My name is Avon and I was at this dealer because a customer of mine wanted to have the car I was about to sell him checked out in the middle of me talking to the service writer appears an older white guy later identified as the manager he got very aggressive and rude and out of nowhere this guy calls the cops on me unprovoked,,, my suggestion is patronize with caution it seemed as normal practice nobody was at all shocked.
Went there to the Parts dept to purchase parts and fluids and have a key made. The experience was initially good but I experienced an attitude from one of the workers because he had to redo the key (it opened the door but didnt start the car). He tried to tell me after the 2nd attempt that it wasnt his fault and that the money is unrefundable. I told hom either he can get his manager or he can try making a third one. The third one worked....he gave me an attitude, handed me the key and walked off to the back of the store. Thats not how you treat customers that spent over $200.
I made an online reservation for 11am, but was told upon going in that online reservations werent looked at at this location. I was asked if I wanted to come back in tomorrow morning, because it would take at least 2 hours before anyone could even get to my car, plus an additional 1.5 HOURS to complete my inspection. Very poor customer service, and I ended up leaving without getting my inspection.
Brought my Chevy in because the car was leaking fuel. They told me over the phone that the fuel pump had been recalled and was eligible for a free replacement. Immediately after dropping off the service manager called and said that the fuel line had to be replaced and quoted $700+. I then took the car to a local mechanic who replaced the entire fuel line with new parts and labor for $160. Then Armen declined to replace the recalled fuel pump without explanation.
First of all this rating is the average of the great service I receive from the Parts department and the the lack luster service I receive from the Service department. Im a auto repair shop owner and i regularly call for parts or have cars that need special dealer attention towed to them. The bad. Service seems busy all the time and I get treated like I need to pull a ticket from the meat counter. The service advisor always cant explain what was done or why to me clearly. I recently was charged completely for an uncompleted service and wasnt given an explaintion that made sense. I got the i dont know shoulders. Dont get me wrong Ive had some good experiences with them but more bad ones than I care to have. Now Parts is a different story. Those guys get you what you need and exactly what you need. Their delivery service to my shop is always prompt and if they can in any way get it to me same day they will.
I bought a 2015 Chevy Malibu from ARMEN dealership in May 2017. The sales person was VERY accommodating. He offered me the PLLATINUM PROTECTION PLAN. I declined. After I declined, the finance rep, STEVE, said that he had been there for years and that he used this plan himself and that the insurance company paid for a new tire immediately over the phone. STEVE assured me that the same courtesies would be extended to me if I were to get the same plan. It seemed too good to be true so I declined again. That was when STEVE became aggressive with me and really pushed the issue. Eventually, I said okay to the PLATNIUM PROTECTION PLAN. Fast forward three weeks and I had a flat tire. I call this protection plan and they informed me that they do not pay for flat tires to be fixed at any place of your choice nor do they provide payment over the phone. They must inspect the tire, determine the fault of the flat tire and there is no guarantee that you will get it fixed or a replacement. However, my fee of $1000.00 was guaranteed to ARMEN and it was paid via my credit card. STEVE, the aggressive, pushy finance person lied to gain a sale. He misrepresented the plan and now, Im out of $1000.00. Also, while STEVE said that the plan offered 24 towing, the tow can only be to an ARMEN service and you have to be close to ARMEN because they only tow within a specific amount of mileage to the dealership otherwise you pay.I tried to cancel my plan because it was useless and a scam...Steve from financing told me to call the PLATINUM PROTECTION PLAN to cancel and PLATINUM PROTECTION PLAN told me to call ARMEN DEALERSHIP. After months of no returned phone calls from STEVE. I went to the dealership. I was belittled, dismissed, disrespected and lied to AGAIN! STEVE informed me that I was the only person in 10 years to want a refund. That was a LIE! The woman who commented before me had an issue as well.STEVE from financing is a LIAR and he will say anything to get your money. STEVE never apologized. I am disappointed in this business and I will be sure to tell everyone I can DO NOT GO HERE EVER! ….AND DONT TRUST LYING STEVE FROM FINANCING!PS: STEVE used the owner as bait to close the deal. He said that the owner was hands on and very big on customer service.... THAT WAS A LIE! I never spoke to anyone after the deal was closed.. OWNER, if you read this FIRE STEVE! He does not provide honest customer service.

