I went into this store last night to look at options for upgrading my iPhone 7. I feel so fortunate to have got Christina! She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient with us. She helped me determine the best phone upgrade and plan for me, went through why and what else to take into consideration, and she was a real person-someone relatable and very easy and comfortable to talk to. I can honestly say this was the BEST phone buying experience I have ever had with AT&T in my entire time with their service-she is truly an asset. Ive been in sales for almost 20 years, and I find her to have an innate ability to work with people that is really unique and special, and very welcomed. I will actively go back and ask for and recommend her. With the help of her knowledge and expertise, we found the best phone for my needs, and I happily walked out with a new iPhone 11 in mint green, smiling and more satisfied with this interaction than I ever have before. Thank you Christina and to AT&T for having such a fantastic member on your team!
We had an awesome experience at this AT&T location at Bensalem. We went to another store, and we did not had a good experience, but here Christina gave us a way better experience, she is a magnificent person, she possess a very good customer service skills, and makes you smile...I really like how she makes us feel, a very good and nice environment where you can feel like home. Thanks to the manager also!!!
I needed a new phone & the wife needed a new iPad so we decided to go to a certified AT&T location. The minute we walked into the location we were greeted by (I believe her name was Christina). It only took about twenty five minutes to purchase the two devices. Christina was Pleasant, informative and helpful. I would recommend this location for any AT&T customers or anyone who would like to switch their services to AT&T.
My store rep was Savannah she was very patient & funny as well. I was in the AT&T Store in Bensalem over and hour trying to cancel AT&T TV. Savanna was helping me with my service Not 1 time she huff or puff. she was very patient through out the whole long of calls and on hold forever . I would like to say thank you Savanna for hanging in there with me & not giving up. Your the Best Rep Eva.
Needed upgrades, an explanation of my bill, and a new iPad! Matt and Lou at the AT&T store on street rd, AMAZING!!!! I had my kids with me, and of course didn’t want to do any of it, but they were awesome and got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time! They are open, the place was CDC ‘clean’ and they went out of their way to help me! Go see them!!!! Thanks guys!! ~the peacock family!!!
I went into the store to upgrade my phone. I was told that if I set up an appointment for direct TV to come out to my house I would receive a 20% discount off the new phone. I told him I use Verizon and he said we can get your bill to $120. I said no thank you! He continued to pitch me and said if you let me set up the appointment you can cancel the appointment when you get the text from them. I found out today that this location pulled my credit without my permission! I would never ever give permission to have my credit pulled for direct TV! I am very very upset and I expect this to e removed ASAP from my credit report! We have been with AT&T for over 15yrs! This is not right to do to your customers!
Went here numerous times, the employees dont really want to be bothered or at least it seems that way. Went they one day to check out phones and possibly get new ones since there was a promo. The rep wasnt informative or helpful. Went to the store in oxford valley the next day and recieved exceptional service.
Went to upgrade my phone to the XS because I received a text that said I could and my phone is very old and am sure Apple will send out the signal to slow it down even more soon. I was told I didnt qualify unless I changed my plan to unlimited so I upgraded that, that took 30 minutes now shes looking at my phone the entire time and mentions a small crack on the screen and doesnt say anything else. She starts scanning the new phone for the upgrade and 15 minutes goes by and now my phone doesnt qualify for the upgrade because of the crack! Well why the hell didnt you say this 45 minutes ago and you literally wasted my time! My phone only appraised for $30 instead of the $35 it needed to be to get the upgrade. Absolutely ridiculous.
LIARS. THIEVES. BEAWARE FROM THIS STOREI took at&t service & had issues with their service at my home I was hardly getting 1 signal bar I contacted the store the manager told ne took contact customer service for network issue if they cant resolve your issue bring back the devices and we will return them for free. I took it back and the manager simply denied that he never said that and have to charge the re in-stock fees. He also said he cant do it att customer service will. Call them too & theyre saying they cant do it only the store manager can. At the end they both lied took my money and never resolve my issue. Stay away from At&t or atleast from this store.
The store manager helped me reluctantly. Not the customer service I would expect. I bought a new phone but don’t know what I received what I’m paying monthly or what it cost. Everything was vague.Just needed a new battery but was told I would need to drive 4 hours to get a new battery. That was the closest place to go. Terrible, terrible response after caring insurance for over 20 years and never using it. Very disappointing. Wish I could change phone carriers.
I needed a replacement phone and Jessica promptly processed my order and then set up the new phone for my ease of use. She did mention DirectTV, but did not push the issue when we mentioned we had another carrier. We were apprehensive going to this store because of the horrible reviews, but apparently we lucked out by having Jessica as our representative.
Initially, when my fiancée and I went to AT&T in bensalem in July to get iphone 11s. We ended up getting talked into buying watches as well, which was fine because ultimately we decided we did want the watches. We were told my Edwin that we would be getting AT&T tv free for a year. He explained that our free subscriptions hbo, showtime, and starz would need to be cancelled after 3 months, but said nothing about the cost of the tv subscription. We didn’t even need tv as we just opened another account with Comcast. After a month I found out, I was being billed separately from our phone bill by checking my debit card statement. I was billed 59.99. I understand that they want to make sales, but lying to customers is not the way to go.
Eddie helped with hooking me up with new buisness line and helped save me a ton of money was very Thorough on everything and kind as well he helped me not only this time but also another time and fixed the confusion on my bill and new devices I bought Christmas time he really is a good rep. I was in the store on Sat Oct 1, 2016 and must have gotten the same Jeff the post from over a year ago he must still be there! He was rude, dismissive, arrogant! He tries to sell you warrantys you dont want and when you refuse them he gets an attitude! I was about to go to another location but this was closer to my home. So today i called because im not happy with my iphone 7 and spoke with Moses and he was such a better experience!
