Awesome experience. My iPhone 6 screen was shattered and completely separated from the phone. The technician Quamar had my phone completed within a hour, he was very friendly, and prices are very reasonable compared to other locations. I am very happy with my experience and will use them again!
Had a minor issue with my cursor and took it to Best IT. The gentleman looked at it, made a few changes in the system and viola! The cursor is working fine. The service was free but I tipped him for his time and effort. Please do so if you are in this position. Friendly and knowledgeable. I will use this service again!
The short of it, recently I had to go to this place to fix an iPhone 6S that I broke trying to fix myself and they fixed it no problem. Good prices, good service. I highly recommend the spot. The long of it I purchased a screen replacement for my sister for Christmas and attempted to change it myself. Ended up breaking more than I fixed. Called a few other phone repair shops and they would not touch the phone because I had already taken out many screws from the device( iPhone screws are notoriously difficult to put back in the same place due to size differences) but this place said they would sit there until we got it and dident take them more then 30 minutes to put back together the mess with the new screen. I definitely recommend you check them out before most other repair shops. Prices are pretty good too. The whole reason I even attempted the change myself was because other shops told me between 100 and 130 but they did the screen swap for 60
What a great experience! I had a iPhone 6plus I dropped in the parking lot, I usually have a case. At any rate, I updated to 7plus and got a deal to trade in the phone for $400 from Verizon. Best IT Guru fixed the phone within a few hours and is now fixing my iPad! Not to mention the owner is very humble and accommodating person to deal with, a real pleasure. Im really happy and so you will be as well!
If I could give this a zero star I will. I read the reviews and I was like this sounds like a great place. And $80 to fix your phone screen? Sounds great to me. I went there, gave them my cracked phone screen and indeed it was fixed. My phone screen was looking great again. I go to turn the phone andI realized that my iPhone was bringing an error message that my fingerprint could not be recognize. I asked the Tech about this error and he admitted he gave me a broken part and asked me to come back within a couple days for a new part. While I waited, I realized my home button was getting extremely hot and my phone was dying faster than the battery life. My battery percentage will read 80% & literally 20mins later it’s at 15%. A couple days wait turned to a whole week. I kept calling and calling but they kept saying the parts wasn’t available. I finally went there and he said he had a part for my home button but it was in color white (my phone is black). I walked out very upset. Oh yea, they also sold me headphone that ended up not working properly and refused to take it back because I didn’t have the box. I wasted a total of $120 at this place. THINK WISELY BEFORE GOING HERE. Yes they’re nice individuals but CUSTOMER SERVIVE IS ZERO!PS: I had ABSOLUTELY NO issues with my phone before going here! Soon as they changed my LCD, everything started going wrong. The phone is trash now. Thank you for destroying it!
It was a pleasure doing business with Best IT Guru. Great customer service and they completed the work within the timeline and cost range they promised. They were able to recover really valueable data from a physically damaged flash drive, saving me a ton of time and aggravation. Great electronics retail in store as well, I will be definitely be a a return customer.
Soooo nice to go somewhere where they actually provide a service and you leave feeling satisfied. I had a serious issue with a expensive laptop and didint really want to trust it with nobody other than the factory. Well, I did and Best IT gave me a real good experience for the low cost. Had my battery replaced yesterday, dropped it off at 2:30, told me to come back at 3:30 because he had another phone before mine. Came back at 3:30 exact and my phone was done. Great service, great work. 10/10 would recommend.

My iPhone 6 screen was beyond cracked and it went black on me out of no where. so I google places to fixed phone screen and came across this place but lets cut this short very nice service fix within 45 minutes please go if you dont know where to go. And the cost was not high.
This is my second time at Best IT Guru. Awesome service at a great price. Quamar kept the store open an extra 30mins for me, replaced a missing screw from my iPhone 6 and even applied my shatterproof tempered glass to my screen! All within a half hour! Thanks!!!
Very fast and friendly service. I dropped off my desktop on Saturday and received a call the same day stating that it was done. I was also told that it needed cleaning and I had it done. I am very satisfied with Best IT Guru.
First of all they are awesome, took a little while but defiantly worth the wait! Not to mention the price was perfect!! I thought I had a 6s but I only have a 6; which cost ONLY $90. You will be happy with your new baby!!!

I broke my phone on the 4th of July and I called a million places to get it fixed and this was the only one to answer, granted they were closed too but he was willing to come in and fix my phone for me, very good customer service and he fixed my IPhone 6 in no time and it’s as good as new!

2022-03-02Our company had a computer crash, after resetting and reinstalling our software, we apparently lost all our client data. The software company was unable to help us recover it, our IT guy couldn’t retrieve either but he recommended The IT Guru, They came in, we explained the situation and after on a few hours of work we had all our data back! 2021-02-13I took my laptop to get repaired before Christmas. He said he would give me a call the day after New Years but he didn’t. I called every 2 days and was told that he would call me back in 10 mins every single time. He never called for over a month them said he couldn’t fix it. Just great!

2020-05-14Dropped my iphone x in the morning, shattered my screen and the touchpad stopped working. Spent majority of the afternoon researching almost every repair option with it all leading to $300-$600 repairs which is WAY out of my budget. The best IT guru was introduced to me by a friend, and when I called them, they brought me in within a couple hours and had be repair done in 30 minutes and for an insanely reasonable price. This will now be my go to place for any type of electronic repairs and I will be recommending to everyone.

2019-10-01My computer screen cracked so I called HP only to find out it would cost over $400.00 which was worth mor then the computer since it’s an older model. The computer is fine other than that so I looked on line for a repair shop and was so happy I did! They were extremely helpful, professional kind and affordable! My computer was ready and working as good as new in a little over a week. Can’t thank them enough for all the help! I highly recommend them to anyone.
