Staff resolved some minor issues that I had with my Chev. Colorado with efficiency and professionalism. Special shout out to Sarah who took the time to personally try to resolve a weatherstripping issue on the spot without an appointment . My previous vehicle was a GMC product and their service department wasn’t even in the same league as Chev. Kuddos.
I recently bought a Chevy Camaro and decided to use Armen Chevrolet as my go to for repairs because it is close to my house. At first I thought it was a great place, but after having my car serviced for the same problem several times they cant figure it out! Steve in the service department said I should go somewhere else because his techs were unable to solve the problem. I wont be going back there! Feeling frustrated!!!
During our recent visit and purchase at Armen Chevrolet in Ardmore our experience was... Excellent!!!! Our salesman Andrew did an excellent job in catering to all our needs. The day we picked up my car Andrew had it decorated with balloons and a beautiful bouquet of flowers. This made me feel on top of the world. Steve, the sales manager was very professional, proficient and catering to our needs. He made every effort to make us leave being satisfied and returning customers. I can’t forget to mention Troy, the corvette expert. He showed me how to operate every control inside my corvette. He made me feel very confident that I could handle my car on my own.
From the very start of our car buying journey during this crazy car market, the team at Armen made the process as pleasant as can be. Rich kept us informed from the ordering, through the build, when the truck began transit and at long last, arrived at the dealership. We came from out of state so the Armen team was able to get everything ready and organized before we got out there. My family was welcomed so warmly when we arrived and our salesman, Andrew, went above and beyond. If you want a friendly, honest, and knowledgeable staff, stop by Armen Chevy, you will not be disappointed!!!
I have to share my experience as someone who purchased from out of state. Armen uses a third party company called RegUSA/Dealertrack, it took 3 months to get my registration and plates for my vehicle! I was unable to drive my vehicle for 4 weeks. RegUSA/ Dealertrack is a terrible company who could not successfully submit our paperwork. All the while blaming our states RMV and shipping issues.
Troy and the crew at Armen Chevy are phenomenal. I got a great deal on a car I love, and the whole experience was friendly, professional, zero-pressure and hassle-free. Troy went above and beyond, it really seemed like he genuinely wanted my wife and I to end up in the RIGHT car, not just any car. I would definitely do business with Troy/Armen again.
I made an appointment for 1 pm... service was not started until 2:30. Not happy with such a long wait.Also... one of the service men at the counter was not wearing a mask while talking to me in the small room up front. I asked him to put on a mask and he complied and apologized. I think as a dealer you should require masks. You are endangering your customers. I wont be back and will not recommend your dealership to anyone.
The technician provided an incorrect diagnostic outcome for a repair. I was told I needed a right, rear shock boot repair. Cost -$650. My car needed a wheel bearing hub repair. I paid $104 for a diagnostic that would have not fixed my car. I would never bring my car back to Armen.10/20/21..I am updating my review because I must be fair. After posting my original review, I received a call from Tod, General Manager at Armen. Tod called me personally, out of concern for my experience. Not only did he take the time out to find out the issue, he gave me a credit for my diagnostic cost along with his email and contact informed!!!Reputation and great customer service is everything to me as a customer. Thank you so much for making me feel like a valued customer, Tod!!!I will be giving Armen a second chance to make this dealership my home for all of my repairs.Peace and blessings,Leslie
I had the pleasure of helping my son purchase a vehicle. Troy was our sales representative and he was very helpful, gave informative information about our vehicle, he has a pleasant disposition, and was very patient. He answered all of our questions and then some. I must say that the experience was rather pleasant, and we didn’t feel pressured about our decision. I would recommend anyone shop at Armen Chevorlet if your looking for a vehicle.
Just had a great customer experience with Todd Gomer the owner at Armen Chevrolet. We developed a problem and needed help getting out of a lease early. I worked with Rich I and Andrew G and had an exceptional experience. They are very professional and kind. This is my second car lease with Rich (after my first experience) I knew I had to go right back again. From start to finish this was easy and smooth. They are excellent communicators and I can’t thank them enough.
Space was clean and welcoming. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and helped us to buy a car we love. Sales person and sales manager explained all our options on purchasing and financing in language we could understand. They offered options and made suggestions, but without any pressure that might have made us uncomfortable. At closing, the finance manager walked us through the paperwork, explained all the details, and answered our questions. Our experience at Armen Chevrolet was pleasant and very positive.

