My car hit a deer and even though I chose this body shop because it was one out of a few my insurance dealt with, I could not be happier that I chose this place! The men there were very helpful, realistic about my quote, (my insurance made one off of photos and tried to get cheap parts from across the country and across sea!) They were very kind and could joke around with me about my situation. They made me feel confident that my car would be done correctly and made me feel apart of what was happening. They did an amazing job. It’s a small shop which to me means that they care about you and your car and you’re not just some client like at a pep boys for example. Thank you so much Autocrafters Carstar Collision for making my injured soul whole again with everything you have done for me from the moment I walked in the door to the amazing job you did and for treating me and my situation professionally and with care. I could not have walked out with the final result any happier than I did. I would recommend these men at this shop to anyone. Hopefully I won’t need to go back but if I did, I would go again hands down. Thank you!!
Very great people and bussines, definitely a 5 star, they work with you and keep you updated, i had an issue, where i thought i heard something in my car still and they told me to come right back no questions asked and took a look at it and got me back on the road and also they worked with me to get me into my rental and knowing that enterprise would close before i got out of work, they let me drop the car off with them and they took care of it for me. Like i said very great people, a business that made me feel welcome and a part of the family, Thank you guys for taking care of my car and me.
The service was excellent and my car is better then excellent. I will definitely make them my body shop, I hope nothing ever happens again, but if it does my car will be back.
A very service providing company went out of there way to accommodate me and the quality was AAA+ use them every time I need bodywork and painting for my cars Very friendly done in a timely manner
I called them for estimate on damage on my vehicle they refuse to give me an estimate because i pay out of pocket and not use insurance. they must be very very pricy,

Very polite. Used twice in 7 years and hasnt changed. Great quality and the turn around is at least two days sooner. This place has the best receptionist and claim adjuster and of course body& painters. If in the Area and need the work done. Go see them. My highest recommendation

Had my Audi t-boned few days after getting it! CarStar did great work repairing to better than new. They also worked with me on the financials. Repairs took like 3 weeks which broke my heart. But all in all, great local shop that treats you like family.
Autocrafters on Bristol Pike in Bensalem, PA was a great place! I took my car to them to look at what was wrong, and they got me in to work on it the next morning. It wasnt until after they were done working on my car that I found out they werent even technically open that day, but they had made an exception to help me! Everyone was super nice and welcoming. It was affordable and I am very happy with their work. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs their car worked on in the area.
Had my 2016 Hyundai in due to being hit while parked, from start to finish the staff at Carstar are awesome people and got my car repaired and looking great again. You will not be disappointed in their services.

I unfortunately struck a deer right before a long holiday weekend. Autocrafters keep in touch with me throughout the whole process and communicated directly with insurance and with enterprise to ensure i had a rental and a pickup/drop off, making my accident almost hassle free. They quickly fixed my car in short order and I was back on the road again good as new. I am very satisfied with the service i received at Autocrafters.

If you are looking for a place to take your car to get fixed that you can trust and who really care about helping you then you should go to Autocrafters. If I could give more than 5 stars on this review then I would but thats the most allowed. The customer service is amazing and the work done was just as great. I was stopped at a red light and someone hit me from behind in January and it was a nightmare trying to deal with the insurance company and to find somewhere to take my car. The first place I went to was terrible. They were rude and I did not trust them. I think its really difficult to find a good mechanic or body shop but I lucked out and found a great one. I could not get my car fixed until April because of work and how difficult the insurance company of the person that hit me was making it for me but Autocrafters took care of everything for me and were there every step along the way. I actually feel like they went above and beyond what could even be expected especially with having to deal with the insurance company. I hope I never get in another accident and need to get my car fixed but if I do I know exactly where to go. Thank you Autocrafters for making a really bad situation easier to deal with. I highly recommend using them if you need to get your car fixed.
I would recommend this establishment to anyone. They are professional and very fast. They told me my car would be ready in 10 days and surprise it was ready in three days. I would recommend them to every and anyone I know. The job they did to my car was outstanding.
First and foremost, the people here are super friendly. Front desk woman was very kind and helpful with my car rental and return. After getting an estimate I was told that my car would be ready within 2-3 days and it sure was. They did such an amazing job. Very satisfied with the repair. No regrets whatsoever. I highly recommend and I definitely will be returning when needed.
Very clean shop, friendly and thorough staff. I dropped my car off for collision services, it was finished way earlier than anticipated and they were able to work around my schedule to get it back to me. Felt good after every phone call and was happy to have my car back in tact!! I would definitely recommend going here! Even other businesses in the area had great things to say about the owner and their work.

