This office is mismanaged & unprofessional. A revolving-door of staff, (AND DOCTORS!), is likely the reason. When people in a customer service position are treated poorly, you can expect customer to be treated same. Without relating litany of offenses, (well beyond three strikes), I will simply state that I had an 8:00 am appt yesterday, arrived 7:45 to find the door locked. Left at 8:05. At 9:00, recd argumentative call saying You missed your appointment (3X) and I dont know what to tell you before abrupt hang-up. This chain is disrespectful, does not deserve your business. P.S. to Mitch (if you still work there) - Save your cut & pasted BS reply to this - no one believes you.
I had a wonderful 1st patient visit. It is a wonderful calm atmosphere I love it this will be my go to permanent place and everyone is so pleasant, helpful and caring.
Jack and his team are very accommodating, they make you feel very comfortable while they provide excellent and comprehensive dental care.
I was very impressed by the courtesy and professionalism of the staff. Everyone from the doctor and hygienist to the office workers were patient with my questions, knowledgeable and helpful.
Excellent service, very professional. I saw two doctors, one for initial evaluation, I broke my tooth and needed a crown. Then I saw Dr. T who was very knowledgeable and took great care in fitting me with a temporary crown till my permanent one comes in. He explained everything he was doing and I felt very comfortable with the whole experience. I definitely would recommend this practice for any dental needs you may have.
It is not often I give out the five star rating but I was impressed. Dr. T was very cool and knowledgeable. He was willing to try things the other dentist would not. The hygienist, Kate, was also awesome! Very knowledgeable and thorough. The prices for basic stuff is pretty much affordable without insurance.My only grip is with the corporation and there higher pricing of other services, even if they might be less than others, I still think they could do better.
What a great experience comeing here. Doctors T was very Professional and did a great job working on my teeth. His assistant Jack also was very professional and Courteous. This place is great and the staff that work there all did a great job. Go see Doctors T you wont regret it.
First of all huge shout out to all the workers in this center! Especially doctor T!!!Second of all I was working out of town on short notice an these guys got me in for exams, x-rays, and extraction all in one day! 2 hrs to be exactThird I havent seen a dentist in over 20 years an they welcomed me in with extremely loving an helping hands. Not one moment was dull or scary. If Im every in the phacinity again Ill deff chose them over anyone else! 💯Truly grateful for you guys an the work you do! Thank you!!!!!!!🤞
The best first appointment and check up Ive ever had! The entire staff is amazing! They make sure you are comfortable and extremely thorough during the entire visit. Im looking forward to my next appointment which is something most people wont say about going to the dentist.Update February 11 2022Absolutely ridiculous! This office has done nothing but cancel appointments and now they dont have a hygienist!?? Dont waste your time
I have had nothing but the best experience here at Aspen Dental. I love the staff and the physicians. The doctors are awesome. You feel like you have a personal relationship with the staff from the Dental Hygienist to the Dental Assistant. Everyone is helpful and smiling. If you are looking for an office that will treat you well, this is the place for you.
My visit to Aspen was very good! I was informed days up until my cleaning, the Aspen reception team did their due diligence. When I arrived to Aspen I was checked in and was saw immediately. X-rays were taken the nurse was very welcoming and made my visit more comfortable. There were slight delays, but it’s to be expected that something might go wrong every so often. Despite that the Aspen team got it on track quick and proceeded with my cleaning. The hygienist was quick and precise taking all of my concerns into consideration. After my cleaning I was quickly escorted to the last receptionist before my departure. She was able to schedule me and thanked my for my visit. All in all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. This was a new practice that I attended I’d recommend that anyone who can make it to Aspen go to Aspen! I cannot say anything more good things about them. Looking forward to my next visit! I went to Aspen to establish a relationship with a new dentist. I do have dental insurance but Aspen provided free panoramic x-rays and other free items. They did this to create a treatment plan along with cost. At first I choose a deep cleaning instead of a basic cleaning and next year was going to get a recommend crown that the dentist said I would eventually need. My husband also went and received a plan which included dentures and other things. Made an appointment to start plans. Meanwhile my heart doc recommened that I get a certain test . I called Aspen and told them that at this time I just wanted a basic cleaning. When I arrived at the office they refused to treat me because this was not on my treatment plan. I am on a fixed income and choose to pay cash for my heart test and my husbands dentures. Basic cleaning is covered under my insurance. Clearly Aspen Dental is only interested in the higher cost of their products and show no consideration to older people on a fixed income
The staff was courteous and the location very clean! From the X-ray tech to the Dentist everyone was great. My hygienist Kate, was exceptional explaining everything she did from beginning to the end. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a great experience!
This office is absolutely AMAZING. I have the biggest fear of going to the dentist due to past experiences with other places. I generally don’t even go unless something is wrong. But my first experience at Aspen superseded any experience I’ve ever had. I honestly will never go anywhere else but here. They are extremely professional and friendly. They made a terrifying moment for me feel so comfortable and calm. Thank you!!
I was told to come in 15 mins early for my appointment, had to wait in my car as staff were at lunch with no sign on the door. The front desk clerk barely made eye contact. At least 3 people came tried the door and left . When I finally go in the X-ray tech was great (only positive), after my X-ray I waited another 30 + mins to see the dentist, then another 10-15 to speak with the account manager. Even though I don’t need a clean until next year was told I have to do a clean before I can get my implant, which will cost me an additional $185 (stupidly I gave it to her). Called my old dentist and found out I still have another clean on my VIP plan. The most appalling thing is they gave me a quote of $5583 for one implant (already did the extraction earlier this year) of which I have to deposit 50% before I can me placed on the schedule which the doctor only comes once per month. Still waiting on the phone link from the account manager to pay the balance of my deposit. I will be calling today for a refund of my $185 I will not be doing my implant here.
I had a 10:00 appt and wasn’t called in until we’ll after. I got X-rays and was placed in an exam room with no news, greeting, attention for over a half hour so I eventually walked out after someone decided to tell me at 11:15 that the doctor is a little busy and then offer to grab the doctor as I’m walking out the door.
Arrived at the Bensalem office..and from the beginning until the end of my appointment...my experience was incredible. Hands down the most compassionate, knowledgeable and professional staff ever. I went in very apprehensive...downright scared actually, and the Dentist and her care team made me feel so comfortable and now confident in my upcoming treatments.ADDENDUM!!! I was initially very happy and felt confident. Staff was and continues to be great.HOWEVER...I am scheduled to have $14,000 worth of work done in 3 days. A lot of oral surgery. I am terrified, have a ton of questions! Serious medical concerns. I have left NUMEROUS messages. No one will HELP ME! They wouldnt even give me the name of the oral surgeon until I pushed. I was ready to hand over thousands happily and was so looking forward to be able to smile again. How can they expect a scared patient to just go in, be sedated with no instruction nor reassurance. I just dont know what to do.
The entire staff at Aspen Dental Bensalem were friendly and professional. The dentist provided my options and answered all questions. I felt very comfortable with the treatment plan she recommended. I will recommend them to friends and family. A positive experience.
Dr. Wiz and all the staff was amazing. I had told them previously of a bad dentist experience and they made sure I felt comfortable and safe. Everyone was very kind and caring of the patients. The building is new and clean. I would highly recommend this dentist!
While the staff here are great and welcoming, the Dentists had to reschedule me twice due to time conflicts on their end.
What a total incompetent group!!! If I could give them a < * I would. My experience started the moment I walked into there place.I was the only one in the waiting area when I arrived. Receptionist was making a collection call and stated she needed a moment; 25 minutes later she checked me in. She told me my insurance was invalid, to only be told after the phone call to the insurance company that it is valid. Next I talked to the patient coordinator and she put me in a X-ray room where I waited another 20 minutes to get my X-rays done. Once done there the technician put me in a room to wait for hygienist; another 20 minutes. Each time being told I would be tended to in a ( few ) minutes. Once done there I sat another 20 minutes for the dentist. Once I was done there I waited to speak to the financial officer; another 20 minutes and needed to be set up with the endodontist that only is there once a month. The financial girl asked me how my visit was with them and I explained all the above and she promised to make it better and made the appointment for the endodontist the next day for 10:00 am. I showed up for my appointment, prepaid $850 for my upcoming procedure and guess what I was put in a room and waited for 45 minutes to see her, I had got up and asked for my refund. Then it gets better!!! The endodontist calls me and is trying to get me to come back; mind you my insurance is picking up most of the tab and this is a payment in full job for over $10,000 . This women was so so sorry and tried to get me back for 20 minutes, probably the time it would of been for the actual visit. STOP CHASING YOUR TAILS AND FULLFILL YOUR PROMISE! $$$$$ is all they care about over 20 minutes to try and get me back . I said are you keeping another patient waiting???
I had a visit at Aspen Dental today. I was so nervous to get my 3 remaining wisdom teeth out but Dr. Ali and his staff made me so comfortable and feel at ease. He was very kind and even played some of my favorite music to make me feel better. I highly recommend this place and will always remember the great experience I had and appreciate their team taking such good care of me and making me feel relaxed. Thank you Aspen Dental!
Everyone was so friendly when i walked in. Very Knowledgeable Staff. The hygienists Najja and Christina were amazing. The dentists are so kind and patient. Mary the dental assistant was caring and walked me through all the steps for my procedure. Highly Recommend!! Enjoy