I found a truck I liked online at Armen so I went down to take a look. Everyone was friendly and helpful. My sales guy Andrew was a complete stand out. I have bought a lot of cars over the years and typically always leave a dealership feeling abused and with a pit in my stomach.Andrew changed my impression totally about buying a car. He is a genuine guy, treated me with respect and like I actually mattered. I visited Armen Chevrolet on Monday October 4, 2021 interested in a 2019 Chevrolet Traverse. I was greeted by Troy Gomer. He was very professional from start to finish. He knew everthing about the vehicle that I did end up purchasing. Everyone that worked with me until the purchase was final were professional and knowledgeable about what they do. They worked hard to get me what I was looking for and I was very satisfied with this experience. I would definitely recommend Armen Chevrolet for your next vehicle purchase. Ask for Troy when you arrive, you wont be disappointed! Troy also checked up with me to see how was I felt about the vehicle and my response was that Im very satisfied with my purchase.
Troy was the excellent salesperson who helped me understand just what I was buying and made it incredibly easy to go through the sales process. He has been very helpful in answering follow up questions after I picked up the car. Amazingly he has also helped family members with urgent service needs on their cars.
The service center was very clean both inside the service area and front desk. The staff were very kind and were able to answer my questions as well as getting the parts I needed with no added pressure to purchase other unnecessary items. Dave and Sarah were both extremely helpful and If I need service in the future I will be sure to go to them.
I will never go here again. This summer, my Cadillac SRX passed inspection, and then my car was hit while parked a couple days later. I needed body work done via an insurance claim, and I took my car here to get work done. They passed my car back and forth from their Armen Cadillac location to their Armen Chevrolet body shop location, and it took over a month to get repaired (it was damage to the front right side of my car, so new fender and bumper type of work). When I got it back, it drove funny, and the StabiliTrak lights were on the dashboard. I never ride with dashboard lights, so I brought my car back in, and they ran diagnostics, and they said I needed a new wheel bearing on the side where my car was hit, but they told Progressive it was due to wear and tear, and not the accident. Progressive did not want to pay for it due to this report. However, I didn’t have this problem before, and I literally passed a full state inspection days prior to the incident. After complaining and not being heard, I was so disappointed in Armen Chevrolet, the Cadillac dealership and Progressive. Recently, I traded my Cadillac in for an Audi. I do not want to do business with those Armen dealerships or their likeness. Additionally, I also switched from Progressive to State Farm.
We recently purchased a car at Armen Chevrolet and had a great experience. The transaction went really smoothly. We were helped by professionals that not only had patience, but also our best interest at hand. Due to their influences, we also received a great deal in our car.
I have recently picked up a new Camaro at Armen. From the start to the end of the process, guys at Armen have been fantastic, including reception staff, customer relation, sales and finance. Unlike many other dealers, they dont engage in shady practices and remain easy-going and honest at each stage. The real crown jewel of this establishment is Troy from sales. He explained everything and made the purchase easy and exciting. The car arrived with slight paint imperfections but the dealership promised to take care of them. My vehicle was towed to the Armens Chevy service department, it just would not start. I left all of my contact information in the vehicle because of Covid reasons I did not ride with the tow driver. I was working with a representative by the name of Mr. Chip in the service department. He was great! He kept me informed of the process to which the service department was going to take in order for them to get to the bottom of the problem. His interpersonal communication skills were awesome! He provided me with detail information regarding my vehicle and the options within the company that were available. When I had to leave a message, he made sure to give me a call back with an update or just answer any questions that I had. My experience was great! I hope I wont have to use them again, at least any time soon...lol...but in the event of another issue I would not hesitate to go.
Our experience was better than expected. Spoke with Troy Thursday night, told him what we were looking at, what we were trading in and what we wanted to pay monthly. They were close so we drove over 2 hours and he didn’t disappoint. Troy, Rich and the entire team at Armen Chevy were very professional and down to earth. They will make the trip worth your while!
In all my years of dealing the car dealership, I had the best experience at Armen Chevrolet. They offer the best customer service. Troy (sales person) followed up after my purchase to make sure that there are no issue with the car. And I was not pressure to buy anything extra.
My experience at Armen was excellent! Ed was great. He went out of his way to make sure I drove away happy, and I did. His finance guy was amazing as well. I’m very pleased with my purchase and will refer others to visit when looking to buy. I’ll be back when it’s time to buy my wife’s next car.
I had a great experience at Armen, despite the chip shortage and difficulties in the market right now. I worked with Troy Gomer who walked me through the process as a first time car purchase/lessee. Troy helped tremendously with both my car as well as my wife’s and made sure I was happy with what I was getting (again, despite the market). I fully intend to go back to Armen 3 years from now when my lease expires.
