Don Jr. was an incredible salesman. He was personable, worked hard to meet my expectations in choosing a vehicle. We agreed on a reasonable price, and explained all the features in great detail. In my history of buying vehicles, I felt Don was not just looking/pushing a sale but created a relationship with a customer....thats the kind of service that keeps people coming back, and spreads by word of mouth.
I had dropped my car off in the first week of March. After waiting two months for a part(steering wheel buttons) to come in. I was unable to resolve this issue with the dealership. I reported my issue to Nissan Customer Affairs. NCA were able to assist & get the steering wheel buttons I was waiting in for over 2 months to arrive a few days later. After the shop installed the steering wheel buttons, they informed me that an additional part(clock spring) was also bad. When I dropped my car off for it’s original diagnosis I informed the shop that I believed the clock spring was bad. I was told this was wrong & to trust the technicians that only the steering wheel buttons were bad. I made my decision to have the buttons repaired, to wait two months, to have the shop tell me that the buttons & clock spring were bad. I did not trust the dealership when they told me both parts failed simultaneously. During this disagreement, I had to get the manager involved to resolve the disagreement. The manager agreed to repair the clock & not the buttons. After getting my vehicle back with the new clock spring & original buttons installed, my issue was resolved. The buttons were not an issue, which was in agreement to my initial thoughts when I dropped off my vehicle. The shop misdiagnosed my vehicle twice & tried to convince me to get unnecessary repairs. I’ve had my vehicle repaired here many times previous to this without issues. I am extremely disappointed in my experience this time. To further my disappointment, usually my vehicle is returned washed & the floor is vacuumed with disposable floor mats installed. None of these courtesies were extended to my this time.
Jeff Campbell was my sales associate and he went above and beyond from before I even arrived to the dealer to well after I left. He called ahead to get my file started and find out my needs. He provided me with an excellent option that was within my price range and ensured I had everything I needed and wanted. He really went above and beyond. The financing manager was also very helpful and the overall experience was better than I could have hoped! Thank you!! I love my new Nissan!
Beaver county had the most Fronter trucks to choice from. Ben was nice and very prefessonal at first. Where he lacked was making notes from what I needed and putting it in writing. When he listened to what I need and why, you quote me a price per month, not how much the whole truck was. Ben quoted me a price of 880 per month. That was all I heard and decided that I couldnt afford that price. The the general manger took over and worked out that I put down 10,000 dollars, my payments would be around 400 dollars a month. My truck was wrecked in an accident and I was waiting for the insurance to pay for my truck. I would get 9,000 to put down with them and I would put in the extra 1,000 myself.Long story short, we did put 10,000 on a Fronter truck. My wife had to sign the paperwork and was in much pain from the accident. My focus was more on her than the paperwork. I didnt notice that the base pay listed was 37,000, not the listed price of 35,700. A different of 1,300. I saw this after I got home and was looking over the paper works. My wife, Shellie, called the dealership the next day and got into a arugement with the general manager, Will. I called Max, who was the financal manager and the one we sign the paper work with. He was told to charge 37,000 and wasnt aware of the price tag. He agree that we need to figure out why we were over charge and I request a meeting with the general manger, the sale person, and Max when I come in for running board that still needed to be put on the truck. No one has called me about this and still has been resolved.Very disappointed in how this matter being address.
I have been purchasing vehicles at this dealership for the last 11 years. John Hall is one of the best salesmen I have ever had to work with...he is not pushy, he tries to get you the lowest payment/price possible and gets you in the exact vehicle you want. And I will continue to use him for any of my future vehicle purchases.
Everyone was really kind and helpful! I was able to have a great experience and leave with a beautiful car. Jerome and Scott are super great to work with— I highly recommend both of their service, as well as literally everyone there. This was the best experience my family and I had at a car dealership EVER. Thank you all so much!!!! A special thanks to Don, the sales manager, for the awesome deals and really great service. Not to mention, they have a nice waiting area with a super awesome cocoa/latte machine (with Starbucks coffee). Thank you all again!!!!
We got a great vehicle at a great price. Sometimes things feel a little shifty because the sales people aren’t always sure of what their saying. But the service department is incredible. Overall, we were satisfied with our experience, but have yet to find a sales person we enjoy working with.
