening and Im glad I changed my mind. The food and drinks came out promptly and presentation was nice, and our server Amanda absolutely crushed it despite having a full section - I waited tables for ten years and I couldnt have done better myself. Everything tasted great and I was happy to take leftovers home. My ONLY complaint was that the restroom needed attention, but thats largely due to the franchise not wanting to spend money updating the facilities, and the back of house staff not being as diligent as they could be. Servers and host staff were excellent, and the food and drinks were, again, well above par. We especially enjoyed the seasonal Pot O Gold blended cocktail.

Im usually not one to complain about food. I worked as a line cook for 5 years and I completely understand how things can go wrong. I hate to say something but I just paid $20 for one of the worst steaks Ive had from this type of restaurant. It was extremely over cooked but it seems like it was just done on one side. The other side didnt even have any grill Marks on it. After a long day at work I didnt feel like cooking but Im wishing I did because this was very disappointing.
I ordered medium steak I got medium rare(closer to the rare side). And I showed up to restaurant there is no signage to know where to go for to go food. It was supposed to me curb side pick up but no one came out with my order after I texted. I ended up having to go into the restaurant where 1 found 2 employees sitting at a table I told then I was here for a pick up the guy didnt even get up from his car he just handed me my food.
General good experience. Hubby found a wire in his chicken Mac & cheese, so manager removed it from the bill
Service was great. Our waitress was very nice. Steaks were overcooked too our liking but were very tasty and delicious anyways.

The service and food were great! Maggie our waitress and the manager were very attentive and friendly. They seem to go above and beyond to make sure that the restaurant is clean and safe to eat inside. Customers sit far away from one another.
I didn’t have any food… after being at a car show with my classic car, it broke down. There was SUCH a hassle getting a rollback and a Lyft driver for me and my best friend and my daughter. I went inside explained the situation and said we’d be parked out back for a while and asked if I could use the restroom. Angela, the hostess, I believe, was very understanding. 2 hours later and still no tow truck, sunburned and very thirsty, I went back in to see if I could order some drinks “to go”. She brought the iced tea and sodas and a few waters and ABSOLUTELY refused to let me pay for them. She said “ I got you. I know what it’s like to be stranded”. She is top notch!!!! As were the others who knew our situation as we had to use the facilities a few times. They were all very sympathetic. THATS customer service!!!! No matter what!!! All you ladies are A+. Keep doing what you’re doing!!!!
Really upset with the food lately past few times I’ve went the portions were very skimpy. They mine as well not even ask how you want your steak cooked because they can’t cook it right no matter what. Service and staff is great but the food has been a disgrace.
These days I rarely give restaurants 5 stars however this location did an exceptional jobs across the board. Everything thing we ordered came out perfect and the waitress was very friendly and understanding.
The waitress we had kept going to every table around us checking if they needed anyrhing. Yes she was at the bar too making my drinks. The food was ok. We use to go to Applebees pretty often but now Im lucky if we once a couple of months. The food doesnt wow me anymore. Oh well hopefully next time everything will be better, if theres a next time. Ordered a rare steak, got it medium/well. Server was flighty, forgot utensils, didnt come back to check on us, had to ask to place our lunch.
This location seems to operate a lot better during busy hours than quiet hours. If you go in on a Friday night, the food comes out in a reasonable time, is hot, and prepped well. If you go in on a Tuesday night when nobody is there, your food comes out cold, servers ignore you to gossip in the corner, and generally staff isnt as friendly.

Have only been here a couple of times but the wait staff stands out as being extremely attentive and friendly. The menu is Applebees, you get what youd expect, but the folks working at this location have each time made it a very pleasant experience.
This Applebees seems to always be popping and as long as you understand the quality that youre going to get at an Applebees you will not be disappointed The staff is great The regulars are great take care of your servers they work hard.
Decent food, decent prices and the servers are great. I prefer the consistency here, since my kids can get picky quick.
Cheap 25¢ Boneless Wings, but scarce on the sauce... Could definitely be better. Endless Apps at Fridays is better.
The hostess acted like she didnt want to be there. Our appetizer came out with the meal. The waitress apologized then I heard her do the same thing to the table next to us. Just felt like we werent welcome.

