My jeep suddenly went into “limp mode” the DAY BEFORE driving cross country to Colorado. I brought it to the service center as a last resort and, Jamie G., sensing that I was panicked, was nice enough to ask another associate to take a look at it before they closed. Thankfully, the team got it fixed, and I’m set for my trip. Thank you all for being so kind and taking the time to help me. I’ll surely be back!
Giving them two stars because my salesperson was great. But don’t believe they everyone approved guaranteed finance hype. Sat for 3.5 hours told I was approved upon provided some documentation, went home gather it and emailed it over. Well all of a sudden denied from the bank that “approved me”. Honestly don’t think the finance person even really put any effort into it….never again.
Buyer beware when going here. They should not be in the used car business. I have bought many vehicles from them over the years. I will NEVER EVER go here again. The car I purchased was not in their possession for 24 hours when they had it listed. No one ever looked the vehicle over to see if there were any problems. I purchased it on Thursday 6/4/20 and it was in their garage 6/8/20, 6/15/20, and 6/22/20 for it not starting right away when you turn the key, the check engine light came on, and the gate bracket drops into place when the gate opens. Josh from Service actually told me that they are not equipped to repair GMC vehicles. They claim the bracket on the gate dropping into place is normal (it is not). They cannot find anything wrong with how it starts. It takes 30-45 seconds to turn over when you try to start it. So it was back in again on Thursday 3/4/21 for the same issue. Again, we cant find anything wrong with it. So they kept it over the weekend. I had to call for an update on 3/8/21 for again Weve been starting it over and over today and its not doing anything different. They drop it off. I go to move it and it wont start. If you cannot fix the cars you sell, then you shouldnt be in the business. Not to mention the condescending tone Josh uses to talk to females. If I was a male, he would not be speaking to me in the tone and mannerism he does. DO NOT BUY OR USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT**UPDATE**The dealer responded to this review saying management would be reaching out. Don’t believe them. It has been a week and no contact. I’m not surprised but wanted others to be aware they don’t really care like they want people to think.**UPDATE AFTER OVER A MONTH**Still no contact from the dealer. Buyer beware. You can see they have no concern for their customers.
My fiancé and I bought a brand new 2020 jeep renegade in October of 2020. Within the first month we noticed the car pulling hard to the right. We took it in for service and they said it was the alignment, and they fixed it and washed the car. When we got the car back it had paint damage on the door from where someone hit it into a wall when it was opened. They took it back and fixed that with no problems but a day later the car still pulled hard to the right. We took it back in and they kept the car for almost 3 weeks and said that they had to replace the steering column and it should be good. The car drove for a couple months and things were good. But now it’s pulling to the right again. When we took it back to service they said they didn’t notice a pull however we took videos of the pulling and when the service tech rode with my fiancé he said. “Oh it does have a slight pull”. Not very customer service friendly at all. Then when lemon law was mentioned they tried to have her trade in her car into something else and didn’t have the slightest bit of courtesy or professionalism in the least. All they wanted to do was sell her a car and didn’t care the slightest bit about her experience and wants. It was just another deal to them. Not the fact that we have paid thousands of dollars for this car to only have problems from day one! I don’t expect anything to happen from this. But hopefully anyone who reads this will take caution when dealing with this dealership.
I wanted to see a used car I found on Kelly Blue book at this dealer. After verbally confirming the car was still there and setting up a time to come and see it within an hour of the phone conversation, I arrived at the dealer to be told the car was being cleaned for a test drive (due to Covid 19 restrictions) After 20 minutes of waiting, I was informed indeed that the car had been sold. They completely wasted my time and have clearly no regard for customer service. Will never go back to them. I would give them zero stars if that was possible.update 8-18-20: response from dealer was that a sales associate would reach out to me to address issue (not sure how that could be done). No one ever did. Good follow through on their part!
The service we received is nothing like expected. These guys have it. Respectable! Patient! Reasonable! Transparent! We didn’t expect to leave with a vehicle and we weren’t pressured. We’ve bought cars before. This process and experience was the best so far. Ask for Pinky and Scott. Tell them Mike sent you.
Damien Southwick wanted our business and worked around our schedule. We absolutely love our 2021 Jeep Renegade Latitude!I wanted to let you know that we originally went to Ron Lewis Ford. Their poor service sent us your way. I left a 1 star review on their Google pg too today. Thought your customers might like to read it:Our time is valuable. I found a Ford Escape online that I was interested in. It was last years model but still new. I called to verify that it was new and available. I made an appointment to come down to see it. After my husband worked 12 hours we went to Ron Lewis for our appointment. The salesman, who knew I was coming, informed me that the Esacpe was loaned out to someone that was getting service. I cant even remember the salesmans name. He made ZERO effort to sell us a car. I mean ZERO! Didnt show us ANY cars, didnt follow up. Were we not dressed spiffy enough or what? Lol.We went over to the Beaver County Jeep dealership in Chippewa the next day and bought an awesome Renegade. Damien Southwick, our Jeep salesman, was super happy to have our business and worked around our busy schedule. Im so happy that the Ron Lewis dealership treated us as if we werent a priority. Thanks to their poor service we now own a 2021 Jeep Renegade Latitude that we absolutely love. Thanks Beaver County Jeep! You rock!!!
Had a great interaction with the sales team at Beaver County Dodge. I worked with Keith K. He was new but very professional and helpful. Answered all my questions and help work out the best price for my vehicle. I recommend looking for him if you are interested in a new vehicle.
