Terrible place to buy a car. They are wasting peoples time there. I took $3000 to them and they couldnt put me in the car I wanted. Despite I visited them more then once they wouldnt let me owe them $500 until the next week. They sold the car on me 3 days later after they wouldnt take my down payment to hold the vehicle. I couldnt believe them, I was sick because they wasted my time and energy on my only day off (Monday)for 3 weeks only to sell the car on me.
They are very helpful and they will do everything to get you in a car. This place is great friendly employees.

The staff were extremely helpful. I went in thinking I was not going to be able to get a car. They were determined to make it happen and that’s exactly what they did. I left not only happy and satisfied I also left my drivers license and card as well. Rob was nice enough to shoot me a text letting me know to pick it up . Beautiful cars but I asked the young man for a simple equation, if I was to put up $2000 on a $16,000 car how much would my payment be it been three weeks, I guess he ran out of finger and ties cause Im still waiting for a answer.

3/10/19 Simply the best experience ever .thanks Rob and best buyUPDATE: Im still waiting for my car to be fixed. It almost been a month.UPDATE, 4/5/19: Originally I was gonna change my rating back to 5 stars after my car was fixed which I took to their shop today to get fixed but when I went in to make my payment today Mike came at me for taking stars away and on top of that on my way home my check engine light came back on. Them helping me to get into my car was one of the best experiences Ive had but customer service go pass just selling me a car. Its helping me stay in the car as well especially if Im making payments on the car. They are helpful but the shop did not do what needed to be done on my car. And since Mike was mad at me for taking stars away I dont feel comfortable taking my car back to the shop to be fixed so I guess Ill be fixing it myself. If 5 stars are so important to yall I suggest yall meet yall customers needs on a timely basis. I give credit when credit is due. I will still refer them to other customers but will advise them to make sure car dont need work.UPDATE: 4/13/19 So Im trying to utilize my warranty that I was given when I purchase the car which is a 3mth/3000miles warranty which expires when which ever is those come first, so I checked the miles on my vehicle and it was 183668 the dealer reported the starting miles for my vehicle to the warranty place as 182064. I am a stay at home mom who is on disability and I dont work. So I know for a fact I did not put almost 2000 miles on the vehicle in the matter of a month. I am very disappointed about this. So with this finding I again have to lower stars. I know nothing will be done about this just like nothing else was done about my car still needing work. This is just to inform people that not everybody who smile at you is friendly. I feel cheated.4/19/19 (REPLY) Please dont say yall catered to my every need because yall didnt. Yall changed one sensor on the car and then erased the check engine light. Thats not helping me at all. Then my warranty that I do have is closer to the end since yall did not report the correct millage on it. Thats not taking care of yall customers thats cheating yall customers. Do not reply with a untrue statements. If yall wanted to help me yall shop wouldve fixed the car like yall said they would. I waited almost a month to be able to take my car to yall shop just for them to erase the check engine light. So I went in to Best Buy Imports and was approved. I was nervous at first but Manny the sales representative made us feel very comfortable. Mike helped me get approved for a GREAT car even though my credit is not in the best condition. We were in and out, the car was great and we even received McDonalds 😌. Definitely come check them out. They took our truck even tho weve made every payment on time in full. Tried blaming the bank which was on our side & said they didnt send anything & we were Im good standings. Then tried hiding it at another location acting like they didnt know anything about our truck or where it was. Never go back!!

I just purchased a 2014 Chevy Cruze. The staff was personable and helpful. They were willing to negotiate on price. I purchased the car on a Tuesday and returned to pick it up on a Friday. In that amount of time they inspected and detailed the car for me at no additional cost. I’d definitely consider buying from them in the future.
I bought 2 cars from here, the first one was a beautiful Drop Top blood red twin turbo BMW :-) what an experience, it wasnt cheap lol but it was worth every penny while I had it. The second car was pretty great too , solid build nothing wrong with it very economical. the staff will work with you and is nice but, you have to deal with Mike the finance guy, he will try to get you in the car you want for the price you want and works with you in so many different ways. But all in all really nice place to do business.

