Heres my story: me and my husband just moved into a one-bedroom apartment. We was given a cat, who I named patience. To our surprise! we did not know that she was PREGNANT! IN OUR NEW APARTMENT; WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE MORE THAN ONE CAT. AND I COULDNT REQUEST TO HAVE MORE THAN ONE CAT ETHER, BASED ON THEIR POLICY. Saddened I became. I didnt know what to do. I couldnt keep the kittens! HIGH DISTRESS!There were five kittens born by patience! The apartment complex where I lived at was very patient with me and my husband and they waited for us to be able to find homes for the kittens. I appreciate such kindness. The kindness did not stop there. I came across an individual who took two of the kittens from me as well. I still had three kittens left. I researched and found the animal rescue place; spoke with Miss Lisa who was very patient with me and helped me by finding families for the other two kittens. That left me with one more kitten. I was trying to keep this kitten in my family, I really was not looking forward to giving the last kitten away. But however I end up having to give the kitten away. I contacted Miss Lisa again to see if she was able to take the last kitten. And she was able to take the last kitten from me. Since I spent so much time with this kitten it was really hard for me to give him up. Miss Lisa very compassionate; the reason why Im saying this is because of what she displayed, (CONCERNED FOR THE OTHER: such quality as we know is found in 1st Corinthians chapter 13 verse 5).The quality that Mrs. Lisa displayed was very much needed; it brings comfort to the heart of those in distress. She became in likeness as that needed true friend.( Pr. 17:17) She send me pictures of the kittens and gave me updates to let me know how they were doing and when they also got adopted by a family. I really appreciated that. because it truly did help, to bring comfort upon my heart. What she has shown me since Ive been interacting with her is that she cares for not only animals but people too. I appreciate Mrs. Lisa a great deal. Her animal rescue place name is : Ariels Angels Pet food Pantry & Rescue. If you need help finding a home for your pets; or see a pet who needs a home, Mrs. Lisa can help.

2021-09-03I dont often make google reviews, but this is a great place if you are looking to adopt a cat! My partner and I wanted to adopt a kitten and werent having much luck at some of the larger shelters in Philly. We feel so lucky to have randomly found this spot after a quick google search. We called, mentioned what kind of kitten we were looking for and Lisa brought down our Jackie! She was fully vaccinated and spayed, had all her paperwork in order. Very professional and trustworthy. We have been loving our kitten ever since. Make sure to call ahead to make an appointment.

2022-01-18Dont waste your time.I was refused adoption because I already have a female dog and they said I was putting my dogs life at risk by adopting another female dog. She told me two female dogs will fight to the death. I showed my text conversation with the owner to my dogs trainer, vet, and the BCAA. They all said to go somewhere else because this place is clearly incompetent and uneducated. The owner was also rude and said I need to find a new vet and trainer because they dont know what they are talking about and she will not debate the issue. I then called 5 other shelters in the city who all said that she had no idea what she was talking about.

2021-05-12Ariels Angels was such a blessing. I am not connected to any social media and thereby did not know how to advertise re-homing my 5 month old Blue Nose Pitt Bull. After my initial contact on Tuesday, I received calls the next day. Bailey Ray met her new family the following Saturday in the park. I am confident that shes in a loving & caring home and I am forever grateful to Ariels Angels because I didnt want to place her in a shelter, but wasnt aware of other options before I was referred. God Bless.

2021-01-20In this pandemic time, it is hard to get someone to help you out for animal adoption. Lisa is an retired -veterinarian, very nice lady, with a private rescue. I just adopted a beautiful cat Irish with her. I loved that the process was quick and easy plus she gave out helpful advices. Irish and me are very happy, so thank you!

2021-01-21I was looking for a living home for one of the cats that I took in. Did not want to leave her out on the street, found Ariel’s Angels and contact them. The lady was extremely nice and loving to the cat. Found a loving family for the cat and kept me updated on the process. I did not feel left out at all. I highly recommend Ariel’s Angels.

2020-03-01Asked for a hypoallergenic kitten and she told me the cats were a certain breed that they werent. The cats were adorable but she flat out lied to me about the breed of cats I paid for. She has good kittens though but dont trust her about the specific breeds I wasted 70 bucks

2020-10-10I wish I could give this woman zero stars. She was absolutely abrasive and rude in the small amount of communication I had with her. The information on the website about kitten I wanted was FALSE the address on the website is WRONG and even with all that I still wanted to adopt and SHE canceled. Wasted so much time with this woman (or child with the way she conducted herself) I just hope this review will save you time and money.

2020-06-08I called, she said “hello” so I was very confuse on who I called. I said I’m sorry I thought I was calling a business, she said yes, I said I’m calling inquiring about a cat. She said yes you have the correct place, I told her I’m confuse you didn’t announce the business when I called, she said I did, I said “hello” she is horrible, very sarcastic Not professional at all, she should not be working with people let alone animals.
