I honestly wish I could give negative stars. I resided with BandL my senior year and paid $4000 dollars for my one bedroom and not to mention not a single utility was included. I had a parking pass given to me on move in day but only ever used it for my boyfriend who was up every other weekend. Just 11 weeks into the semester my car was booted and I was charged $150 to remove it even though I had a parking pass IN MY LOT. The parking enforcement told me that my pass was worth nothing without the car registered to my address. B and L never informed me of registering the car, they just handed me a pass. And if they were organized enough they would require the parking agreement to be filled out before even giving tenants their passes. The next Monday after the issue and after I had paid, B and L’s employee Chris, decided to act in an incredibly unprofessional manner, screaming on the phone that its my fault and that there’s nothing they’re going to do about it and that “I better fill out the parking agreement and turn it in” She couldn’t even tell me why I had a pass without a parking agreement form. Poor management, incredibly poor customer service and terrible organization.
Our son found his home away from home with the B&L Property team. Very friendly, caring of your concerns and your young adult whom may have never lived away from home. Thank you to Jenny the office manager she is spot on dealing with the young adults.
Renting through B&L is great. They respond quick to maintenance requests and are always there to answer any questions you may have. They are a little pricey and that’s without utilities but that’s the price you pay with a house close to campus.
If I could give zero stars I would. I wouldn’t recommend this landlord service to anybody. Management is poorly organized, and services are not adequate. My house paid for a new front door in the beginning of the semester and never got it replaced. I was charged for a parking spot after agreeing to it being free due to b&l’s misplacement of checks. Overall just a terrible experience
B&L Properties is a great easy place to live. The staff is available almost 24/7 if maintenance is needed, and they provide several perks such as parking and a gym.
Love the personal gym they have for people who live with them. They are quick to respond for a maintenance request. The only down side is you have to pay for all of your utilities which can add up quickly if you aren’t careful.

I just got back from army drill, and I just had shoulder surgery 2 weeks ago, so I parked my car near the house so I can bring in my clothes. Just when I got inside my car got booted. 150$ and I’m a college student thank you B&L
Paid for an apartment and was told when someone else takes me lease, I would be refunded for the portion of the semester I’m not paying for. They did NOT honor this and now I’m paying for somebody else to live there. They also refuse to give me contact information for what I need.
I love the gym! Very affordable and maintenance repairs are handled quickly.
Very down to earth and friendly people. They are always on call if you have any issues with your place.
I lived with B&L for 3/4 of the years I lived in Bloomsburg. They were always quick to respond and their maintenance staff is unbeatable. They were always ready to fix anything at any hour and B&L in general was willing to accommodate when things went wrong. Their properties are quality places to live and they take good care of their tenants. Treat them with respect and they will return it to you. As I write this review on the last day living in my apartment, I know that I will miss living with B&L.
I lived with B&L for two years on 136 east main. They have great locations all over town. As well they give you great service and always come out to maintenance issues as soon as possible. The best part about B&L is when you have a problem they will accommodate you in any way they can to make your stay with them easy and simple. No other landlords give you access to a gym and tanning as well when you move in they have helpers. B&L properties is a no brainer if you are looking for a great place to stay.

2022-07-08I had a great experience living with B&L. I had no problems. And if any problems arose I just called maintenance and they fixed it as soon as possible. I was fully Refunded with my deposit. Would rent with them again 10/10.

2022-07-21Absolute nightmare. I ended up paying more for parking tickets than my actual rent. These people take as much money as they can from us broke college students. They don’t make enough parking spots for all residents and then have towing companies boot and tow cars everyday including the weekends when people have friends that visit. They also did not put down a drop of salt during the winter and the ice was so bad in the parking lot that I couldn’t even get my car out and was eventually booted because I was stuck. Please do yourself a favor and do not rent with B&L, it’ll save you a lot of money.In response to the owners reply: Stop the 🧢. B&L has the lowest ratings for a reason. And thanks for sharing personal information, very unprofessional but honestly not surprised. Also my apartment next semester (Not B&L) has parking included 😁

2022-06-16I wish I could give 0 stars. Everyone in Bloom stay away. Chris is impossible to talk to and they will do anything to scam you out of your money. Everything is over priced and they take your security deposit no matter what. Put in multiple maintenance requests which were never fixed. Two years living with them they took 600$ per person in my house, plus an additional charge of 200$ per person for “damages”. Asking for pictures they emailed pictures of little marks on the walls, and baseboards that had some dust on them. These people will do anything to make a quick dollar on us broke college students. I am so happy to graduate and be done with B&L. BLOOM STUDENTS STAY AWAY!!

2018-02-07I lived with B&L two years and honestly it was a great experience. They are always there to answer any questions I have and they respond extremely quick to maintenance requests. They are so friendly. Staying with B&L was a great choice. I love the house I live in. I am so glad I choose to live in a B&L property my last two years of college.

2019-04-09B&L Properties have been amazing the whole time I have been staying with them. The staff provides outstanding service, and on top of that they have reasonable living prices, have access to a gym, and provide parking for wherever you stay. I would definitely recommend B&L to anyone looking for housing.

2018-02-07I love living in a B&L properties home. They are always quick to respond to your emails, phone calls, maintenance requests. I also love the House I live in. When I moved into this house this year everyone else was already living here for a second year. B&L cleaned my room and carpets and it was ready for me to move in by the middle of summer! Glad I chose to live with B&L for my last year at Bloomsburg!

2018-02-23I love living with B&L! The properties owned by the company are a lot nicer than many other places in bloom, although they can be a bit pricey you get what you pay for and more. The private gym is a really nice touch and they are quick to respond to maintenance requests.

2020-11-04Property was decent but good luck trying to get someone to take your lease. No escape clause. If youre considering B&L, just dont. I will be paying 6000 dollars for an empty, locked room in a state I dont live in for a school I do not attend anymore. Poor communication, horrible waste of money.

2018-02-07I have lived with B&L for the past two semesters. Very easy people to deal with. Easy to contact, maintenance requests were always processed quickly, affordable, and a gym just around the corner. Great experience overall.