I had Sam Carbone as my sales rep. He was top notch from the minute I met him. He not only made sure that I knew everything about the car before I pulled out of the lot, but he made sure the car was spotless, my Nissan connect was already enrolled and he called the insurance company first thing Monday morning to get things changed. You are very lucky to have him and Will Rodgers at your dealership. Great team, and will not hesitate to work with them again. It is nice to be treated with such courtesy and respect!
Had an excellent experience. Dealt with Jeff Campbell as my salesperson. Personal and professional personality (shares enough while remaining professional if that means something). Down to earth guy yet can get along with anybody. No pressure tactics, along with the finance manager, they worked miracles on my behalf. I had an overall excellent and efficient time.
My service advisor ( forgot her name ) was outstanding !! Actually she ranks up in the top, say 3 or 4 that Ive had lifetime. Thats a lot of visits over the years too !! LOL Very friendly, knowledgeable, did her normal trying to offer addtl services, but in a way that came across so much better than others Ive had in the past. She took a genuine interest in my situation and I was extremely pleased with my visit last Saturday ,,, 1-25-20
Everyone working there was very kind & helpful. Victoria & Sam especially went out of their way & worked diligently to get us into a 2020 Sentra. Don Sr. & Jr. were very nice & helpful as well. We will go back to this dealership the next time we are looking for a new or used car.
My experience at Beaver County Nissan was amazing!! I’ve had a hard time getting approved and they hooked me up! This process was very easy and everybody there that I greeted was so friendly. The salesman Taymer Graham was super friendly and awesome, he was so patient and kind as well. He made the process for me so easy , he took good care of anything I needed help with. 10/10 recommend go to Beaver County Nissan to get an awesome deal!!!
Took my car for state inspection and admissions. I was able to drop off the night before and they did it first thing in the morning. They sent me a detailed email with recommendations for my car. I called Mike with the Nissian service side and he walked me through the whole thing and explained each recommended item. He was not pushy about me getting the additional services which was AMAZING! Most places are very pushy. They got everything completed extremely fast and it was done when I got off of work. They even offered to drive my car home and drop it off which was great. I will definitely go back there for additional services and I would recommend them to anyone.
My experience at BC Nissan was amazing!I lost contact with Brad at the time of my last lease but found him again at Beaver County Nissan a couple of months ago(yay)! His patience and determination to assure his customers satisfaction is the reason I will never stray again. The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating.Best in the valley. I wish I could say this of more businesses I’ve dealt with
This is hands down the best dealership I have ever dealt with in purchasing my 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I made an internet inquiry and Don the general manager called me and greeted me and we talked about my concerns and he answered every question I had. I then went to the dealership and worked with Devin who was more than knowledgeable and answered every question and concern I had and put me in the right Jeep. I had been dealing with a popular Ellwood City dealer for years and they couldn’t put the deal I needed together but these guys a Beaver County did an awesome job and I’m now enjoying my Jeep. Thanks again guys highly recommended and can’t wait to deal with again.
Their service is great, employees are always courteous and it’s conveniently located for me. However, they’ve raised their prices significantly for the package that I purchase (3 oil changes and tire rotations went from a prepaid price of $99 to $155; which is for the synthetic- what they claim I need). A price increase like that forces me to price-check their competitors. Had they not raised the price over 50%, I never would have even considered shopping my service. Ownership GREED is not a good thing to portray in the community which you serve!!!!
It was my first car buying experience and Drew definitely knew his stuff when covering the Altima. Gave us a tour of both the dodge and Nissan lots and showed us each other the trims on the Altima. I went with the SR because it had all my features I wanted. The when negotiating the process was not in any way pressuring it was over all good experience. I highly recommend visiting their dealership! If you plan on giving them a visit, let them know you seen this review and ask for Drew Latsko I promise you will have a good experience!*DISCLAIMER*In no way shape or form was the review influenced its all based on personal experience!
Took my car for inspection here. They said it passed but I need brakes ASAP (within a month or so) and it would be $800. I didn’t trust that price and took it to Mr Tire who quoted me for nearly half that and it turns out I don’t need brakes now anyways. Definitely do not trust them and get another opinion.