We bought our Rogue here almost 3 yrs ago. John Hall was our salesman and he was great! He wasnt pushy at all and was very pleasant to work with. Ive had all of my service work done here for my Rogue and for my husbands car also. Their service department is wonderful! Very friendly staff and always a pleasant atmosphere while I wait. Great coffee and extremely clean!! I would highly recommended going here for your next purchase and all of your service work!
Car buying is usually extremely painful. I can honestly say.....this experience was not. We spoke to our salesperson Johnny Hall & told him the Jeep we were interested in was at their sister dealership in WV. When we arrived that evening it was there! Never have I had a dealership get the car I was interested in without buying. We actually got to test drive the one we wanted!! When we went in to talk deal there wasnt a whole lot of back & forth. We got a good deal right off the bat. Had a few issues with financing rates but in the end we had what we wanted. Since the car had WV inspection they delivered it the following day to our home.Very thankful for Johnny Hall! Great guy!! If youre looking for a car...go see him!!
Great experience. I re-leased a Jeep and was very pleased with salesperson Jerome Armstrong’s helpfulness with the process. He was very knowledgeable about the options that would work best for my family and was pleasant and courteous throughout the entire process without pressuring me at all. The finance department person (Victoria) was also very efficient and pleasant despite having to stay late on a Friday to finish the transaction.
Had a great experience at beaver county dodge. Our sales consultant was Jerome. He was so friendly and laid back. Felt like we had been friends w him for years ! He made it so easy to just ask questions and tell him exactly what we want. He even was understanding when I was slightly upset to get rid of my previous vehicle. Not judge mental and just took his time until he got us exactly what we wanted. Definitely will recommend beaver county dodge and Jerome to everyone!! Thank you, we look forward to dealing with you again in the future
Just terrible.. with seeing how they’ve treated my fiancé’ i highly recommend to buy a car elsewhere because my fiancé got a beat up car from there.. (it’s had problems ever since we got it, which was less than a year ago) they are no help. it was in the shop for nearly 3 months and we just got it back.. it’s not fixed at all. they claimed to put brand new parts in the car and none of its new.. whenever they gave it back they said “hopefully it’s fixed” not to mention whenever we got it back we noticed a few parts missing.. multiple times we’ve tried to explain to the owners whoever it was that we just want it fixed, it’s been in the shop more than 5 times in less then a year. we get nasty attitudes from almost everyone there!!
Stopped in for a state inspection and some warranty work. Service Advisor and mechanic were awesome! They took care of everything and explained everything throughout the process. They did not try to hard sell me on things I did not need. I will continue to give them my business.
They are all very kind and informative. Our service agent made sure that I was well informed of the issues, cost, and time it would take to complete prior to them even starting the work to make sure I was OK with it. The repairs were all completed on time and for LESS than the actual estimate. They did a wonderful job.
Nick went out of his way to show us several different vehicles and styles. He explained many details so that we were able to make the best decision for our purchase. Nick was very patient and really wanted to see that we were satisfied. It was a really good experience.
I had an amazing experience here! I finally bought my first Jeep, a 2019 Jeep Compass from Bill Schrum. He was extremely helpful, easy to talk to, patient, and made the entire process quick and easy. It was the best experience and I will definitely buy all of my future cars from him! I highly recommend!
Had my vehicle serviced here. Absolutely stellar customer service. The appointment was quick, they recommended I look ahead for upcoming services that I need to budget for in the future, and offered all options available to me. The service manager Josh and his team were fantastic.2 thumbs up, and 5 stars!!
They must not want to sell cars? Stood in the rain looking at a 75,000$ truck, I’m buying one , just not from them. Several people just walked by me on cell phones and couldn’t be bothered with hard questions like is there a salesman in the building. I could imagine trying to get a problem resolved with them.
It was a bad day, my rating might be a little off. I went in to have a part replaced that a mechanic from a different place had broke off and told me to have the dealer bill him for. I was told to go upstairs and ask for the owner, they gave me his name. I go up there & a salesman opens the door for me and asked if he could help me, so I explain everything & I get the you need to go downstairs to the service dept. I drive around to the service dept. Its a very cold day with snow blowing off & on during the day. Keep in mind I am elderly & have medical problems, not that they know about the medical problems. So I finally find a parking place and trudge my way down to the service entrance & again the door is opened for me, by an employee doing nothing. I explain to them. They say they cant bill the other business & I need to go down to the parts dept and order the part before they could set an appointment. The kid that was doing nothing (he wasnt the only one) says he will show me where it is, walks to the door opens it and says see that awning down there, thats it. So I do more trudging and they were at least nicer. First they said the part is no longer made, then a man at the counter got on his computer and said yes it is, we have 1 in the warehouse it will take 3-4 days to get here, do you want us to order it? Yes thats why I am there. The girl in there looked it up in their book and the company that broke the part has an account with them, so they could bill him, but they should have set all of this up, so they have permission to bill that company, he should not have sent me to do this. Now they sent me back to the service dept to get an appointment to have it fixed. The man in the parts dept walked over to the service dept from within the building, out of the cold, while I walked back up there outside, tired & hurting. He did go over there to help me so I was grateful for that. He again explained everything to the girl, so she gave me the bill to take back to the other company that broke it. For 1 small part it would cost $602.00 to fix. After getting instructions how to get out of their parking lot, I trudged back to my vehicle. How I was feeling made me decide I was calling not going back there. So when I called he couldnt believe the price & decided they will put the part on, to call them & let them know. I told him HE needs to call & let them know, they would not just bill him on my say so. Thats where it all stands now.
