The service dept came recommended, the front desk staff were friendly and they took my vehicle on short notice. Sadly, my experience was pretty terrible over all, and I have to take my truck to another dealer to finish the job. My truck sat there for nearly two weeks. First they failed to order all the correct parts, apparently because they didnt realize that a taillight doesnt come with a required module that they knew was damaged. The finished work came in several hundred dollars over estimate without explanation or apology. They also left the vehicle outside without re-closing the tonneau cover open, so my tools and animal feed got drenched. They never got to a couple of the requested repairs -- a tailgate switch that opened on its own, and a cam phaser issue. Just to top it all off, someone pilfered a Leatherman and a flashlight from the console.
Krisha took care of my husband and my son during a critical time & sensitive situation. She treated them like family even though they was from out of state. She made sure to get them to a place to stay and get them back to dealership. I really appreciate her taking such good care of my boys! Excellent service 😊
Chad and Charlee were phenomenal to work with!! I highly recommend Bedford Ford. It was a smooth process from start to finish and I couldnt be happier! Just bought my second vehicle from Bedford Ford. Great dealership and experience during both purchases. Very competitive prices, no haggling/pressure or getting the manager. The sales people are all friendly. The most positive aspect is how quick a transaction occurs, in and out. Also great service department and always get a free car wash when I get my vehicle serviced. Love my new Ford Fusion.
I couldnt find what I was looking for locally - but found one out of town, so decided to take the ~2.5 hour ride to Bedford Ford to check it out - glad that I did! Worked with Blain, who was professional, knowledgeable, and easy going during all parts of the sales process. I liked the vehicle, so now it was time to work on some numbers. The sales price of the vehicle was pretty much what was advertised on line - no gimmicks, which was nice! Negotiated a bit on my trade in, and eventually came to a price I felt was fair, so agreed to purchase the vehicle. While the vehicle was being cleaned up and fuel tank topped off for delivery, I worked with Charlee, the finance manager, to take care of the paperwork. She was just like Blain - great to work with, and very professional also. During the actual delivery, Blain spent as much time as necessary to walk me thru the features of my new F250, and answered any questions I had.If you like a smaller town dealership, with a fair, straightforward, and no pressure / no gimmicks sales process, Bedford Ford definitely needs your consideration! I wrecked my vehicle late summer, and needed a reliable, reasonable priced car quickly before I had to go back to college. Bedford Ford Lincoln helped me find the right car at such a fast, yet calming pace! They helped me find and purchase a 2010 Mercury Milan at a fantastic price and all helped me feel comfortable through the process after such a traumatic experience. They also let me test drive it to make sure I was comfortable with it. I cannot thank them enough for the patience and kindness they showed me. What a great experience! Overall, fantastic experience at Bedford Ford. Could not find any SUVs we were interested in our local Pittsburgh dealerships so we made the 2.5-hour trip to Bedford Ford. Our salesman, Logan Taylor was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He helped us begin the buying process even before we set foot on the dealership. Logan went above and beyond to ensure we we’re happy with our Ford Escape. Will absolutely work with Logan & Bedford Ford again on our next vehicle purchase.