Excellent service and I couldnt be more happy with my new car! Very friendly staff, knowledgeable salesman, and I was pleased that they focused on my needs rather than just making the sale. They worked hard to meet my needs and I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. I will definitely be going back for years to come.
I dont even feel like this business deserves 1 star, but I had to give it to write my review. I went to this dealership on 4/4/19 with a vehicle in mind since I viewed it online, which was listed at $5,998. I test drove this vehicle and liked it, so we went inside to look at my options. I was informed that the price of the vehicle was $10,000+. This was a $4,000 increase because they claim the website is allowed to have pricing errors. They wasted my time, played games, treated me poorly, and spoke negatively about me in front of my boyfriend. I am shocked that a dealership would hire such a rude sales manager. After leaving, I found that the dealership put someone elses personal information in with my paperwork. This included their name, address, social security, and other information. If you are looking for a good dealership, I dont think Beaver County Nissan is where you should go. If youd like to be disrespected, lied to, treated poorly, and potentially have your personal information given to someone else, then by all means, go here. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone.
Had a bad experience with this dealership. I dont think they realized I knew as much as I did in purchasing vehicles. After hounding me to lease after telling them I wasnt interested in leasing....they finally came back with a payment...$60 higher per month than should have been using their own numbers...I asked to be explained how they came up with that price...and got told the sales manager would contact me the next morning ( which he didnt )...the only way I could get the numbers to add up to what he gave me was to take all rebates off that Nissan was giving off & get charged full MSRP & give the lowest trade in possible for my trade in ( according to kbb )...which the whole thing seemed either very shady...or did it by accident & is incompetent...either way...didnt exactly give me much opportunity to find out by speaking with me so I wouldnt recommend this dealership at all if you want honesty
We came to them with a challenge and they worked hard to get us into a vehicle, Rick C was very pleasant and never once made me feel bad for having less then perfect credit! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!! They got me approved and into a Nissan Sentra that I love!!
I am so thankful to find a place that values me, and supports me as a young lady walking into a car dealership :) I am completely impressed with your professional service, your commitment to excellence and your value to the community. You all truly have a great place of work and service with such kind, knowledgeable, dedicated staff. Thank you for your honor and service and your commitment to people.
My previous vehicle was totaled they went out of their way to get us in another vehicle within a day of me calling them. The kept it as stress free as possible I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. Excellent customer service, very professional, highly communicative, quick responses with call backs.
The Service Department is excellent!! Had an issue with a newly-leased vehicle, and Mark and the guys in the Service Department made sure everything was back in working order in no time--they got us a vehicle to use while they took care of the problem, and made sure everything was right before we took the vehicle home. Always have good dealings with this group, and they clean and wash the vehicle when we have anything serviced!!
I had a great experience BCN. I was convinced I had a transmission problem but their Diagnostics showed a different problem that saved me thousands of dollars. Mike P. and the rest of the team kept me informed of progress and options. I will go there again whenever my car needs anything.
I very recently leased a 2017 Nissan Rogue Sport from these guys and I couldnt be happier. My intention was to finance my previous lease but when Chad explained to me the benefits of leasing, I couldnt say no. I was very weary at first which caused me to be at the dealership 3 days in a row because I couldnt make up my mind on what to do. Chad and the rest of the guys were very understanding, helpful and just straight up cool about everything. I never felt pressured to make a purchase, instead I felt comfortable knowing they would lead me in the right direction. I will, without a doubt, be going back for more when my lease is up and I will refer anybody whos looking for a car to go see Chad Parker!!
My entry to service area was receptive and informative. Guided me through what to expect and what was available in waiting area. I would have scored 5/5 except the one thing asked for (vacuuming interior) was not performed. They did wash exterior which I said did not have to happen since it was raining, so nice but again what was asked for did not occur.Service person 5/5 for explaining numbers and upcoming vehicle needs.Thank you.
Awesome - this was my first service on my new leased vehicle. I scheduled my service via phone. I received a reminder message the day before and a phone call when they were on their way to pick up my vehicle. They came to my place of employment and took my vehicle for service. I received an update on the status of service and it was returned promptly. Great job!
