Yes, call Orlando.About a year ago, he fixed my fridge fast and affordably. He came so promptly, I was able to save most of the food! It has been running well ever since.Recently he installed our new dishwasher. Again, he came promptly and his prices were affordable. It was a complicated job, and I appreciated his knowledge and patience. Actually, when Home Depot delivered the dishwasher, they refused to install it, and left it sitting in my dining room, but Orlando did it, no problem!

Great, prompt service. I called at around 10am hoping to get someone to look at my refrigerator the same day. Appliance zone showed up at 1:30pm, made a quick fix to my fridge, and told me what I need to look out for going forward. I’d highly recommend this business to anyone.

I have a very busy schedule and was distraught when my washing machine broke on one of my few days off! In comes Fernando to the rescue. I called and he was able to provide same day service. He was polite and knowledgeable, and fixed my washing machine within minutes. If ever I have an issue with an appliance, I will call Appliance Zone Service.

Repairman didnt bother to turn the fridge on, just went ahead to say I have to change the compressor for $780 without any kind of diagnosis. I told him the compressor works when in test mode but doesnt cool. Recharge the compressor and let see if he works but he wants to make easy money and overcharge me for a compressor. When he sees we are going no where he tells me to pay $80 for diagnosis even though one was not done and he never told me of such fee before coming. Beware of this kind of business.

Worst experience ever. Showed up, completely dismissive of the issue and did no investigation of what the issue was. INSISTED it was impossible for the black oily substance coming from the bottom of the fridge was oil. Told me over and over again I spilled something and left my freezer open is why everything defrosted. Many searches break down causes for a black oil to be coming from under the fridge so we tried to bring up those causes.After much debate and asking him to at least LOOK at the substance and bend down and wiped up, he continued to not even look and tell me oil was spilled food or soda. No, the black tar is not soda. When asking about the compressor he insisted again there is no oil anywhere or anything that could be leaking and rambled on about FREON, our fridge is new and doesn’t even have FREON but again, he refused to listen and then continued to speak down to us instead of addressing any of our concerns. When it came down to time for a payment for him to show up and tell us oil wasn’t oil we were more than willing to pay because he showed up however we were at that time and not any time previously told we could not use a credit or debit card and had to cash app him. He literally told us he won’t take a card because that gives customers protection against fraudulent charges that the cash apps don’t. After we insisted on paying with a card, we were at no point not willing to pay, I just don’t use cash apps for professional services. He got angry and kept telling us “I KNOW you have cash apps, everyone does!” Like who goes into somebody’s house and tells them what they do or don’t have. He then proceeds to start swearing using the F word when he was asked to stop, he stormed up slamming the door. And the only thing we asked was for a way to pay with a card.

The technician went to my fathers within a matter of a half an hour, diagnosed and fixed the problem with the refrigerator. I am grateful for the prompt and courteous service, but most important, is that I don’t need to worry about my 92 year old father and his caregiver not having a working fridge! 👍🏻🙏🏻😅Thank you!!
