There is an immense amount of things that you have to think about when getting a ring. Since I had no clue what I was doing I got educated while I was there and in the process my soon to be fiancé found a ring that she loves and that is because of this place. The employees at Breakiron Jewelers are both professional and friendly. They go above and beyond to make the customer feel welcome. My first trip to the jewelry store was to get an anniversary ring re-sized. I was told it would be ready in about a week and it was. When I picked up the ring, I was amazed at how new and sparkly it looked. At that time, I asked the sales person if she could please clean and check my wedding set and another ring. She did this without hesitation, even though these items were not purchased at this store, and informed me that there was quite a bit of wear on the side of the one band. She asked how I wear the three rings and we discussed soldering two of them together. She brought the jeweler out to talk to me. The jeweler was very knowledgeable and helped me make my decision. I was very apprehensive in leaving my entire wedding set and not wearing it for about a week. The jeweler could tell how upsetting this was to me and said she would make this a priority. I thanked her and really didnt expect a call till the following week. I was extremely surprised when my phone rang 4 hours later telling me that my rings were ready. I was thrilled. Again, I was extremely amazed at how new and sparkly my rings looked. I have had them cleaned at other jewelry stores before and never have they looked like this...stunningly beautiful. I will definitely be going back to Breakiron Jewelers.

I had been wanting to reset my engagement ring for years! Linda worked with my to comb through pictures of elements I desired while educating me on metals, durability and technique. I wanted to use a lot of existing stones and create a piece that would last while incorporating the feel of an antique. Linda and her jeweler Whitney never got frustrated with my changes and exceeded every expectation! I’d give more stars if I could!

The staff at Breakiron Jewelers are knowledgeable and professional yet they make you feel like a friend. Service is top notch! I had my 30 year old wedding set sized, pointed, and soldered together and they look brand new. The work was done in a week right on site. Gorgeous! My husband shops here because of the great service and selection, with the bonus of not having to go to upper Peach Street. I had a beautiful emerald and diamond necklace my deceased husband bought me; but I found I never wore it. I took it to Breakiron and discussed having it made into a ring. Jennifer and everyone at Breakiron is awesome! They even sized my engagement ring at the time of purchase and it was ready for us to take home in 40 minutes! Breakiron Jewelers was recommended by a co worker. When we were talking about my dads rock collection. She told me they would slice and customize something for me. Went in with a couple ideas of what I wanted but when we started talking the possibilities were endless. The jeweler on site rough drafted something on the spot.. They took those rocks and made some gems out of them.. Every step of the process i felt comfortable and trusted them with what is now priceless pcs ofjewelery I will wear close to my heart.
Amazing experience! Prior to moving to Erie we tried to buy my engagement ring and the last jeweler told us they didnt know if they could find a diamond to my specifications. And over a year later and after them losing my info 3 times we gave up. We went in to see Jenn and she had SIX diamonds for us to choose from within a week. They worked with us on layaway and a payment plan and Jenn kept in touchthroughout the whole process. We will DEFINITELY be returning to them!

Truly the only place I buy jewelry. My last few visits have been exceptional. For Christmas, I purchased a locket for my daughter (first Christmas). Most recent, I crushed Valentines day for once, with the purchase of a beautiful letter pendant necklace with my daughters initial and birthstone dangling next to it. I went in during Customer Appreciation Night in November. I put several things on my Christmas wish list. I went in on Ladies Night and the cute pair of white gold earrings were gone. 2022-08-12I was looking for a ring enhancer for my engagement ring - something relatively simple. Most jewelry stores carry designs that are more elaborate than I wanted, and Breakiron Jewelers was no exception. Jennifer worked with me to understand my vision and then emailed me photos of several enhancers that she felt fit my description. I narrowed the selections down to two and Jennifer had them delivered to the store in “stock” size so I would not be committed to buying either if I didn’t like them. She let me know when they had arrived and I went in to try them on with my ring. One was exactly what I wanted! The new ring needed to be sized and my engagement needed to be plated so all the bands would be the same color. It happened to fit into Whitney’s schedule (the woman who would do the resizing, etc.) that she took care of my rings the same day, and I went to pick them up. I am so happy with my new enhancer! The service Jennifer and Whitney gave me from beginning to end was excellent. They listened, suggested, and gave great advice, and they delivered at every step of the way. I could not be more pleased with my entire experience at Breakiron Jewelers. The next time I’m in the market for any jewelry, I will absolutely take my business to Breakiron Jewelers.