My shopping and buying experience could not have been more pleasant. Initially I reached out on line - Lisa from the internet team responded immediately. It wasn’t a canned auto-reply, but specific to my inquiry. Lisa put me in touch with a manager named John, who answered additional questions. We agreed on a date/time that I would visit the dealership, and John referred me to Sales Consultant Andrew Gomer. Andrew was literally at the front door, ready to greet me when I arrived. He showed me the vehicle without firing off a thousand questions like most other dealerships. I gave the vehicle a once over, checking out the interior, exterior and under the hood. Andrew offered a test-drive, and we drove about town. After we returned, we agreed on a price in roughly 10 minutes. I live about 45 minutes away, and Andrew offered to pick me up at my house when the vehicle was ready for delivery. My entire encounter with Andrew was impressive – no waiting, zero pressure, and at my pace. Our conversations and terms were consistent, without deviations. No gimmicks, change of story – none of usual stereotypical dealer nonsense. Start to finish, my experience with Armen Chevrolet was comfortable, professional, and courteous. This is a tribute to Andrew personally, as well as the management and owners. Great results come from great leadership.
The guys at Armen Chevrolet were wonderful to work with. I ordered a C8 Corvette, but with the pandemic and other circumstances beyond anyones control, we ultimately waited 18 months. It was worth the wait! Troy Gomer was very patient and worked with me to customize the car I wanted. He kept me apprised of the status and progress of the car along each phase of production. Have dealt with Armen Service Center many times over the years. Never completely happy for a whole host of reasons. This service was different. Dealt with new Service Advisor, Dave Deilkes, and he was the best. I plan to deal with him in the future, as I have found the other Service Advisors to not always be helpful in meeting my needs.
I always have my car service at Arman Chevrolet in Ardmore Pa. The service Ive received here is always great. This place is Reliable, trustworthy, and always provides excellent service. The people H.E.R. are professional and provide knowledge of services offered. I wouldnt take my car to any other place.

I had an appointment scheduled for an issue; however, I had to go out of town, so I took my vehicle in for an oil change early on a Saturday. The customer service representative exhibited an attitude as if I should have waited until Monday to bring my vehicle when he saw I had an appointment scheduled. He tried to encourage me to leave and come back Monday because of the numerous cars ahead of me and no technician was on the property to due a check on my issue. I told him I needed the oil change and not in a rush, and I plan to return for my scheduled appointment. When my vehicle was ready, I returned to the service center and paid for the oil change. After a couple hours of driving, I noticed the interior driver side roof of my vehicle was filthy. I have never had a Chevy service center act as if they did not want my business. Furthermore, a Chevy service center never soiled and not clean up after performing services on my vehicle, as Armen Chevy service center has done. I should have been the one frustrated, for I was returning the vehicle because of an issue that I had been told was a non issue prior to this visit. So, the representative being frustrated at my presence on a Saturday because I had an appointment on Monday was ridiculous. As a result of his behavior, and the carelessness of the employee who soiled the interior of my vehicle, I will not be returning to this service center nor recommending them to anyone.
I planned to go to 3 car dealerships to look for the car I wanted, but after a short talk with Troy, I thought I don’t need to go anywhere else. I had the best experience here. Troy answered all my questions professionally. Finally, I got my favorite car here. Highly recommend!
I have leased 5-6 cars and Troy at Armen Chevrolet was the best salesman I have ever worked with. He took care of every detail over the phone, gave me exactly the deal we negotiated, no high-pressure sales tactics, and even stayed late so that my wife and I could pick up the car after a long day of work. All we did was walk in, sign a few papers, and drove off with the car. Didn’t rush us even though he was the last one left at the dealership basically. He has kept in touch regularly and diligently pre-and post purchase. Highly recommend.
Both my wife, my daughter and I are Armen Chevrolet owners over many years. Sales and service are personal and we are always satisfied. This year especially sales personnel went above and beyond to help us shop safely for cars that filled our individual needs. Cant say enough good things.
On 10-18-21 this was my first time taking my car to this dealership everyone was so friendly and polite an most definitely my service consultant chip he explained everything to me had my vehicle back in the time frame he gave me. I would definitely recommend this dealership
My experience at the Armen dealership was amazing! I had been to another Chevy dealership and was extremely disappointed with the service. I walked into Armen and was greeted by friendly and accommodating staff, they did everything they could to get me the lowest price possible and I didn’t feel like I was being tricked like at other dealerships. Armen even offered me a vehicle to use for free while I waited for my new vehicle to arrive. I was extremely satisfied especially with Jennepher who assisted me through the whole process. I will tell everyone I know to use this dealership.

