This was without a doubt the easiest car buying experience Ive had; I cant say enough about everyone I dealt with at the dealer. Ed was the best salesperson Ive ever dealt with and Chance the General Manager and Matt and finance were equally as great to work with. I will definitely be a return customer as long as that team is there!
I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. My salesman Tom Hammer was incredible. Everyone I dealt with while I was there was amazing. They had my vehicle ready for me by the time I got there. I will absolutely go back when I need another vehicle. Can not recommend this place enough.

My family has purchased cars from Rita for years, so of course when I needed a new vehicle I was coming to her! She always provides great customer service! Our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Really. We were a little late because of construction and the staff was more than accommodating. We were served immediately. We were offered refreshments...:) Our vehicle was inspected, oil changed and serviced to our satisfaction. We also got a car-wash. When the car came out we had a few bugs that had stuck to the front of the vehicle from a recent road trip and we pointed it out to the service manager and he immediately called his technician to fix it. He took the car back on the spot and cleaned it to perfection. We were extremely happy with the service and the staff.
My husband and I were very pleased with our experience in buying our 2015 chevy malibu! Our salesperson was Rita Gailey. She was absolutely amazing extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Everyone in the service department was great! They were very friendly and worked my out of state college daughters car in for an inspection and a recall. We dropped the car off and they had it finished quickly considering we did not have an appointment. I will recommend them to anyone for service. Thank you Ron Lewis Chevrolet!
I needed my new tires mounted/balanced and an oil change. I provided a check list of things I wanted covered, such as add an oil additive and my spare tire inspected, along with lubing the mechanism that raises/lowers the spare. Everything was done to my satisfaction and in a very timely manor. Very professional. I had a great experience with the service of my Chevy Silverado.

I brought my car in to get serviced and was processed in a quick and timely manner. I work from home, so I had a ride arranged to and from the dealer. I was called to pick up my vehicle and when I went to pick it up, I noticed that the tire inflation indicator was lit. It was not before I brought it in. I relayed this to the CS person at the desk and she took my keys back to the shop, where I was forced to wait another 45-60 minutes to get my vehicle. My complaint is that the light was on, although my tires were rotated, but these items where checked off on my inspection report, therefore they were not checked or not checked properly. Second the amount of time that I had to wait for the issue to be fixed.
I was there for a recall undercoating for my 2009 Kia Spectra. First of all the great welcome I received when I got there was just so nice. I was told to go into the waiting room and have coffee and donut while I waited which was GREAT then I was on my cell phone and actually could hook up to free wifi was was excellent and only had to wait for maybe one hour which also include a free car wash and cleaning inside:) That is the best treatment a person could want from a car dealership! Thank you all for your care and handling of customers. Will for sure recommend to all my friends:) Great job Ron Lewis!!
Big thanks to Nick and Eric in the service department. In visiting Geneva College we had brake issues. Called Bowsers to see if they could help. (We are 6 hours away from home). They went out of their way to make sure that we got home safe. Highly recommend this dealership.
Sales rep was professional and courteous. Overall staff service experience in purchasing my SUV was positive. However, I was disappointed in that upon picking up the vehicle, it had less than a quarter tank of gas. I have bought several cars over the years and other dealerships provided full tanks of gas. Additionally, I have an interior light not working and its missing the on/off button and the vehicle has two different style windshield wipers. My sales rep has been contacted in order to resolve.
Terrible, wife and i purchased vehicle several weeks ago .great service in person, everything went smoothly and we left with what we wanted for what we wanted to pay, very nice and easy going people. Here comes the turn...been several weeks since purchase, they screwed up all paperwork, changed address with penndot twice then made up an address that dont even exist. They sent someone to our home and had us refill out the paperwork, and they still didnt get in right now they Refuse to respond to emails or return calls or fix mistakes they made. Have spent countless time on phone trying to get everything they screwed up fixed because they refuse to return attempt to contact them.
POOR customer service....Email sent to Customer Service Manager:I purchased the 2011 Acadia in Beaver Falls. I am happy with the vehicle, but I am VERY dissatisfied with the service after. The vehicle has the wrong size tires on it and I tried to come to a compromise to get the situation corrected, but was told “it’s a used car” even though both website ads state the correct size. The key I have states that it is 1 of 2, but I never received a second set. I was told ” there is no other set and I don’t know who wrote that.” The inspection was supposed to be brought current, it was not and at the very least the oil could have been changed. I will NEVER buy another thing from that place again and will NOT recommend you to anyone. I have since purchased another set of keys and I am in the process of buying the correct size tires. I feel it is a SHAME that I spend almost $20K on a vehicle and have to spend more money to make it right. I will be leaving NEGATIVE Reviews on ALL of the site you suggested. I received NO response.....
I showed up at Ron Lewis Chevrolet at 5:20 PM service was closing in 10 minutes. I had a TPMS warning light and wanted to see if they had a tire pressure gauge so I could check before driving 45 minutes home. They offered to check it for me and pulled it into the first bay. It was leaking, had a nail in the tread and was losing air quickly. They plugged it quickly and had me back on the road in 15 minutes. Great Service every time I go there!