3rd order from them. Missing food once again. Had to feed my kids something else. The cook is subpar. The food is well below subpar. Did I mention missing food from the order. Again. Dont feel like driving. Ask for a 10% off coupon. Or my 15 dollars back an order for missing food. Management and chef definitely needs to be replaced. So over this place. Gave you chances. But its getting old. Really old. Been in the business. Its not hard to have a list of items and give a list of items to people. Seriously done giving second and third, forth chances for being close and convenient. Id avoid at all costs. Not worth it anymore. Stick to local mom and pop. These chains have gone down hill so far and so fast.Update- was on hold for 15 min till I hung up for a manager. And also 3rd order within 2 months.
Good food still at reasonable prices
Service was excellent. However my food. Rice did not seemed cook. Hard. My drink the strawberry leomonade vodka, had way too much syrup in it. Fiance drink, a double Makers, seemed as tho a single not double as requested. Other than his drink, there good was fine. Great laughs. Great company. Great service.
Had the blackened salmon with broccoli and mashed potatoes. Also ordered the dips appetizer. Ate some of the guac and queso. The tortilla chips had an aftertaste. Some of them were stuck together. Like three chips layered together. Multiples found. I wound up throwing them out and used my own chips we have at home. Fast forward to bed time. My stomach is so unsettled and Ive thrown up twice already. Wont be back. I used to love Applebees. Its nearly 1am and I cant sleep because my stomach keeps bothering me.
I got there and started moving my chair like I did a few weeks ago when I was there no issue. Waitress grabbed it and said I couldn’t do that and moved it back. As I was not 6 feet from the booth, no one was in the booth at that point but booths were back to back? So I sat far away from my friend. Food was eh. The white queso wasn’t topped with taco meat like usual. My rice was very dry with the fiesta lime chicken. Could’ve been a better experience.

Went on Veterans day, busy, but was very organized, the staff were all very friendly, seemingly working together, which is wonderful to see, very clean and the food was great. Very nice honoring the vets with a free dinner. A very special surprise was the girl scouts coming around to the tables thanking the veterans and giving them a cupcake.awesome!!!
We went at 430pm on a Saturday. There was no wait to be seated. Out waitress came over shortly. She kept drinks filled and and even brought my daughter a cup of ice when she saw her eating the Ice from my drink. She was quick with refills and last minute food request. A side of coleslaw after our meals came out. Food was all good and cooked fine. No complaints about either meals or her kids meal. Highlight was our server. I wish I could remember her name.
We had a very nice meal with the family here. Not much of a wait for a Saturday night. The service was ok but I think the waitress was new because she was a little slow getting our food and drinks. The food was good though.
The atmosphere at the bar was very pleasant. I had chicken finger platter with fries and coleslaw. It came with about 7 chicken tenders which was ok while it was warm but if you let it cool off tenders and fries were a little dry. Thats the first time in a long time I have been here and the only time I remember that the food was a little unsatisfying . I will go back because they have an abundant of food to choose from so I would like to try something else next time.

Ordered Queso blanco. Wasnt told until everyone else received their appetizers that thry didnt have it. Ordered chili lime chicken for entree..first they brought out fried shrimp, then they brought blackened shrimp with 2 lime wedges and fries. They told me at that point they didnt havr my entree then wanted to know what was wrong with what they brought. Why did I have to justify why I didnt want something I didnt order. By that time everyone else was done eating. What I ordered was to have vegetables not fries and besides was not what I ordered. Disappointing experience. Wont go back to spend a cent there.
There is a great deal to b had! 3 courses for $11.99! Tossed salad, spinach and artichoke dip and shrimp spicy stir fry. There many other choices, but I had great meal. Our waiter was friendly and on top of everything.