Recently purchased a pre-owned Lincoln MKC. The attention and service was beyond compare. Logan and Charlie could not have been more professional, friendly and attentive. No pressure. Very informative. Answered all our questions. We traded in a Focus, also purchased there. And, the service over the years is the reason we went back for our next vehicle. Thanks Bedford Ford Lincoln. (Sept. 29, 2021)Had some trouble starting my Lincoln and after a half hour on the phone with the corporate roadside assistance, I called Bedford Ford. Chrisha (not sure of the spelling) got on it right away. Within twenty minutes Paul and Tom were at the parking lot in Everett where I was stuck. They got me started and followed me back to the dealership where they took my car in and got me going. I cannot say enough good things about this service team.
Excellent dealership, one of the least painful major purchases I have ever made. Brought in an 04 Eddie Bauer Expedition and an 06 F250 diesel. They brought over the 2 trucks I was interested in, quick test drive and I was sold. Logan made the experience easy and we were able to get a 2019 Lariat at a price we were happy with.
My Ford Explorer sunroof is stuck open. It leaks and most likely the motor needs to be replaced. I made an appointment to get the motor replaced. They did a diagnostic to tell me sunroof was broken. They would then need another appointment to pull the headliner down and see what needed to be done. That was what I was expecting to happen in the first place. $150 and no real work done, the sunroof is still stuck open and I will never be back to their shop. What a waste of my time and money.EDIT: Response to service. It was $100 to tell me camera didnt work and $50 to tell me sunroof didnt work. Which I told you. You didnt fix anything, but told me my vehicle was finished. You didnt finish anything. I brought the vehicle in to be fixed. Diagnose then fix, isnt that what mechanics do? The incompetence runs deep there.
This is in regards to the sales manager at Bedford Ford in Bedford Pa 15522. Cole Barkman was the most unprofessional and rude manager I have ever encountered. The salesperson Chad Foreman was very courteous. I understand you cant always make a deal. The fact that I felt I was being offered well below value for my trade in had me upset. I said the deal was done that trade in value was an insult. As Im leaving he is up in an elevated office. He looks and smirks and shakes his head as if Im being unreasonable. Are they there to judge people? Then Im told 2 different stories about the price. No Maverick for me!!Update: Drove to Stuckey in Hollidaysburg made a great deal. Its worth the extra miles.
While shopping for a vehicle, we visited multiple dealerships in and around our community. When driving into the lot at Bedford Ford Lincoln the atmosphere was remarkably different. All vehicles are neatly, logically arranged and sparkling clean.Each and every person we came in socially distant contact with was neatly dressed, pleasant, helpful and upbeat. We were treated very professionally! Logan Taylor, our salesman, was very accommodating and attentive to our every need.To say nothing of the fair deal we got... the experience is worth the visit.
This was our first purchase from Bedford Ford and everything went great. Got top dollar for my trade and a great price on the Fusion Titanium we purchased. Mason in Sales and Charlee in Finance were both very professional and got us in and out in an expedient fashion. Test drive, appraisal, and paperwork were all handled in under 2 hours. Will definitely be looking at Bedford Ford first for any future purchases.
I bought a 2019 Jeep Wrangler today from an awesome person! Chad Foreman was the BEST (zero exaggeration) car dealer I’ve ever experienced. He was helpful and informative and made me feel comfortable with my decision to purchase my dream car! Two of three of my kids graduated college and I decided to do something for me. I usually get buyers remorse and I don’t feel that at all. Chad and Dave (finance guy) were so nice and professional and wanted to make sure I was happy. They didn’t make me feel hostage and have to be in the dealership for unnecessary hours. This experiences was NOTHING like my last two nightmares (purchasing a 2018 Camaro and 2015 Impala). If you are in the area, I highly recommend dealing with Chad, he is going to make you feel comfortable and show that customer service is not a lost art! They contacted me and explained their side of the situation, I appreciate that but the out come didnt change...Had my car checked at Bedford Chrysler no charge because it was a lincoln, took it next door to Bedford Ford they looked at it told me Bedford Chrysler was right in their suggestion then. Charged me $130.00NOT RIGHT.
Wonderful experience with Bedford Ford Lincoln. We searched locally for a new Lincoln Corsair and no one seemed interested in getting me what I wanted. Chris Yingling made sure my 2020 Corsair was everything I needed. Transaction was simple. Negotiations were minimal and paperwork was ready for us to sign on our arrival. Chris went through the features of our new vehicle and allowed us to ask questions. Highly recommend this dealership as they were motivated to get the job done.
The absolute best car-buying experience! We have literally purchased dozens of cars over the years. 30 years of marriage and four children has made car-buying an almost annual task. While I do enjoy the shopping part, I generally very much do not like the buying part... Chad Foreman and the rest of the staff made our most recent experience completely pleasant. They had my perfect car in inventory, but we live 100 miles away. To complicate things, my daughter was driving the trade in from out of state. We negotiated on-line, both the new purchase price as well as the trade value (sight unseen). Both compared very favorably to my research. Chad helped my find every available rebate, explored different finance options, and helped quote my trade, all without a visit to the dealership. In the end, we showed up and started signing papers. They honored the trade quote, and were completely comfortable when I took my own financing option. Then I got to take my first road trip, 100 miles home, in my brand new Mustang!
I have been to the Bedford Ford dealership to buy several vehicles. My first car purchased was in 2001when I got my first of 5 Ford Focuss. Everytime I was ready to trade in a vehicle to upgrade to a newer model, I was given great service by the staff in Bedford. I have also had my Ford’s serviced at the dealership when needed for oil changes and regular maintenance. I have always been happy with the short wait times and quality work. I’ve never had any problems with any of my 5 vehicles bought in Bedford. I plan on going back again soon.