He takes the time to detail and explain all items and operations, comes out to the car to point out what has been done, and in our most recent encounter, how the new accessory works. Very professional yet also very personable. He made it a good smooth experience, as he has done on prior visits. I had some worries about my new car. I had purchased in a different state and just wanted to get it checked out. This is my first dealership purchase so I had lots of questions. Barry Strauss who sits at the front answered every question no matter how small or silly it was. He’s very knowledgeable and kind. He also helped me get in contact with someone to help me with the dents and dings I have from a hit and run. The other staff members were also knowledgeable and serviced my car very promptly. I will definitely go back if need be and recommend to my loved ones who are looking to purchase or have their cars serviced.

Came in for a check engine light diagnosis. Took less than an hour for them to replace a leaking valve gasket cover. They didn’t charge me due to a Chevrolet recall on this issue. The service manager was straight up and honest about it. I have gone to many Chevrolet dealerships that took way longer and always tried to find something wrong with my vehicle. This one was simple and quick. Very impressed. All the squeaking noise and shaking went away and the car now runs smoothly.

He was a great combination of always available when we needed him but not pushy and he went out of his way to secure the Tahoe from another dealership despite low inventory and under a tight timeline. We would recommend Troy to others for a positive car buying/leasing experience.
Took my 2010 GMC Savana to this dealership for service concerning a check engine light. I received a phone call the next day to pick up my vehicle. I was informed by the service manager that my vehicle had too many codes for them to diagnose the problem. He said the codes were cleared, (at no charge), and I could bring the vehicle back when the check engine light comes back on. The service manager then stated if I came back that there would be a $159.00 per hour charge to diagnose each code. I expressed to the service manager that at that rate the diagnostics could be rather expensive before the repair cost of the vehicle. The service manager stated that he would rather not work on a vehicle like mine with high mileage, (189,000) and no history. If the service managers objective was to discourage me from returning to that dealer, he succeeded. My only question is, where do I take my GM vehicle for service when the GM dealership was reluctant to do the work on a GM vehicle due to high mileage?
My family purchased a 2017 Tahoe from Andrew and Rich. Guys were very easy to work with. Got a great deal on my trade in and no nickel and dime BS. Overall was a place I would return to purchase another vehicle from. I would highly recommend if youre looking for a new or used vehicle to check them out first! Financing was easy and smooth. They have a good number of banks they work with to get you the very best offer.
I did not have an appointment and my care overheated. I dropped it off in the evening and left you a note in the key drop off and left a voice message on the phone. The service department called me at 8 am the next morning and we had a plan. Although was extremely busy they managed to fit me in and my car was available by the end of the day.I an a know customer to this facility and the personal care i receive is outstanding. Thanks to the Armen Service Team!
Armen is a best-in-class dealership. Recently leased a 2021 Suburban with them and the end-to-end experience was simple and easy. Fair pricing, outstanding communication and customer service, and an overall pleasant buying experience. Looking forward to getting my next Chevy from them soon!
Unfortunately unprofessional service representative was passing gas as Im talking to him. The work that was done was not even good work. Just OK my door I have to lift my door to close it now. my foot running board is not level caution when wet. My cab & bed doesnt line up. Rust build up from the truck setting outside on there lot for 2 months. thats my problem. What a Unfinished job.
I needed a very pricey car repair and was extremely worried about the cost. And how long it would be.They were able to give me a loaner that I fell in love with.And when I came back I was told that the price was cut in half because one of the pieces could still be used. They even honored my coupon and voucher. They have no idea the load they took of my back that day.
Bought a used 2018 edition car from Armen in late 2018 (< 25k miles). 9 months into ownership, the rear brakes needed to be replaced ($400 fix) and now it wont pass state inspection because all 4 tire treads are too low ($900 for 4 tires). My commute to work is less than 10 miles/day.I should have realized this was not a reputable dealer when I drove off the lot and noticed that there was only a quarter tank of gas available.***REPLY-1***Dear Mr. Gomer,You are correct, you will not find me in your database because I am only using my first and middle name due to the trust concerns I have with the Dealership. But I assure you, I am there.The Dealership couldnt do the (simple) right thing in the beginning of our transaction when I vocalized my concerns and I have zero faith that this will be properly addressed now.The sales rep didnt want to go back to the manager with my reasonable and fair concerns, but I pressed the issue. The answer was a hard no. That is a toxic culture up the chain.Again, I appreciate the gesture to try and make this right, but we are beyond that point. It is just best to cut losses at this point and move on.
Jenepher was fantastic to work with! She was personable and made buying our new car easy and went above and beyond to make sure were happy - going so far as to try and remove some marks herself on the seats! Would highly recommend her and would love to work with her again in the future!
I bought my first car in 22 years at Armen. I got a great price on the vehicle and the sales team made the process very easy. Jenepher, Troy and Eddie were very friendly, helpful and answered all my questions. They worked with me so I would have affordable payments and even retrieved the car I wanted from another dealer. My new car has a lot of great features for the price. I would definitely recommend Armen.
