Simply the best repair shop/service center in the Lehigh Valley. Everyone who works there is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Will always tell you exactly what needs to be done, no beating around the bush. Always honest. Prices are very very fair. Work is always done well and efficiently. We have taken a diverse set of cars their from different makers/countries and they always come out great. 10/10

Chris the mechanic (and owner?) is the best. He is a very knowledgeable diagnostician and a great communicator. He always does the right thing and will shoot it straight. Fair prices too

Absolutely the best place I have ever taken my families vehicles. Chris and Mark have always found the time to go above and beyond; providing honest and fair pricing, and giving honest feedback about what work does and does not need doing. I simply have never found customer service like it, and would never consider taking my cars anywhere else.

Outstanding customer experience. Took my VW Passat to Arts Servicenter for PA state inspection based upon online reviews and very positive initial phone call experience. These guys are true professionals, with sincere and friendly small family business care and rapport. They are obviously highly knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. My car has never performed better, and Im 100% satisfied. Highly recommend Arts Servicenter; and will most certainly return for all of my automobile service needs in the future!

Ive been taking all my cars for several years now. Arts does a great job, you can trust what they are doing, they will explain everything and when they replace a part they show you the part that has been replaced.They do a great job all around I would highly recommend them to anyone who is tired of untrustworthy garages and go here.

Straightforward guys. Have had them work on 3 of my vehicles so far, and theyve been courteous, helpful and professional. Down to earth assessment of repair options and honest recommendations for preventative measures without trying to push unnecessary services. Theyve got my business.