I’ve always had a great experience at Beaver County CJD until today. I booked my appointment online for a state inspection and emissions. At that time a screen popped up with the recommended 20K mile maintenance (wiper replacement, air filter replacement, tire rotation, and oil change). I selected to have all recommended maintenance completed. However, the wiper replacement and air filter replacement stated “included”...while the other services displayed a price. The last time I looked up the definition of included, it meant just that! Based on what I booked online, my bill should have been $160 give or take $10-$30...I understand some things can fluctuate a little. My bill was $274, needless to say I immediately questioned my bill. I stated to Josh the service rep and his service manager that the wipers and air filter came up as included. However I was charged a total of about $90 for those two services. I was told there’s nothing that can be done about that other than remove the labor charge which was roughly $25. For me it’s a matter of principle. I just thank God I’m in no way strapped for money. A nearly $100 difference can be very detrimental to a lot of their customers. Like I said, I know the total can fluctuate a little from the initial estimate but charging a customer for something that was said to be included is absolutely the wrong answer! I do suggest the dealership get with their web manager and fix this error. This is very misleading to their customers and VERY BAD business! I don’t blame the service department for this whatsoever, however this problem needs rectified. I have a Charger R/T and a Ram Laramie that I get serviced here. However, I’m beginning to rethink where I take my business. As previously stated, my prior experiences have been great, so once I calm down I may decide to remain a customer.
Went to this dealership because I had an issue that napelton ellwood city refused to fix, took it there 4 times and never fixed it, contacted dodge to get the issue fixed and they sent me to this dealership, within 15 minutes they found the issue and addressed it to me, they fixed it the next business day, they were so nice, very friendly and were in constant contact with me and actually cared about my issue and fixed it. I really wish I would have bought my vehicle here, I highly recommend beaver County dodge, they will definitely receive my business in the future
Really good service and support. The advisors make sure you understand everything and take care of you above and beyond. The parts department is friendly and well priced and the parts come in early or on time. Really, the best branded service experience I have had. Cant say enough about Jessica Fabio and the great job she did.
Bought SUV 8/2018.... Was there for 4 hours... Had my husband sign papers for loan and they let him take the SUV... I had to return the next morning to pickup the paperwork because it wasnt done.... Im not on the loan but husband had to work.. Financial Person handed me an envelope with paperwork... Didnt explain any of it to me BECAUSE Im not on the loan... 😂😂😂 Replaced Transmission within 6 months... Then a leak started... They said no leak.... Took back they said we replaced 2 seals in the differential... Still leaking.... They said no... Now a week ago our mechanic did back brakes and rotors and tells us the differential is bad... Call dealer yep its bad... Nope warranty no good because you didnt haven it inspected by them after 30000 miles of owning it... They WORKED ON IT AT THE MILLAGE... They said it states that in the warranty papers on the back in very fine print.... The financial guy should have went over that.... This simple dude Mr Durr (Financial Guy) didnt BECAUSE IM NOT ON THE LOAN... BEST PART IS MR. DURR SIGNED THE WARRANTY because my husband wanst there... NOW THE DEALERSHIP MANAGER MIKE ANDERSON JUST SAID.... Well I was the manger soooooo....
Very helpful salespeople, they go above and beyond to help you out! They made sure they only put me in a vehicle I could afford, and they kept me out of a Well known dealership for used cars that was lying thru their teeth just to make a sale, even though they were hourly paid. The salespeople and the financial department were incredible, and went way out of their way to help!
Thank you Jess in service you are professional and beyond efficient and it was a pleasure this morning Friendly from the time I walked through the door and was greeted right away Assisted with my check in then being directed to a very clean and comfortable environment to sit and wait for my car down to espresso i could not be more happy with the service that I received at beaver county auto from the time we bought our car our service I highly recommended you come. Here if you’re looking for a brand new vehicle or a used vehicle this is the place to come I am a believer thank you for a great experience Sincerely Amy
I went looking for a 2500 and waited 15 minutes before I was approached by a sales person in the showroom, only to be told that the trucks I came to look at after seeing them advertised on their website were not at the Chippewa location. They did offer to bring one up from the other location but as someone that works 6 days a week I dont have a lot of free time to look for a new work truck. I was disappointed that they had nothing on the lot even after advertising on their website that they did.
Bill was so amazing! He made sure everything was taken care of and even assisted me with a rental car while my fabulous 2014 Ford Tarus Limited edition was being put back together! The staff was always very friendly and helpful during the repair process!! Thank you for getting my car back to me good as new!!
Once again this place is excellent!! In the past few months I have been here several times for an oil change, new tires and an engine repair on my Dodge Durango! Each time the staff is beyond accommodating, friendly and helping to give me the best deal possible. Thank you to the staff here at Beaver County Dodge for being exceptional!!
I arrived at the service area where I explained to John what was going on with vehicle. He took a device to the car and immediately discovered what was wrong. I asked him cost and he looked it up and gave me a price. I said ok that was a good price and he parked my car. My appointment was the next day which I received a phone call that it was repaired BUT the cost tripled! Needless to say my husband and I were unhappy about this and we felt being taken advantage of. My husband asked did you have to do other repairs and the same issue found on the meter which took less than a minute was all it needed.I have used this place in the past but will be looking for another repair shop. When a price is quoted I believe an honest place should have upheld that. Quite disappointed.....