Another great place fallen to the ground with their service. Our waiter was nit well mannered and was not focused on his duties. Kitchen staff served our entrees which was entered in the system wrong (we were still watching our drinks sit at the bar for over 15 minutes) then bartender came ans gave us our drinks - which one was put in the system wrong as well, so it came wrong- and we recieved our utensils LAST. 10 minutes AFTER getting our meals.
We always have a good time here. Good people. Good drinks. Good food, usually. Their new Enchiladas were uneventful, no real flavor, just smothered in cheese. The rice was a tad warmer than room temperature. I saw the commercials and I was so looking forward to having one. It was a total disappointment; avoid this meal.
The people that work in this place are absolutely rude! They hang up the phone on customers. And don’t make the food well. Very unprofessional I would recommend not going to this Applebees.
Stopped in for some food and drinks. Waited ten minutes before the waitress took our drink orders, after watching her walk by our table three or four times. She refused to serve my forty-year-old wife a drink because her ID doesnt have a signature on it. We got up and left, and will never go back. Do yourself a favor and skip this dumpster. Go across the street to Chilis, or, better yet, down the road to Longhorn. Horrible.Update: Made the mistake of going back tonight, because its the only place nearby which is open late. Once again they gave us a hard time, but the manager tonight (a different guy) was decent enough to come out personally and apologize. Just before getting him though, our waitress literally said Its not my problem, take it up with the big man. Not her problem. I took note of her name and will be writing to the regional manager. I will never, ever, go to this restaurant again.
Our server Samantha was very polite. We ordered the pick three appetizers and they were very good. I ordered the sirloin steak medium. When I cut into it with the regular butter knife since I didnt get a steak knife it was well done. Somebody else brought out our food not our server and left my three year old sons meal just chilling in the kitchen. I didnt even get a chance to ask the gentleman who brought us our food about my sons meal since he gave us our food and left as soon as the plates hit the table. Thankfully our server came right over, saw my son didnt have his good and went to get it before I could say anything about it. The one and only reason Im giving it three stars is because of our server not the food. There needs to be some serious retraining to the cooks and the runners on how to properly cook a steak and make sure EVERYONE at the table gets there food
Diminished menu selection. My wifes sirloin came out rare she ordered it medium well. By the time she got it back the rest of her food was cold. No more call ahead seating. No more drink of the month. Will not go back to Applebees for quite some time
Visited for the Veterans Day dinner and had a great experience. Of course, it was absolutely packed but once we got in, the service was great considering the heavier than usual crowd that night. The staff are wonderful! Typical Applebees quality in terms of food and beverage.
I love the place. I like to seat in a booth and if you ask for one they will seat you there.Best french onions soup in the neighborhood. I also love the wonton tacos. Really delicious. I like the food in general. It always comes to your table in the right temperature.Could have more health juices (not from the fountain).Nice environment. Good help.

Always have trouble here. Hostess never is there when you walk in. We’ve been in the area about 6 months and frequent Applebee’s but we’ve now decided to travel to a farther Applebee’s because of how poor the service is here. The last time we were here was the last straw. The hostess took 10 minutes to seat us when the place was nearly empty. Now I say nearly empty in the entire building but 4 or 5 families just had been seated within 10 minutes of us.. in the same section. The poor waiter was running around because the hostess doesn’t know how to seat the tables. We were there for over 2 hours for 2 people to eat appetizers. My fries were forgotten... by 3 people. 2 expediters and the waiter. I say all this with a grain of salt because I felt entirely bad for the waiter, and don’t blame him at all. Good luck if you decide to go here.
For starters my girlfriend and I are in our 50s with grown children. It happened to be family night and there were lots of small children. We were stuffed into one section with all of these young families with small children like they didnt want to dirty another part of the restaurant so we could have a quiet meal. We Shared an appetizer, my girlfriend had a salad and we both got burger platters with some type of Potato. The bill was over $54.00 with no alcoholic beverages. A very noisy, over priced burger experience, however the food was decent. Definitely a place for a much younger crowd.
First I would like to say this is one of the only restaurants my self and husband go to. We have always gotten amazing food and service. Very pleased. We also tend to take friends or meet up to sit and enjoy ourselves. With that being said I also need to say this, it has taken me over a week to decide on writing this, We had taken a few friends out last Friday up to eat and chat (love the atmosphere) . We are all non drinkers they are in AA, my friends ordered two chocolate milkshake and we got soda. Well unfortunately the barmaid made a mistake and made alcoholic milkshakes. We told the waitress that it had liquor and she reassured us that no liquor was in it.. They never drank t them and left them sit. Within the HR the milk and liquor separated.. needless to say we were kinda upset.. please please be more mindful of what you serve.. this could have been a very bad situation for my friends.

