Really good ice cream and very friendly people
I had the fried green tomato sandwich, tomato bisque and a death by chocolate milkshake, mine was delicious, especially the bisque!
Food is always hot. The BQQ burger is my favorite. Ice cream awesome..

Got cotton candy cone. Wasnt exactly expecting it to be loaded with chocolate chips.. wasnt advertised that way. I did still enjoy it just wish there was no chips. Its only april and the mosquitos are already out there waiting at the window. Bring the bug spray! Price wise its your average ice cream shop prices. Cheaper to eat at home but not to expensive to take the family out every now and then.
Awesome! Wish I could give 10 stars. My family are major food critics - we enjoy our fine dining and finding the best restaurants out there. This is a local food spot that far exceeds its competition!!! No one in my family has had anything but exceptional meals and ice cream here! A++All staff is super friendly and the owner cant do enough to ensure your experience and food is just right.

I was really disappointed after trying blue moo ice cream. I got 2 medium sized sundaes and a kid sized ice cream and it cost $20. I Went over to Emily’s ice cream and got the same thing for $12... lol in my opinion $20 for mediocre ice cream is outrageous.
I stopped for a California cheeseburger and chocolate milkshake after a 5 mile walk at JACOBSBURG State Park. The staff were very friendly. The food was delicious and the milkshake hit the spot! They have a nice little area to eat outside.
Blue Moo is such a great place in a small town! The service is wonderful. The ice cream is always tasty. There is always a variety of flavors offered and very seldom do you ever get told that they don’t offer that flavor. The location offers a decent amount of parking and is easily handicap accessible. The cleanliness is also fantastic. There is an outside window available if you want to order outside. On those cold and rainy days you can go inside to order and grab a seat to eat. They don’t only offer ice cream on their menu, they also have food options available. The best part is when you place an order you don’t wait forever to get it. I highly recommend Blue Moo.
Very nice staff and EXTREMELY clean place. Reminds me of how the world used to be. I just went there for the first time tonight but will be going back many more times. Always very good food! The people there are great too.Update: We were there again, and probably go here once a week. It is just the best food anywhere. I would give them more stars if I could. I used to love Yoccos hot dogs, but after having a Coney Dog at Blue Moo, they are now my new love. And if you like sauteed perogies, theirs are the best Ive ever had. To be honest the ice cream is good but its their food that makes me go back.
We stopped in on a whim and couldnt have been happier that we did! The woman that helped me was extremely friendly and very accommodating to my dietary concerns. She even called her vendor on a Saturday afternoon to get the nutrition facts I asked about! Above and beyond service, friendly, clean atmosphere, and great ice cream. It doesnt get any better than that!

Absolutely love this place! The soup is my favorite, so delicious. Many other great options at affordable prices as well. The staff/owners are extremely friendly. They always make an effort to talk to the customers and get to know them. Would definitely recommend coming here, you wont be disappointed!
Blue Moo has become a staple of our summer routine. Open year round, with both indoor and outdoor seating and a variety of food options including sandwiches, wraps, pierogies, hot dogs, soups, flatbreads, ice cream, milkshakes, sundaes, and more. Additionally, the staff is extremely friendly and attentive. The food prices can get a bit high, but the ice cream is not. However, both are delicious. I highly highly recommend that you stop, you wont regret it.

We went to Blue Moo for ice cream tonight, its my favorite place to go. The restaurant is always clean, the food is always good, and the workers are awesome. Michelle was there tonight she and her husband own the Blue Moo. She is a great person. If you are looking for good food, low prices, clean restaurant, I highly recommend The Blue Moo, I always recommend the restaurant.
Great homemade soups and food. Owners make you feel like family. Great choices of Ice Cream flavors soft and hard with Gelati and other shop specialties. They have crunch coat topping like Knoebels!! One of our favorite places to stop for a treat or dinner.

We used to go here all the time they had great food and great prices... we will no longer be going here after this passed time my bill was $37 for 2 kid size ice creams and 2 wraps the wraps were very blah and chicken inside was dry.
Every time is an amazing experience. The food, ice cream, service and owners are all AMAZING my family loves to go here. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. They make you feel like your part of their family.
They served an ice cream cone with no ice cream in the cone. When I asked about it I was told that they teach their staff not to fill the cone because each ring around the cone is 1 once and thats how they control how much ice cream you get... Besides the fact that according to them, most people push the ice cream into the cone as they eat it. Not true in my case or with most people I know. Felt like a rip off. Ill go to Sprinkles from now on. 😉

Was in the area stopped in for ice cream..it was absolutely delicious..I had a scoop of Coconut & Black Raspberry, they had sooo many flavors to choose from..Soft & HardMy husband had a burger & fries.. burger was real not frozen ..really impressed..On top of Great Food & Ice cream the staff and owner are sooo nice, Felt like you were eating at a five star restaurant ...very welcoming..will be back 💯
Me and my wife have been there twice now and have not been disappointed. Good food and ice cream and the homemade Pierogies are the best with alot of flavors, we will not ever buy from a store again they have our business.
I wish your staff would know how to count correct change I gave the staff a .50 cent pice as change she didnt know what it was . I guess our younger generation doesnt know what US currency is sigh

Always liked there steak sandwiches but the two I purchased today were pretty bad, $20.76 for stale rolls ,small amount of meat and very dry. What Happened! ,not worth it.

Just dropped a star because they are learning how to be rip off artists. They fill the top of your ice cream cone but not the cone itself so unless you push the ice cream into the cone you end up with a dry cone. When I asked about it they said well most people push the ice cream into the cone as they are eating it. Im very disappointed. We will drive to Sprinkles from now on, which is further down the road.

2022-07-17Love this place!! Even have lactose free ice cream!Really old fashioned sundaes- too many topping options, too many choices of ice cream, too many ways to eat it. This is heaven!! My DE family wants to go there every-time they are here. Professional, friendly, spotless and local!

2019-07-24Superb place. At first I thought it was a little bit pricey, but that idea went right out the window as soon as I tried their ice cream. It is delicious, and very high quality. They have a lot of great flavors, the staff is young, enthusiastic and very friendly. I highly recommend this place, the best ice cream you will find in miles. They also serve food, but I cannot comment about that because I haven’t tried any. The two times I went there for ice cream, there were several patrons dining and they seemed to be enjoying themselves and the food, so I guess they are also good at that.

2022-06-05$12.00 for 2 watered down milkshakes, it was like drinking choclate milk in a styrofoam cup. Pretty disappointing, we really like Blue Moo when it was over by the gas station on 512 not sure what happened since.

2021-11-09This is a Great Local Ice cream spot just off the beaten path! We absolutely loved the flavors. Out of the 3 I tried The Dairy Free Mint Cookie was my favorite. Their Pierogies were very good and so was the Taco Salad! I hope they keep that on their menu!

2020-10-18One of the greatest ice cream place that I have discovered lately. There is seating area at side of the building. Weather was very cold but dine-in was open and we sit inside with whole family group. Staff were helpful. Also, I checked, their ice cream doesnt contain gelatin for those who has allergic.