She is humble and very competent about her work. And Kendra- Treatment coordinator took her time and went over everything with me and took her time with me and broke down what the my insurance covered and what I had to paid. Worst experience ever. I mostly am writing this because of what they emotionally did to my son. My son has crooked teeth to say the least. He’s very insecure about them. He does not want metal braces because he doesn’t wanna be ridiculed by kids at school. And we all know how mean they can be. So I called Aspen dental to get an appointment/consultation for my son to see if she was eligible for Invisalign or‘s so aspen dental took all my information took my insurance information schedule my appointment called and confirm my appointment sent me the new patient forms I filled them out and sent them back. All to show up at their office to be told if they don’t put Invisalign on Anyone under 16. Well considering my son is 12 and that information was given first you think somewhere along the way someone would tell me. But instead they sat my son in that chair and devastated him by telling him that there was no chance he was going to get Invisalign’s unless he waited until he was 16 and that he should go to an orthodontist and get metal braces because they come in fun colors. Genuinely the finest experience I’ve ever had in a dentist’s office. The lobby was well decorated and they had an adorable pet turtle. The wait time was short. For the actual procedure, they put on my favorite music and explained the operation in detail so I was relaxed and comfortable. Dr. Niveditha Rajagopalan is an expert in not only her dentistry, but also in her customer service as there wasn’t a single time where I felt nervous or uneasy. Time flew by under her wonderful care, and I left the office feeling very content. My only complaint is that I didn’t switch dentists earlier!
The staff at Aspen Dental are incredibly pleasant. From the time I walked in until I left, everyone was helpful, friendly, and professional. Najja, Trisha, Kendra, Katrina, Dr. Niv, and Dr. Oei are just a handful of staff that I interacted with and they all made me feel like I have been going there for years. Wait time was very brief during both my visits. They had me in and out in no time. Ill be back again next week and for once in my life Im not dreading going to the dentist.
Staff is beyond friendly, personable & genuinely caring. The doctor even called me the next day to see how I was doing after having some work done. Appointments are easy to schedule and I was able to schedule an appointment at 7PM for the next morning. If I could give the whole experience and staff 10 stars, I would.