The purchase experience was good. They even transferred the truck I wanted from another dealer. Everyones friendly and professional. The salesmen helped keep my kids entertained and gave them snacks and treats. As for the vehicle, a few cosmetic flaws from the factory but the salesman and service department didnt give me any hassle about getting these items corrected. One must understand that, in this age if mass production, mistakes will happen but Nissan, and this dealership, stand behind their products and make things right which is, unfortunately, rare in todays world. This makes Nissan #7 for me and Ill remain loyal, barring any major issues.
All around great experience, Deven was my salesman and he paid attention to what I was looking for . Based on what I was financially approved for Deven brougjt a vehicle to show me , It wasnt what I wanted ,so then he brought out a second vehicle based on what my needs where and that was that.So no pressure ,and genuinely devoted in trying to get me into what I wanted .Very happy, I was at 3 other dealers before Beaver County Auto and they obviously failed .Thank You !
Very helpful in the service department, good mechanics that know what theyre talkin about and get the job done at a reasonable price and on time. I take all of my service work to you folks wagon and my Dodge pickup truck. Thanks keep up the good work... And this was on a Saturday...
My girlfriend bought a car from this dump little over a year ago. Had the engine light come on 2 days ago, my friend scanned it even tho the light went out and it stores codes obviously, and it showed fuel sensor. So she took the car to the dealer ship and they were very ignorant and rude. She told them what it was and even tho the light turned back on on her way there it was out when they looked at it and said they couldnt scan it after they charged her $50 to just scan it! And when she told her that we just had it scanned it will still show up as a stored code and the guy said no thats not how it works. Clearly these people dont know anything. So they went and scanned it and came back out 40 minutes later and said our scanner is showing fuel sensor. Well thats what she told them when she got there. So they took the car and drove it around to see if the light would come back on. 2 hours later of sitting there it didnt come back on. Said theres nothing they can do since its not on at the time, the extended warranty she had bought with the car essentially is useless. Theyd rather wait to fix it until something actually goes wrong so they can charge you more. So I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this dealership to anyone. We will never shop at this place again when buying a car. Worst customer service Ive ever seen. So I will be buying the sensor and fixing it myself since apparently warranties dont mean anything. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE
Well 1st of all I came in to get a used car and told them that, but was never shown any. My salesman was Awesome but I was kind of directed in a new car and they didnt say much about Apr % or monthly pyt till I got the keys. I also never received my registration card and its been over 2 months. I came in to find out and they had my plate # on another car also. I have never heard of that. The service dept is RUDE and would not help me find an ECM # for my other nissan. I gave 5 Stars because Jeff Campell helped with the licence # and let me use a rental till it was resolved.
This dealership desperately called me regarding an inquiry I placed on a new car over 7 times in a week. After dealing with a totally incompetent sales person that couldnt document my car of interest or get me a price, I told salesman 2 that I wasnt interested. He asked what would interest me and I shared numbers. They talked to their GM, got approval to match and beat my deal, and they invited me into their dealership after hours because they hadnt sold any cars that day and wanted to earn my business. Instead, they earned this 1 star rating from someone who has purchased 4 new cars in the year 2018 and never left 1 negative review.I only agreed to meet them after hours and trusted what they said because they had a 4.4 rating on Google, a far cry from their true standing which forced me, as a consumer advocate, to share my experience. They stayed late, bait and switched me $5,000 and didnt even have the car I drove over an hour to buy at their lot!!!What professional would keep their GM, used car manager, and sales person 2 hours after closing to lure an out of town customer into the store when you dont have the vehicle you told them you did and you have no intention of doing what you said over the phone?I asked to see the new car 3 times and was told that I needed fill out a paper so the sales guy could do his job. He asked me to sign next to a statement saying I am ready to buy and take delivery of the car that night.Obviously I knew they would only use this to create high purchase pressure which is an old school tactic of the desperate. This would be fine, except they never had intention of honoring their word but wanted to get you to sign your word away before even seeing the car! Insert your negative car buying stereotypes here, this place fits them all. After asking the 4th time to see the car after they had appraised my truck and entered me into their system the sales professional admitted that the car wasnt on their lot and I wouldnt be able to buy or take delivery that day. They literally begged me to come out and listen to the most pathetic offer I have ever received in dozens of new car transactions and millions of dollars of business over 15 years.Dont waste your time here! If you live close and want to buy there out of convenience, know that they are low volume and totally incompetent before you waste your evening, as they arent afraid to waste their time or yours!I wouldnt trust any service they provide as they literally bold face lie to your face and treat you like you are dumb even when you have established who you are, what you need, what it will take to earn your business.Study your products before going and realize that your only play at this dealer is to buy a car when they are desperate and price match true car. When I left the salesmen who wasted over 2 hours of my driving time, 2 hours of playing around time appraising my 2018 truck with 14k miles, and 2 seconds of their b.s. offer, I picked up all of my possessions and b lined for my truck. In the window I could see a pathetic train of their staff running through their unimpressive showroom to try and stop me. I filmed it but am so embarrassed for the dealers that I will just leave this here instead.Dont fill out any credit apps or sign ANYTHING here until you have numbers on a sales order with their GMs signature on it.. Reverse their game. This is the sort of place to tell you numbers on a napkin, get you to sign their I like these numbers and will buy today paper, and will stick an extra 13k on you at the finance table.I cant wait to see the response to this, as they know there isnt anything to say other than, yes, we suck.