If you were just in an accident, searching google for a body shop and have no idea what your supposed to do next...go visit Autocrafters CARSTAR Collision, and ask for Dianne!!I recently moved to the area and my truck was hit in a parking lot, so I found myself searching google for a body shop close by. Ive never really been in an accident before so I really had no idea what to do besides call my insurance company. After a quick chat, we decided I would get the repairs done myself, pay my deductible, and be on my way...BUT when I hung up the phone I noticed I had a voicemail. It was a message from Dianne, asking to talk about the accident. I called Autocrafters the next day and from then on, I never had to worry about a thing.I dealt directly with Dianne for the most part, and I cant say enough good things about her. She helped me through EVERYTHING and gave me advice on who to call and what to do, and even helped push along the process by sending e-mails/making follow up calls to keep the ball rolling while I was busy at work everyday. Within two days she got me in contact with the other drivers insurance claims department, helped me acquire the right documents to get them to accept liability AND COVER the accident, and even got me a rental car for the few days it took to get the repairs done. I literally went from paying a $500 deductible and borrowing my wifes car everyday TO INSTEAD paying NOTHING, and driving around in a 2019 rental for two weeks.The shop did phenomenal work...cant even tell which side was hit. They used some of the paint to touch up a few chips on the other side door as well. They finished earlier than projected and even helped me out by installing a car battery for me since mine was dead. They even replaced the clamp that goes on the battery because the old one was desperately corroded. Now the mechanic did not have to do that, but they knew that re-using that same clamp would only continue to cause corrosion, and eventually give me a hard time. This is a perfect example of going above and beyond to make sure your customers are satisfied. Its the little things that make SUCH a difference over anyone else.I believe that the ONLY reason all of this happened in my case was because I chose the RIGHT body shop. I truly believe that no one else would have went out of their way to help me the way Dianne did. I think she realized from our first conversation that I was lost and she went above and beyond to not only help me get through this situation, but to also educate me on how the car accident process works, so I can feel confident and never worry that I am getting ripped off. I had a wonderful experience, 5/5, will continue to use them if necessary, and will absolutely send all friends/family/coworkers their way. Thanks so much for helping me through this rough time!!! You truly made it ten times easier!!!!
Amazing! They handled everything with the insurance company and enterprise. I didn’t have to do anything besides drop the car off and pick it up. They finished it within 1 day also! They’re so nice and I would highly recommend
This is my first time at this shop. I had a wonderful experience with Autocrafters Carstar! Everyone there were great, professional, upfront, and really caring with going through the process. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to get their vehicle repair. I have a brand new vehicle and someone keyed it in two places. Autocrafters did an awesome job with the repair. My vehicle looks brand new again. You can not tell ANYTHING was done. A1 shop.Lastly, they offer WARRANTIES on their work with certificate and paperwork! They stand by their work. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE!
Showed up took about 10 min to set everything up. They had enterprise come and pick me up to pick up my rental which was really convenient. They said it would take about a week to repair but it only took 5 days. Workmanship was outstanding. They made the whole experience worry free. Highly recommend.
The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. They made sure I understood everything that was going on and they kept me updated with the progress of my car. They work fast too, my car was done before my expected pick up date they emailed me. And the work they did I give 5 stars. You cant even tell my car was ever even hit. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
I was recently directed to Autocrafters for an Allstate insurance claim, being that they were perfectly located near my workplace. I didnt know anything about them, but was very happy to see all the positive google reviews, and they certainly lived up to their reputation. From start to finish, everyone was professional and friendly, answering all questions and keeping me up-to-date on progress. When I told them about my vacation plans over the Labor Day weekend, they took my car in a day early to ensure that repairs would be completed before I planned to leave. It went down to the wire, but they did finish on time. The car looks great (they even cleaned my rims). And because they are a partner shop for Allstate, all I had to do at the end was pay them my deductible and drive off.