Great, friendly service. I had engine issues during the GM strike, which made getting my car repaired a month long process. However the techs at Armen gave me updates when possible, and were fast with repairing my engine once the parts came in. I can’t remember the tech’s name who helped me, I just remember us bonding over our families being from South Philly. If you know who he is, please give him recognition for being so awesome!
I brought a Chevy Trax 20/20 salesperson Jennifer Mitchell polite on time knowledgeable about the car make sure I knew all the features and how to work them. i received a follow-up call call just to see how Im enjoying the car and are there any questions and feel free to call her anytime if I had them. I have purchased at least two vehicles from Armen. Their staff is professional and courteous. Our sales rep, Troy Gomer, was outstanding. I couldnt get to the dealership to look at vehicles, so, he brought one to my home. I purchased the vehicle he brought to my home.
Just recently picked up the new C8 here. The overall process due to COVID-19 and GM production delays was a tad frustrating. That being said, Armen was in the trenches with me the entire time. Tod and Troy provided constant updates, put in massive efforts to understand where the car stood in production, and were available every time I called in. I cannot emphasize enough the level of customer service that Armen provided was above and beyond. While I did move about an hour away, I will continue to leverage Armen for any of my Chevy needs. Thank you team for all the effort and help.
I needed a new tire urgently. I called the service department first thing Saturday morning and spoke to Steve. The tire had to be ordered but Steve called me as soon as it had arrived, which was within an hour. I took my car in and, in spite of the fact that they were short-staffed and busy, left with a new tire in 30 minutes. Steve also handled my claim (I have a tire protection plan) and called me first thing Monday morning to let me know that the claim had been approved.
Let me just start by saying how wonderful Armen Chevy service has been! The service manager, Chip is awesome! I had to bring my car in for something that was covered under warranty. The whole process was flawless! They gave me a loaner and even gave me an SUV like I requested. Anytime I called for questions Chip was there to answer them for me. I had to bring my car back again for a check engine light. I called Chip, he got me an appointment right away and gave me another loaner. He said the job maybe take a couple days but it only took one! I told Chip that I had to go away for a couple days and was unable to pick my car up, he then offered to drive my car to my house and pick up the loaner. How awesome is that!? I cant thank him enough for being so attentive and understanding! A++ service!Recently just bought a car from Armen. Bought a used 2015 Equinox. When I bought the car there was some minor things that I needed to bring the car back for. My sales person Joe was AWESOME! He sent someone to pick up my car to have the things completed then he personally dropped it back off to me at my house. When he dropped it off I wasnt 100% happy so I asked if I could have it go back in for repairs. Mike V the sales manager contacted me. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy! He had someone come to my work to pick up the car and was great at keeping in contact me while my car was in the shop!! I work for a dealership myself and I have to say that my experience with Armen Chevys service and sales is wonderful!!! Thats how all dealerships should be!!
Everyone at Armen Chevy was amazing! I was looking high and low for a 2015 & up Dodge Charger. I found one on their site & called it. Lisa was amazingly sweet & helpful. When we arrived to the dealership Lisa paired us up with Steve who was amazing. The process was quick & Payless. I will definitely go back. Mark is in love with his car, thank you guys.
Just went in with my family and I was approached by a man named Cisqo, whom happened to be so kind and welcomed us upon entry. We then one of the other sales men angry with his approach and cursed more than enough for our taste and being that my children were present, we decided to leave. The man who we assume was a manager was very unprofessional and escalated a situation that was very unpleasant to witness. It was very unprofessional and something that shouldn’t be in such a nice establishment. I felt bad for the salesperson names Cisqo and it really made us rush to leave. I was so excited to walk away with a new vehicle. Now I have to search the others..
This place strung me along for years with an issue another car dealership told me they could have helped me out with upon its first arrival. They condescended me, as if I was the crazy one, even when I would bring my car back 3 times in one year for the same issue. I would get my car serviced every season and still would go all summer with no ac and then all winter with no heat. I spent so much money on ubers thinking this time, my car will be fixed for good and then a few months down something else would need replaced. The whole reason I bought something new was so I could have something reliable, working 2 jobs. After the manager wouldnt pick up my phone calls a couple of times, he finally called back after I told his secretary that I was upset and broken down on Lincoln in the middle of winter with a child in the car. He frankly told me welp, its no longer covered under lemon law, while also admitting my car was a horrible model. I missed Thanksgiving with my family this year after spending hundreds on maintenance because I only had one day off and they couldnt find any rentals, no idea where they go. Do not get your car serviced here. I will never buy a Chevrolet ever again after being told that my car just wasnt built that well and was not given any options for a car that barely had 60,000 miles on it, serviced religiously and spent thousands on to maintain. It took me months to write this single review because of how violated I felt. I feel that they definitely prayed on me being a young lady that probably knows nothing about cars. Every person Ive spoken to about this, especially those who do work with cars have told me that Chevy steered me wrong. So much money that I will never see again.