2021-09-11Exceptional service experience. Everyone is courteous and friendly. Work done very professionally and timely. Steve, the manager I worked with, on my 2008 SAAB 9.3 was hugely helpful and the technician who worked on the car was totally skilled in the product and repairs. I highly recommend anyone with any Saab or GM product to try this service Department, 5 out of 5 stars, plus+! Youll not be disappointed.

2021-08-27Armen service department charged me $104 for a simple oil change and tire rotation - a routine procedure which is $69 according to their website at the time. I was too tired to discuss this with the front desk guy/tech (I wont mention him, for now). I hope they stop overcharging - they are probably using COVID-19 as an excuse. You will notice that most of the good reviews here are from people who purchased a car, not from people who needed repairs or maintenance work. Its actually important for a dealership to have a good service department for the cars they are selling.

2021-01-15Went there for warranty work (muffler parts rusted off at 30k miles on garaged Enclave). Standard bracket wasnt in stock, I now need to wait several days for follow-up appt. No effort was made to fashion temporary part to make car less noisy. Meanwhile Im charged $200 for this part in the same breath that they told me its covered by warranty. Fortunately I noticed this extra charge, had it zeroed out. In general they charge too much for basics like oil change, state inspection, but you hope (incorrectly) that you can get convenient 1-stop warranty work done.

2019-01-25Ive been taking my car here for regular service for 4 years. Oct. 23, 2018 I paid $400. fix my heat. I couldnt control the temperature nor the output. Just a steady blast of hot air I called the service center & was told play with the buttons. I brought my car in Jan. 22, 2019 as vents were only blowing cold air no heat what so ever. I was told I had to pay an additional $1300. to repair it. As a single hard working Mom I cant afford it. I would not recommend this place & I will not be returning. Its ashamed because I had considered purchasing a vehicle from them. Bad business practices, please Beware!!

2018-12-06Customers deserve better than this!10 minutes on hold with 2-3 transfers to speak to someone. I learned that they were about to call me but they had just gotten back from lunch. My car sat in their possession for around 6 hours without being evaluated as they wait for a specialist. This service center expert was going to try to make it in today to evaluate my car. I was assured that he was the best. They had no reason for the delay, no course of remediation, no offer of apology and no attempt to contact me.Brief equation:Poor service + poor communication + no answers X 1 day in their shop = AWFUL experience.Next time buy and service somewhere elseHey Armen - reach out to me! 2019-10-03Went to take my Corvette Z06 here for service. Made the appointment over a week in advance. I drove the car 20 Miles in the pouring rain and traffic to show up for the service appointment. Upon arrival, I was informed that they couldnt look at my car for two weeks because the tech that works on the Corvettes was out on a family issue. Turns out that this tech was out the previous day and the center knew he would not be there for this appointment, but never gave me the common courtesy of a phone call to save me the 20 mile trip in traffic and the pouring rain. There is no excuse for that considering they knew in advance this appointment would not be kept. Very pour service interaction and I would not recommend this center. Its was a bad experience

2019-11-12So I purchased a brand new 2018 Chevy Malibu a year ago and I have had nothing but problems since my purchase new starter two weeks after having car, new battery, and two visits for a recall on a exceleration pedal thats causing issues with my engine performance. So when the recall first came out I went and got it fixed but unfortunately Im back because it either wasnt fixed properly or I was given a bad part. My first visit they told me that it was the same issue again but they didnt have the part in stock so instead of them giving me a loaner car they told me to just keep cutting my car on and off when ever my engine power is reduced. Every time I come to this Chevy center services take all day for example they open at 730 and tell you that your service will only take 20 to 30.mins but the techs dont start until 8am whats the point in opening at 730 then. So I had to be serviced a second time for an issue I thought they fixed and I asked for a lyft because I have to work get my kids to school and handle things of my day. They said they dont provide lyfts which other Chevy service centers do they have a shuttle but the shuttle can only go 5 miles in distance and he may not be able to bring me back. I live 5.4 miles away. So I have to be inconvenienced for insufficient work on Chevys part and you cant provide a service to me to make sure Im able to continue my day. Very disappointed!!!

2019-05-20Horrible service if you are trying to get stuff fixed. We waited on our truck for three weeks! Whenever we would call we would be transfered around until the line would drop, so we never were able to ask about the current condition of our vehicle. It was realisticly a one week job tops, and they just let the vehicle sit there and focused on other things. Not great.