This a great restaurant to get a quick bite to eat, a drink at the bar or a nice dine in meal with your friends and family. The food and staff are fantastic and help with any request. Aeden and Scott are fantastic and I highly recommend them as your server!

Had 2 for $20 deal. Really good deal. Had nice garden salad and 3 cheese penne pasta with chicken. Really tasty. Server was attentive until after meal was delivered. I needed refill of drink and napkins. Server was no where to be gound. Finally asked another server to get refill.
Had a great time. Our Server Josh was on point. He checked on us right when we needed him and wasnt over doing it. All our food was exactly what we ordered. He really made it a comfortable atmosphere for me and my family. Thanks Josh

I got ribs and fries. They were not good at all. My son wasnt happy with his meal either. Only one that liked it was my 8 year old and he ordered the Kraft Macaroni and Cheese with vanilla yogurt and strawberries.
I absolutely hate when the restaurant/pizza place Im ordering from forgets my sauce. Applebees has NEVER forgotten anything in my order no matter how small. And the food is always fresh and tastes like Im eating at the restaurant. Thank you applebees for always making sure every last detail and expectation is matched. 🖤
Handcrafted burger was very good $1 boneless wings where like chicken nuggets withh sauce and beer selection was not great. Price was fair service was awesome.
Not very good. I ordered shrimp skewer dish they came out white, that is uncooked. Manager came out took back. I said I will change to fried shrimp. That was uncooked too. Dont eat raw shrimp you will get sick. Surprising that happened Applebees is usually good. They did credit my check for the shrimp.
A co-worker and I stopped in here after seeing a movie and our waiter was horrible. He was in the back section near the car side to go door and he only came to our tables to get us drinks and to take the give and take the bill, our food and drinks werent even delivered by him! I waited 20 minutes to get a refill on my lemonade and even put my glass at the end of the table but it took my friend stopping the on duty manager to get me another drink. He came back, it looked like water with a pink mix at the bottom of it. The food was good but all I did was sit there watching our waiter glued to the computer screen in the back while the couple next to us had to wait 15-20 minutes to even be able to order drinks. I can say that I definitely did NOT leave a tip for him. Most times I go in to carside to go, they forget my drink and I even stopped ordering my favorite soup ( french onion) due to it not even being made when I get it or its cold. I ordered sweet potatoes and they gave me the sweet potato fries and when I do sometimes order the fries theyre cold before I even get home ( my drive is literally 5 minutes from here)
I have frequented this Applebees a lot through high school and college with friends and Im always disappointed. Servers are always lackluster and rude. Drinks are overpriced and dont taste good. 9 times out of 10 my food is cold. Now with Upland Square, my husband and i as well as my friends freqent the Chilis over there which is much better when compared side by side to this place.
My wife Lisa and I went for a early dinner and it was great service was also great will go back.
They were a little short staffed like every were else, but it was still a good meal with good service, no complaints!!
High prices for small portions. Ordered an appetizer, they forgot it ordered a cheeseburger plain for my son, they forgot cheese and it had all the toppings. Not happy.
The food is decent but the girl that sits people has a whole bunch of piercings in her face. It is very off putting and not something you want to look at right before eating. I am very surprised that they do not have some sort of dress code that prohibits face piercings in an eating establishment. Its just gross. I definitely will not go back to this Applebees and Ill be reaching out to their corporate to ask about this further.
It was a little after midnight so I called ahead to see if there were still serving food, they said the kitchen closes in 15 minutes. I walked in and sat at the bar, the place was pretty empty, to my left was one table looking at menus with a server, to my right another table with menus, the bartender had her back to the bar washing glasses and watching TV. I sat and made eye contact with one server but walked right by me, bartender walked away from the bar. I continued to sit and wait, I see who I think is the manager at the end of the bar at a terminal looks at me goes back to what he was doing. Waited, bartender came back sees me and still didnt address me. Finally I got up and left, I called from the car and asked for the manager. He apologized and says I thought you were being taken care of Really? Im sitting there looking at my watch no menu, drink, or maybe even a bill for takeout in front of me is being helped?! NOPE! 3 employees look at me and nothing not even a hello?!? If I could I would leave no stars!
We stopped in for appetizers on our way home. Got seated right away, ordered and food came quickly. Tried the spinach and artichoke dip, won ton tacos, and shrimp. Everything was hot and delicious.
Food was short of average, nothing close to what I expected. (Well cooked or seasoned well). Our chicken was half burnt and the steak pieces on our other plate were smaller than a nail piece. Point is, if you want lousy food and average service come here, but I suggest pick another place.
Poor. This is a bad Applebees location. They insist on using bartenders as waitresses and service suffers. I ordered the chicken nachos, they were beef, soggy, and had three jalapenos on the plate. In addition they came 10 minutes after everyone else had their food. They wanted to remake them and I declined. The rest of the food was average.
Karen was a great server. The kitchen on the other hand is a different story. I order neighbourhood nacho with extra extra Jalapeños. There was not a single Jalapeño on the nachos at all. Karen was able to fix that. I ordered an triple chocolate meltdown with no icecream and the kitchen failed to read again. Like I said Karen was amazing and she did her job. The kitchen needs to worked on and they need to read the tickets corrects.

