Patient and informative, the staff is knowledgeable and puts the customers needs first! Shout out to Kelly and his entire staff for getting me into the hard-to-find style my feet were craving!

This store has a good selection of in-season shoes from mid-range to-higher-end designers. Many designed tor walking or hiking so don’t expect stilettos or fancy bedazzled shoes - it’s not that kind of shoe store. A search through the sale wall can yield some good results so be sure to give it a look. The store is neat and clean

Small, intimate, quality, well - made shoe shopping experience. There is a section of the store of clearance shoes. Thise prices are a little more affordable. Thos store has shoes that are great for the feet. Dansko shoes are a little pricey in general but the clearance section had a good price for selected styles.. parking is a little limited. You can park across the street or around the corner at kiosk meters. Personable, knowledgeable service from sales associate.

I am writing this review to thank Christen, the store manager. I bought some Birkenstocks 2 weeks ago, and they did not fit me well. I returned to the store and Christen immediately offered many options, and I ended up with Birkenstocks that properly fit. Thank you, Christen, for helping me and for your excellent customer service. You are an asset to the store.

Fabulous new added location for long time Rittenhouse Square specialist in comfortable shoes. High end and durable. Fashionable yet pain free. They are always helpful and never pushy which is good for me as if my feet arent happy, Im not happy. PS For the price-conscious, this is where the markdowns are found.

Omg. I was born club feet. I have big foot issues as i strive to maintain avery active lifestyle free of pain. I needed a pair of tall black boots w a removable insole. The young lady assisting me was knowledgeable and efficient. 10 minutes and $215 later i left w best boots ever. They are reasonable looking and well constructed. But best of all Ive logged over 100 city miles in them rain and shine. They are wonderful! Ty bls.

Lots of quality shoes in this large shoe store. I was able to find three pairs !! My third street boutique adventure did not disappoint !
