I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. James and her staff. I started off not being the most compliant patient, but she was incredibly patient and persevered, and it paid off. She worked incredibly closely with my dentist to achieve a smile I love!

Went in for a consultation with Dr. James as recommended by my dental hygienist. She and Jordan were absolutely wonderful. Both provided detailed explanations and made sure all my questions were answered. I told them that I was planning to move out of the area and Dr. James was able to provide a recommendation of who to visit in my new area and what next steps I should take. Do not think the appointment could have gone better. Thanks again!

Jenn, the patient coordinator, is very unprofessional. I called earlier about a complaint that i had with billing and about scheduling, instead of listening to me, she was very dismissive and kept cutting me off. I said, can you please let me finish, i will give you a chance to speak, but you are not letting me talk, .. she just hangs up on me. I tried to call back to ask to speak with someone else, but she kept ignoring my calls.Finally, 5 hours later, i call back and the phone picks up. I said can i please talk to a manager, bc i was hung up on earlier and i was ignored when tried calling back, and the previous lady was rude she saids that she was the one that i was talking to. I asked to speak to a manager again, and she proceeds to be very combative with me and asked me why i wanted to speak with me, trying to argue with me and trying to give her side. I again said, can i speak to a manager or jordan, i no longer want to speak with you, because you are being rude to me and i would like to talk to them, she tells me jordan is on vacation and she is the only one. I said okay then can you leave a message, and can you cancel my appointment bc i want to get my braces removed... she continues to be combative with me saying she didnt do anything wrong, i said i want to discuss my issues with jordn or dr james, then she lies and says i was cursing at her. Never once did i curse at her, and if the calls are monitored, management should pull the car and listen for themselves. Again i ask her to cancel my appointment, she is still trying to be combative with me telling me she did nothing wrong. Again, i say i am going to discuss how i feel i was treated with dr james and jordan, can you cancel my apointment. She still does not cancel my appointment, then tells me to have a good day. She never confirmed whether she canceled my appointment or not, instead she was very rude, then when i said i wanted to speak to a manager, decided to lie and say i cursed at her which never happened and wanted to argue with me. All i wanted was for her to cancel my appointment and let jordan or dr james know that I would like speak to me. Jenn getting offended by me wanting to speak to a manager and trying to go back and forth with me is very unprofessional. Dr James is a good dentist, however I will not continue to be serviced by a company that has such disrespectful employees. At the end of the day, Jenn should have took the high road and said okay, i can relay the message to them and i will cancel your appointment as you asked instead of trying to go back and forth with me about why i was offended and wanted to talk with management.

As a previous braces-wearer, I was reluctant to get back in the chair for another year of more tinkering and adjustments. Cleary hanging onto some major misconceptions, I was absolutely blown away with the ease of the orthodontic regimen. Compliance is key. Beyond that, these minor adjustments yield incredible improvements each month. By the time I got my permanent tray, I was floored by the overall results.A note about the quality of care here- because it deserves its own review. Especially given the current health crisis, finding truly individualized care can be tough. Dr James and her team have not only adapted to the demand for virtual appointments, but have continued to provide the same level of exceptional health and cosmetic expertise. Dr. James is hands down the warmest practitioner I have come across in this industry. I truly felt she was as excited about my results as I was. When it comes to dental and orthodontic work, you want to be in trusted hands. 20/10 recommend this practice.

Dr. James and her associates were amazing in turning my smile around! I went with the Harmony braces (metal on the inside), which saved me from embarrassment as Im a business owner and speaker. Together we decided that my lifestyle (travel, meeting and eating with clients, etc.) wasnt conducive to Invisalign. I am SO happy with the results and the overall experience. I have full trust in Dr. James and her staff and looked forward to seeing them at each visit. Dont be concerned about the experience of getting braces as an adult and busy person if you go with Dr. James and her team.

I had lingual braces at Dr. James office a few years ago and it was the best decision I ever made. I felt it was a great option as an adult and offered a more cosmetic approach to braces. No one even knew I had braces on! Everyone at the office is very supportive and friendly, and always there to answer questions. I would recommend Dr. James to anyone looking for braces :-)

Extremely thorough and personable! Jordan and Dr. Amy James walked me through every detail of my my procedure and financials. They really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable :) I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!

I was very pleased with the level of professionalism. The worker were very nice and knowledgeable. Dr. James was very awesome she made me feel comfortable and helped me make choose the best decision. I learned a lot being there.
