On time went right to work concern about not damaging your property as he was bringing tank in and taking one out. And clean up As he went along. He made sure everything was working before leaving. GREAT JOB, very friendly and professional
I used them recently for a hot water problem I was having. They were professional came out checked the tank. At the end of the day I walked away with a brand new tank out the box!!! For your next plumbing need contact B2U you wont be disapointed.

Preventive came to our aide , very professional my water heater broke they came to my house days before scheduled , they knew exactly what hat was going. On and within days they secured our new heater. And my family has hot water. Thanks Preventive maintenance

2022-04-17Our technician AC, contacted us early which thrilled us to have him sooner than expected. On arrival he was very pleasant, professional and ready to address our problem. After assessing the issue, he replaced the malfunctioning toilet float assembly, verified his work, no leaks and working as it should. 2022-08-07Our technician AC was very understanding being that he had to come back a second time. We had electrical issues that weren’t very clear when he came the first time. He came back a second time on a day he usually doesn’t work and fixed what needed to be fixed. Very professional and knowledgeable in his work. Helped us in a big way. I would definitely recommend him. Coming back a second time definitely let’s you know he stands by his work.

2022-08-12The hot water heater has been installed with no problems to date. He and his workmen arrived to check the heater in a timely and professional manner. They returned to do the job in the same manner. He let me know when he was coming, arrived on time, did the work, and cleaned up when the job was finished. Had one major issue but it is with Choice Home Warranty. Once I am certain there are no problems with the job, I am moving to another company that does not have the non covered costs that Choice does.