Horrid experience. The car I purchased was not fixed prior to being sold. An experienced mechanic would have known what was wrong with the car immediately. Make certain you take any car you buy to a mechanic you trust for an independent inspection. I failed to do so. I trusted this dealership and got taken for a fool. Management is condescending and unhelpful. Dont fall into the same trap.
Sloppy technician whoever they were. Horrible job scraping off the old inspection stickers leaving some still on the windshield and debris all over the dash. An oil change was done that I didnt request and after getting home checked the level and its overfilled. Also oil all over the place under the hood. Makes me wonder about the rest of the work that was done. First and last time Ill be at this service center. I will say Ive never had issues across the street at the Ford service center.
Very disappointed. Went last week to buy a car. None of the cars pictured online where there. Salesman wasnt to eager to show us around. Went and bought from another dealer. Also, this week needed to buy another car for my wife filled out online form and was never contacted. Again went and purchased from another. To some it up I purchased 2 new cars in one week and this company made no effort to make me a customer.
Bruce was amazing. Im not a easy sell. Ive been looking for a car for a year. He kept up with me thru all my wishy washy debating and in the end Im completely thrilled. Everyone was so nice and the process was simple. I definitely will return in the future. Thank you Bruce!!!

I have purchased 4 cars/SUVs from Ron Lewis over the years.I have nothing but praise for this Company.The Service Departments are awesome. Ford and Kia.I would highly recommend this Company to my friends and family.They get you in and out with little wait time.Just purchased a Jeep, or should I say my son did, in October.He is very pleased. This is his 2nd Jeep.
Kept me informed through the entire sales process. I felt that they met and even exceeded my expectations for buying this car including a final sale negotiation. And my wife is in process to get her drivers license they delivered the car to our home. I am telling everyone about my experience.
** update on 2-10-18 ** ron lewis never took this truck out of my name even though it was turned in on 12-4-17! It was never taken out of my name! Its 2 months later! The state of pennsylvania is sending me letters that they have suspended the rigistration on this truck due to no insurance! I keep getting onstar notifications for service thats past due! Gm financial has record i no longer own the vehicle but ron lewis couldnt take the time to turn in the registration to the state. This is no longer my truck! I let the state know and they said ron lewis was supposed to turn in the plate and registration within 10 days after the truck was returned. They were reported. DO NOT BUY OR LEASE ANY VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! YOU WILL BE SORRY. They had the nerve to leave a comment below to my original rating stating to call so they could make things right as they were still messing up. Ron lewis is a joke!Leasing a 2015 silverado and the electrical system went out in the truck. Was told that the cluster went bad. The truck wasnt even 3 years old yet. Ron Lewis expected me to pay for it. They also charged me 103 dollars to diagnose it. The worst part is on December 4th someone grounded the truck and no one in the dealership knows why. I drove around for 4 days in a grounded truck and had no idea. Gm is another circus. They are the worst finaning company ive ever dealt with. My information wasnt correct on their end. I tried to correcet it numerous times. Apparently i was getting late fees and wasnt informed because they were calling a number that didnt exist dir 2 years! Seriously? 2 years? I called in with a question or i woukd never have known! They didnt even have my correct address! Seriiusly gm get it together!The only person who actually cared and was compassionate and tried to help was Rita. I am done with chevrolet and Ron Lewis. Off the record this trucks suspension was terrible and felt loose. Never again.
I had the honor of meeting Bill Hart at Bowser Chevrolet in Beaverfalls. I told Bill what i was looking for and he did not have it their on the lot. Bill said dont worry i will find that truck for you, sure enough within the next day Bill was able to find what i wanted. They went and had it picked up and brought back. The deal went super smooth and quick. If you ever go to Bowser in Beaverfalls dont hesitate to ask for Bill Hart. He is a real professional in his job. Bill thanks again for all your help and time!
We live in Maine but lived in PA for 13 years. Knowing we were going to be back to see family for a week, I called to see if the service dept. at Ron Lewis would be able to do some warranty work (Charlies Kia in Maine could not/would not do this for us.) on our Kia Sportage while we were there. They immediately told me they would and they had the parts in stock and would put our name on them so they would still be there when we arrived. Jon Plagman and his service team were wonderful!!!! Jon kept us informed every step of the way! The problem is solved and we are extremely grateful!!! Jon and his team should be rewarded for a job well done!!! Thank you!!!!
Their service technician doesnt know how to do his job...Their just leeches for money will fix one thing in your car and let you drive off knowing they didnt fix an issue just so you have to bring the car back. Such poor service, I dont recommend anyone getting their car fixed there.

