Barnes and young cleaning service was nothing short of amazing! The communication was professional and timely. This is my second cleaning with them and plan on using them here on out. Their was a price Discrepancy but it resolved quickly and l even got a cheaper price then originally quoted. Definitely would recommend
The men arrived before scheduled time. They were very professional & understanding that I wasn’t finished preparing for their arrival. They got the job done in a decent amount of time. We are very satisfied with the carpets and cleaning of the furniture. My family will use their services again !
Barnes and Young is definitely my carpet guys, they clean my businesses and home carpets. Very professional, accommodating to my time and needs, flexible and reasonably priced. What I love most about this company is their fast service. When I call they respond quickly and come out immediately. Amazing company!

My cleaning experience was a really good one. the cleaners took their time and really tried to get all the stains out of the carpet. And I had multiple things in my carpet and they tried their best to get them all out. They got all the stains out except for one. The only improvement I would say is to be on time. It seems it was a mix up with my appointment and with whoever scheduled it. But the cleaners apologized for that multiple times and they did awesome job.
Ive used their services twice now. Both owners are extremely courteous and professional. We had some pretty tough stains having two dogs but they were able to make our carpets look brand new for the sale of our home. Well surely call them for work at our new house.

The customer service is outstanding! Very important factor to me. Quick response and very appreciative of your business with them. You can tell they truly value every customer. I referred them to a client of mine based on their ig photos alone. She came back to me with much thanks for my suggestion. She and her husband had a cream colored sofa that they loved but wasn’t ready to get rid of. They said Barnes and young left it looking like NEW! I kept them in mind for personal use and wasn’t disappointed when I finally used their services. Well worth any rate they give. They got my carpets extremely clean.. Free of standard staining, makeup stains and even candle wax! I highly recommend. Very professional and proficient!!
The guys helped me move two couches out of the way and did a great job cleaning our three large area rugs.
They came early in the morning, cleaned my carpets and was out in a jiffy overall my cleaning experience was great, fast and efficient.

I used the company for a car cleaning. My car was literally the image of a moms everyday car. A complete mess. I inquired about a cleaning and got a fast response and text updates for reminders and even a follow up once the service was complete. The cleaning was fast and my car looked how it did when I first bought it. The guys were so professional. I’ve told so many of my friends and family about them. I couldn’t be happier with the results.
My experience with Barnes & Young was great. Very pleasant gentlemen who did their work thoroughly and quickly and navigated around a lot of furniture as well. All the stains I was worried about came out and my carpet dried overnight with no lingering odors. I appreciated how fast and professional the job was. All for a very reasonable price. I wouldnt hesitate to use Barnes & Young again.

I must say all the reviews on here are legit. These two Men did such a great job cleaning the carpets in my apartment after moving out. 6 years of kid grime, doggy stains and high traffic. you’d never know! The carpets look and smell new! all for a reasonable price and great customer service! Highly recommend and will be using them for my office as well!
Awesome job! Barnes and young came out to my home in lansdale. They completed a 3 bedroom down house, all 3 bedrooms, both hallways, the stairs, living room and dining room in 1 1/2 hours! Not only were they fast they were accurate and efficient. My carpets look and feel like new! Highly recommend! Great price, great service!

These young men arrived on time, was very professional, and got right to work! It took them no time to clean my two rugs and they took $20 off the original price. I had my carpets and sectional cleaned. They came out before my scheduled appointment time which was perfect. And they were very polite an professional. This was my first time having them cleaned so I wasnt sure of the outcome. But I can say once any cleaning is needed again. I can definitely count on Barnes & Young to get the job done!!
I called them the day of and they were able to squeeze me in. The man I spoke to was very accommodating. Not to mention the two young men who came out were very kind. They took their time and my carpets came out beautifully. I will definitely be using them again.

This is my second time using their services. Second time was even better than the first because I had a really bad pet urine odor that I needed taken care of. They showed up same day without me having to make an appointment and my house smelled so good afterward. Prices are very reasonable and you can tell the quality of the product they use is professional grade.

I was very pleased with the results. I had a lot of set in stains that were removed without issue. The pricing was very reasonable and they did a better job then Stanley steamer (who came to my house in the past). I would definitely recommend Barnes & Young!

I was soo impressed with their services. My carpets havent been cleaned in about 5-6 yrs and they really brought them back to life. I had set in pet stains and now you cant even tell I have pets. Be aware of this company concerning keeping your neighborhood clean. They did a job next door to me. They brought out a mattress from where they were working and dumped it in a lot across the street. This is not a sign of good work or awareness of the environment. Be aware of contractors like this who dont speculate the job theyre doing and have consideration for our communities..

I messaged company and they replied right back.I sent pictures they told me a price.I just wanted a chair done .They said I’ll come out cheaper to add something else .They came on time.Set up quick.Called me when done.Did my livingroom and chair for price I thought I would get just for the chair.Chair was left with a couple stains on pillow.But they did show me and tell me what wouldn’t come out and I appreciated that.Helped with getting dust out my carpet .Smell was safe for my asthma.I will definitely be getting them to come back soon to do other rooms.

2020-10-02Full disclaimer your experience may not be like mine. I hired this company to clean my carpet on Saturday August 29,2020. Two men came out (owner and helper) and they began to clean my carpet. Things were okay until he told me that AFTER he cleaned it he was getting some weird staining THAT WAS NOT IN MY CARPET BEFORE. Once he was done there was staining all over my carpet in every room. Its was as if he had a leak from his faulty equipment. Which his assistant actually out of his own mouth said his bag seemed to be leaking fluid. I informed him this was a chemical reaction of some sort because my carpet was fine and just needed to be refreshed. I also informed him this carpet has been cleaned several times by other carpet cleaners with no issue. He apologized and reached out to other cleaning companies becasue he had no idea how to fix his mistake even though he claims to have so many years of experience in cleaning carpets. So then about 2 weeks later he comes back with this solution he believed could correct it. That failed after putting all of 10 mins into trying it. From DAY ONE he stated if he couldnt get it out he would have it REPLACED. So now he calls a carpet installation company he knows to come out and give him a quote for how much it would be to replace. He came took all the measurements and we set a date for repair that next week. I called a few days before just to confirm things were a go and was informed that the owner of barnes and young cancelled my carpet installation repair because he didnt want to pay that much and felt he was being over charged but he never once communicated ANY of that to me. Let me remind you this was HIS GUY that he knows and does work with. Not someone I got to pick. Then he says he has another person that will do it. All i got was a text with a carpet sample from a random number which was all probably a scam between the owner because the person never responded to any communication. Sets up multiple appointments only to cancel and nothing has ever been corrected TO THIS DAY. This company is unprofessional, lacks communication ,experience and is not to be trusted. It does not take over a month to fix a mistake that he claimed to be so torn up about. He clearly cannot afford or doesnt want to take a financial loss for this situation and now I have to fix this on my own. Being a good and honest business owner means being accountable for your mistakes and not just your praises. I have attached photos to see the mess left behind

My sincere compliments & appreciation goes to them for doing such a fantastic cleaning job on the carpeting in my home (thank you kindly again!) Not only were they punctual in their arrival time (they actually arrived a few minutes early before my appointment time to be exact) but they were also very professional from my initial phone call with Kareem in getting me scheduled to the actual completion of their prompt cleaning service. 2021-08-19Barnes and Young just finished cleaning our area rugs and did a fantastic job. They were on time and out in no time.
