I had bed bugs and it was a terrible experience. I needed to get he problem solved immediately and Bed Bugs etc came and solved all of my problems. I called on the weekend and they were able to work around my schedule to get an exterminator to me by that Monday. I chose Bed Bugs etc after calling around to other exterminators and I learned that Bed Bugs Etc had the most reliable method in killing Bed Bugs. I havent had any problems since the initial extermination and its a good feeling when youre able to be comfortable inside your own home. The service was great the exterminators were friendly and respectful. I do recommends Bed Bugs Etc to help you with your Bed bug problems.
Bed Bugs Etc. has been my best experience with an exterminator, period. The techs are extremely professional and explain the bed bug extermination process well. The extermination steps themselves were taken with precaution and I was warned about how to take care of myself and my pets during and after the treatments. The exterminators were fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone in the city - for any types of extermination needed.
I have been renting in the city for years and have never experienced such an intense infestation before. Like many people, I hate bugs, so when I noticed I had 100+ horse flies in my basement, I instantly freaked out.I spent 2-3 days calling various exterminators in the area, but couldnt get through to anyone, didnt get my call returned, or they were too booked.Thankfully I stumbled upon Bed Bugs, Etc - Donna was incredibly sweet and helpful on the phone, and locked in a technician, Diasson, to come in within the next two hours.Diasson was incredibly friendly, pleasant, and helpful. I explained the situation to him, he checked it out, explained what he would do (even showed me certain areas he was going to spray), and then he did his thing.Fingers crossed this treatment worked well. I appreciate the help!
Amazing service! Tiffany the customer service attendant is so sweet in scheduling appointments and exterminator Ian was great and thorough and explained how I need to be careful since I brought bugs home from a hotel. Exterminator Joseph was very nice and helpful on my last visit too. Id recommend Bed Bugs Etc. Pest Control to anyone in trouble with bugs.
The exterminators from Bed Bugs Etc were sweet, efficient, and effective!! We havent had a single bite since they came, and we feel very safe and comfortable in our home now. The service is well worth the price, and Im glad I called here first :)
The Service I received was very professional and he was very educational about the treatment The technician Joseph did a very good job with the pest problem that I have. Because I had a pest problem. I called bedbugs pest control,ETC customer service was great and they were able to come right away. I will call them again if I have any pest problem in the future.
I had a pest problem and Bed Bugs Etc was there to the rescue! They came out immediately even around a holiday and squeezed me into a full schedule since I was so distressed. I spoke with Greg - he was awesomeeee He answered all my questions - even after my 15th call. He was always patient and kind and it was reassuring that I spoke with the same person who was aware of the issue / history, etc. He even called me when he wasnt in the office - what customer service!!!! I had two exterminators - Joseph and Ian - both of whom were very nice and professional. They were both very thorough and listened to me as I walked them through my apt / talked about problem areas / things Id like them to focus on. Did I mention how on-time the technicians were? Not the 1-4pm window you typically get from other service providers. I would highly highly recommend this company - after the first treatment, I wasnt seeing any pests! And they guarantee their work for 2mos after the last visit. The professionalism and care this company took made such a difference during a very distressing time. Highly highly recommend!
The experience I had using Bed Bugs Etc. has been amazing... The 3 step extermination process with 2 month warranty shows the companies knowledge and my wife and I have the comfort of being home more and inviting people over again. Bed Bugs Etc has been extremely helpful and informative in ridding us of our bed bug problem. We were looking for an exterminator and found great reviews on Angies List as well. They are very knowledgeable and patient when explaining how to prepare for the treatments and how to handle follow up. I highly recommend them if you are having pest control issues.
After months of dealing with a pest problem for months, the exterminating team resolved my issue within the first of 3 treatments. My experience with Bed Bugs, Etc has been nothing but professional and respectable. They were able to schedule at my convenience and Shay was very understanding and knowledgeable about the process of extermination. The guy who came to my house was on time, and answered all of our questions. It was the nice to have someone explain the process to you, when you are under all the stress of have bed bugs. It has only been 4 days since our extermination but we have not seen any bugs nor gotten bites, so fingers crossed it worked the first time around.