From my first phone call, until I picked my car up, I had nothing but excellent customer service. I found Autocrafters thru the Insurance company just by searching local shops on their finder. I spoke with Jim who set everything up and made the drop off and car rental process a breeze. When I got to the shop I worked with Diana who was so pleasant and helpful. They get you in and out and have the Car Rental shuttle right there to pick you up. Their work is great and the are fast. Its so refreshing to have truly nice people who have good attitudes and are happy for your business.
I damaged my front bumper and wheel cover when I hit a curb on 3/10. I took my car in for an estimate the following Friday, and Jim took pictures and prepared a written estimate for me in 30 minutes. He also answered all my questions. He told me to bring my car in on Monday morning and I could expect to get my car back by Wednesday. I dropped my car off on Sunday night. I got a text on Monday telling me my car was being worked on then got a call on Tuesday afternoon from the owner, Frank telling me my car was done. The staff stayed past their normal 5 p.m. closing time so that I could pickup my car after work. The car looked great. They even washed it and vacuumed out the interior. This shop exceeded all of my expectations primarily by having the car done one day earlier than I expected. When does that ever happen? The estimate was right on the mark; I was not charged any more for the body work than what the initial estimate showed. The woman at the desk who processed my paperwork and my deductible was very professional and kind as well.I highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area who needs auto body work done.
I went into Carstar after I was in a car accident. The insurance company sent me there as they are an authorized Allstate shop. From the first day I went in they were very friendly. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by the owner. Diana, the receptionist was excellent. She explained that even though I wasnt an Allstate customer I was a customer with Carstar. She also explained that they understand that my car is important to me and will do everything they can to get me back to normal and get my car fixed. Diana went above and beyond handling all the details with my rental car. They were just great and they did a great job on my car. They even fixed a few things that werent damaged in the accident. They also cleaned my vehicle inside and out. I was extremely impressed with this place and was very happy that Allstate sent me there because I dont think I would have gotten such great service anywhere else. I will also go there for any car work I need in the future. Thanks guys!!
I cannot say enough about how wonderful this autobody shop is. I have never worked with more kind and caring people. After my accident, my car could have been totaled, but they did not let this happen! They searched for the best parts at a great price! This was not an easy task because my make and model is older and hard to find. Not only does my car look brand new, the inside was cleaned and they took it out for a test drive in the rain to check a car problem I was having BEFORE my accident. They took their time to make sure my car was in the best condition it could be in! I couldn’t have asked for better service. This is the only place to go to have your car worked on! Thank you again!
I worked with Frank and from the start he was professional and courteous. Frank went over the work that would be done and the time that it would take to do it. He worked his schedule with mine and coordinated my ride with the car rental agency. The work actually took half the time expected. I was very happy and satisfied with the whole experience with CARSTAR.
The best customer service ever. I took my car in and received my estimate, then sent the paper work to my insurance. They told me that my car would take 2 weeks to fix. I received emails and text updates on my car and I called to see if it was possible to get it early they said I was about to call you we finished you car. It was a week early. I was so excited. I will always use them and recommend them to every one.