I worked with John at Best Buy Imports on trading my Jeep Sahara Unlimited in for a new vehicle. Not only was John very professional in addressing my concerns for purchasing a used car, but he offered me a great deal on my trade in as well. He literally beat out a competitors offer by over $2000! That was a huge deal. The process was seamless and the entire team at Best Buy Imports had me in and out of there in no time flat. This was my first experience at Best Buy Imports. I was in the market of buying a luxury car with specific options and within specific budget. I am someone who loves style and luxury and when you can get that and an amazing price what more could you ask for? I visited many different dealerships in the area and Best Buy Imports was by far the best, especially customer service. Salesperson was very helpful in finding the right car for me and was very accommodating. He went above and beyond without being pushy. I was really happy with the price and the service I received. Highly recommend to others.
I bought a Lincoln mxs in September with a big payment of 4000$ ... I was making payments of almost 400$ a month ....After six months of having the car and barely putting any miles on it the brakes locked up on me and my four-year-old daughter… Then the car started to shake… And then wouldn’t turn back on… When it finally did turn back on it sounded like it was going to explode… I had the car towed to my mechanic which I was told the car was no good and had internal engine problems… And that the car was that way for a very long time and for me to take it back… Due to the coronavirus I couldn’t get anybody on the phone for three months… Despite that I emailed about six times and left about five voicemails... finally when they called me to tell me I was overdue… Didn’t make one mention of how I’ve been trying to get in touch with them… I talk to the one manager Mike who was very unprofessional and very nasty… I talk to the other manager Mike which seemed a lot nicer and said that he would help me especially since I was a returning customer and spent $20,000 on an Acura TSX seven years before that… Of course he never called me back and lo and behold 1030 at night they came to take my car….... so I guess will see what small claims court has to say… They want to sell these high-end cars for $15,000… $20,000… And then when the car breaks down a couple months later say oh well AS IS???? Nope not happening!!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!!!

Originally the experience buying a car here was good. But after having the car for 6 months the bank pulled their financing because the dealer had some issues with the title I was given 2 temp tags in that time, and I was forced to do a buy here pay here deal that they said was exactly the same as the original finance offer but it wasn’t. It turns out they added two years to the contract that added more than $3k to the price of the car. Originally it was supposed to be $10k with interest around $14k I put down $3k then a year later I asked for the pay off amount so I could buy it out right and they said close to $11k that doesn’t make sense, I had to call around 6 times to get the payoff amount because even the finance manager said it didn’t seem right. The first time I dealt with Oscar who did my first deal and everything went smoothly the new guy that replaced him is a con artist and back tracked his statement about something not being right with my loan. Also I had the car go in for state inspection and it turns out the check engine light was removed from the dash board like literally the light bulb was taken out of the car. It failed because it had 4 codes that I needed to fix which wasn’t too expensive but it was as shady as it gets. The gps system they put in was ghetto rigged that kept killing the battery. The ac compressor went out within a month of buy this car. Since I lost all of my paper work in a house fire from when I bought this car I am stuck with this lemon. My only options are keeping it and continuing to pay or turning it in and losing everything I’ve spent on this car already which is close to $7k already which btw would be around $18k for a 11 year old car with many issues. Do your self a favor and stay away from this place! I don’t know how they have a good rating but as shady as this place is i wouldn’t be surprised if they are writing their own reviews. STAY AWAY!

Imagine two trusting ladies going into a used car dealership on the word of others who have nothing but great things to say.Your experience turns out much differently first not two weeks after taking a 2012 car with less than 65,000 miles on the car you are driving to work and your steering wheel locks and continues to lock. Only to find out that this is not covered and it is up to you out of pocket to handle this problem. Just on principle of something like this happening so close to the original purchase date the organization should have offered some monetary compensation. I find it hard to believe that this was not a known problem with this car when it was first sold. After less than two weeks lets not treat one like they are foolish.Less than 9 weeks with the car now tires that were thought to be brand new start going flat only to be told by the individual you purchase a new tire from that they are bald.No real help is giving to you by the WONDERFUL person who made sure this car would be all yours or the company they represent.This young trusting woman happens to be very near and dear to me and I know she has had many obstacles in her way but she just kept fighting until she reached her goals and now she has set new goals which I am also sure she will reach.It is hard as a parent to see someone you love being taken advantage of and not turn to angry but try and keep them full of hope that all will be ok.My hope is that others who read this review will think long and hard before trusting your hard earned money to a company who takes advantage of a young woman and her 80 year old grandmother.This company is taking advantage of those who put their trust where it should not be.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS.