Saw a truck online we were very interested in. Spoke with Chad promptly after submitting the online request. All of our questions were answered over the phone and he was very patient with our requests. We asked that they hold the vehicle until we could drive there from Cleveland. Upon our arrival, the truck was immaculately cleaned and ready for us to drive. The purchase process was easy and we received a fair price on our trades. A completely painless process from start to finish. We would drive three hours again just for the quality and ease of service. Much appreciated.

Great experience! I found a used vehicle online and contacted the dealership via their website. I received a text back from Blain, who was great! We scheduled a time to test drive the vehicle, which he had ready for me when I arrived. He worked with us to make a deal, and the process was super simple! In and out in less than 2 hours.

Bad experience here when trying to buy a vehicle. I made an appointment for a test drive, and a sales person called and said that the vehicle was being serviced and asked if I could come for the test drive the next day. The vehicle was obviously not in the garage being serviced because they sold it while it was supposedly in the garage. Just be honest!!!!
We had car trouble after spending a few days backpacking on the Mid State Trail and Bedford Ford fit us in the following morning. They were very professional and friendly, even giving us a courtesy ride back to our other vehicle way up on the ridge on a remote forest service road. Every staff member we met was incredibly kind and helpful.

Emergency service needed on my Ford diesel truck 3 hours from my home. The service here is great, the people are nice, and the facility is clean and impressive. Ive had to call a wrecker/rollback a few times in my life, the one Bedford Ford owns wasnt brand new but it was in excellent shape, very clean and seems to be a reflection of how this business is run. Purchased a used vehicle from here about a month and a half ago. Our sales person was Lori, who was great no issues there. I give 4 stars due to a piece on the grill was broken and they agreed to fix it. This piece required paint. Shortly after the vehicle went into another shop for issues and the owner called me and asked if my car got sprayed by paint. He said there is goldish colored over spray all over the front of your car and on the sides. I explained that a piece needed replaced and repainted and it was gold. He said it is almost impossible to get off unless you had professional means. This vehicle though used had low mileage and was only 4 years old has been a lemon. Not the dealerships fault but its been in the shop more than Ive been able to drive it and now i find out about the over spray paint issue. I would return to bedford ford to deal with Lori but would not return for body work or paint and would be very careful to not buy something that was touched up there.
Their diesel shop is the best.! My 2019 F250 has broken down four times. It was towed twice to Joel Confer and once to State College Ford with no satisfaction. I could expect to be towed every 2000 miles. I limped it to Bedford Ford and the service techs drove it right in. I was asked if they could spend some time to try different options to find the cause. YES!After load testing the wiring harness they found the problem. No other dealer would spend any time to find the actual cause.Very pleased.
If I could give 20 stars, I would! Not only did these folks get me an awesome deal on the car of my dreams, they did it quickly and honestly. Chad Foreman was the best and I highly recommend him for all of your vehicle needs. He was up front and honest about EVERYTHING and put zero pressure on me to purchase the vehicle. His communication and personality were great as well! The finance manager, Charlee, really goes the extra mile to make sure you get what you want at a price you can afford! Shes more than just a pretty face, this girl knows her stuff! I cannot thank you all enough! Hands down, best car buying experience I have ever had and will definitely return! The best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Our car broke down on the way home. 3.5 hours away. Although it ended up being a total loss for us as our car needed a new engine, we were out of there with a brand new car within a few hours. Staff was more than helpful and very professional.
09/17/2019:Recently contacted Bedford Ford about a 2012 Chrysler 300 with 44,000 miles. After speaking with Blain Hershberger, a sales consultant about the condition of the car I asked what kind of warranty Bedford Ford provided. My husband and I bought a dozen used vehicles with low mileage from Courtesy Motors, Tri-Star Motors, Stuckey Ford, Laurel Dodge that was on average 5 to 7 years old. Every one of these dealerships provided us with a warranty of 3 months or 3 thousand miles, 6 months or 6 thousand miles in one case it was 1 month or 1 thousand miles. However, according to Mr. Hershberger, Bedford Ford would not offer any warranty on this car. When I questioned why that was the case, Mr. Hershberger told us it was due to the Chrysler warranty program. When I told him that my husband and I bought several used Dodges from Chrysler Dealerships (Laurel, Courtesy, Tri Star) that provided us warranties on vehicles 5 to 7 years of age he said it was due to Bedford Fords policy not to include warranties on vehicles older than 5 years of age. I have never heard of a dealership that does not offer a used car warranty except for Bedford Ford. The car in question we were looking at was $13,500 before taxes, tags etc. yet Bedford Ford expected us to buy the car (as-is) again unheard of when buying a used car especially at that price. When I requested that Mr. Hershberger forward us the phone number of the sales manager or general manager of this dealership, he refused to give us this information, stating: talking with a manger isn’t going to solve anything because he (Mr. Hershberger) is just repeating the warranty policy that is set forth by them (the manager). This was our first and last experience in dealing with Bedford Ford, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Bedford Fords policy of selling used vehicles $13,500 and above (as-is) with no warranty is unacceptable. It is also unacceptable that their sales consultant Blain Hershberger refused to give us the phone numbers of the sales manager or the general manager of this dealership when requested. It’s a few dealerships like this with questionable business ethics at the management level that give the entire used car industry a bad reputation.Update: 10/17/2019:In response to the lies posted online by the management team at Bedford Ford I was never asked to provide a phone number nor was I asked to visit the dealership. I was never offered any kind of resolution. I did receive one email on 09/17/2019 from Cole Barkman asking if I had any questions. I responded to his email on 09/18/2019 and never got a response back. On 09/23/2019 I contacted Cole Barkman and Brian Sell and again no response. Instead of addressing my legitimate concerns both Mr. Sell and Mr. Barkman choose the bottom feeder approach. These choose to spread lies online, blaming me the customer at the same time their refusing to reply to my private messages.
There’s nothing to complain about with Bedford Ford. Chad Foreman, was a great salesman. Helped my husband and I find our dream truck. I bought a used cars from them, was there at 1:30 left with the car before 3, easy to work with, staff was pleasant and not pushy at all. Our salesman was Chad Foreman, and Charlee in finance was great also, even though she couldnt beat my credit union rate she sure tried for me. I actually came from around Annapolis Md cause they had the best deal.