Staff is so nice and the dentist was great.
I was very pleased with the staff and the office manager Kendra she was accommodating and very professional. My only issue was with the receptionist. I informed her I had an appointment with Kendra, I asked her to let Kendra know I had a meeting to go to after my appointment. It was very important that I leave in a timely manner. She told me Kendra was busy with other patients and I would have to wait, she said this with a really bad attitude. I waited passed my appointment time then I left very upset without being seen. Shortly after I left I received a call from Michelle apologizing for what happened, she was very sincere and helpful she made me another appointment with Kendra. This is the only reason I didnt give a five star rating.
I cannot say enough good things about Aspen Dental-Bensalem. Everyone there is accommodating, positive and very professional. The facility itself very clean and ecstatically pleasing. There is also a dental lab on sight so there are no long delays in getting dentures made or repaired.I am so pleased with how I was treated and the services they provided that I recommended them to my daughter. There is no higher compliment to a business then to send ones own family to them.

I cannot begin to share how thankful and pleased I am with the Aspen Dental office in Ben Salem! From the time I arrived up to the time I left, I truly felt served! From the receptionist to the doctor, I was made to feel special! Shout outs to Dr. Niv, so personable and skilled; Mary, awesome dental assistant, Kendra treatment coordinator, again, professional, personable and respectful. There were many other interactions with staff who exhibited the same, I just didnt get all of the names. Shout out to all of the staff. Never thought a visit for a tooth extraction would be a blessing! Amazing!