Overall wonderful experience! The technician who treated the bed bugs in my bedroom was very professional and patient as I asked tons of questions. We had an emergency case of sudden bed bugs and needed to be serviced immediately. Bed bugs, Etc. Pest Control came out to service us the same day we called. The representative that answered the phone was very nice, patient and informative. When the exterminators came to our house they were nice and professional and put our mind at ease that the situation would be handled quickly.

The customer service is top-notch! They are extremely helpful, kind, and professional. They will help to assist you with anything you need and answer whatever questions and concerns you may have. They also take the time to help give you a better understanding of bed bugs and how they function. However, I have called them out several times over the last year to exterminate my SMALL APARTMENT and I also signed up for reoccurring treatments. Unfortunately, they have been very unsuccessful eradicating the bed bugs. The pesticide works temporarily then the bed bugs just seem to come back within a month. I rarely go out, keep my place extremely neat & clean, and dont have any visitors so something tells me their product just isnt that potent or they arent applying it effectively. I would suggest trying to do it yourself then wasting the $1,000 I did but thats just me.
My daughter saw two bed bugs on Sunday night coming from opening in the baseboard out the wall and stated she was bite Saturday night. I received a panic call from her and knew we had to get an exterminator. I knew I had to do something and fast, since we read up on it and knew the can multiply at a fast rate. Looked on line and came across an exterminator highly rated on Lombard street and read the reviews. from my first encounter with Greg it has been a pleasure. He made me feel a lot better with all of the information he gave me and when the tech Ian came out he was so knowledgeable of everything, they treated every spot in my home. I am going to use them every quarterly. I recommend them they are great exterminating company.
My exterminator Ian was prompt,courteous,and professional. He explained what he was going in my house and any health related questions I had about the products he was using. He was very knowledgeable about products and chemicals he was using. This gave me back my piece of mind because having bed bugs was a scary experience for me. I am more aware of the nature of this epidemic that is gripping Philly and feel safer about my ability to do battle with this situation that is plaguing the city and that is only,only because of Bed Bugs,Etc and their excellent employee Ian. Bed bugs etc is a great service! Yhey are on time and very thorough! I used them for my bed bug issue and they have been very sucessful with getting rid of them for us! The exterminator was very friendly and explained to us the procedure step by step! They were very prefessional and a plessure to work with! I would definitely reccomend them!
Had a limited infestation, a couple of bites over about a week so got worried. Bed bugs etc was extremely efficient, came to investigate next day and treatments started that week. This pest control service was always on time and I knew what to expect. Also fair pricing compared to other estimates. Overall very happy with this extermination experience.

I was freakin out when I realized I had Bed Bugs may of have carried it home from work. Moses who did the exterminating was so helpful with reassuring us that everything would be fine. I had noticed a bed bug in my apt and called Bed Bugs Etc to schedule an inspection and extermination. The inspection wasnt able to find any bed bugs outside of the ones I had caught. At that time, I did go get an inspection with a canine unit through another company to confirm there were more bed bugs. When their presence was confirmed and located, I called back Bed Bugs ETC to schedule an extermination. There were 3 treatments which were reasonably priced. The exterminators were all extremely friendly, kind and professional. At the time of the review, I am just finishing up my 3rd and final treatment and havent seen signs of any more bed bugs!
I found out that I had bed bugs and of course, panicked! I called Bed Bugs Etc. and spoke with Tiffany right away. She was able to get an exterminator in by later that morning. They were very professional and answered all my questions, though I was frantic. Joseph came for our two follow ups and left us feeling secure. So far, no new bugs and we have security with the two month warranty. I highly recommend them!

Our experience with Bed Bugs, Etc. Pest Control was really amazing. As someone who has never had to experience beg bugs, we were very anxious to get rid of the problem as soon as possible. The company made sure to come out to our home as soon as possible to fog and spray. They also had repeated checks to make sure the bugs were gone and we were doing okay. All the technicians were very informative and helpful with all our questions and concerns. Ian, a technician, was also very helpful! We will definitely use this company again for any of our pest control needs.

They have an efficient response system: I got a call back the same day, and an inspection two days later. I was concerned that the low inspection fee would only mean that theyd do a hard sell to do an expensive treatment. This was definitely not the case. Our technician was well informed, friendly, and had no interest in selling me any services that our home didnt need. It turned out we dont have bedbugs. Their professionalism, combined with their assessment have given me complete peace of mind going forward.

