The agents there are unknowledgeable and rude. They cannot answer your questions regarding fees/promotions/transferring policies and so on. They let you wait for a long time on the phone intentionally. The thing is they just didn’t even try to communicate well with you. Don’t waste your time and ruin your day. The virtual online customer service would be much more helpful.

This is not an AT&T store. It is a store that dresses like AT&T but aren’t actually. It is important to know that if you want to do something related to AT&T. I recommend not wasting your time and going straight to an actual AT&T location. The staff is really nice, but that is sort of beside the point if you are looking for help with anything having to do with AT&T.

I went in to change my account from postpaid to prepaid and after calling multiple times and getting no useful response except that I needed to go into a store during these covid times. Daniel just took 5 minutes to change my account to prepaid. Im not really sure why it couldnt be done over the phone. But, anyway, he was amazing and the service definitely exceeded my expectations. I expected to be there for an hour. Exceptional service. Keep up the good work 🙂

New phone day! Alayah took the time to understand how I use my phone and devices to recommend the apps, features, and functions that would be most useful. The store associates were friendly and handled my phone switchover with professionalism and transparency. Alayah made sure I received all discounts for which I was eligible.

I switched service to AT&T in Aug 2018 and it began horribly. The sales rep put 2 SIM cards in my name and I was getting charged for both although I only had 1 active line and 1 phone. Finally I went there yesterday 09/17/2020 and this time the manager approached me and he was Outstanding!!! He smart switched my new Galaxynote20 and sold me a phone protector w/belt clip. He didnt rush me and I felt 100% comfortable. Thank you. 3741 Walnut St. Phila., Pa

Went in to try and upgrade my phone. Was told theyd be right with me. It was the middle of the afternoon and the store was not busy. I waited for a half an hour while 4 other customers came and went and 4 employees milled around without helping me. Ive been to this location multiple times and was always asked to wait an unreasonable amount of time for what should have been a simple upgrade. Find somewhere else to go.

Kierra was SO kind, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. They didnt have the phone I wanted in stock, so she encouraged me to order it online--even though it must have meant losing her commission. Give her a raise!!

I am a new customer coming from Verizon Wireless with 2 lines and added a new line. My experience so far with AT&T has been horrible. I am ready to partly more and go back to a Verizon Wireless because they have much better customer service. I was told to by customer service supervisor Robert to go to a corporate store at 117 S. 69th St in Upper Darby to purchase a SIM card to complete my number being ported in. Robert told me he was notating everything on my account. He was very unprofessional and rude. I couldnt believe it. So I go to the store and they were blasting rap music and the workers were sitting down and I never heard them greet me. Finally a young man approached me to say can I help you. I told him what I needed and asked him to call customer service because he said he couldnt help me. He calls customer service and they tell him I need a sims card to port my number back. He gives me the sims card and walks away. The rep is on the phone asking me to put the sims card in and I dont know how but the young man already put it in for me. I asked him to turn the music down because it was hard to hear. Thats why I didnt hear the workers sitting down greet me when I came in. So Im asking 2 other people I thought were managers to help me because now Im standing talking to the rep on the phone and she is asking telling the worker to do something but he walked away. The two people standing near me I found out were guards. But the reason I mistakes the guards for workers is because every time Ive ever been to a Verizon wireless or AT&T Corporate stores they stand up and make sure they greet their customers and follow them to make sure they are being of service. I ask the guards at this point who the manager is and this young guy sitting down that overhead my whole conversation finally speaks up and says I am. Then he gets very rude and unprofessional with me. He was yelling and said he told you we cant help you. Unbelievable. Never got up to help the worker helping me or to see if he as the manager (Antonio Perez III)could help. I told him he didnt know what he was talking about and how dare he raise his voice and talk to me in that manner. The customer service person on the line from AT&T let her supervisor listen because they couldnt believe how he was talking to me. Then I find out they are AT&T Retailer. Antonio was so cocky and said you need my store number you need my I.D. I left there because I refuse to deal with such outrageous, unprofessional, and rude behavior. The customer service rep was still on the line apologizing for my experience with them and the rude supervisor at customer service Roberts behavior. Her supervisor and her was so kind and called a corporate store and told them about my horrible experience thus far and asked them to help us. So I go to the AT&T corporate store at 3741 Walnut St which wasnt any better. Desmond and his supervisor stated they couldnt reinstate the line and called customer service and they had to do it. Then I asked call ups I put a $20 case on my bill and they said I had to spend $150 dollars after I just transferred 2 lines and added another one and purchased 4 new iPhone XRs and accessories. I have spent to much money with them to be treated as such. I see why Verizon Wireless service is more because they have much better customer service. You get what you pay for. Im seriously considering in a few months going back to Verizon Wireless. They lie and play to many games. If they cant make money off the customer they dont want to service you. Its all sales to them and forget servicing the customer.

Kierra (37th & Walnut, Philadelphia PA store) was helpful, friendly, thorough and incredibly thoughtful in detailing options specific to what I needed in a new phone. She turned a frustrating situation with a less than functional phone into a positive experience and my gratitude to her!

AT and T were charging 350.00 phone Bills for years. I personally paid it for 13 years. Now I pay 94.00 bucks for basically the same thing. 13 years x 12 = 156 x 256.00 = $4096.00. This was common with the other providers that had monopolized the cell phone explosion . I know resources change and the advancement in technology. In my opinion it went on way to long. The eventually could not stop the Crickets and the Boosts. From keeping them from gouging we the public. Pushing the 800.00 phones on us like we were no one without the newest phones. Then they made it so easy to get these phones. Before you knew it your phone bill was a mortgage payment. There has to be millions who feel the same way. Its about the consumers not the product or the manufacturer and the provider. Without us you have nothing.