Not only did they do an excellent job repairing my vehicle but also took the time to wash my jeep and give it back to me looking brand new! I would recommend Carstar to anyone needing body work. I had minor Fender damage from a parking lot ding. At the time of the estimate I wasnt sure if I was paying Cash or making a insurance claim. The office staff graciously greeted me and had someone promptly look at my Car. I had a written quote withing 20 minuets. After I had the finances available I had my car scheduled with many dates open. After one business day I received a call from Frank saying my car was complete and that he was able to save me money from my estimate by doing something different. That is always is appreciated. Upon receiving car I am very happy with the work completed and the prompt and courteous attention.
Car repair and paint was fine. They overlooked washing my car and detailing the interior. I reported it to the manager who offered to bring it back but that was inconvenient. If I had paid out of my pocket instead of the insurance company at fault I surely would have been more upset about it. They have a good reputation.

From the moment I waked in the door it was very apparent this was a top notch business. Jim did my estimate and explained the entire process and how things would go. When enterprise was taking to long to pick me up he drove me to them so I could get home. Constant updates via text messages throughout the process. My truck was done in the exact amount of time they said.When I arrived to pick up my truck I was greeted by Jim and Frank. They went over everything they did and walked the vehicle with me. Frank and all the staff over at Autocrafters Carstar Collision are a pleasure to work with. They care about their customers and providing great service and work. They really take care of everything they can and have gone above and beyond expectations. Frank coordinated with Enterprise for me on picking up a rental during my car repairs. They fixed my car quickly and I barely had a rental for even two days before my car was ready. Recently, my car was hit again and I requested to work with their shop again.
What amazing service! Not only was my car fixed ahead of schedule (I was told the person assigned to my vehicle worked late nights to get it done. Thank you!!), but it looks just as good if not better than before! Additionally, their customer service goes above and beyond! I was obviously distressed the day I got rear-ended, and Dianna took the time to reassure me that I was in good hands. She called the rental place for me and arranged everything, so all I had to do was pick up the rental. All around, Autocrafters made a very stressful situation a bit less stressful, and I am a very satisfied customer!!
One of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had after dealing with a car accident. All of the employees that I had the pleasure to meet were the nicest people you would want to deal when the reason youre meeting them is a not so good situation. They take the time to help you understand what needs to be done and keep you updated through the process of what is going on with your car. Not only are they a great bunch of people but the work they do is amazing. As well the time frame that everything gets done is just words could not describe how pleased I was that I did not have to wait too long for the repairs to be done. Another great thing about using their services is the owner (at least in my case) was kind enough to take time out of his busy day to update me on how my insurance claim was going. I did not have to talk to the insurance company again when I took my car there, which in my mind is a great deal of stress I do not want to deal with. All in all I will recommend Carstar Autocrafters to anyone in need of an amazing body shop.
Everyone here has made this awful experience easier to deal with in every way. I was in an accident and was towed by another shop that didnt directly work with my insurance. Jim and Frank really helped me out and got my car and began work on it ASAP. They worked with me and helped me manage my deductable on top of me being a nervous wreck with a thousand questions. Diana was a saving grace with the whole rental experience and really went above and beyond to help me. The experience was more than just a professional endeavor and they made me feel comfortable. They handled everything with my insurance and kept me in the loop at all times. They treat you like a human being and not just another set of wheels coming through the door. Wonderful service by wonderful people.
Dianna in the front office was amazing! She explained everything to me and dealt with my insurance company when they were not holding up their end of the arrangement. The work was completed quickly as promised and my truck is driving better than before the damage! I highly recommend this shop and am already working with them on another claim I have on my other vehicle.
Through Professional in customer handling and in their deliverables. I recently used their services & couldnt be happier. They really care for customer satisfaction. After a painting job, there were clear scratch protection stickers that turned white and had to be replaced. I did not expect them to pay for it .. Rather, I was checking if they have scratch protection stickers , they did not have any & they paid for the stickers with the tax ( how many would do this ??) . .. no wonder they have so many +ve reviews . Keep it up
Went in with a minor scuff from a parking lot accident. Car was one color less the scuff when I dropped it off. Now it has a two-tone paint job. I was told that there is nothing they can do about it. Stay away from this place.
I found this place just looking around for places to fix my fender bender. I had a few places give me an estimate for the damage done to my car and they were Someone managed to pull a hit and run on me and I was worried because I didnt put collision coverage on my car. So, I gave them a call and they promptly returned my call. I went to the shop and the lady at the front, Dianna, was the nicest lady in the world. She reminded me of my grandma, very sweet. I was helped out by a man named Frank who gave me a rough estimate and he gave me a huge and heavy discount compared to the other places that I visited. I got my car back and he even did some extra work on top of it to make sure the car looked in pristine condition. This place was great. Overall, amazingly friendly and the service was prompt and the price was just right! I highly recommend that you go here. If I have any issues, I would, without a doubt, come back.