Under such bad circumstances as having bed bugs, I had about as good of an experience with this company as I could hope. Today is one week since I had the treatment done and have not seen a single bug since. Heres to hoping that the treatment totally worked, but it seems that everything was done well and thoroughly. The fact that you can buy mattress encasements directly from BB Etc. is also very convenient.I only wish that the technician who came to my house was more detailed in his explanation for what I needed to do post-treatment, but I was able to find that information on the internet.The price seemed fair and I would definitely recommend this company for anyone who has the misfortune of dealing with bed bugs.

Our experience with this company has been great! On my initial phone call inquiry, I of course had a million questions. The gentleman I spoke with took his time explaining everything thoroughly to me and was patient and pleasant the entire 40 minutes I kept him on the phone.Ian was our tech and was prompt & professional, taking his time to walk me through all of the steps of the process he would be doing. Shay (office) and Tony (technician) were great from start to finish regarding: answering questions, scheduling, explaining things and providing the service. In our case, since the upstairs tenants apartment was also involved, they helped communicate the process to them and work with them directly to schedule the best day/time to perform the work and answer all their questions and address all their concerns. Shay and Tony went above and beyond in this regard and were fantastic! I would highly recommend Bed Bugs, Etc. if you find you need this type of service. They are prompt, professional, friendly, reliable, reasonable and willing to work with you to get the job done, so the problem is solved and the nasty little critters are gone completely. Very fast and thorough service. had small infestation of oriental cockroaches that an evicted tennant had left behind. staff and owner were very friendly & professional and price was much lower than previous experience with other national exterminators.

I had these bugs called psocids lurking behind my bathroom pipes and one day I saw one crawling in the living room by the couch. Quite creepy. I found Bed Bugs, Etc. from a friend. Very friendly and knowledgeable service!. The gentleman explained everything very carefully and helped me feel secure about bombing my house. They are very professional and helped me with the steps to prepare. Reasonably priced! I have not noticed any problems since. I highly recommend these guys!

I had been experiencing excruciatingly sleepless nights for weeks due to constant itchiness. After a number of weeks I found a few blood-fattened bugs in my bed. I was awfully afraid that my house (which I share with three others) would have to be tented and fully bug bombed for a number of days. I called Bed Bugs Etc. and learned from Tiphanie, the exceedingly sweet and knowledgable woman on the phone, that it would only take three small treatments to eradicate them from our house. Within a week I was met by Ryan, our exterminator, who graciously explained the entire process to us. Upon returning to our house after our treatments we found everything exactly in its place and the treatment products hardly noticeable. Furthermore after only the first treatment I had my first long, good nights sleep in months. How pleased I was! I have already recommended Bed Bugs Etc. to my peers and will continue to do so to anyone struggling with pests. 5 stars!

We may have brought home bed bugs from our vacation. My wife had bumps that the dermatologist described as bed bug bites, so we called Bed Bugs Etc as well as two other companies. After speaking with all three companies, I choose bed Bugs Etc. because Orin, the owner seemed sincere and knowledgeable and the price was considerably lower than the othe rtwo companies.The man who came over to do the exterminating was friendly and polite and took the time to explain the procedure to me. He was finished in a reasonable amount of time, and we havent had any trace of bed bugs or any more symptoms on my wifes body that would indicate that the bed bugs were still in our bedroom.I would highly recommend this company!

These guys were wonderful! They came out quickly and were very thorough. I had three follows-ups and each time Ian came and made sure to get every corner and piece of furniture. Is this the case of a bad employee working for a good company or a bad company who hired a good employee? You decide: During a fast four day training, I endured long hot hours of riding in the back of a closed work van with no seating and no air. After the training, I was sent on my own to work as a technician. I was given a company van to drive. To my surprise, I later found out they allowed me to drive this company vehicle without proper inspection stickers, no registration and no insurance. Feeling inadequately trained I did more research, and in doing so, I discovered I wasnt doing my job properly.This company is not a good company to work for, they supply you with faulty equipment, they leave you short handed on jobs. Some customers are given the minimum treatment at the maximum price. While others are being serviced for bigger projects and theyre given the maximum treatment at minimum price. Due to the malfunction of faulty equipment, I was informed by an employee that I was suspended for two days. Instead of management informing me of this decision, I got fed up with this company and decided to resign from my position as a tech. Being the deceitful company that it is, they decided to charge me for their negligence of their faulty equipment. So be aware customers and future employees!!! This is a horrible company to work for!!

