Absolutely love this place. Keep your 20% coulon ready and watch for clearance sales! Great place to shop. The sales associates are very catering to you!
I give it 3 stars only because the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable but boy are they protective of those coupons when you forget your coupon at home or stopping there on a whim they should have a coupon ready for you if the coupons out circulating in the city then they should have one behind the counter especially if you ask for it thats my only qualm with them most other places do it if you ask if theres a coupon out like Sears or JCPennies or something like that if theres one out theyll give it to you but not Bed Bath & Beyond they say come back with your receipt and will credit you who wants to do that if you live 50 miles away or 20 miles away even... nice try Bed Bath & Beyond yall need to fix that....
There was no one on the floor to help locate or get items off of a high shelf. After circling the store, my husband brought over a rolling ladder to get the items ourselves. Then after waiting in line to checkout with no one up front for 10 minutes, I had to call the store myself to request someone to come to checkout.
Bought the item I needed and I had a cashier everyone deserves to have ! Very pleasant, mannerly and very much appreciated a happy cashier !! I hope she is my cashier when I go back to shop.
All the associates were very helpful and friendly. Helped me to find what I was looking for. Checkout was quick n easy even with a coupon 😊
Not much items on sale but if you join membership for $39.99, the 20%off can give attractive purchase.

2022-01-16I guess Im not surprised so many of these stores are closing. My treatment from a manager no less will not having me patronize them any longer. My purchases were nearly $100 but they would not let me use a coupon because I had Miele vacuum bags(expensive 3 bags for $20)-store policy cant use a coupon on these. I have always been able to. Customer service stinks

2022-03-05Tried to make a purchase of 199. using my bed bath beyond credit card and machine kept saying authorizing them timed out and after 3 tries they say oh well sorry doesn’t work they don’t try to resolve it and didn’t seem to care so I purchase it online and it’s 40 dollars cheaper and goes right through so basically don’t bother shopping there they don’t care customer service has went in the dumpster

2019-09-26Staff was very pleasant and helpful during my visit. The store was clean and smelled nice and well organized and stocked. A large area for clearance was packed with wonderful mark downs! A customer behind me gave me her coupon that she was not going to use...ty.

2018-12-19Great! The male clerk went above and beyond to go online and find me the particular item I needed. They then waived the shipping fee, applied the 20 percent coupon discount, while never complaining about the extra work for one small item. The manager, Mary Locke, helped the first day employee perform all the extra needed steps. I could not have been treated better.

2019-01-27Asked for help buying FLAT king size sheet only. Enjoyed showed me where they were. I asked, all of this row and was told yes. Pay 40.00 get it home and open it to put in wash. It was fitted. Wasted 40.00. my fault for trusting employee. Not going there again. Ow checkouts always.