I found Autocrafters through a simple internet search after my car was damaged. I reached out to them. Since my situation was so unique Dianna, Frank and team jump right in to help me with the process from the moment I stepped into their office. They even talked to the people who damaged my car to make sure the right thing was being done for me.They set up my car rental, got me a shuttle to get me to my car rental office and kept me update through the whole process. If there was a hiccup along the way, they would reach out and explain. I felt confident in leaving my car with them!Anyone I came in contact with at Autocrafters was so kind, caring, understanding and supportive. I have been involved with this company for a little over a year now, and i must say, this is one of the better businesses that i have come across, specially in the auto repair business. The people here are very friendly and informative and offer great experience in handling auto collisions/repairs and are not just out for money, nor to get over on anyone. Over the past year i have grown a good relationship with the people here and I will forever be grateful for the way my car situation was handled. I am in shock by how fast my bumper damage was painted ! ( One day !!!) Job was very well done, ( I have a hard color to match) I am very impressed by this company and I highly recommend this particular Carstar. They knew I needed my car back by a certain date and it was done a day early. I thought I was pushing it by wanting it done in 2 days. They went above and beyond !
The service that the people at Autocrafters provided was hands down the best service that I have received in quite awhile. I was pleasantly surprised to find a place where you are relieved of the stresses of a difficult situation by people who truly want to help their customers. The repairs were correct, the car was finished ahead of schedule, and the service was second to none. They even arranged for a rental company to come pick me up and drop me off. Special thanks to Diana Yurko and Jim Delaney for making everything painless and for keeping me informed, even taking the time to research questions on my radio input which I was not even there for. I will definitely recommend you guys to everyone I come across that needs a repair!

Autocrafters Carstar is a good place for car repair. All the employees are very friendly and answered all the questions whenever asked over the phone. The repair job was done with care. They would call the nearby Enterprise for pick up. They closely work with the insurance adjuster to repair any additional damages, which might not be estimated by the insurance company.
I was a little skeptical when seeing perfect 5 stars rating for this place. I thought it was too good to be true. However after going there, I understood why they have such high rating. The owner went over and beyond to help me out. He gave me a ride back home when he found out I didnt have a ride home. The front desk lady was super nice to me. They were very professional and did a great job with the repair. They finished the repair a day earlier than the estimated. I highly recommend this place.
I cant say enough good about Autocrafters and the owner- Frank. After my daughter totaled our Honda Odyssey while my husband was away on business, I was desperate for help and honest answers. Frank was kind, honest, helpful -- and literally walked me through the entire process. He showed more care for me as a person, than worrying about whether or not hed get my business, which is really meaningful in this day and age. He even went above and beyond offering to clear the car of personal items and removing my old license plate to save me money. He was quick with follow up and personable every time we spoke. Other employees at Autocrafters were also professional and every bit as good to work with as the owner. I hope I never need to use a body shop again, but if I do, I wont consider another one. Theyve earned my trust and business for life.
I Give Carstar 5 stars. This company repaired two of my cars with complete expertise. Not only are they the nicest, most professional people you will ever meet, but they truly care about you and your car. I know a lot of people in this industry and hands down no questions ask this is where you need to take your vehicle.