Very disappointed with this dealership. I had my Truck there for service on various occasions and never was I informed I needed a power train inspection to keep my lifetime warranty validated. I would never buy any vehicle from this dealership. Long story short. I need a new engine for my truck and they had the nerve to tell me 10 K to get it fixed. I took my business elsewhere, bought Another truck 2 days ago. I wont be servicing or contacting this dealership or service for anything anymore.

(SINCE MY WARRANTY IS UP THEY FOUND 3 LEAKS) then a week ago our mechanic did back brakes and rotors and tells us the differential is bad... Call dealer yep its bad... Emailed with Melissa about a van my wife and I were interested in.....at 11:00 am the van was there and ready to go for my appointment at 2. When we got there at 2 (3 hours later) the Van had been sold. Now I dont expect anyone to miss a sale but it would be great to have some type of communication internally so that an email or phone call couldve been made to save me a trip. Didnt want to believe all the bad things Ive heard about this dealership but I believe them now
Great first time experience with service at the dealership. Very quick service; in and out with a quick analysis for the issues with my car. Very friendly staff who makes you feel like a valued customer. I will most definitely be having my car serviced here in the future.
Went with my grandson to buy a car. I was to be co-signer only-but, when I left to go to airport (I live in Texas), they flipped the deal and made me the primary buyer and him co-signer, without letting me know! I would have said NO if I knew that’s what they were doing! I did not buy this car! If they would have told me they were doing the loan in my name, I would have taken my grandson elsewhere and had him get something new! Very unprofessional of them and I have made an appointment with my attorney here in Texas! Buyer beware!! Should have read these reviews beforehand!!
I have been having problems off and on with a backup camera. Have had the truck there twice for the issue. They still find the problem. After picking the truck up from their service department last night the camera was not working again by the time I got home. When I picked my vehicle up from their service department it was filthy. Most garages run your vehicle through the car wash. I guess this dealership does not.
After working with the sales department at Beaver County, I was very disappointed in the effort that they placed in being able to put into a new vehicle. I lease a new truck every 3 years and sometimes two vehicles within the same year. They advised they could not get me a lease on a particular model which was incorrect and misinformed me of this when grounding the lease I had currently. Within a few weeks, I had the identical vehicle ordered from the factory to be delivered through another dealership. At this point, I still have not received a courtesy call back from them to advise. Looks like Diehl RAM will get my business on all of my vehicle lease/purchases.
Had my vehicle towed there and was charged $320 for diagnostics . Told that I needed to replace the Computer at a cost of 920 but there was no way to say of that would have fixed the issue or was just the beginning. Called in and said forget it I will have it towed out the next day. Got it towed and looked under the hood afterwards, everything was torn apart still.....Spoke to service coordinator who told me that no one told her I was coming to get it. She was apologetic and did have someone bring me the necessary parts to put things back to normal or as close to normal as it was when I took it there. So I cannot totally complain about that but I’m still shocked that there’s wires unplugged everywhere as well as parts disconnected in the engine compartment.Just a bad experience.....Lesson is don’t buy an older Jeep
The only reason I didnt give 1 star is because the people were nice and the dealership was clean. However, beware when trading a vehicle or buying a used car. These people are out of their mind with values. Ive been in the car business for years. I recently tried to buy a used car that I was excited about and got the worst deal Ive ever been offered for anything. That was both on my trade in and the used car I was looking to buy. Please do your research before buying a car here. Also the car had a fresh inspection sticker but had a massive oil leak and they still tried charging me premium price for the car. What a joke.
My Jeep only had 40,000 miles on it with a corroded sway bar activator. I contacted Brian Neff who called me immediately to take care of this by contacting Jeep to work with my warranty. What was going to cost me 2,500.00 only cost me 400.00! I appreciate the time, efficiency, and professionalism that was provided!
Well I got my oil change and there supposed to go over that multi vehicle inspection paper or point they do with every customer. They didnt go over it with me and the guy had the nerve to look me right in the face and lie. Told me everything was good on my Wrangler. I said nope its not I need new window blades n. Your guys didnt notice.
Fantastic as always. This is our 3rd vehicle purchased from your dealership and the transaction went without a hitch. I know we will be doing business with you again in the future. Thanks for making car buying painless!!!!!Our sales guy was Jerome Armstrong, what a sweet young man.
Took my vehicle here for service twice. The first time i called and scheduled and appointment and when i got there they said it was never scheduled... So they took the vehicle anyway after some heartache. Found something wrong and replaced the part under warranty and complained about it and that they state the car was in an accident and it still made a small rattle and they would not be fix it if it was related to accident. Took the vehicle home and a week later making another horrible rattle. Schedule another appointment and they told me even before he looked at it the same story. Your vehicle was in an accident and we cannot help you. Well they finally drove it and the mechanic stated that it was a bushing bad... Their service manager threatened to charge me if this issue is in any way, inclining, hint of being caused by the accident. They where basically refusing to service the vehicle. So in the end i left and took it to another dealer and it was fixed without issue and covered under my warranty (it ended up being sway bar bushing) Not caused by an accident.Just an overall terrible service department.
