The staff is friendly but the place itself is unkept and the food is far from healthy. I would not put anyone here unless the only other option was the street. I would give one star because of the nice staff I will stretch it to two.

My grandfather has been a patient at Bethesda Court for many years. I have nothing but POSITIVE things to say about this facility since they’ve turned over to new management. The nursing care is wonderful! The new staff is tender, patient and sweet with the patients. I have observed over these last few months, at all hours of visits, and the care and cleanliness and staff have been excellent. The new administration is attentive and helpful. Also looks like they are renovating the whole building and adding new in room services...Might upgrade him to a private room :-)

The staff here is very caring, friendly and professional! this includes everyone from nurses to dietary to front door reception. Also, the facilities are undergoing renovations and are still clean and well maintained. The food is good and the baking outstanding. The residents seen to be well taken care of and treated with respect.Excellent

My experience with Bethesda Court was pleasant because all staff treated me kindly and with care for my situation. I heard the facility was just renovated and it really looks amazing!!! Definitely a gem in Mt. Airy for anyone looking for long term personal care housing...Place was clean and welcoming. Staff putting my concerns ahead of whatever else they were doing. I truly appreciated that.

We were pleasantly greeted and assisted from the front desk thru our visit to floor #4. All personnel greeted us with a smile, and my sister was given a room on the newly renovated 4th floor which was a well kept room. She enjoyed the offer of fruits and other snacks throughout the day which she told me about on our daily calls :-) Ill definitely be recommending this place to other people in my community.

The person I came to visit today was resting a bit. I have been here before, for another patient. Bethesda Court has a very good vibe. Everyone is helpful and polite. You can tell they have a new management team in place and are making big changes!

The only good thing about this place is the staff. The inside is disgusting. All of the appliances are run down. 3 people are put together in a tiny room with small uncomfortable beds and barely any storage. Each room has its own sink and toilet but even those are falling apart (at least in the room that Ive seen). 1 shower on each of the 3 housing floors that everyone on that floor has to use. The shower is in a room with a washer & dryer, and every time I look it gets even dirtier. Rent is over $1000 a month which is ridiculous. The conditions these people are living in wouldnt be justifiable at any price. I would be surprised if there were no major health code violations for this place.

The worstest place to work the have bed bugs its dirty and filthy and tha food is horrible never put ur family members in this place.

Grateful for the caring and kind souls that worked diligently to care for my nona even through the hardest times. Tatyana the Administrator is a gem of gems and was always in contact with us directly when we needed something. With all the people they care for I dont know how she does it!!! Thank you!