On 09/16/2019 Chris Yingling quoted me a price of $12,995.00 on a used car. Two days later the same car is listed at $13,495.00. When I questioned him about this, he said management feels the car should be a firm $13,495.00. He did offer to honor the price he gave me but said I should act fast before management changes their mind again. He also told me that the car came with no powertrain warranty which I thought was very odd. Due to the price discrepancy and them offering no warranty I decide to buy the same model car elsewhere for a better price that was backed by a 3month/3 thousand mile warranty.

I never felt pressured at any point. We made an agreement on the vehicle site unseen. I would have never done that if it weren’t Chris gaining my immediate trust.I told Chris I would be financing through them. I asked Chris him to do his best for a good APR. This is where Cole came into play. They were able to get me where I needed to be.I knew what I was looking for (Ford Fusion) and got what needed financing. They had all the paperwork ready. Walked around for a good thirty minutes before anyone approached us to ask if we needed help. Strangely enough, it was only after an older man in a golf cart pulled up twenty feet away and watched us without saying anything, nodding or waving hello, as though we were criminals by opening unlocked doors to look inside of the vehicles. Probably wont be doing business here based on this alone, but prices werent very competitive either.
Asked for a few pics of a vehicle I wanted to buy. I would of been traveling 2 hours away. Was told the vehicle is nice for its age and 2 hours isnt really that far of a drive I have customers come from all over to buy vehicles. I was blown away by the response.... This company is a very great company and have wonderful staff. I work for Hollingsworth logistics in Dearborn, MI and I lost my Apple Watch at work, I looked for it for a month or so, but I got a message from a wonderful staff member named Kasi Payne from The ford company in Bedford, PA. And she told me that she had found my watch in a box of f150 Mirrors, that she had received from my company. Thanks to this wonder staff member that she sent it back to me. And I want to thank her so much. ❤️❤️❤️
We purchased a 2012 MKX on 2/4/17. Our salesman, Mark Crabtree, was ready for our arrival. He was very professional and personable during the test drive. Once we decided to make the purchase, we dealt with Charlie in the F and I department. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Our overall time to complete the deal was approximately 1 hour. We could not be any happier with this experience.
The only reason this dealership is getting a star is because I have to. This has been the worst purchase I have ever made. I recently purchased a used 2015 f350. 3 months after I purchased this truck a rear spring comes off and sticks into my rim. Luckily it happened pulling into my driveway and not while going down the highway. I get it to shop were they inform me that both rear springs and a handful of other parts are broken and need replaced. I contacted the dealership and talked to sales manager Amos and he informs me the will not make this right and I have to pay for all the damage. Beware buying any used vehicles from this place! Learn from me and get it inspected by another mechanic if you do!
Not to happy with them to say the least I got a good truck other than needed a couple little things. (Which should have been fixed by them) the main reason for my unhappiness is they screwed me on my trade in there excuse tires. we need to replace them for us to sell. B.s. then y are the same exact tires on it. Dont be like me stick to ur guns on price when u buy a vehicle. Dont let the salesman f u over. Im a certified inspection mechanic with ase certifications and look my vehicles over with a fine tooth comb. They gave me 6k less than what they have listed for. I Will NOT be back at Bedford ford for my next vehicle!