Over a course of a week I been corresponding with sales people about Buick Lucerne advertised on car guru. First salesperson quoted me a price higher than advertised price. The second salesperson had right price. But kept calling it a Buick LaCrosse Finally made an appointment for Wednesday 9/18/19 at 1:30. Called that morning to make sure car was still there. Was assured it was. Went from Penn Hills Pa. to Beaver Falls. Approximately 60 miles When I got there salesman couldn’t find the car. After 20 minutes he told me they sold it the day before. After I left 15 minutes later they called me to say they found the car. It was in the body shop. Needless I wasn’t returning to this dealer. Very unprofessional dealer
Purchased a brand new car here in 2012. They have been the only service center to service this car. Besides yearly inspections & a few minor repairs & recalls, the service center has been professional, fair in their repair assessments, Ive never felt tricked into unnecessary repairs. They take good care of their customers.
Kept my appointment time and overheard mechanics and service manager tell two other customers rhat there was no needed work on their vehicles. Where some garages would have recommended unneeded repairs. I found the honesty refreshing and it really gave me confidence in their work
Thank you Bill Schrum for making my experience at Beaver County County Dodge Chrysler JeepRam a good one. Bill was genuine, helpful, and cared about my vehicle needs; he made my financial/ vehicle needs priority. He took the time to answer my questions and provided explanations as needed. I highly recommend Bill Schrum to assist you with the purchase of your next vehicle. Bill, thank you again for making me feel valued as a customer!
We purchased a brand new Jeep Wrangler Sahara, basically a box of bolts. Service dept is LAZY , floors and roof leak like crazy and now my radio is fried bc of it. Had it there 3 times for them to look at this during oil changes, accepted that would take some more time, I understand that, keep it as long as needed, just wanted it fixed, each and every time they say they can’t find the cause. Now, they’re saying no more warranty, but of course ! Warranty always works in their favor. Horrible horrible horrible. They absolve themselves from every simple issue. Didn’t even want to cover a battery that thankfully, auto zone realized was still under warranty and, surprisingly, $200 bucks ! Will never buy another vehicle from this place. Ever.
Poor Service Department- cross threaded 5 lug nuts and destroyed 1 stud.I brought my 2014 Jeep Patriot for an inspection on a Friday. I needed new tires everything else checked out. As I paid, I leafed through the technicians notes and saw, LUG NUTS CROSS THREADED, TECHNICIAN WAS ABLE TO GET THEM ON. I was in a hurry and had worked all week do I paid it no mind. 2 days later, my drivers side front tire went flat. As I loosened the lug nuts with difficulty I knew they were cross threaded. I was able to get 4 lug nuts back on. When I returned to the dealer, my service member did fix it and was curtious. The point is, they sent my vehicle out aware of the issue but ignored it because it was closing time on Friday.
Don’t get me wrong I purchased 2 cars from them, the salesman that sold me my car is great along with everyone else in sales. As far as the service department goes...... they suck and I wish I could give 0 stars! They had my car for almost a week just to tell me they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. No one called me to update me on my car, I called everyday, left messages that wouldn’t get returned I found myself sometimes calling several times a day at work to try to get an answer, I even had my mom call. Long story short my mom told them to keep it until they find out what is wrong because my extended warranty was up. they ended up sending it to a vw dealership in boardman oh, which I guess they didn’t feel the need to tell me either they had it for almost another week, it ended up being a simple prob which was unplugging my radio because it was bad and draining my radio! The only time they called me was to tell me to call the dealership in Ohio and pay them so BCA can pick up my car. When i called vw in boardman the man thought it was weird that they wanted me to pay and told me to contact that service department again, ended up paying BCA and picked up my car. The service manager has yet to return any phone calls or voicemails made.. very professional department right? 🙄😡🤬
Purchased last 5 vehicles here. When I visit the sales floor they all know me by name and treat me with respect. Service department at times can be frustrating because it seems like mass chaos in there. Josh is the gentleman I work with and he is always professional and courteous and is knowledgeable in the field. I do not understand how P.J. can expect 3 people to stand side by side all day and handle the volume of calls that come in and the work load that comes into the service dept. I think P.J. should sit in there all day and work in place of a service manager because they need more team members. Generally I have no complaints about the service dept they get it done one way or another.
I’ve got A problem with three vehicles I own one was bought in North Carolina one was bought in Ellwood city and one was bought in Butler and Jamie this service person that I was talking to told me he is trying the best he can and that maybe I should take them back to where I bought them so I am going to take them back to where I bought them
Absolute worst dealership I have ever delt with. Payed for tire rotation and oil change. And they couldn’t rotate tires because they didn’t have the right socket (a thin wall socket because I have aftermarket wheels). Which is ridiculous I don’t know how many mechanics they have back there but your telling me that not one, though having to buy a astronomical amout of tools in order to work there, not one have a thin wall socket! Don’t buy or get your vehicle serviced here like I did, bunch of lazy people that don’t know one thing about customer service.
Last night my wife and I finally decided on a small car for her to drive for work. She puts 25k to 30k on the car per year. We worked out a deal with our sales person Bob and one of the higher ups, Dom. These two were great and if I only had to deal with them, I would have rated this dealer higher. It comes to financing time. We were going to pay cash bc its a cheap, smaller car. We decided to put 3k down and finance the rest. The finance guy comes out and gives the speal on the warranty. I said, i DONT WANT THE WARR. He then goes into an explanation of how banks want them now, bla, bla, bla. He then says, how about if I can get you the warranty and your payment wont go up. I then bombarded him on questions of how that can happen--this did not make sense to me. I agreed so I could see where this was going. We back into the office. I see the bill of sale sheet and notice that we are financing almost 11k, instead of 8500. Then I see a charge for 2k for an extended warranty. I told the finance guy, I dont want this. I have to say this an additional time, and he blurts out, Well thats just STUPID! In my head I thought, Dear Lord, please give me grace. He then adds, I hope PJ doesnt fire me over this. God did give me grace bc I sat there in peace as we finished the deal. My total payment went from 195/month to 155/month and my total debt on the loan when from 11300 to 8700. Gist of the story......PAY ATTENTION! I would go back to this dealer because they had the BEST PRICES OF HUNDREDS OF CARS I RESEARCHED and because Bob and Dom were AWESOME! Note to owner, PJ, dont fire this guy because I didnt want an extended warranty and please teach your finance people to be honest and up front. You have a fine business, stay honest! My guess is this same thing is happening at most places, so always PAY ATTENTION! Thanks to Bob and Dom! The two of you are the only reason I did not walk away from this deal. You treated us with dignity and fairness!