I am African-American and I came in with my girlfriends too gorgeous Puerto Rican children. Granted we had a few issues with our food and my drink but nothing that couldnt be fixed, unfortunately fixing or waiter Malik to treat our table the same way he treated the white folks behind us would have been awesome. What he doesnt understand is that yes, Im African-American, however Ive been to three five-star gourmet restaurants this weekend and had an awesome time spent a hell of a lot more money than I am here, but I got the worst service here from our waiter. I felt like he was treating me like The Stereotype which Im not. the most attention I got was when he was waiting for his check!
We ordered car side to go. Honestly, we have never had food that tasted that horrible...plus it was cold, the baked potato was no way close to being cooked, my wrap was as hard as leather. I could keep on going but I think you get what Im saying. They should be ashamed of themselves to have charged us what they did for that dirt! Please, if you want a decent meal...dont go to Applebees!!
Had their 2 for $20. I had their ribs, my hubby had some lemon chicken with rice. I had their Friday drink special long island Ice tea $4. Nice size glass. Highly recommend Applebees.
Absolutely incredible experience. A tremendously attentive and professional staff, and the food was perfect. We live a distance away, but wont hesitate to make this restaurant a regular stop.
Staff friendly. Service is quick. The strawberry daq a ti sucks. Its too light for my liking. Food is amazing.
For a restaurant/bar style place its okay. The food took forever to be delivered to our table- we ordered normal burgers and fries-nothing special. At one point, the waitress came over to say, kitchen is behind, sorry..but the table next to us came in 15 minutes after us and was eating before us. Next time we will venture across Rt 100 to the newer eateries.
My riblets were very unevenly sauced & lukewarm by the time I received them. I upgraded my fries to 4-cheese mac with bacon but it was also lukewarm so the shredded cheddar didnt even melt on top. It was Easter dinner for my fiancée & I but whoever was cooking/running food obviously did not want to be at work. Overall... a 3.5 because the food was tasty but cold. At least there were $1 margaritas!
One of my favorite restaurants to dine in. There is a server there named Jackie, she is really great with kids.
This is always a good place to eat. Food is very good. Must get French onion soup. Employees are always friendly. Seated and served promptly, and prices are reasonable.
Ordered via Doordash and the order was missing items, had items we did not order and special request to remove crispy onions was not done. Service was fast but order was wrong.
Good food on a Friday night when we dont feel like cooking. Last time we were here, there was a magician... was pretty funny guy. Always a busy restaurant, good fast service too.
2 times ordering curbside to go, mind you it has been 5 years since the last time I ordered here. Both times waited over 2 hours from the time it was supposed to be ready. This time, they can not find the order. Never came through even though, I got emails saying differently. Hit the Im here button on the email, but was told, it does nothing.
Wish it opened a bit earlier but it is what it is during a pandemic. Great food and amazing service. Would highly recommend coming in for lunch if you can!
Overall good experience we had some of the new menu items and the food was tasty. Update 9/29/21: The food went downhill had multiple not so good meals here. We will not go back, Pottstown has many other options.
Applebees used to be my favorite but has gotten worse over the years. It really sucks to give this review but I have to honest. Last time I was there, my food was cold within 5 minutes of receiving it and the time before that, my friend got one of the sizzler entrees and it didnt even sizzle when it came out.
The food and service was excellent. The sports players on the walls need to be updated. Otherwise, great place to eat.