I just visited on Thursday and might I say I have never been somewhere as a first time patient and they treated me with so much care. They took care of my teeth and made my pain go away. Doctor Nev, ( I believe that was her name) handled my mouth with so much care despite the pain I was in. I would recommend aspen to everyone and they are very flexible and reasonable. If you are looking for a dentist, then this is the place. I will not be going anywhere else but aspen from now on. Oh and my hygienist Mary and the first woman that helped me ( I forgot her name) Spanish woman that took my X-rays. Thank you for making me feel better about my smile. You guys are the real hero’s that make all the pain worth it. Aspen is the place to go. So check them out.
Wish I was able to get in contact with someone at the office. Upon calling I was immediately put on hold like no greeting or a can you please hold just immediately put on hold. Once I hit 30 minutes I hung up just unbelievable, I guess no new patients for aspen dental.

The staff here is wonderful! As this was my first visit, everyone was so friendly, professional, and enthusiastic, really taking the time and energy to make the experience enjoyable. They were also very thorough, making sure to inform me about everything they did while ensuring I was as comfortable as possible. The brand new location also means its very nice and clean. Ill definitely be coming back! Highly recommend.
I need quite a bit of work in my mouth. The staff at Aspen Dental staff took their time and explained what was needed to be done. The financial consultant was very kind and understanding that the work need was expensive and pointed me in the direction of seeking financial help. Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about the team at Aspen Dental. I have severe dental phobia and everyone made me feel comfortable and at ease as possible for someone like me. Johntae was amazing and stayed by my side, Christina was great and Dr Niv was so gentle and patient with me. Highly recommend
As a new patient you make your first appointment online which I did. I got a confirmation email of my appointment for 7.45am only when I got there I was told that the online appointments are not accurate and that my appointment was for 4.30 pm instead. First of all, how was I supposed to know that and to top it off a member of the staff tells me that I am welcome to wait in case there is a cancellation. What a joke.
The TWO experiences I had with the staff. Dr. Niv, the best dentist I have ever experienced. Caring and explains all of what is going and needs for your dental care. Christina, gave me the best cleaning and polishing I’ve ever had. I went for cleanings 4 times a year because I love the dentist. So I’ve seen many over the years. Michelle and Kendra were great walking me through all my financial options with my insurance and out of pocket and other support services they have (you can test drive the electric toothbrush safely). JohnTae was great on my first appointment getting me through the X-rays and explaining many of the technical things they have in the office to assist with your visit.I can’t wait for my next visit. I had a dental emergency over the weekend. i called first thing on Monday, and they had me in the office by early afternoon. They helped assess what was wrong, and worked with me to develop a plan to address it. Couldnt be happier with the team at Aspen Dental in Bensalem!

I just want to take the time to express how wonderful Aspen Dental is in Bensalem. The office is beautiful, you have zero wait time, and the staff and doctors are absolutely amazing. They make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in until the moment you exit. This office is top of the line and immaculate. The staff is so outstanding and I was so impressed during my visit. Dr. Niv and Dr Oei (like oyster 🦪) are so well educated and thorough. Their lead assistant Mary is so helpful and such a hard worker and did a great job with all of my X-rays. I can’t wait to return for my next visit!
We were lucky enough to find Aspen after searching for an emergency dentist. We called and received excellent customer service, where the rep quickly got my husband scheduled for just 2 hrs later. Other dentists we had tried were scheduling more than a month out! My husband ended up needing very expensive work and Kendra & Miss Michelle worked really hard to find him a discount plan, additionally offering payment arrangements. We cant say enough good things about Dr. Niv!! She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and made him feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr. Niv makes you feel confident youre in the right place and in excellent hands! My husband was absolutely blown away by the kindness of everyone who works at Aspen in Bensalem. Thank you all so much!
This is the place ya want to go, if youre having some tooth problems. They gave me my free exam and had me come rite back to get my root canal which was not painful at all. Two days later the doc gave me a call to make sure all was well and that it was 👍. The doc and her team of awesome characters will have you feeling great after theyre all done with you. I will be back😄

I had a WONDERFUL experience with this office and I HIGHLY recommend! From the front office to Xray, to hygienist, Dentist and financial folks, everyone was SO nice and personable! If you dont currently have a Dentist, check Aspen Dental Out, you wont be disappointed...I sound like a commercial, lol!
Great office and great dental experience! Get all check-up, root canal, and cleaning done at the same day. Dentistry has never been this easy at other places!! Thanks to Dr. Niv and Dr. Christina! They both are great!!!
Really unprofessional. Save yourself the unpleasantry and disappointment. Our first visit we walked in smiling and stood there for 15 minutes roughly before the girl finally looked up and said fill this out. Ok, bad start but it hot worse. We sat in a room waiting FOREVER while we watched a few girls that worked there practice hip hop dance moves in the hall. Not a good look. They finally came in and took xrays. We needed fillings and our next filling visit... the same thing. Complete silence when walking in and standing there. We sat down and waited a LONG time before a girl finally came out and said we are going to refer you to a specialist. Like you can tell me that over the phone! We paid in advance and now 2 weeks later there STILL is no refund for the filling work they never did. Very ghetto.
Extremely professional, friendly, and careful service. They were able to answer all questions and made the removal of two teeth as painless as a flue shot. They clearly explained my options to fix the problem and everything they were going to do.