Not even a Star...had my 2015 Jeep Wrangler in for warranty service for manual transmission noise. They kept the vehicle for 5 days. When we called, I was told that their top man needed to take it home that evening to verify the noise. Well that was the last straw, I made arrangements to pick up my Jeep that day and when I opened the door there was the better part of a gallon of water on each floor pan and the rear tray had at least two inches of water. Mind you my truck is not a pavement queen but I have never had that amount of water in my truck. Ripping carpeting out today and will be writing my attorney, the dealership manager and Chrysler. The people in the service department are rude and indignant and I would highly recommend another dealership for service, specifically, contact John at Solomon Motors Service and if you are buying a new Chrysler vehicle see Mike at the same dealership, worth the trip. Its unfortunate that in this day and age you still find such incompetence, neglect for personal property, downright rude and ignorant people in this very competitive business. Chrysler makes a great product, its a shame that such dealerships represent them.
Will never buy a car from here or Zachary Marti again. Tried to compare the bank to God , and my loan application as a prayer. Promised that all I needed was my trade in , but ended up having to put 13,000$ down, not to mention the car they sold me , check engine light came on 35 miles after I drove it off the lot. The WRX got traded in that day and needed an O2 sensor and had 2 holes in the exhaust. Which they tried to deny liability for!!!! I had it in there shop for a whole month before they finally fixed it. They dont answer the phone , and when they do , its an argument . I agree with the people here that they post good reviews about themselves to increase there rating. S-C-A-M Artists. Keep in mind Marti was my friend at one point , I cant imagine what he tells people he doesnt know. If anyone has a problem like I did , just contact the Attorney Generals office if they give you a hard time , theres enough complaints here if you reach out to us , Im sure the people here would be more then happy to write you a statement for a class action law suit.
The only place I will ever shop for cars. Elio and his staff go above and beyond with their service after the sale. Salesman Mike Mattioli is an honest, hard working guy who knows his business inside and out. I love the no haggling approach and most of all you dont get beat up when you walk in their lot. They are attentive to your needs without being over bearing. 5 vehicles later and they still cant be beat. Youll be glad you chose them.
I took my truck to get the oil changed thinking we would have to wait around for an hr or so but then they offered to take us somewhere and pick us up when we were done! We took them up on the offer they dropped us off at zpubs and when they were done they brought the truck to us and someone followed so we didnt have to take the worker back! I was very impressed and felt very appreciative for being a customer
My grandmother took her van on a warranty transmission flush. The tech tightened the pan to tight and cracked the seal. Week later it started to leak. She had to tow her van to the dealer shop. They refuse to admit it was there fault and charged my grandmother 400$ for the repair. Not please!!
(Half of the good reviews on here are from their employees too just an fyi) Very horrible customer service! I submitted a online finance application talked to a female that worked there for three days went over how i didnt have money down just a trade in numerous times and she assured me that she would be able to get me in a car with no money down just a trade in so i make an appointment go in and after two mins of being there another sales person comes in and says that i need 1,500 down ontop of my trade in! I was so mad cause mind you they already had all my financial information and ran my credit before i came in.. So they wasted my time! I left there went to another dealership and Im picking up my new car Monday no money down! Steer clear of them they seem scandalous to me!
I will never go back they lied!! 3 times, they checked my credit for 65,000 when the truck msrp was only 52,000 they were trying to take advantage of me for being Young. I told them dont take my truck for a drive but they did!! And beat it I heard the exhaust going all the way up the road! I told them to only check my credit if they could do the price I wanted the said they could with no money down. They checked my credit and the were $13,000 cash down off. I went to ford and got a f250 power stroke for what I wanted to pay with no money down and the msrp of the ford was more!
Well not very knowledgeable people that work there. I went in to find out more information about the MOAB Wrangler that has come out and it seems as though everyone I asked there had no idea what I was talking about. When i did sit down and talk to someone they said they would research and call me back with the questions i had. Hmm 2 weeks later and no call back, its a good thing there are more than 1 Jeep dealer around. Ill have to spend my money elsewhere.
Very lousy dealership sold me a 2000.00 warranty i did not ask for , never discounted the jeep the way they said they would. I have purchased 5 new vehicles in 4 years and by far they are the worst dealership i have dealt with. Got the warranty taken off of my loan, never got the discount i was promised. I guess that is the way they treat a disabled veteran.