Waited almost 45min to get salads, my wife ordered a wedge salad and didnt get it till our meals were out on the table, then had to wait another 15min for utensils after asking when the meals arrived, the only quick thing was the water we ordered and still had to wait 20min for our coffee, not coming back here again, poor service.Employees act like its social hour.Manager just wonders around not interacting with guest.Corporate needs to come in on a suprise visit and fix issues.

The hostess called are name but before they seated us the manager gave our seats to another couple because she used to work there. When I confronted the host he got a little ignorant about it. My wifes food was hot and mine was stone cold. We both ordered the same thing. French fries was rubbery. The best part was the waitress. She tried her best to make our dinning experience good. We will not be going back to this Applebees.
First of all not to be picky at all but what happened is gross.So I ordered the fiesta lime chicken on the 2 for $20 and so did my friend and the food took FOREVER even to make a simple house salad. So we finally got the appetizers and daughter wanted the boneless chicken wings and there was a lump of something in the ranch I said there is no need to be that picky just a little error dont be a drama queen Im in the restaurant work force so I know how annoying it can be when customer complains about the stupidest thing I never complain I think its just rude. First of all just a little thing when you order a steak and ask for well done its rare and gross. The food came the hair was in the spotlight I could see it so I told them and one thing I noticed was that it did not have a lime. After 5 min he comes out with a some called new one. IT TOOK A HOUR TO MAKE IT AND NOW TOU MAKE IT IN 5 MINUTES. still same one with no lime just heated on and with the hair out. So I did not say any because then the manger would come and make a big deal but in the first place the manger didnt come VERY CARELESS PLACE. But they did take it off the bill but have respect like other restaurants like Olive Garden and red lobester, Texas roadhouse will get the manger and at least say something for the mistake.