I tried to buy a truck from this dealer and they said that what was in the paper was a wholesale deal. So they would only give me a wholesale trade. Well. Like someone else said my trade was less than a price. My truck was valued by CarMax at 29K two thousand Miles ago. It was estimated at 28 k at the same time from another ford dealer. They offered me 24 and some. So they would give me 26+ k but then I had to pay MSRP. This is a 2017 truck. Check the calendar!As a side note my truck has blind spot and adaptive cruise control.top of the line.. A 2015 larriate 150. They said the tires were mismatched. I put 10 play tires on the back for towing purposes and that was supposed to be one of the reasons for the low trade. Apparently, the sales person told me that people in Bedford pa cant afford two new tires. All tires are legal. It has a cracked windshield. Breaks were just checked last week at NAPA of Saxton pa. I have documents for this. Of course new breaks were also an issue. I think that dealers in pa are telling people if you want the trade tax break your stuck. I could sell it to CarMax but to buy a new truck I loose the trade in tax break. That is a scam pa should address. I would rather pay tax to pay then give the money to a dealership.
Great prices not very impressed with the salesperson, constantly second guessing management decisions...and was consistently wrong, attempted to explain business fees with no knowledge, made assumptions not within his circle of responsibility... whether or not to wash car due to my return trip to Winchester and it would get dirty...not his call? Vehicle delivered with some scratches and still dirty but he appeared ambivalent about it and I had to ask him what action they would take to remedy the issue. Dealing with him was like getting a tooth pulled. Finally, I am 60 yo he looked to be in his 20s and I took affront to his familiarity. He just rubbed me the wrong way. The receptionist, finance, and management were fine and I feel badly about the bad review but the salesman really annoyed me. They also need to update website data; pictures on website showed milage as 14, actual was 255.
This is a great place to take your vehicle I have some personal friends here and they always seem to take real good care of me I am highly satisfied with the work that they have done at this garage and just wanted to say thank you to Paul Weiss for taking care of me I appreciate everything that you and your shop does and thanks again

2022-03-21Absolutely outstanding customer service. Compared to that other ford dealership in Hollidaysburg, these guys are a dream. Service on existing vehicles was top notch and just purchased a brand new F-150. Chad was excellent. Highly recommend.

2021-12-29Our experience in purchasing a vehicle from Bedford Ford was excellent. Upon my initial visit, the sales person that I had spoken to initially via phone was unavailable. However, another sales person stepped up, answered my questions, arranged a test drive, and was extremely helpful.Upon returning to dealership at a later date with my wife, our salesperson Lori Burke was even more accommodating arranging test drive for wife, answering questions and taking us through the purchase of car and introducing us to Finance Manager.Once purchased, Lori took us to the vehicle, reviewed with us the various controls and options of the vehicle, programmed digital door lock, synced our phones to the system.It was a very pleasant and positive experience. 2022-01-15I just picked up my new 2022 Ford Explorer, and I couldnt be happier! Chad walked us through the process, keeping us up to date the entire time (from deciding whether to buy an existing vehicle or custom ordering one all the way through driving it off the lot). If you want to purchase a new and/or used Ford vehicle, this is the dealer to go to! The vehicle took way less time to come in than expected too.

2022-03-31Laurie was amazing to work with. I was an out of state buyer. She made the transaction seamless and yet made sure that I was protected. Paperwork was sent by FedEx, came to dealership to pick up vehicle. She arranged to have car service pick me up from BWI airport, lined up everything so that by the time I got to dealership, it literally took 5 minutes for paperwork, and I was done in less than 30 minutes. I would definitely buy from her again when I’m in the market for another vehicle.

Chad was such a great salesman to work with - was available all the time to answer questions and keep me updated on when my car was going to come in.