Wish I can leave a no star review. Bought a car from this junkyard (Best Buy imports) the 2nd day off the lot the transmission blows up. First off sold me a car with bad inspection stickers, second they told me the brakes were new and tires were new. That was a lie. Had to pay $3200 to get my transmission rebuilt and another $600 for brakes and tires. They gave me new stickers but they toke me to some shady place that I paid 100$ for and they didnt even look at the car they just slapped the stickers on the wind shield.14 days later my motor blew up and had to replace the motor another $2600. At this point I dont even wanna drive the car after all this money into fixing the car I asked if I could trade my car in for something else Im done with the headache and they had the nerve to ask for another $1500 down payment!!!!! Instead of helping me they want more money. My uncle recommended me this place he bought 5 cars from there and not just finding out he kept the cars he bought from there for no longer then 6 months because he kept having problems.They wanted 5,000 dollars for the car with 170k miles and the bank wouldnt even accept the loan because they know it was a rip off!! So I had to pay under the table.So after all the money spent and no help from Best Buy imports I started making smaller payments until someone was nice enough to call me back and help me out in getting in something else. No one called they just toke the car. AFTER COUNTLESS OF CALLS ASKING FOR HELP NO ONE HAD THE RESPECT TO CALL ME BACK!! They texted me saying my payment was late 2 days later they take the car?? No notice no late payment phone call nothing, they think text messaging is a proper way to communicate!!They even text people and ask to leave a good review and will take 50$ off your account, what a joke.If this isnt resolved in 7 days i can guarantee this will be the next dealer in Frankford ave that will be in the news.If you buy a car from here you will regret it.Thanks have a good day

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!I came to this place thinking I would be taken care of. Brought my Trade in that was still in great driving condition as collateral, also came to this place with cash to purchase one of there Trucks. They gave me the TERRIBLE PENN WARRANTY!A week after i left this lot with my FJ Cruiser the trucks torque converter blew on the truck as well as the front wheel bearings are extremely damaged. Which is wild because the owner Mike told me during a snow storm he drove my truck home to Delaware which would mean he KNEW and felt the issues with the truck yet he STILL SOLD IT TO ME!Now the truck has been at Toyota for the last 3 weeks fighting with the terrible penn warranty people who say they will only cover $500 out of a 3k job!!!!!!!!!Now as I call best buy imports the sales associates Paul is giving me the biggest run around saying the decision makers are not available! I gave them a great car that they already sold off there lot and they gave me a complete lemon and dodging my calls!! Super unprofessional and inconsiderate! I cannot believing a dealership would be this grimmey and inconsiderate! I came with a great car and a cash which made the transaction extremely easy for them yet they are screwing me! Looking through my papers and contacting my lawyer as i write this!
Dina Dina Dina, I cannot thank you enough for all that you did for me. 2 months ago i purchased my first car from here and i was completely satisfied with the way I was treated and the quality car I purchased, This car was struck and totaled and my insurance had to cover the car and basically said it was no longer driveable. A total loss. Not only did Dina at best buy imports treat me like I mattered she took care of me made a call to the owners who keep in mind werent even in the country just to see what they could do for me to get me back up and going. I am happy to say that the service was beyond any service I have ever received from any business. Exceptionally over the top is the only way to put it. My daughter bought a car a month ago and the day after she bought it shes been having problems. The car is no good and they sold it to her knowing the car has problems, now shes on her own because the dont want to have nothing to do with it. Worst experience ever!!! The financing process was easy but the car I bought was a lemon! They told me nothing was wrong with the car! Didnt even get to drive the car for 3 months and I have had to pay $4000 out of my pocket for repairs because I had to replace the whole engine!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone! We went to another dealer up the street to look at a car. Spotted a similar car there we liked as we drove by (with higher mileage). We stopped, to look at the price (nothing listed on window). Asked one of the guys inside who priced the car $3,000 more than the one we just saw at another dealer (despite it having more that 7,000 miles on it). As we walked out the desperate salesmen offered to take $2,500 off the price without us even trying to negotiate. Very bad experience, will never go to again.

