Beijing Chinese Restaurant in other cities:
When I get the chance I always stop in an get some good food. The food here tastes fresh an flavorful. Been a customer for a few decades an the food still makes me come back. They are friendly and have great customer service. If you go you wont be disappointed. Enjoy :)
I’ve been ordering from beijing for more than 30 years . We love this place!!!!! .Never had a bad meal. When are friends and family come over or we go to there houses we ordered from here and they love it . they say it’s the best Chinese place ever.Highly recommended !!!!!
Food was ok but let me tell you something. This was a he only meal I ate on Wednesday and immediately after eating it I was sick. It’s going on Saturday and I have spent more time with my toilet than my family. Even my toddler who shared my General Tsos Chiken platter with me got super sick. Idk what happened to this food I received but I will stay far away from Chinese for a long time.
You wont be disappointed with the food here. The service is ok, nothing spectacular. My reason for 4 stars is that its a cash only establishment.Edit: Food quality has gone downhill. Their fried rice tastes burnt and they dont put enough sauce like they used to. When I order extra sauce, they drench it. Theres a happy medium. They have a dont care attitude and it shows. Its a shame too. This used to be my go-to Chinese takeout. Now I go to No. 1 China.
Good food BUT recently downsized the portion of their lunch specials by about 25% with new containers which in effectively raises the price by about 30%. Less food = same price. That is a significant difference, not just a quarter or fifty cent increase. Every business begs people to patronize them to keep them afloat during hard times while the business looks for ways to deceive those customers as if they wont recognize it. This works for the business for a short time then is counter productive. GO BACK TO YOUR ORIGINAL CONTAINERS if you want to regain me as a customer and earn my recommendation to others. (20 year customer)
Ive been coming here for take out for about a year. The food is really good !!! Its nice to see a busy Chinese restaurant. I assume the people who own this are family because no matter how late there always here. You can tell they care about there restaurant and there customers.Pork and rice is a favorite of mine, its always juicy and fresh and has a great flavor !!! If you love Chinese Food stop by, you wont be disappointed... Highly Recommend !!!
We like a lot going out. Last night we came to this superb restaurant which friends recommended to us. We enjoyed a beautiful time there with high-qulity meal and an experienced team and an impressive chief cook. We put this venue in our phone list and we will certainly come back soon. Highly recommended.
Honestly theres always room for improvement. Its affordable but its not the best one I have ever had.... Its an okay resto if youre really hungry and you cant wait to cook your own food or drive a little further... I dont like the customer service but then again there are trying their best. So I will continue support them and hope we develop some sort of a great relationship in the long run!
I ordered their fried chicken wings and pork fried rice. The fried rice was delicious, especially in comparison with other Chinese restaurants in the area.My meal came with an egg roll. The egg roll didnt taste good at all. I couldnt eat it.I would have rated four stars but the cashier was rude to my husband. He asked her for hot sauce and she sighed like she was annoyed, made a face and pointed at the takeout bag.I think I will explore other options in the area.
Food was good and we always ordered delivery from there... well I guess whoever answered the phone this time just didnt feel like it because she informed us we are too far and they dont deliver to us because they are too busy... really? ?? Because we only ever ordered from you guys. Well you surely lost our business. And no worries, we informed everyone in the neighborhood that orders from you. You will never have to drive this far again especially when you are too busy. Horrible customer service and lady was rude on the phone.
Used to go there all the time and the food was pretty good. The 2nd to last time I went the general tso was poor quality. It was barely warm and the last time I went I asked for the price which they gave me then slapped on a delivery charge that was written onto the receipt after the fact. They never mentioned a charge or had done that before. Mind you I live 3 blocks away, I will never go back. After reading the comments and seeing the complaints about the rude customer service I have to agree with that. The people who work there are exceedingly rude.
Beijing is a great place for Chinese food. Friendly staff and delicious food. The cashier made a small error by ringing up a large chow mein instead of a small and quickly got in touch with us to give us our correct change. We have been coming here for years and travel from Delaware county to get Beijing.
I was told about this place by a friend and man am i glad they did. This comes from someone in the culinary business and too be honest theyre service was absolutely fantastic and the food is one of if not the best Chinese food youll get around this neighborhood and i recommend it too all those who like me love exploring other cultures food and my compliments go too the hard working people in the back thank you and i will definitely be back.
We have a ton of Chinese food places near us since we moved but we still make the drive here on a regular basis. In my opinion, they have the overall best take out in the northeast. Their pork fried rice is awesome. Boneless spare ribs are a treat there too. They tend to toss the crappier cuts that other chinese food places seem to leave in. Only juicy, tender pieces of pork ribs. Their dumplings are great. Crab rangoon is great. Shrimp toast is great. I always get fast service. They may not always be super friendly and they dont spend a ton of time with small talk. They never throw in any free food like some of the other places do. But they are that way because they tend to be BUSY... which is a good thing :)
Horrible there ... the lady taking orders doesn’t know what she’s doing. I ordered 3 platters and she only heard 2 since she decided to answer the phone while I was talking to her. I go pick my food up and she tells me she will make the third platter but they don’t take credit cards. I walked out with food for all but 1 child. The food is soggy and we went to little Caesar after all of that. I’ll never go back again
Customer service? Its a joke... tried to order for delivery and due to a recent service provider change didnt remember my number, next thing I heard was a sigh and then the call disconnected. I understand if you are busy, but just tell me while I look for the number you will put me on hold. Unbelievably rude, will never order from there again and will definitely tell my local business accolades to do the same.