I was very satisfied with the service I received in the service dept. I was informed however by the service dept that I had issues with my truck (a 2013 Titan), that was detected prior to my purchase and I was not informed by the salesman at that time. The salesman was very adamant that the truck was garage kept and had some stone chips in the paint and some normal wear in the inside of it. Had I been informed of the issues I never would have traded my truck and the wifes car for this truck. I would have walked away from the Titan and Kept the wifes car, the previous truck I had was a leased 2012 Nissan Frontier with low mileage and some stone chips, the truck passed all of the inspections from the inspectors for the Nissan inspection team. I was advised by the service dept as to what the cost would be for the repairs. I then advised the serviceman that I had bumper to bumper coverage. after some time the serviceman returned and informed me that I was covered by the warranty and he would set up an appointment for me to have my truck repaired. I am just wondering why i wasnt told of the rear pinion seal leak at time of purchase or why you never repaired it before you put it up for sale. Your service man had record of it from previous owner. Im wondering what else is wrong that i wasnt told of. This truck should have been under manufactures warranty , it is less then 3 yrs old and has under 36,000 miles on it, Good thing I bought extended bumper to bumper coverage .
Surprisingly unsatisfied with last two servicesAt this dealership with service department!Poor knowledge of products to be used for what type of vehicle !! Service Manager unknowledgeable about car repairs !! And products!! He was rude No customer service !! And a bully !!When asked legitimate questions to the services performed and why they need performed , treated disrespected and told by the manager that we bought a used car !!! ( yes from them ) ! With an extra warranty! And told to do the services recommended and pay for it ! Or they would not do any other service on the car !! With the warranty we purchased when we purchased their used car , all the services performed for the six months of ownership was covered !!covered under the warranty n the dealer recalls . Come to find out he was demanding us to pay for there service that did not need to be done after consulting with the company of the product !! And Auto zone in Chippewa which there Manager was a great guy !!! Only a leaking part needed changed !! So that saved us 115.$ to 200.$ Our research paid off !! Then charged a diagnostic fee which they refused to address until i did the first recommendation i didn’t need !! Never did free covered oil change 😨 Wow very upset n disappointed lied to in the face was the most awful experience and degrading iv had in a long time ! Guess he didn’t have the balls to admit the truth in front of his boss !! To be a man is to accept your actions as a human being.Well more to there story but too long to post !!Too upset to post what I really want to say!!!But bought the part from Auto zone in Rochester !! And the same fluid the dealer said was not the right one !! And now waiting for the engine light to come back on so Nissan can charge me again to diagnose the existing codes most likely covered under warranty???We hope then never to return not ever for me until the service manager is gone !!!!!👍😨
My husband bought a car from you and it was a complete rip off. The transmission went after only 2 years. The contract for the powertrain warranty said that we could only have the car worked on by beaver county nissan. If we even changed our own oil it would void the warranty. We went back a few weeks ago to look into buying a brand new car, not a used one and the salesman was not helpful at all. He knew nothing about the cars and just told us to look at the paper in the window of the cars for info about them. He did not want to walk around the lot with us to look at cars he just wanted to get us inside to run our credit. Not friendly, not helpful, not respectful. Will never do business with this company ever again.