Mike B was the best salesman I have had the pleasure of working with in a long time. I was not even considering a Chevy until I happened upon Armen and met with Mike. I do a lot of car shopping and Mike really stands above the rest. Anyone looking to purchase, do yourself a favor and ask for Mike B!I also had the pleasure of working with Tod (GM/Owner). In my search for a car I very quickly learned just how shady Chevy dealers in this area can be. Tod was the exception to this rule. He was straightforward with pricing and offered me an excellent deal. I wouldnt shop anywhere else but Armen for a Chevy!
Armen Chevrolet is a wonderful place to have your car service or to buy a car, because they are staffed with honest and helpful people who believe in doing business and treating their customers well.I bought a Chevrolet Impala in 2015 from this awful dealership in Maryland, and they lied and completely took average of my kindness and lack of knowledge about cars.After buying the car the engine light came on within 7 days, it was problem after problem. I reached out to the Chevrolet headquarters and they were no help. I contacted attorneys and quickly learned under state laws I did not have much ground to stand on. I put thousands of dollars into getting this car fix and decided to get all the work done at Armen Chevrolet. However, it seemed like every month I was at the Service Center getting something else fix.Finally built up with frustration and anger I came to a breaking point and called the owner at Armen Chevrolet. I explained the situation and asked him to review my record. Long story short I ended up getting a new car and Armen Chevrolet worked with me every step up of the way. I put thousand of dollars into this Impala that had issue after issue.When I called Armen Chevrolet they could have easily turned their heads to the situation and ignored the fact that I spent thousands of dollars on this car, but they didnt and for that I respect them so much. They worked with me and help me get a new reliable car.Thank you Armen Chevrolet, and I plan to be a customer of yours for many many years and I will refer all friends and family to you.
Ive been going to Armen for all scheduled maintenance on my 14 Chevy Cruze and Ive never had an experience that was less than pleasant. The service department is always accommodating when it comes to scheduling service, and they always get the job done quickly & correctly. They even honor competitors coupons! Needless to say, Im a very happy customer.
***edit: the service manager reached out and they fixed the issues with the car and provided a loaner during repairs. so Ive bumped this up to 4 stars. although Ill still say that initially there were some phone communication and repair issues, everyone went out of their way to make it right in the end.
Had an 04 Jeep unlimited in good shape, you cant buy one for less then 10k unless its near like 180k miles. Rare vehicle with only a few around for sale. So the Manager showed me a paper list of auctions where one sold for $3500, no photos just a list. I said yeah with a blown engine and no frame. He said no it was just like yours, good shape. Thats when I knew he was just lying right to my face. Would never recommend anyone to come here to trade a vehicle in. Only positive I will say is that the initial salesman was very nice.

The best thing about buying a new Volt -- before and after the purchase -- was the salesman, Ricardo Scutt. He was consistently knowledgeable and accommodating, never making me feel pushed or played the way some sales people can.Before the sale Ricardo let me drive a Volt to my house, about 2 miles from the dealership, to make sure it could go up the driveway without scraping.After the sale Ricardo was quick to answer my questions and later to recover the toll booth transponder Id left in our trade-in.It was truly a pleasure to work with him!Likewise, the other folks we dealt with at Armen Chevrolet came across as respectful and helpful, starting when I first walked in and was greeted by one of the owners on his way through the lobby. The place has a good vibe.
Great experience here. Ask for Joe K. He took care of my girlfriend and I. We were NOT heckled, rushed, or manipulated. Be sure ask for Joe though. I cannot attest for any other sales rep. We knocked a nice chunk of money off the asking price, had an entire weekend to test drive the vehicle, and their service department fixed any cosmetic issues we noticed with our vehicle at no extra charge. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

I am updating my review after a confusing voicemail and a text message about my scheduled service visit Monday. I was left a voicemail that I had an appointment on Monday - but I can tell you that I didnt schedule one. This is a shady tactic to ramp up buisness in the service department. I am not falling for it and will deffinately take my vehicle elsewhere!!!!What troubled me most is the arguement after I called to verify what was going on - and was told that it was an automated message - but I can guarantee that the voicemail was a human confirming my appointment- again Shady - stay away.
Just recently purchased a Certificated Pre-owned vehicle from this dealership. I was very pleased with my experience. Ricardo (salesman) was helpful and kept me well informed throughout the process. My questions and concerns were promptly addressed about the Camaro I wanted to purchase. I would recommend someone I know to purchase from Armen Chevrolet if in need of a car.