2022-04-03Best car buying experience I could have asked for. Drove 2 hours from Latrobe and will drive another 2 hours when I buy my next Chevy. My salesperson was Sean and we were very straight forward and upfront with each other from the start which made the deal fair and easy for both parties. Agreed on numbers 2 weeks in advance and sent pictures and everything of the vehicle for online appraisal and the numbers were the exact same when we closed the deal. Got the deal done in 2 hours and it would have been faster if it wasn’t for issues on my end. Be upfront and be realistic and you will have a great deal here. The finance managers Matt and Chance were great as well. The dealership itself was very clean and nicely kept too. A+

2022-08-10Odd but great experience. My original salesman moved on a couple days after my purchase when there were still loose ends to tie up. Chance Saeler jumped in and honored everything that was agreed to between myself and the original rep. I won’t ever hesitate to come back.

2022-08-16Gave this dealership multiple chances and they continue to disappoint at every turn. 1st service was over charged and car was not topped off with fluids as required. 2nd service was happy they were able to get me in however they charged me for a plugged tire, when i called and stated the tire was never plugged i was told the plug was not guaranteed and i must need a new tire. Brought the tire to a local shop in Beaver Falls who pulled the nail from the tire and stated that there was no plug in the tire at all. So I was overcharged again. 3rd time, tried to go to Bowser Hyundai to look at a vehicle they had listed online and that was in the lot. Hyundai is under construction so you are forced to go to the Chevy dealer. Upon walking in we were approached by a salesmen who tells us its not a Chevy car and the vehicle just got there and wasnt in the system yet and the service department had to go over the car before we were able to look at it or take it for a drive, he stated he would pass our phone number along to a Hyundai salesmen. We go back to the dealer 5 days after hearing nothing from any salesman and find the vehicle we were interested in, has a big SOLD sign on it. When i confronted the salesman he acted like he had never spoken to us and was extremely nasty and rude. 3 times is enough for us. We will drive the extra 20 mins to Wright Chevy in Baden.

2022-05-27Shadiest dealership around, and there are A LOT of shady dealerships... Theyll attempt to take you as a fool and overcharge you for service that would not cost even 10% that at a reputable independent garage. Right now theyre using the giant American flag to try and draw you in, but dont be fooled, these are not true Americans with integrity, they are self-centered greedy con-artists that will try to swindle you if you blink an eye. Oh, and the waiting room is absolutely disgusting and cramped, Jesus.

2021-12-31Super friendly staff. They truly make you feel at home. Kendall Johnson was great with no heavy sales pitch. The vehicles are very reasonably priced. And the package that they offer for certified cars is phenomenal. The finance man, Matt Terry was very helpful and honest. I also met the head boss, (forgot his name), who was so honestly friendly. I would recommend Bowser Chevy in Chippewa to anyone!

2022-02-21The techs did a great job. The only hiccup was upon arriving. I walked in and told them my name. He he said I was supposed to be there at 8 am and I was leaving the vehicle. The gentleman the day prior told me to be there at 8:45 am and I told him I would wait on vehicle. He wrote the appointment on a scratch pad and I think there was a data entry when he put it in appointment schedule. Because of the confusion. I had a 2 hour wait for my vehicle to be done . Just a standard oil change rotation of tires.

2022-03-16So i want to start this off that this place would have gotten a way lower star rating, but the ONLY reason I am giving it 4 stars is because of Jake Falkner. I had a really bad experience today. And Jake was so apologetic and helped me even though things were not his fault at all. He was so friendly, well mannered, and very caring. i would never go back to this place again UNLESS I only dealt with them. 10/10 recommend him to anyone. Thank you Jake!!!!