As a first time leaser, therefore not knowing what to expect, I am so glad I chose Beaver County Nissan. Their service department is awesome. They take care of all service on my Sentra even so far as to pick up my car at work and return it to me. I will definitely return to them next year when Im due for a new car and highly recommend them. Thanks B.C. Nissan for your quality work and service!
Scheduling dept does not seem to have it together like the Dodge service department does. The woman that scheduled my daughters state inspection was not very pleasant and helpful on phone had a bit of a Attitude . However in saying that the gentleman behind the service desk Derek Romanio was more than helpful and fully explained everything to my daughter. Till next time.
What I like about the place is the friendly staff, the fact that they clean my car and vaccuum after each service, and they have a good deal for oil changes. I had gone to another place and when I got my car, the workers dirty hand prints were all over my car. At Nissan, you wont get that. They treat my car very well. What I dont like is that when I go there by myself (a female), theres always an expensive recommendation they tell me I should get done. When my husband is there with me, I dont get those recommendations. So, I either dont go by myself anymore or just send him over.
Sad to see this place go down the hill , its mostly their employees at the customer service dept. I was a loyal customer here for over 10 years, got my very first car here, traded that car for a brand new zero miles here, this car always was dealer maintained here too. On several ocassions I had my inspection done here they started to over sell me stuff just to pass it, unnecessary stuff not really needed , on one of those occasions I said no, it was always cheaper to get it done somewhere else and we are talking hundreds of dollars difference ! Also , other times I needed my car for fixing for a specific thing well they always found 10 more other things to fix and for being a woman I know they want to take advantage , the general average person woman does not know about these things or cars( now I know more as my BF builds race cars and I watch F1 lol ) you can blame it on my ignorance if you want. Justin was this person who always wanted to jack prices up, reading several reviews I know im not wrong. Well today was the cherry on top . The brand new car i had bought here years back got totalled (not my fault) this car had a oil / tire rotation package that was paid for I had 1 or 2 left to use .So I called today to ask for oil prices for my new car needs it , I spoke with Mike and was asked model and year and discussed pricess and also I explained package I had for oil, he said cant use it as its just for your car that was totalled and I understood and made sense and agreed it didnt hurt to ask, mind you I had already called Valvoline their oil competitor for pricess and they sent me a 10dls off coupon and I had also an apt. with my OFFICIAL technician at Honda in Moon Twp for 35.00 plus tax...so in speaking with Mike about the prices he gave me 46.00 dollars or so total after tax price for my cars oil change, after comparing with the others I decided to go by this price. I called my Honda cancelled my apt( i wanted to save time and gas as i live 2 minutes from Beaver County Nissan !!!!) I got ready and headed to Beaver County Nissan,I walked in and I said Im here for oil change , one of the guys pointed at one of the girls there , I walked to her desk I said Im here for oil change .... didnt get a good morning not a greeting or a smile at the very least from her..all she said when I walked to her desk was , 84.00 dollars .....i said 84 dollars for what? She said..oil change ...I said I just spoke with Mike I called first to ask for prices , today not even 1hr.ago! She said well thats our prices and shows me a piece of paper ...lolll the nerve. I said listen I called first I asked for prices and what you are giving me is not what i was told so Im bailing out ...next time ran the new price list to Mike so when he picks the call and gives an answer to a customer he has the correct information , what a joke he is a manager how he doesnt know pricess and for oil change only that is an outrageous price and I walked out I should have headed over to Mike s office and have him explain . They didnt even offer to negociate a price nothing ! What I waste of my time . Never will I come back here again or recommend it to anyone and I will make sure people knows how they run business here and how they deceive customers.
I had a recall on my Murano purchased here. Car was working great before, but the day after my vehicle was serviced here, I became stranded when the part they fixed came loose and I lost all steering capabilities. I was 8 months pregnant! My husband had to come pick me up 9:30 pm on side of road 35 minutes from home and we had to leave my car in a very risky location but I had no other choice.Beaver County towed my vehicle next day back to their shop and fixed their mistake, but I was not offered a rental or anything to make up for this. Not two weeks later my husband decided to trade in his vehicle. Test drove at Beaver County Nissan and worked up agreement for trade in. Visited Wright Nissan in Wexford to compare prices. Got a better deal at Wright. Gave Beaver County the chance to match or beat it but they could do neither. Two strikes and they were out. Will not return.Husband loves his new Pathfinder and the service we now receive from Wright.