Everyone here is so nice and helpful! Minimal wait time, too. They gave me a thorough explanation of what work I need and how much it will cost. The doctor said I can do a little of it at a time which works so good for me!!!

Every body here has time for you yes everybody, I will be getting my teeth done in about 2 weeks and I feel comfortable already thanks Mary and Kendra and kiana up from and the dentist for coming out to talk to me .DR NIV is the best

UPDATE TO THIS REVIEW!!!! Yes Staff still nice BUT>>> They are doing a TERRIBLE job fitting me into my permanent dentures! THEY LOOK LIKE RABBIT/HORSE TEETH! IT APPEARS THAT THE BLAME GAME IS GOING ON IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT because the doctor said the lab tech is the person responsible for making appropriate dentures! IF THATS THE CASE WHY HAVENT I MET HIM YET? HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN PART OF EVERY CONSULT I HAD!!! I AM TRULY DISGUSTED RIGHT NOW

2022-03-16I was so nervous and embarrassed.to even walk in about the condition of my teeth. The receptionist greeted me with a smile and politeness you dont usually see. Then Jennifer, who sensed i was nervous put me at ease with conversation and assurance no one there was going to judge me. She calmed me. She got me through the x-rays with more light conversation and joking. It was like she was holding my hand through the whole experience. Then the hygienist, i think Alyssa, examined me and was very nice and direct of her findings. I just became more comfortable. Met the dentist sorry forgot the name. Then Renee joined in and she and the dentist explained a lot, And Renee explained in detail every procedural step to me. The team followed me through the 2 hour visit. By the time i left the office i was excited to have the treatment done.

2022-07-26I had the pleasure of having Jack as my assistant, who went out of his way to ensure I felt comfortable during my examination. He was very thorough in his work and very insightful when it came to explaining things. He made my visit 10000% better. Honestly, that man deserves a pay raise, as does the rest of their workers—theyre that great. Thank you Jack and others at Aspen Dental for their A+ work!

2022-05-07The Dental hygienist was commendable. She was very gentle and experienced. The office manager Renee listened to my needs and helped book treatment times for future dates for my care. The doctor will get a review after my fillings are completed. Was very leary trying a chain Dental facility but was pleasantly surprised. Very clean environment.

2022-06-02I went there because one of their dentists knocked a front tooth loose last Thursday. On Wednesday, a substitute dentistnamed Dr. Matt Nelson and his assistant Ayana Belly took me in on an emergency basis to reinsert the front tooth. They both were extremely busy and had a packed schedule. Dr. Nelson was very sympathetic and did everything he could to help me. Even with a tight schedule they took their time to do the work correctly, proficiently and it fit perfectly when the job was completed. It took about an hour during their lunch break!! I was taking a family vacation and did not want to join my relatives with a missing front tooth!! They were both helpful and thoughtful. I appreciated them so much that I had to post this. Thank God for people like them!! They deserve the recognition !!

2022-05-21This was my 1st time visiting Aspen Dental in Bensalem, PA. I was in severe pain and really needed an emergent extraction. This facility was very empathetic and gave me an immediate appointment. The dentist was very gentle and careful while extracting my tooth...making sure he got the entire tooth out from the root. He also prescribed antibiotic and ibuprofen for pain. Overall, my experience with Aspen Dental in Bensalem, PA. was great. I feel much better now!☺️

2022-08-16Office staff is pleasant welcoming and accommodating! Dds very nice and has a calm demeanor. The hygienist Olesia is amazing. I have periodontal disease, the entire staff helped me through with quick action and scheduling. Olesia is professional, delicate and sweet... But she means business with her treatment!! My teeth look and feel amazing. Already have my next appointment for December. Great job Neshaminy Team. I am not afraid of the dentist!! -Penelope

2022-08-19I visited this office a couple months ago for an issue I needed to take care of asap. I called and they took me in immediately(I needed a filling). I want to say thank you to the amazing staff at Aspen. Dental assistant Jack is amazing and knowledgeable and Dr. Mangal is very informative and helpful. Thanks Aspen Bensalem !