They were great! Were able to match my Velosters Matte Grey paint and did a great job. Many shops, even those approved by my insurance, wouldnt touch a car with matte paint finish.
They did everything that they said they would. I dropped off my car late Monday 2/29/16 and it was finished and I picked it up on 3/4/16. Misses Yurko was extremely helpful with explain what was going to happen, getting me in a rental for the period I wouldnt have a car and was super nice through the whole thing. Mr. Slack explain what parts would need to be replaced and what parts could be fixed he made sure i knew exactly what they were going to be doing. The paint matches great with the whole car and you could never tell there was any damage done at all. They were so good they even saved me a little money and that was amazing. This is definitely the place to go to if you need any body work done. I am very happy and satisfied with the whole thing from start to finish they really help take the stress out of the whole process!!
“Relax. Well take it from here” and that’s EXACTLY what happened!!! I had an amazing experience at AutoCrafters Carstar Collision in Bensalem. I randomly selected them from a list provide by my insurance company, and it quickly proved to be the best part of my awful day. I walked into their doors after being traumatized by a scary accident and I was greeted by Dianna the office manager. She was so wonderful; I wish I could take her home with me! Her calm demeanor and empathy were a godsend. When I asked if she was also a therapist she replied “No but I’m also a mom.” She actually climbed into my car with me to help remove my car seats. Next I met Jim, the general manager. He inspected my car and delivered the bad news that it would need some major repairs. He also provided his expertise by suggesting ways my insurance policy could better meet my future needs,all while he arranged my rental car. He spoke with me about other issues I have with another car. He was very kind for listening and extremely generous and patient with his time. He and Frank then offered advice based on their expertise when they were under no obligation to do so. I dealt with Frank as my car was completed. He called me and went over all the repairs done to my car and the car looked flawless! I felt like this place did EVERYTHING right!! I receive compassionate, amazing customer service when I really needed it most. They also had the competent technical skills necessary to repair my car in an efficient timely manner. I could not have been happier and I would use them again and again (hopefully I won’t need any more autobody work though ;)Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts.
Carstar collision has been great. They have done amazing work on my cars. They have never let me down. I have referred my friend to them and they went above and beyond there call of duty. They do excellent work. I will continue to use them to fix my cars
As a customer service & sales professional, Im usually the hardest to please. From day #1 to pick up day CarStar hit the nail on the head and blew me away. My Sherri Baby looked as good as she looked the day I took her off the lot! Highly recommended .... you will not regret it!
Got hit in a parking lot one day leaving a dent...they were the only people who made sense to me and didnt bog me down with filler; they got to the point, took their time with my car and my car looked good as new. I recommend this place, they facilitate the entire process and are very friendly people. Love them, hope to never need their services again but God forbid I do I know who to go to.
After I had to bring the truck back three times missing paint under the door clips missing. and a year and a half later the body work started coming through the owner wouldnt even call me back would not go there and horrible work.
Hands down a grade a body shop. After seeing the work of another body shop (Bensalem Auto body) and how dreadful their work was these guys are great. My wife’s Jeep got hit on a Saturday night. Whole rear door had to be replaced and some paint and body work done. These guys started on Monday had my wife back in her car Friday. What more can you ask for than speed, honesty, and quality. These guys have my body shop business. Frank, Jim and Dianna are all great people! Thanks a lot guys. 👍
Made this very stressful experience as easy as possible for me. Towed my car from my apartment and worked with the rental place to make that easy as well. Kept me informed the whole time, and dealt directly with insurance for me in a fast, reliable manner.A++
My neighbor backed into my (parked) SUV. I contacted her insurance company and they recommended this place very close by, CARSTAR in Bensalem. From the moment I called them to schedule an appt. for an estimate, they were professional, kind, and accommodating. I spoke with Jim.I brought in my SUV for an estimate and it was complete in 15 minutes. I then selected a day the following week to bring it in for the repairs. Not only did they deal 100% with the insurance company, they contacted the rental car place down the street and arranged for a vehicle and a pick up. They found a bit more damage behind the door panel, and took care of contacting the insurance company for an additional approval AND took care of a rental extension with the car rental place.My vehicle was then done as promised. When I went to pick it up, I was in and out in 10 minutes and they were super nice. Not that I want to have an accident again, but if I did its good to know there is a good shop right around the corner. (And the SUV looked great!)
Brought my 370z in after hitting a deer. Got my car back with the interior coated in dust from sanding, overspray on my wheels and tires, multiple imperfections on freshly painted panels and after less than a month, its already chipping in some spots. Yikes...