Shay set up my appointment quickly and at my convenience, which was greatly appreciated. The technician even showed up early that morning and then helped me find my crazy cat who had run away when he rang the doorbell. Heres to hoping my flea infestation is controlled after treating both my cats and home! Things have been good so far. I did have an allergic reaction (hives) requiring IV steroids from either the cat treatment or the spray. Shay was relatively helpful when I called in giving me the information on the type of sprays used so I could call the company that makes them to try to get an answer. Hopefully just a coincidence....Anyway, Im glad I now feel my home is clean! The price seemed pretty reasonable as well.
Omg omg omg!!!!!This Company is ABSOLUTELY HELPFUL...The CS Rep named Amanda was So very kind, informative, polite & very understanding to my family’s pest extermination needs....I used their service back in 2016 with another CS Rep named Tiffany & they STILL provide TOP QUALITY SERVICE...I am so glad I found this organization on Google...Amanda even Understood my Financial situation & offered me a very accommodating Payment plan....YES YES & YES!!! We were unsure we even had bed bugs because all we had to go off of were red welts all over my arms and legs. We called Bedbugs etc. Pest Control and they were able to schedule an inspection for the next day. Even after slashing the mattress and placing it outside, Ryan was able to find evidence of bed bugs and began explaining the necessary steps we would need to start treatment. He was thorough and answered all of my questions clearly and concisely.The Fumigators were able to come out the very next day. The Fumigators assured me that it can happen to anyone and talked me through every step of the treatment. Now in anticipation of my last fumigation we havent had any problems. The prices are fair and a good nights sleep is worth every cent!

Amazing customer service from my initial inquiry through the duration of my appointment which was both efficient and timely! My first inquiry resulted in a call back from Mr. Oro the next morning and he was more than helpful with anything I needed. He was patient and thouroughly explained what the course of action should be as well as the steps to help me out. The prices were amazing and there was no flip flopping. Had an awesome experience with the extermination company Bed Bugs Etc. Of course I hated the bugs but.... the exterminators that came out to my house were knowledgeable, thorough and kind. They showed me what bugs were here so I knew they werent just taking me for granted. They explained exactly what they were going to do and didnt make me feel like I should be embarrassed about the bug problem. And their trucks were all unmarked so no one else knew what was happening. That really eased my mind about my nosy neighbors. Everything was left exactly like they said it would be and I havent seen any more bugs! Bed bugs, etc pest control has made my bed bug problem such a relief and I cant thank them enough because my anxiety was at a all time high. Definitely would recommend. Starting seeing mice upstairs in my bedrooms. That was the last straw! Im not a person who dealing with mice is normal for me and I have an 11 yr old daughter also. So we were both freaked out. I said me and my child CAN NOT live with a mouse running around in our house!! I looked up Pest Control and I picked them because they had the most reviews with 4.8 rating so I figured a lot of people must use them. I was so relieved when he said he could send someone out @ 11a when I called at 8am! That was the first plus!! Then the price wasnt that bad to me. Ian came and he was so helpful and was diligent and thorough! He checked for all holes he could and sealed them up. He was sure to put the stuff everywhere needed and set plenty traps. He did his best to get rid of the mouse or mice. I felt a Lil bit better when he left! And to my surprise...woke up the next morning and for sure..mouse was dead caught on one of the traps!! That was awesome!! I already had traps and pioson blocks I tried to use and nothing worked! He come and next day results! Thank you to the company for getting out to me so urgently and Ian for doing all you could to resolve my problem! I think me and my daughter can feel better again in our house now. If there is more mice somewhere...I believe Ian put enough stuff through out my house that they wont survive too long either!! Im still getting a cat tho to be more safe!
The exterminators and the customer service rep are professional and take time to explain the process and what you should do. I have not had an issue with any bugs. I highly recommend bed bugs etc pest control
I had a bed bug problem and when I called bed bug etc pest control their customer service was friendly, discreet, and answered everything I need, and wanted to know. When the exterminator Joesph arrived he was friendly, on-time, and polite. Now I am bed bug free.