Not a fan. Charged me 14000.00 for 2013 elantra.....I thought I purchased service package because thats the cost of brand new car....went to get oil changed and they laughed at me. The garage endlessly tries to peddle any sale or up charge if they can. I WILL NEVER GO THERE NOR RECOMMEND THEM. SAVE YOURSELF AND LOOK ELSEWHERE. SALESMAN CALLED MY HOME AT 11 PM DEMANDING MONEY THAT I ALREADY PAYED....WTH????
Ill be completly honest with you all, Im a Chevy guy, I always have been. Until one day a few years back I gave my good friend a ride to Bah Bah Beaver Nissan to pick up his car. I met his sales agent and the parts guys and honestly could not believe how down to earth an friendly they all were. As of this week Im on my second lease with them an plan on many more to come....Stop down an ask for Jimmy Mason and youll know exactly what Im talking about!
Tried to get them to dealer trade for a truck, after 2 weeks and no returned calls, i called the dealer in Virginia and they told me no one from b.c. Nissan ever inquired about the truck after b.c. Nissan told me they had! I drove to Virginia and bought the truck before the incentives ran out, no thanks to BEAVER COUNTY NISSAN !
I bought my Rouge at the beaver nissan and purchased free oil changes. You got them for 3 yrs but because I dont drive that many miles I lost out on 3 of them and they didnt bother to tell me this BEFORE my oil change so I ended up paying almost 40.00 for a oil change that I could have got else where for 25.00 with free tire rotation. I had also bought new tires right after my last oil change and wanted them rotated but because they only do that every other oil change they wanted to charge me for that. Every time you go there they tell you that you need to do this or change that to scare you into spending money. I wont be going there again....
2015 titan leaking transfer case oil and under warrenty. Set up appointment and showed up only to find out that it may not be covered and i would have to pay for a rental car. No cars in shop and 6 mechanics sitting around with nothing to do...but they couldnt even walk out and see the leak to confirm the problem. Terrible service. This place is a joke for customer service...i went to wright in wexford. Good luck maintaining with that kind of service!
Lied straight to my face, check with your bank before agreeing to anything extra. We were told we had to purchase a warranty and gap insurance, certainly didn’t have too and then when I called to ask about it I was told “oh, well we probably weren’t making enough off your deal”. This is inexcusable and I will never buy again from this place, buyer beware.
Hit and miss with service. They also cant seem to get scheduling down on their website. Sometimes you can schedule Saturday service on their site. Sometimes it is shown available, but greyed out and you cant choose it. That really frustrates me.Purchasing wasnt too awful when I last did it in fall of 2014.

2022-01-31I was amazed at how hardworking and lovely everyone was. They took an extremely hard situation and did their best to meet my needs and expectations, were all very kind, friendly, and personable, not just about the sale, or cars.Closed at 4, they worked with me till 7:30, even though Id been there taking up their time all day long. My experience there was well worth the long drive to get there. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone I know who becomes in need of a vehicle.

Derek, Monica, Mike, and Chad of the service department have always made dealing with issues seamless and as pleasant as possible. They all did every thing in there power to provide support for the brand. Thank you

2022-02-13My husband and I signed a two year lease on a Nissan Murano. Our salesman Sam Carbone was very knowledgeable on all the vehicles Nissan offers and helpful as well. He made our experience enjoyable instead of stressful as car shopping can often be.

2022-02-12What a great dealership! We travelled almost two hours to see a car and we were not disappointed. These are the kind of people we want to buy from!! Be sure to ask for Pinky!

2021-05-20I had a great experience with Brad Snyder. I felt he was honest with me and was very helpful in answering my questions. We had a positive experience with him previously (when we were looking for a car but ended up buying it at another dealership), which is the reason I returned to talk with him when I was looking at the Rogue. He ensured that I knew the services provided by the dealership to make the car buying and car owning experience better.