I got my dad an Applebees gift card for his birthday. Unfortunately, it was the worst experience we couldve had at a restaurant. The server was a little off. He left us waiting for our food for over an hour. When we gout our food my dads dinner wasnt cooked correctly, my dinner was made wrong (I ordered a hamburger not a cheese burger), and my moms dinner was too spicy (nevermind when she asked the waiter about her meal he didnt know anything about it). It was just a fiasco. And because my dad hates wasting food he just ate his dinner, my mom sent hers back, and I got mine remade. We had to pay for 2/3 dinners.
Small restaurant and dark lighting, loud bustling rustling clanking type of atmosphere. Willing to pay the prices for some of the unique food but a lot of it is just typical of an everyday American chain restaurant; Applebees has competition galore in overall menu.
Staff was great & had the $1 drink special...which they have a different drink each month...which is cool. After 9pm they have half priced appetizer. We had a great time
Hostess could barely walk and didn’t like to walk. Walked into the worst face. 😒Dirty. I wish I could show you the picture of our lamp over our food.Waitress was distant. Nice girl though. She was very busy!! Not her fault.Riblets were awful!!!Manager was hiding in his office apparently. When we arrived we asked if we could have a booth and the petson taking request seemed annoyed by the request mind you the place wasnt busy. Then he told the seater about our request and he seemed annoyed....well we sit and wait for a waiter to take our order, and we wait and wait and wait all the time walking by us ignoring us, finally we got up and left. NOT VERY CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED AT ALL! Went to Boston Market instead and got service with a smile
Food was hot until the pick up door was opened a few times and then our food got cold quickly. Could have seated my kids and I away from the door as there was many other empty booths open.
Bad service was on Friday night , they ignored us and people came after us finished eating and left before we get the rest of our main orders, when we asked to leave before getting the food , no body cared to let us wait and apologize

This Applebee’s is a disappointment! I go in on carside and everyone walks by me for 10 mins and ignores me like I’m not there. Everyone here always has an attitude. JORDAN ( the server) IS THE WORST! Carside does not have a spot for people to stand and she yelled at me and 2 other people that we where in the way and we need to move and she was really rude about it! Absolutely do not recommend this Applebee’s to anyone! If you want to go to Applebee’s go to Royersford! They have fun entergetic and caring servers/employees who care for their customer who come in.
Usually a very good place to eat. I told waitress NO blue cheese on my chicken. It came back and it had blue cheese after tasting it. I got sick at home almost didnt make it home.
Hostess was less than interested. Waiter Scott was great. Quesadilla was so spare there was more shell than filling. Caesar salad was Browning.We will not be stepping through those doors again.We were so hungry and so very disappointed.

Got 3 apps & 2 soups for $26.00! Cant beat that deal! We loved the tablet option to order and pay for our dinner! Quick, easy and delicious! We got the tomato soup, French onion soup, chicken quesadilla, Verde beef nachos..., artichoke & spinach dip!

We have been to this restaurant numerous times there is usually a little bit of a wait at dinner times the wait staff is normally friendly and helpful the food is good typical chain restaurants food the drink specials are usually pretty good I normally stick with beer though overall a good experience.

Go to Pottstown Chilis instead across the street. Ordered food for two adults and our almost 2 year old. 2 year olds food came out 15 minutes before ours did. She started eating and was finished before ours came out. She was ready to leave when normally we can get another 10 or 15 minutes from her having her taste our food. Im typically pretty understanding but when our food came out it was not even hot. Someone dropped the ball and we left with a full price check and our food untouched in a taleout bag.
Worst food : waste of money and time .. my boneless chicken wings tasted bitter! If the cook is reading this : please change your oil each time. Even the chicken wonton tacos tasted bitter!! .. total waste. I had taken the order to go to eat at home, I wish I had dinned in. I would have at least got the chance to complain and not pay
CarSide to Go - Ive tried doing this twice, and both times had problems. This latest visit, they couldnt find my order at first, then when I got it home, there were mixups with the different meal items (two burgers, which both had select elements of each others orders, and neither cooked as requested), soup that was more like the consistency of stew, a packet of a plastic fork and knife instead of a spoon for said soup, and a lack of cheese on a poorly-cut potato side dish. Overall, the food quality of Carside is extremely disappointing compared to in-restaurant service. I will not be ordering to-go from here again.
Their handcrafted burgers are delicious and the 🍟 are perfectly done. French onion soup is usually pretty good as well 😋. Try it!