My 2018 Corvette Grand Sport was immediately taken into the service bay for state inspection, emissions testing, and annual service (oil & filter). They also flashed a GM Performance Part (magnetic ride software upgrade), all while I waited. The service tech (their Corvette specialist technician) spent time to explain all that was done; I drove away completely satisfied, as always.
I had an excellent car buying experience at the Armen Chevrolet dealership. Joe Klinger was courteous and professional in assisting me with leasing a 2016 Chevrolet Cruze Ltd. I was extremely pleased with his knowledge and high level of customer service. I got the exact make, model, and color I wanted at an amazing price in a timely manner. The rebates I received, including promotional discounts and GM credit cards points were considerable. I would definitely recommend Armen Chevrolet to my friends and family.
Another not surprising, pleasant experience with Armen ChevroletOur initial contact was with our favorite professional, polite and knowledgeable Sales Associate, Andrew Gomer, who went over the preliminaries and what Equinox we may be interested in. On the day we were to pick up the car, Drew was unavailable due to a family emergency. However, the two Steves graciously took over. Steve Dick answered each and every question, explaining every detail and nuance of the new car in a pleasant and relaxed manner. (he was even thoughtful enough to change over an employee parking sticker on the back window for us) The second Steve led us through the signage of the various documents in an equally thorough, efficient and clear process.Our dealings with Armen Chevrolet (and before that Armen Oldsmobile) go back about 35 years. Bob in Sales was very professional and upfront.The finance person is the total opposite. Picked a car at noon, still waiting 4 hours later to complete the paperwork, with only one customer oh front of me the entire time. While Ive sat here Ive watched this individual leave his office over 10 times. Other sales reps enter his office with their issues (meanwhile only 5-10 customers have come in the entire time Ive been here), which I feel should have waited since they had no customers of their own. This shows a total disregard for customer satisfaction and loyalty. I Definitely do not recommend this place to anyone. Feel almost foolish for spending this much time here.By the way I came with my own financing so they didnt have to shop around for that.
I understand that there was a snow coming, but that is no reason to not at least give a courtesy call or message to let customers (whos car has not been seen) know that they would not be open the following day. I pick up my car & there are still tools in my front sear & the front panel was on the ground. I come home to find a screwdriver under my battery cover that was snapped on incorrectly. Panel keeps falling off & my speakers dont sound correctly anymore. Yet today I get coupons from what I asked for. I guess I wont get service in Philadelphia like I would in Detroit (home). Worst experience ever.
After shopping 8 different dealerships for a new 2017 Grand Sport Corvette, I decided to buy it from Armen Chevrolet. Not only were they the best price, but I got more money for my trade, more than any others offered. Tod Gomer is their Corvette guy, and believe me, he knows everything is there is to know about a Corvette. Aside from the price, Armen Chevrolet, and Tod, were exceptional the way they treated us. We felt comfortable making the purchase, no pressure. Give them a try, you wont be sorry.
I have been going to Armen for service on my cars for a long time because of the great service. Some shops dont care about you or they dont seem to care about your car but I cant say this fits here. The repairs are done right and there is no cold robotic atmosphere. If I cant fix it myself the first place I think of is Armen.
I leased a Malibu from them 2 years ago and when I went to get a Ford after my lease was up, They charged me $395 cause I didn’t stay with them?! Also when Ford dropped my car off with a check, They lost it??? So $1,050 later with rare and tear that I had no clue about had made me a very unhappy customer!!!! Will not go back with them :( it’s a shame cause I did enjoy my Malibu for the time being.
I was referred to Jenepher by my parents, who had purchased my fathers last car through her. Jenepher sat with me and answered all of my questions, and found the car that had everything I wanted (and nothing that I didnt want). She was extremely friendly, made me feel very comfortable with my decision, and when I came to pick up the car, she walked me through everything I needed to know for my 2015 Malibu. She also followed up with a phone call the next day to check in. She is fantastic!
Armen provides first class customer service. We shopped every comparable vehicle at many local dealers and ended up with a Traverse from here. Cisco went above and beyond to earn our business and the owner Todd is very personable. He actually took care of us for the test drive on our first visit because they were slammed busy. Worst service Ive ever experienced. I have a problem with the traction controllight coming on which then lowers engine power. Went to Meineke and they checked it out and told me this was related to a problem that there is a recall (or policy on) and that I needed to go to the dealer.Went to Armen and they acknowledged that this is a common problem that there is a policy on and if that is the issue GM would cover the repair. I asked for an appointment and was told that they dont take appointments. He also told me I would either have to leave the car there the whole day when they were next open (he happily indicated that he believed they would be closed the next day due to the snow). He suggested that I come and wait in line about 15-20 minutes before they open (keep in mind it is about 15 degrees here) two days later. He also added that he would not wait long as there is a safety issue involved.So bottom line -- Ive dropped a hundred grand on my last two vehicles at this dealer and their service people could care less about the safety of my vehicle.