2022-07-21Breakiron jewelers did a fantastic job with a very precious piece of jewelry. I was gifted a family heirloom ring and my mothers wedding band. I had them soldered together and sized down to fit my ring finger, and the set is stunning. It is so perfect and breathtaking. The customer service I received was fabulous and I will be trusting Breakiron to handle all of my future jewelry care, and showing off my stunning piece to all. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

2022-05-12Incredible service from start to finish!! Ordered my wedding band to go with my engagement ring at Break Iron. They put both pieces together beautifully! Went back and got the final ring to complete the set with additional resizing. Service was out of this world! Rings were finished so quickly! The 3rd ring to complete the set was ordered and came in weeks early! They notified me right away and had them soldered the same day in under 30 minutes after me trying them on! The entire process was so easy and the ladies were literally amazing! One of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had! Thank you so much, Break Iron Jewelers!!

2022-06-23I went to Breakiron to shop for my and my fiances wedding bands. They offer a wide variety of bands, all of which were stunning! We both found bands that we absolutely love and the experience was made even better by the friendly and helpful staff! I wanted to find the perfect band to compliment my engagement ring, and tried on MANY different styles and never once felt rushed in making a decision. Kennedy was very patient and accommodating, and offered valuable input, which aided in my decision making. By the end of my experience, I had felt confident that I chose the perfect band! She was also patient with my fiance, who was unsure exactly what he wanted. She allowed for him to try on many styles as well. 2022-02-22I made the rings for myself and my fiance; Breakirons helped me design the stone and diamonds layout as well the sizes and types of bezels to use. They polished and set the stone and diamonds so so I had to do was install them in my rings. The stone and diamonds are perfect, literally! The color to my inlay and the clarity of all of them was unbelievable!!! So stinking good it made me laugh with joy (Straight up)!! The service and professionalism was ridiculously incredible and second to none!!! I cannot suggest anywhere else for someone to go for the eternal commitments and momentous moments in this life but Breakiron Jewelers. A special shout to Whitney who helped me, in particular, with this project!!

2022-03-02From the moment we entered the store, Linda, the owner of Breakiron, was extremely welcoming. I had heard about this store from a colleague of mine, and my boyfriend and I went into the store with no expectations. We were planning to browse engagement rings just to get an idea of my dream ring (I am very particular when it comes to anything, so yes, I was ready to handpick every detail of my engagement ring). Linda went above and beyond to work with us to bring my dream ring to life. She was very patient and let us try on various styles of engagement rings. I knew I wanted an oval, so she showed me different sizes she had in the store with various bands, all while paying close attention to my must haves and must nots for the character of the diamond. After our first visit, she told us that she would bring in a selection of diamonds based on my specific preferences that we could try on the next time we visited the store. Leading up to our second visit, Linda sent pictures and videos of the diamonds she had received via text and email so that we could browse the selection and let her know if we were looking for anything else. The second time we came into the store, I was completely blown away by how much attention Linda paid to detail. She brought in 3 excellent options that were not only tailored to my specific preferences, but that far EXCEEDED my expectations. We walked around the store and outside of the store with her to examine each diamond in varieties of lighting, and she literally sat with us for 3 hours as we thought about which diamond was the one. We looked at the diamonds on different bands alongside various wedding band styles. We also looked at wedding bands and came up with designs for those as well. Linda took all of the stress out of the equation for my partner and I when it came to searching for an engagement ring and it ended up being a very fun and exciting experience for us. As I said to Linda in the store, she did all of the hard work for us and she did her job TOO well that it was so difficult to decide because every option was incredible. I so appreciate the time that Linda put into finding the perfect diamond for me, and I strongly recommend going to Linda for any of your jewelry needs! She is a wonderful human being who is dedicated to her job and does it extremely well. She is truly a natural in this business, and the fact that this store has been around since the 1960s speaks to their high quality and devotion. I am so happy we went to Breakiron and look forward to coming back when I’m ready for more diamonds! I am from Long Island/NYC but would absolutely not hesitate to drive all the way back to Erie for fine jewelry from Linda. Thank you so much for everything Linda!!! I could not have asked for a better experience.

They went above and beyond to make sure my ring was ready for me so I would have it for an upcoming vacation. I had an issue with my ring sizing. They were able to correct the issue and had it cleaned and ready for me. The quality, pricing, and customer service exceeded my expectations!
