The Shoemaker / leather restorer does a first-rate job! In his book there is no such thing as cant do. He is a bit pricey and takes a long time to complete each job. But I have never been unhappy in all the years I have been bringing my shoes for lifts.
My son and I met Aimee yesterday and she taught us about how to determine conditions of when to repair and when to abandon shoes/boots when wearing them will compromise body alignment. In addition, she offered her support to my son should he need anything learning his way around Philadelphia as he is new to the area. We came in for shoe repair and received faith in humanity!
I had straps replaced on my wifes Louis Vuitton purse or so I thought. Come to find out 3 days later that they were not replaced. He was rude and I do not recommend going to him for anything. Benjamin is a lousy businessman. He will rob you.
This is THE BEST shoe repair! Skills and professional attitude is why this establishment does the shoe repair for all professional dancers in Philly.
This place is just a miracle in my life! The will make your shoes look brand new! A lot of times (busy schedule!!!) I had to stop by the last minute and needed work to be done the next day! They would always do their best to accommodate me, and the lovely woman would never let me leave without the chocolate!
Very nice lady and family operated business with excellent quality. Ideal for shoes you do not need fixed in a hurry. Pricey and expect orders to take at least 2 weeks.
Wonderful craftsmanship and customer service. They made my old beloved vinyl heels look like new. Highly, highly recommended.
Aimee is the best and the quality of their work is tippy top! I basically only wear boots and I love that I have a place to go to keep my boots looking great and keep them wearable!
Ive now had several good experiences with benjamins on the row. if youre willing/able to invest in your shoes i highly recommend. they really walk you through the process, which i find to be quite fun and informative. gonna look for more shoes to fix just so i can go back and hang out with aimee :-)

The lady in here was so nice. I actually ended up not buying anything but only because she was honest and sent me to the right place. She knows whats she is talking about. Ive been in twice since already.
I tried four different places they couldnt fix my bag . My bag and boots look brand new.

2018-11-30Aimee and her partner are a joy to work with. My favorite pair of leather boots needed new soles and she was able to get them done in a rush before I left town for a month. She also conditioned them and got them looking good as new. If your shoes need some love, this is the place. Thanks again guys!

2019-08-07I just came on here to add on to the other wonderful comments about Aimee. She is the warmest and kindest person you will ever meet. Almost makes you excited for when your shoes need fixing because you get to go in and give her a hug :) I have actually stopped in when I do not have anything to drop off :) They have always done a wonderful job and it’s just so rare you really enjoy the person your interacting with like the way you will enjoy Aimee.