2022-08-14This was my first time trying this place and I was pleased. I ordered the shrimp lo mein and chicken wings. The wings were very flavorful; the lo mein was good and had plenty of shrimp. The food was made fresh and was still nice and hot when I got home. Staff was also friendly. It’s a cash only establishment, so keep that in mind. Overall, money well spent.

2022-01-24I rarely give out 5 stars, so 4 it is. Food is really good. Ive never gotten sick after eating here and Ive been there over 15 times. There dumpling sauce is great. Prices have gone up though. A pint of chicken in broccoli sauce, white rice cost me $8.15 after taxes. I use to pay 6 bucks here last year. I wish they had an online menu so that I can compare prices.

2021-12-28I really enjoy the quality of the food here. The house fried rice is my go to with fried chicken wings, and it hasnt disappointed yet. The general tos was good too! They are just out of my zip code for delivery but its definitely worth the drive. Its important to note that this is a cash only establishment, I do hope they get with the times because I never carry cash and its truly an inconvenience that they dont accept cards.

2022-01-20I used to enjoy this restaurants food but nothing stays good forever. I have noticed a change recently. The portions have gotten smaller and the containers have gotten smaller. Most of the specials are now mostly rice with the veggies and meat sprinkled on top. The Won Ton have less meat and lots more dough.I’m guessing they are on the “COVID” bandwagon. They may have changed ownership also, all I know is the food is not the same. After years and years of buying food here it’s time to move on. Save your money and try someplace else.

2022-02-22The food used to be good, now just over priced for the quality. Last 5+ orders they over cooked atleast one entree (we couldn’t eat it). Plus being a cash only business it isn’t worth the hassle.Edit: they don’t accept cards , my “boss” accepts cards and rarely gets cash but some how pays us all with no issues. Instead of correcting the bad quality food they would rather be upset for their lack and accountability.

2021-05-12Beijing Chinese Restaurant is by far the best Chinese Eatery in all of the Northeast. Their boneless BB-Q spare ribs are absolutely untouchable. So Delicious! And their Sweet & Sour Chicken is one of a kind as well. I recommend everyone who enjoys Chinese Food stop by Beijing before anywhere else if your a resident of NE Philadelphia or just passing through. 5 stars all day long!