My fiance and I hopped on train from Harrisburg didnt get down theretil after 5 by and by time we found ride to the dealership it was 630 not only did he wait for me to get there he made all his staff in bith locations stay open. My experience there was horrible. The car I got had problems the next day. Thru gave me alot of running around because nobody wanted to take owner ship of who had to deal with getting the car fixed. I wouldnt recommend going there to get a car or suv. Also other customers were coming in complaining about there vehicles.
I purchased a 2013 challenger at best buy imports and the staff was great. Easy process. I would purchase another vehicle from them anytime.
I came in the dealer and waited hours for help first these guys loured me there by saying they had a acura mdx 2009 with under 99,xxx miles on it. They go to there other lot to get the car bring it back and its a 2003 with 173,000 miles plus on it! And tried to get me to pay 8,900$ for it lol. I had 3 grand and they couldnt get me in a car. They kept going in the office closing the doors. It seemed to me as if they were tryna scheme me. They were all having personal conversations not talking about anything that had anything to do with my car sale! Also when i went on test drive the papi guy that works there tells me that he went on a test drive and lift open the arm rest and find needle thats use for doing dope, also he tells me how the finance manager askes him to go to k&a to get her percocets for a low price. There all over the place.and very discombobulated i suggest not going to them! Serious save your time and money. Also a spanish lady comes in complaining about hows she not getting no help from the company with attrition 😞
Never again will I buy a car from them.Rob is great sales associate.Mike is a lair tried to make me pay for labor even tho the car was under warranty from them.The cars are junk cars and have nothing but problems from the time you purchase them.

I can honestly say this place seems like a scam. i spoke to a guy named brian over the phone n he said with 2k i can take the car i wanted home the same day. wow talk about desperate. i hung up n another guy calls me asking me if i was satisfied with mt purchase. lol this place dont seem legit. they arent even accredited by BBB.

So I found this guy on Facebook, told him but the car I liked, told me when can I come pick it up quick and I was so happy but then another guy calls me. Tells me the other guy was wrong it couldnt be financed. Gave me attitude and even hung up on me. I w.b to the guy long story short he gave me the wrong answer without even finding out. Got me happy for nothing. So please if your gonna buy please call and make sure the car is able to be financed cause it says it can but then when you call you maybe not lucky that you cant.
I purchased a 2013 acura tsx & a 2012 acura tl and both vehicles had very low mileage and runs and drives great no mechanical failures and the staff is just amazing they stay on top of valuable information and are always respectful and very professional. I am still a valuable customer to this place, pay every month on time. However, after payment, they always call me to say I didn’t pay., after they already took your money from your bank. So I wouldn’t recommend nobody at all.... Fortunately I pay with my personal check, so I can always check if they money was cashed or not.... can’t wait to be done with them

They took 2700 from and I got the car 2/13 on 3/10 they came late at night to say I didn’t have insurance on my car and repo my car.. scam scam scam stay away Oscar wI’ll lie to u and old man Tom will lie too. Bought a car agreed on the price .we were going to do in house finance first the guy said if the bank approved then we go through them .gave me a set of paper work with one price charged the bank 7 000 more I put down 8000 cash they kept that told the bank they charged four thousand for registration . now my car is totaled I cant even buy another car read all your paper work those people are crooks.smh

2022-02-19DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Was sold a car that had a faulty oil pump, broken tie rod , and wheel hub bearings needing replacement. Was told by a mechanic it would not even pass inspection. The car was in the shop more than I drove it. Was lucky enough to trade for another vehicle instead of losing my money altogether....however, this car has no gas cap and one key that only turns the car on. I had to call AAA ON MY WAY HOME FROM BUYING IT after I stopped with my daughter to get groceries only to find out once you lock the car you cant get back in. Called the dealership and they said uhh...sorry thats the pnlykey it came with and hung up. So disappointed to spend this kind of money for a mediocre car and the worst service possible.

2022-04-28DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE… I seen employees walk out from the way owners and management treat people after they buy there lemons… employee words not mine they don’t fix your cars give u the run around when they have to fix anything all the cars are bad and the buy here pay here is a scam no one keeps up with payment if u lose a receipt they will have the advantage will repo your car after your more then hlf way through payments and tell you to pay full price to get it back and u owe 800.. repod my car the day after I made a 500 dollar payment then was in disagreement with own staff about how much I actually owed THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN

2021-06-30I had the worst sells rep experience Staff (Kareem) is very unprofessional very disrespectful. He calls me everyday about cars & I tell him if the car has too many miles I don’t want it & if it’s not what I am interested into I don’t want it. I explained to him how much I had for a deposit on a certain car he told me to come in & they will make things work. I get there & he tells his boss I’m lying he never told me that. While I was talking to the boss he talked over me saying I must deal with guys that are liars. I wouldn’t recommend this car place to nomore. I wasted my time after a long day at work (hospital). There cars have too many miles on them, the price for the car is not worth it. Be careful!!

The car they sold me was 3000 and I put 2500 down…. 1 week later I paid the 500 another few weeks later they had know recollection of the 500. The car broke down on me and I had to cinc Dr.