Very disappointed and upset with, the customer service with this dealership, I went there looking to get something affordable and to trade in my truck that held more value then what I was looking at, I was told my payment I wanted was unrealistic when it wasnt for what I was trading in and what I was wanting to buy, on top of them telling me I had low credit when the dealer I ended up at said I had better credit at a tier 3, vs the jeep financial person saying I had tier 6 so I ended up with a Toyota rav 4 hybrid fully loaded, at what I wanted a month dosnt matter much since I love the ravs anyways just an example of why Toyota is probably better then a jeep
We had purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee in September and had transmission problems from the getgo. Finally on April 6 2015 Chrysler decided to take back the Cherokee and put us into a new Chrysler product. After all the paperwork was done and it was time to choose a new vehicle the manager Mr. Carr would not answer calls or return calls when multiple messages were left. Finally getting fed up we visited the dealership and wanted to choose our new vehicle and the owner PJ told us we had to choose a vehicle from his lot, which was fine with us but we could not afford what was on his lot. So we found a Jeep at a another dealership and asked they could dealer trade as they did for the Cherokee we purchased. He said that he will NOT dealer trade because he is not making money or getting credit for our replacement vehicle. I asked him if he made money and got credit for the Cherokee he sold us and he said yes. So I said you already made your money and got your credit for the bum vehicle you sold us. Now it is getting lemon lawed and you wont help us get into a vehicle because you wont make money or get credit? He said he wont dealer trade especially with that dealer and said those people over there are a bunch of idiots and if you want that Jeep then go there and get it. WOW the owner called another dealer idiots! So basically once you purchase a vehicle there and he gets your money and credit for the Jeep he does not care after that. WORST DEALERSHIP OWNER EVER!!!!!!!
Beaver County Dodge took car of my vehicle and their service was impeccable. Everyone was kind and explained all the details that it would take for my vehicle to be serviced. I would recommend Beaver Dodge to handle all your vehicle needs. Thank you PJ and his staff!
Bad service I took my Ram supposedly by a censor pay for the work and it is supposed to have a guarantee and they came back and charged me both times the check engine went out and they wanted me to replace the whole system when they told me that you only had to give it maintenance when first He said that the sensual very bad service what they do is guessing to charge you more
I cant say enough about Beaver County Dodge. Jerome my sales man treated me like a king. I went to Mcelwains and they let me walk out the door. Jerome told me I wasnt leaving untill he got me in my 2017 Dodge Ram. Jerome told me he was going to fight with the financing manager untill he got me the payment I wanted. Four hours later I was leaving in my 2017 Dodge Ram with the payment I wanted. I recommend Beaver County Dodge to anyone that wants a vehicle at a damn good payment. Make sure you ask for Jerome the main man.
Special said 12,000 miles under $300 for a grand Cherokee Laredo tried to tell us 10,000 miles $368 a month with a trade in for a lease it only brought it down to $348. Told the salesman 12,000 MILES AND HEBKEPT GIVING OFFERS TO 10,000 MILES and we told him numerous times 12,000 miles continuously gave us 10,000 miles. As we got closer to the door the offers just kept getting better and better next time start out with the specials
I went in for a simple oil change called the day before asked if there was coupons wasnt sure there was I get there they want to charge me the complete price instead of the coupon price saying that the coupon expired on the 15th and said they couldnt do anything more for me I then tried to call one of the managers of Beaver County Dodge I called three times left three voicemails no one returned my calls I am very disgusted this made and dissatisfied with this service the person at the service desk was very very Curt to me... I will never go back to that place to buy another car or to take my car there for service I expected at least a call back when I spoke to someone in sales and they sent me to the managers line but after 3 attempts I just forgot about it when I got an oil change for $20 less than what they wanted to charge me and I was very happy with the place I went to I really like this place the beaver Dodge they were nice to me when I bought a car but that was it I was not treated nice there I will never go back for service or an oil change ever ever again
If I could give them a lower score, I WOULD! I was pressured into buying a car, that there was NO WAY I could afford. You should have seen the spectacle they put on! When I dared ask a question, they acted like I was insulting their mother. They would not allow me to return it when friends and family even saw how bad I was ripped off. WORSE PLACE EVER, SPECIALLY IF YOURE A FEMALE A ALONE!!!
Terrible experience Pete is and awesome salesman but the ignorant rude girl that fills out the credit apps is a real....... wouldnt even run my credit wanted 5000 down for a 9000 dollar car because Im 1099 for company I work for and she says maybe you should come back with someone that has a real job well let me tell you something I do have a real job I work for a construction company that has been around forever and deposit a check evey Friday into my bank account so I have proof of income I wouldnt even give them one star
Heading to Atlanta short notice for two to three months will be pulling 8,000 pound trailer along the way. It is late July and inspection needs renewed by end of August, also 104,000 miles on original brake shoes, 2016 Ram 2500 6.7 Diesel.Beaver County DCJ squeezed me in, replaced brakes, turned rotors and preformed State inspection.Thank you!!
Horrible service department. The team wouldnt schedule my recall repair on a Saturday because it was free and wouldnt make them any money, saving busy Saturday slots for paying service appointments. When I did go in, on a Tuesday mind you, the repair needed to fixed again at another dealer. Beware.