Awesome place. Staff is right there for you always to help you on the best coarse of action. Whatever your looking for more than likely your walking out with it or if mail within days. Service is phenominal in and out of store here. Responses are all quickly and accuratley handled
Poorly trained staff with attitude problems. Ive been in this location maybe 8 times in my 2 years living in the area. They are by far the most annoying staff Ive ever had to deal with. I used to work in retail - even sold phones for Verizon and Sprint. I get the frustrations that come with the job; but these guys act like know-it-alls and time and time again I have to find my solutions elsewhere. And when I do find my answers I tell them how to solve similar issues so they can be of better service to the next customer. The girl who works(ed) there was very helpful but the guys Ive dealt with have added to my frustrations. They make it clear that unless you are buying a phone they do not want to help you. They are detrimental to ATTs brand. Id rather use kiosks in the mall.
Cold reception from employee Benito, who looked at me like I was practically invisible and seemed bored and annoyed that I was interrupting his personal time playing on his phone. Went there to transfer data from my old phone to my new one. Although Id carefully opened the new box that AT&T shipped my replacement phone in so that I could reuse the box to return my old phone (per AT&Ts instructions), he ripped open the box to get at my old phone, so now I cant use it to mail my return.Went on a Friday afternoon around 3pm and received an overall very icy reception from all the employees, who, as soon as the only other customer in the store left, immediately began talking and about her and complaining right in front of me, as if I werent even there. Will not return here.
I lost my phone and they didnt help me suspend my service and then lied convince me I needed a New line to get a phone to split of my parents as the only way. I called up the customer service line the next day and he was horrified to learn they didnt do anything about the lost phone and didnt go through the Many ways to get my old number up and running again.The woman threw out the case packaging while I was filling out forms so now I cant return it.Instead of being without a cell for a few week days, Im going to have to wait over Labor Day for the new one to come in.
I went to the at&t store to inquire about an upgrade. Had one of the most negative retail experiences in my life. Jeff, the salesman, was beyond rude. His attitude was constantly condescending, unhelpful, and dismissive. When I tried to talk to him he just talked over me and cut me off. Ended up just walking out of the store and will be going to another at&t store, or maybe even another carrier. Somebody needs to tell this guy how to deal with customers, he does not belong in a retail setting
Purchased phones during a BOGO deal on June 20, 2018 because I was told the BOGO covers up to $1000. Turns out the BOGO for up to $1000 was only until June 19, 2018 but the rep was still marketing it as if the deal was on through the week. Whether unknowingly or through deceit, ATT and the reps at this store have a way of costing the consumers extra with no acknowledgement of wrongdoing or accepting responsibilities.
I had the UNfortunate experience of visiting this store, just yesterday. There really should be signage somewhere on or around this store, visible from the outside to warn potential customers: Enter at your own risk! or something along those lines to convey a message to the public that if you do decide to enter this store please be aware of the cold reception of the employee(s) you are about to encounter & do not, under any circumstances, use terms of endearment whilst inside! Maybe something like: Hear ye! Hear ye! AT&T Disclaimer to customers of the Bensalem store: Any forms of excitement, gratitude, upbeatness and/or friendliness will not be tolerated at this location especially when Babe Wonder (Jeff) is working and please keep all and any forms of verbal pleasantries at the door. You now have been warned of the zero tolerance policy of the aforementioned offensible behaviors including any positive verbal sentiments and if exhibited whilst in the store be prepared to elicit this response from staff/Jeff/babe: (including but not limited to) rude behavior, no introductions, ZERO (thats nil for my European friends out there) customer service skills, dirty looks, ignoring the obvious, ignoring paper work that customer provides that matches paper work in AT&T employees (tiny) hands, shady conduct and altogether bad, bad, bad business. So before entering the store remember the golden rule when in the presence of AT&Ts finest Bensalem in-store phone technician, numero uno, customer service extraordinaire aka Babe Wonder/Babe in...Electronic Handheld Device...Toyland/Jeff-babe or plain JB: Do not! I repeat…Do not refer to this man as babe! Never ever, ever, ever, ever, ever use the word BABE towards, in reference to and around this man. Even when using the word babe in the context to describe him as: 1.) An inexperienced person with many infantile manners, characteristics & body parts… or to use the word as 2.) An accolade to pay homage to him, as the obvious muse & main source of inspiration for the protagonist in the critically acclaimed childrens cinema classic (everybody remembers that lil pig)... and NOT that of 3.) A friendly/endearing term of address. Aww, Jeff… you thought I was coming at you with #3... You poor thing! If you only knew at the time of our awkward exchange that when I referred to you as babe it was in the context of numbers 1 & 2 (see definitions above). You silly man! Such confusion... Anyway… as I was… No usage of the word babe is allowed! To be clear, in case there is any confusion, I will now clarify for all: Jeff is not my babe. I overstepped my boundary by calling him so the other day while at the store. As his soulless eyes gazed into me as he said, Im not your babe. It was then in that moment that I knew whose babe he actually was… I was in the presence of the one and only babe of Rosemary!!! Aka the spawn of Satan!! Mwhhhahaha… Well Jeff, thanks for the interesting exchange, exceptional service and one of the better laughs I have had in awhile, BABE! Nobody puts babe in a corner…by calling him… babe! If only you really were my babe, Jeff (sigh)… A girl can dream… See you in my dreams babe!Another disclaimer: The AT&T Bensalem store @ 2737 Street Rd has unofficially been renamed to Douchebags R Us with the slogan, A place to find toads with one thing on their minds: social awkwardness. Worst employees ever,uneducated and zero manners. Besides all this, They literally HAVE NO CLUE OF WHAT THEY ARE DOING.One of them was playing some stupid game all loud while the other tried to press some buttons and repetitively telling me that he cant do it.Had enough and went to the next store and they got it done in 5 minutes.

