I had an amazing experience with BEL Jewlers and Iggy. I was looking for an engagement ring with very specific criteria and they were able to find me a great option in my price range. Iggy also created a custom setting to make the diamond look even better. The whole process was transparent and I felt well informed throughout. Came here a few years ago for a Bat Mitzvah necklace for my daughter. It was last minute and they had a beautiful custom piece for me in a few days. Stopped back in recently for a Sweet 16 necklace for the same daughter and they did a beautiful job. I also ordered a custom bracelet (copying one I had and lost 30 years ago) and it is a stunning piece. I few weeks ago, I came into the store looking for earring with a Russian lock for my little girl. They had a nice selection but we decided to wait until masking is over so we don’t accidentally lose a nice pair. In the meanwhile, I mentioned to Igor that I had come in to the store 4 years ago looking to re-set my engagement ring to something more proportional to my fingers and found a setting I really loved but because we were buying a house at the time, we didn’t pull the trigger. I described the setting and within a few minutes, he finds EXACTLY what I was looking for. I couldn’t say no and the price was unbeatable. They reset my stone into the new setting AND did some kind of magic because they even resized my original ring guard wedding bands to fit perfectly with this ring. If there was such a thing as kismet, this is it!! I’m extremely happy with the ring.To top things off, Igor and his staff are the sweetest people ever. You are free to walk around, browse with no pressure at all. If you don’t see exactly what you want, they will make it for you. I had been searching for some time for a reputable jeweler to entrust with creating and bringing to fruition a custom jewelry piece in memory of my father who had passed away. The piece I wanted to create was quite complicated and unique as I wished to have my fathers print engraved on a rose gold pendant, along with some other very specific details. I came in to Bel Jewelers for a unique contour wedding band to fit my marquise solitaire engagement ring. Igor promised to ensure a perfect fit between both bands and to add an antique look to the band. He did just that! I love my wedding band and thank you again so much!
I was referred to Igor by a friend of mine who bought an engagement ring from him. I also found out that there were more people I knew that bought rings from Igor after I talked to him. Igor runs the shop so he will be the best person to deal with. He guided me through the whole engagement ring process and learned a great deal about size, clarity, color, and measurements (this is where I learned the most). Long story short, I took what I learned, did my own searching, and found a custom design that I knew my then-fiance, now wife, would love. He took the design, got my appetite on price, size, color, clarity, etc, and had it made for me. The ring came out absolutely beautiful. I purchased a custom charm from Bel Jewelers for over 400 dollars. The charm had some imperfections that we requested be fixed. After 4 attempts the charm was slightly discolored and we were told that it would not get any better. We were also made aware of the no refund policy. When my husband expressed his displeasure about the piece, Bel Jewelers complained about him to his employer since he had stopped in on his way home from work. We have since decided to have the charm redone by another jeweler. When that jeweler tested the gold it wasnt even 14k, as stated on our receipt and stamped on the back. I would never recommend this jeweler to anyone.
I have been shopping here for over a decade. The knowledgable staff go over and beyond what is expected and are up to date on current trends and style. I personally customize or custom make all of my pieces. Igor may not be the cheapest but you definitely get what you pay for. Quality and craftsmanship come second to none!

Bel Jewelers is fantastic! After trying to get my bracelet fixed by Pandora and they wouldnt, I was recommended Bel by my mom and they fixed it right there on the spot! Fantastic customer service and very quick to fix my bracelet!
Place has been in business for over 30 years according to the people their. Now I see how. I walked in with a engagement ring to sell to them. They were nice to start but after 20 mins they tried to tell me it wasnt worth much and the best they could do was a $1,000 on a $10,000 ring. Pawn shops offered me more money. When I told them that they said go there. Place is crooked and shady. No business stays open with something like this going on. Stay away. They will rob you in a second.

He got some diamonds for me to look at with in a few days and had an agreement on a ring design within the next week! The process for start to finish was a little over 3 weeks and the ring came out amazing. HIGHLY recommended !! Id i could give them 10 stars i would, everyone in the shop was great to work with.