I am not sure about the dealership but the service center related to this place is aweful. They took 6 hours to tell me they would have to disassemble my engine. When I asked why they couldnt give me a straight answer. But they immediately offered me to sell my truck and get a new one. Unprofessional and sketchy is the only way I can describe this place. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. If you do go. Please get a second opinion. I did and the problem actually only cost 40 bucks to fix.

I received a robot call encouraging me to come in, indicating the shop opened at 7:30 am. I did that but was hollared at for not making an appointment. Just letting you know. Also I think you have me confused withSome rich guy. Thats not me. Nevertheless the work you do is professional.
I was told after they replaced my battery they would do a diagnostic check to see if anything else was wrong, but they never did. I picked up my vehicle and radio wasnt working. The next day I called and talked to he gentleman who worked on my car. He told me he knew my radio wasnt working. When i asked questions about not doing a diagnostic check, he got defensive. So now I have to get it checked, but not by them.
We are having a problem with the wheels on our 2019 corvette grand sport, the dealer is not the problem, the problem is GM will not replace the wheels under warranty, the problem with these wheels is well documented, the car is one year old and has 7,000 miles , we will not be satisfied till this problem is FIXED , thank you, Chris and Bill Whitney !!!
I bought an used 2007 Chevy Cobalt in January. 8 months later, Im being told that there is a leak in the fuel line and it has to be completely replaced and itll cost me $1,000. Shouldnt a leak in fuel line something the dealer should have checked prior to selling me the car? Is this something that happens in 8 months? Im very disappointed in Armen Chevy.
I came here as a first time buyer and was welcomed with the best customer service I’ve ever had they really helped me out and answer all my questions .I would recommend this dealership to everyone make sure to ask for Ricardo his the best!!! He help me and I walked out with my dream car

2021-08-13My experience with Armen was absolutely amazing! I’d been shopping for a car for quite some time but I didn’t like the idea of feeling pressured into something. Well Troy was very patient with me and went the extra mile to explain everything to me in detail in addition to being very personable and this all helped me to make my decision. I really liked the fact that Troy took the time out his schedule after my purchase to call and see how I was enjoying my new Equinox and reassuring me if I had any questions or concerns to feel free to give him a call. My whole experience with Armen was exceptional and I’d highly recommend them to anyone!!

2022-05-30My key snapped off the fob, so I had to purchase another and have it programmed to my car. I called around several Chevy dealerships and a few locksmiths for pricing, and was told they didnt have the fob due to Covid distribution issues or they had it, and wanted to gouge me, price wise. Armen didnt have it, but were willing to order it for me, and called me when it arrived.Dave and Chip from Armen were awesome - very helpful, kind, and their prices are the best in the Delco area. Ive had another good experience with them a year ago, also. You guys now have a customer for life!Thank you so much, Dave and Chip!!

2022-01-19Not an honest business. I Purchase a new 21 Chevrolet 2500, one of my worst experience as a customer. I sold my vehicle to them and made a hefty down payment, they said I would get paid within 3 days… 10 days and 5 phone calls later my check is ready 1st lie 2 months later I get my tag and it’s for 1 year. I called and left a msg no reply, 5 months later… “ oh we made a mistake, you need to talk to finance manager. (Steve)He will call you this afternoon he’s doing a delivery now.” No call received as of yet. They charged me for a 5 year tag, got me a 1 year tag and they still hold my money captive. I would like a refund immediately of the overpayment and for the payment of getting the vehicle registered, what I paid for I did not receive still today 1-19-2022. I will be contacting the BBB and reaching out the owner so I can better understand how stealing is ok in their organization.

2022-04-20Their body shop is excellent. They worked on my car on 2 other occasions. They did such a great job that even though i moved to new jersey (Im practically in Delaware) i still take my car to their body shop for repairs.

2022-03-07My vehicle had a complex and difficult to diagnose problem that required a few trips back and forth. Richard Browne (Service Manager) provided outstanding customer service and guided the the team to a thorough resolution. His actions, along with those of Steve Martino, are exactly what makes me a long time Armen customer. My family and I have purchased 10 vehicles over the years and this organization never disappoints.Just a footnote to mention that this particular vehicle is 9 years old but got the same attention as if it were newer.Thank you gentlemen!!!!