Always do carside to go and service is always great and food fantastic. Even their fries are great due to how smart they pack them. No styrafoam or plastic container that usually makes fries soggy.
If youre a vegetarian or a Vegan, dont even bother going there. If you are a meat eater, theres a huge variety and the attention is good. There might be a waiting period, so check before getting there.
Kids and I were in last evening for the endless ribs, shrimp and chicken fingers. I had the ribs and coffee. I have been vomiting violently since 11-00 o’clock I am on my way to urgent care. I’m dehydrated. Maybe the ribs were just too rich.
Had a horrible experience! Their chicken was super rubbery, apparently they microwaved it! I lost my appetite and didn’t bother to order something new. Never going back there again, it’s a WASTE of money!
Not one of the better Applebee’s where we have eaten. Some of the tableware was not fully clean and the food was a little bland. Not a bad restaurant, but in no hurry to go back.
Great Food and Service. Celebrated my grandsons birthday tonight at Applebees. It was fantastic. The service was terrific and they had a magician on Weds. Nights for the kids.

My experience this evening ended great...food was excellent.... Server...was also great.....it didnt start great...the person seating us....Sean....how about...u speak....clearly...how about friendly....no grunting....I want to feel like it wasnt to much trouble for u to seat us......friendly people should be at the door...to set the tone of the experience to come...
It has a nice set-up to protect patrons. I had a new item from the menu (ravioli with sliced chicken) which was very good.
Love Applebees food, reasonable prices. My girlfriend and I regularly order from the two for twenty menu. Service is usually good, but have had problems at times.
Always go after Thursday night trainings for the local firehouse. We always request Courtney. She is by far the best server there and very friendly. We will be back ♡

Went to Applebees after not going for the last two months. Diane ordered a mojito and what she got was more like a margarita. You dont make a mojito with lemons!!!! If the bartender didnt know how to make it they should haVe said something and not sent a wrong drink.

They ran out of bone in wings. Boneless wings had a bitter aftertaste like they were fried in old oil. Same with the mozzarella sticks.

Enjoyable, repeated visits have changed my mind. Still stand by unexpirenced bar tenders. Order from table devices arent nessarry. Confusisg to older clientele. Staff is friendly. Lots of food. Reasonable prices.

2022-04-26Went in on a busy Saturday evening. Service was quick and efficient, the special combo menu was a great deal! Appreciate the impossible burger option, where you can swap any beef patty to a vegan patty with any burgers. The bourbon chicken and shrimp was a lil over-cooked and under-seasoned. Overall was a great dinning experience.

2022-06-07Great spot for our family. My younger boys love taking their time filling out what they want on the kids menu. We have been enjoying family meals there for over 10 years. The staff are always friendly and the food is really tasty. Never have to wait for a table either!

2022-05-05Food was great! Unfortunately, not so much other service side. I understand that after 9pm, it can get crazy with l the teenagers, and separate bills. But our checks were a mess! And then to make a smart comment about us asking for separate checks in the beginning, there wouldnt have been any issues with our checks. There goes your tip sweetheart. Will really have to think about going back. Especially if I get the same server! Sorry@

2021-07-24The food was good. Boneless BBQ chicken & onion rings. But this desert? Thats a completely different story. The cake was hard as rock. I couldnt eat it or even get it off the container. I wasnt able to use a fork to eat it either! 😕 I have a video, but was unable to put it on the review to show just how hard it really was.

2022-04-03Don’t go here. Service always sucks, but this time took the cake. If I could give zero stars I would. Walked in, the hostess tried sitting us at a table that already was occupied, then sat us at the next open seat. THREW the special menu at us, didn’t even get a drink menu or a real menu, and mumbled something that was inaudible and walked away. All while She kept running into people and seemed as if she was under the influence. Sat at the table upwards of 15 minutes without someone come to take our drink orders. We left and as we did, we were getting yelled at by the hostess.

2022-06-25Went here the other night. As soon as you walked into place there was a weird stench in the air. Order dinner and the shrimp breading was falling apart They werent cooked long enough. The only positive thing I can say is the waitress is very nice.

2022-04-12Ordered food. Asked for no lettuce tomatoes or onions or pickel on the burger we ordered. The container says my order is correct. 86 was written next to all those items on the ticket that was ON TOP of the box. The food was complete incorrect and totally un-edible. The burger had every single on of those items on it. Not happy and nor where the kids.