The only reason I am giving this business two stars is because of the professionalism and charisma of their rodent specialist. He was on time, answered all of my questions and did his job to the best of his ability. he used sticky traps as well as tracking power and steel wool to plug up any holes in the apartment. If it werent for him I would have given this business 0 stars (if I could).What spawns this harshness is the fact that I was lied to. When I called and requested a rodent specialist the woman who answered the phone was quick to book me after which I asked for the price and if there as a money-back guarantee. She told me the price (around $160) and that there was a 30 day money-back guarantee. This was great news for me so I booked the specialist right away.A little bit more than a week after I was not getting the results I wanted. One night I event saw the mouse deliberately circling around the traps. So I decided to request a refund and use the money to adopt a cat (the number 1 solution for getting rid of mice if you ask me, they hate the smell of cats). So I called back and was told no such 30 day money-back guarantee existed. I corrected the woman citing her companys website as a source, however the money-back guarantee was only available for an ANNUAL contract.That distinction was never made to me nor was the annual contract ever offered as an option.I was rather rudely told nothing can be done for me and also informed that the guarantee they offer for a one-time service is that a specialist can come back for half the price of the initial visit. Absolutely ridiculous guarantee because youre still paying money and nothing is guaranteed as far as results or a refund. I pushed for a solution and the woman on the phone told me that a supervisor would call me back to resolve this. No such thing happened....Very careless and unprofessional behavior, highly disappointed.

2022-04-26So far, so good. I have utilized this service for a bedbug problem. I havent seen any since the very first treatment. I will continue to check to make sure all is well. I would recommend the service. The very first exterminator of their team who came was the best of the three that came to my home. Daisson was polite, thorough, and made sure he explained everything he was going to do in the home. He even showed the body cam to know that hes being monitored.

2021-01-29I had the company come to do a treatment for mice at my home. The technician Nehemiah- that they sent was professional and took the time to explain the treatment. Nehemiah moved appliances and even went into my yard to help plug up a hole that the mice was entering through. He put down traps and also put poison in areas where my dog and cat wouldn’t be exposed. It has been 2 months since treatment and I just wanted to write a review because in that time I have seen a huge difference. But I’m on reoccurring treatment every 3 months and I love there treatments it well worth the cost!

2020-11-17Nehemiah came to our house today and he was awesome. Were really happy with the service he provided. We had been having an issue with mice. We have an older home and we live in a row home. Seems like every winter theres at least one sighting. Nehemiah plugged holes, left bait, and was really careful about where he put the poison, as we have a curious two year old. We just got the service so well see how it goes for the next two weeks, but were currently satisfied with the job. He was also great to chat with. Good luck to you, Nehemiah, and thank you!

2020-10-01I never thought that I would say that I enjoy calling my bug exterminator, but bugs come and go in my new philadelphia row home, and some are worse than others. I called bed bugs etc. in a panic back in March on the day I noticed that I had bedbugs. Talking to Donna, receptionist/therapist, helped me work out what needed to happen and how to take care of myself and my cat, so that my house could be back to normal as soon as possible. Ive had 3 technicians at my house, Ian was my favorite because he is calm and very informative, but all the guys whove come out were also very kind, calm and professional. I like calling here because I never feel rushed or that my experience is just a business transaction. These people take their time, answer questions, get rid of the bugs and all this at a comparatively reasonable price.

2021-05-15I had a pest issue (bed bugs- I travel and stay at a lot of hotels). Ryan and Ian treated my house- they were phenominal- very professional guys. So far so good- I havent seen much activity since the treatment but its only been a week. I like that this company gives you a two month warranty in case you need them to come out again. I highly recommend their service.

2014-11-05When it comes to pest control (bed bugs) over the years, Ive rarely had as satisfactory experience as my recent one with Bed Bugs, Etc. which I located through Angies List. The response was prompt and their instructions for preparing the house were detailed and easy to understand. Both the technician and the dispatcher were easy to deal with. Coping with bed bugs is not cheap, but this companys price is competitive, as I know from talking with others who have needed this service. Im comfortable recommending this company to others. I Loved It (5 stars, above), but obviously Im hoping NOT to need their services again! and feel confident that will be the case, because of preventive measures and practical advice.