I want to take the opportunity to express how satified I am with the work Autocrafters has done w/my vehicle. My car was vandalized and the hood was scratched up pretty bad. I work for a reputable insurance company so I had numerous options to choose from regarding the repair work. Honestly, I couldnt have made a better decision. Frank and Diana were down to earth and made the process easy. I dropped my car off on friday and picked it up on Monday. They did a tremendous job.

My Toyota Camry was hit on the left side rear bumper. It had scratches and chip paint. It was ugly looking. I took my car to AutoCrafters for it to get fixed it. They told me that my estimate time it would be in the shop for 3-4 days. I took it in the shop on May 19th and got a call that it was done on May 20th. Which is 2 DAYS!! Im happy because now my car looks brand new. Thank you. I would recommend AutoCrafters to others!!

I would look elsewhere. They tried to rip me off on a quote. Their initial estimate came in lower than the insurance companies. After some negotiation they wanted to do lower quality work as a result. Bad business practices and owners that do not understand the basics of customer service, not to mention how to keep a sale. I was happy to bring my business elsewhere.

I would like to take the time to say that this auto shop is just AMAZING!!!!! I was referred by my insurance company. I took my 2009 Acura TL that was involved in an accident, and I received my car back as if NOTHING happedned to it.. The staff was very nice and pleasent and I would referr anybody to CarStar, I absolutely loved them.
When I went to Carstar, it was an excellent experience. Their customer service are pleasant and make me felt welcome. They were very helpful about the damages with every step of the ways and they gave me an excellent service. Its a great place, that I would recommend to anyone.

2022-03-15Got into my first accident, which was a pretty decent fender bender. They picked me up at the site, drove my car back to the shop for me, and helped calm me down. The entire team is very professional but also kind, and clearly knows what they’re doing! My car came back repaired 2 weeks earlier than was originally estimated, AND it looked better than before I even had the accident! Would recommend this place over and over again- great work by all!

2022-09-19My car was hit from behind months ago. Selected them to do the repairs to my trunk. The body work was great. I did have to go back because they didn’t put theemblems back on my car. But now months later realizing that the lock on my trunk was never replaced and as I’m driving down 95 it pops open 12 times. They used the old lock that was damaged when my car was hit. Disappointed to have to go through this while my kids were in the car.

2022-05-20Had major collision damage repaired in 2016 due to striking a deer. One of the headlights fogged up and discolored over time and I went back to them to seek a remedy.They were more than helpful and honest and remedied the situation with simply polishing the discolored headlight.Nice change of pace to find a business that will help even after years passing. I highly recommend this business for all your vehicle body repairs.

They had availability for appointment, they were wonderful at the point of call, went in the consultation to discuss repair and take photos. The people are wonderful. I was able to drop off Sunday night and my vehicle was ready Wednesday afternoon before the expected completion date. The car looks great. Very happy.

2021-10-21It is never a good thing when you require their service. Diana, Jim, Frank and the team made it so much more tolerable. Within 2 hours from the time my insurance company told me who they recommend, Diana was calling me to schedule an estimate. Three business days later my car was fixed. They handled everything for me from soup to nuts. The estimate, schedule, rental car reservation, glass repair and body work. I cant say enough about how positive my experience was. The icing on the cake was, they completed the job a day early and even cleaned the interior of my car. Talk about above and beyond! I highly recommend these guys. Thank you team.

Great job, very good people. Kept me updated every day about everything.