2021-06-04I recently purchased a new phone at this store. I received excellent service from Mikol. The phone I wanted wasn’t in stock but Mikol went the extra mile to call other stores to check and see if they had it in stock. He arranged for the phone to be deliver to the store. When I got the phone he transferred all my info from the old phone to the new one. Mikol was wonderful. He was very patient with me, took the time to answer all my questions and showed me many functions of the new phone. He’s extremely knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. I will definitely go back to that store for all future phone purchases.

2020-06-07Hi we just had the most wonderful experience with Savannah PattersonI have been to so many phone stores and Apple stores and this has honestly been the most pleasant and efficient experience I have ever had. Savannah was so patient and accommodating and we accomplished multiples tasks. I highly recommend her for any concerns anyone may have. She was polite and knowledgeable in all aspects.

2020-10-27I’ve had AT&T wireless for a significantly long time. Literally just cancelled everything. We had dropped my wife’s Verizon account and added her number onto my account. The salesman at the store, Edwin, talked us into AT&T TV and said it would be included w my plan. It wasn’t. They have been billing my bank account monthly. So I try and cancel and they want to charge me and additional $260 cancellation fee. For something I didn’t want in the first place. On top of that, the salesman had added the wrong insurance on my wife’s phone and was billing me for insurance on devices I never had. Shame on me for always instantly paying my bill right away and never looking at it. I had called customer care and told them I should not have to pay this cancellation fee for this service I was signed up for under false I formation and upper management would not help me at all. The customer service rep on the phone was very pleasant and professional and it wasn’t fair to her that this upper management person would not even talk to me directly and kept giving snide responses. A good long-standing customer like myself deserved better. Goodbye AT&T!!!

2020-06-13Store manger has the worst customer service ever.I have been with AT&T for 12 years. I have been to several location to buy equipment. The service here is horrible. Almost made me change providers.But At&T has been good to me over the years. I will never ever go back to this location and I suggest that no one else should either.I told the Afro America lady store manager how long I was a At&T customer and it did not mean anything.I bought a phone online from At&T and they sent me the wrong color. They told me I can go change it for the color I want at one of they stores.I was told to get out. I had the police called on me.I was told that she was tired of customers coming in here to change they phones for a different color after they ordered online.I am a Afro American my self so this is not a racial issue. She just have poor customer service and and company that let her work for them have to be just as bad.The hiring starts at the interview and it’s no way she should have got pass.I am a department manger myself and it’s our job to read the people at the interview process.Please do something about her. I can not be the only customer that had this experience.She did it to freely.

2020-05-31I came in for newSIM cards on a Sunday. Everyone was friendly and professional. Social distancing, hand hygiene and face masks were all utilized and reinforced. Matt R was my sales rep and he was extremely patient, knowledgeable and friendly. He was such a great help activating my SIMs and making sureI had the best data plan to meet my needs. He also informed me of first responder priority/discounts. I’ve been with AT&T since 2000! And there’s a reason I’ve been a customer for 21 years-always amazing customer service and EXCELLENT cell service no matter where in the WORLD I am! Thanks again for stellar care, especially during a pandemic! Keep up the great work! I hope the Street Road store stays around for a long time because they’re great!!!

2020-06-02I had the pleasure of being helped by Edwin! He was extremely helpful with setting up our new prepaid account. We were a bit unprepared and he made this so easy and quick and helped us more than he even needed to. I highly recommend coming to Edwin for all of your needs!!