If there was an option to choose 0 stars I would this place royaly screwed with my fiance and I. Went in MONDAY to get a vehicle... WILL AND BRADY SHOWED US A CHRYSLER 200. Was in the process of getting financed. Got TOLD WE WOULD GET CALLED TUESDAY. Because it was 9 oclock at night and not getting anything from the banks. NO CALL. THEN WAS TOLD SOMEONE FROM FINANCE CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE WITH ONE OF US tuesday, THAT NEVER HAPPENED. THEN WAS TOLD BOB OCONNOR HAD ALL THE NUMBERS FOR US, HE WAS TO CALL BY 10:00 AM. IF HE DIDNT CALL. WE WERE TO CALL HIM CUZ HE HAD A FAMILY EMERGENCY. NO CALL, SO WHEN WE CALLED AFTER 10AM. (MEAN WHILE THIS IS WEDNESDAY) BOB SAID HE KNEW NOTHING ABOUT IT. ALL WEEK WE GOT THE RUN AROUND. ILL CALL YOU BACK we got NO CALL, THEN IM IN CONTACT WITH YOUR BANK WAITING ON THEM.. MEAN WHILE WE CALL THE BANK, THE WHOLE TIME HE WAS APPROVED THROUGH HIS BANK. SO WE CALL BOB OCONNER AND NO ONE WILL LET US TALK TO HIM, THIS PLACE HAD THE NERVE TO TURN AROUND AND SAY OH WE SOLD THE CAR. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. THAT IS WHY NO ONE WOULD CALL US BACK BECAUSE SOMEONE TURNED AROUND AND SOLD THE DAMN CAR. SO JOKES ON US. Needless to say we are furious.
They wanted me to pay for a rental when my darts transmission went and it was still in factory Warranty and I got a sonata threw them and and the transmission is slipping so I asked do I need to set up a appointment with you or go across the street they said here so I get there for my appointment and they say you got to go across the street worst place ever

2022-04-24I called in the evening,aI got my appointment the very next morning at 8am. the whole thing was fast and friendly. I drank free coffee in the waiting room on a comfy sofa with a nice TV on, had some friendly conversation with some other customers and a salesman, and it was done before I knew it. The people were great as well.

2022-02-23I had an appointment for a software update for my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. With confusion on AT&Ts part, Josh Cooper and Kevin Kreitzer were very patient. They actually looked up what AT&T should have known, reset my car and had it fixed in no time. I appreciate those two men for sticking with me as we were trying to figure it out. As busy as they were, they didnt rush me and took the time to help. Definitely will return when I need any servicing with my Jeep!!

2022-07-03The manager pricing my trade tried to convince me that the kkb.org trade-in values are 5k over what I could expect at a dealership on a 22k vehicle. In a single week, a gladiator had 3 opportunities to be sold to 3 different people. He ruined all three deals, the car is still there and there is a shortage of vehicles to purchase now making it remarkable that it’s still there. This manager told the finance manager that he was trying to mess with us bc he knows there’s not much available. Nice. Don’t go here

2022-07-06So on May 27th I had a appointment for multiple things looked at on my Hummer H3 that I bought from there. After a few days I was told they needed to order parts. I told them I needed my vehicle. I call and tell them I will be in to pick it up on June 9th and for them to call me when parts show up. Picked it up and my H3 was broken into and several hundred dollars in belongings were stolen. I contact Racheal in service and was told the IT guy was off and will call me back on Monday June 13th. Still no call back as of July 6th. I really like the service department for I have been coming here for over 5 years but this time around I am extremely disappointed.

2019-08-20One of the best dealers Ive ever bought a car from. No pressure, worked very hard to get my wife and I into a car that suited our budget. Extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional staff. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car at a fair price.

2021-05-04I made the drive all the way from the Cleveland area; there just arent a lot of new vehicles being produced recently, and to find the new vehicle you want, one must be willing to travel outside ones local community.I had been talking to three other dealerships, looking for a Challenger, and saw online that Beaver County DCJR was getting the specific one Id been looking for. Salesperson Drew Latsko ran the numbers and came right out with a solid deal; no screwing around, which I appreciate as a fairly busy guy.I came out to close the deal, and was in and out in less time than I expected. Even signing the paperwork was quick and efficient, thanks to Ben.Since I live far away, I might never be back. But my experience with them was 100% positive.

2022-01-02Great experience buying my Grand Cherokee L. Terence was great to work with and very knowledgeable. The manager, Mike, was great as well. I got what I wanted for my trade and the process was stress free. I will be returning to get another vehicle soon.

2021-08-10PJ the owner, Tod, Sales Assoc. and staff were great to deal with. Gave me the correct trade in price on my truck. Most dealers want to steal your trade-in and sell their cars over sticker price, but not these guys. Integrity and honesty is what makes the difference and if thats what you want thats what your going to get at Beaver County DCJR. Wanted a Grand Cherokee L Summit and they made it happen.

2021-09-038/11/21:Just had an express oil change performed, was told my old Chrysler package was used up, but the sales associate offered a location specific 3 pack for about the same price so I said yes. My truck now has 3 screwed up locations on the rocker panels because your technician didnt take the time to set up the lifting ears on the arms correctly. I always take my truck to Diehl in Robinson and have never received it back damaged. I will be going back to them despite wasting the money and buying a future packages from your store. I was so furious when I noticed while getting in my truck, I decided to spare anyone from me screaming at them and leave. I now have to look at the damage every time I walk up to my truck and think of Beaver County Auto. Needless to say myself, friends, family, co-workers, will all be told to steer clear.Ended up popping the hood once I got home just for the heck of it and noticed the dip stick was hanging out about 10 from the tube. It wasnt all bad the oil cap on the motor WAS ACTUALLY TIGHT. Ridiculous. I then crawled under the truck to confirm the oil drain plug wasnt about to fall out....it was also tight.**Update 8/12/21:Service manager called me to apologize, she said they will fix the damage and make everything right. I will update once everything is finished.***Update 9/3/21Truck is in the body shop being repaired. They have been very communicative along the way.
