Dr. Neil and staff are very caring and super nice and friendly making you feel really comfortable. My son got his braces off today!! His teeth look amazing!! From the beginning , the consultation to today, I can’t say enough about the staff !! They always have smile on their faces , even during Covid, they were up neat, professional, kind and caring!! They make you feel welcome. My youngest also just got his new set of braces !! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!! They are amazing and so amazing work!! Dr. Neil is awesome and very pleasant !! You can tell the staff are happy to work with him, not for him!! Great team!! My daughter recently got her braces on & really likes the staff! Dr. Neil is so funny & outgoing too. She was nervous about getting her x-rays at first, but Rebecca helped to calm her down & made it a fun experience. Broad Street braces is a very friendly place. Its really chill, but professional at the same time. The atmosphere is great, nothing but positivity. Went to get a new retainer recently, it was quick and easy. My sister Amanda did all my scans and the staff was also friendly. Plus I have the mold of my teeth if I lose/break my retainer I can reuse it. In a couple of weeks I received my retainer and they fit perfectly. Thanks broad street braces!
My son and I are new to this orthodontic office and when I say we have been made to feel completely welcomed and comfortable, I mean it ❤️. From the receptionists that has checked us in each time to the entire dental team we have been made to feel extremely welcomed. I’ve had the pleasure of working directly with Megan, one of the newest staff members there, and when I say I had no idea that she was new to the team, I didn’t know. From her professionalism down to her great, caring personality she was just awesome. I would recommend anyone to seek services from this great team!
The people who work here are extremely nice. They seem to have a large staff and an office equip with the newest x ray machines. They run very efficiently and are really friendly. I was told I needed a bunch of unnecessary surgeries (one of which required me to have one of my front teeth pulled and walk around with a missing tooth until the braces closed the hole a half a year later). I had visited several other doctors and not one ever suggested any of these procedures. I should have known they would pull this because one of the first things the assistant said to me was that I had great insurance. They showed me two total payment options. One with the pork they added and one with just braces, the one with just braces was $700 more than the other doctors. Those X Ray machines don’t pay for themselves I suppose.
AMAZING STAFF. Dr. Neil and Omar are amazing. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a great treatment plan and ever lasting results that look AMAZING. Overall, i am super pleased with Broad Street Braces
It is hard for me to leave a bad review but i think i should share my story so people know and avoid it. its been a year after i took off my braces. On the day i got them taken off, the man working on my teeth he shaped down the tooth 19 which has been under sensitivity for months. That tooth had a big filling and he did not know that and kept drilling and left my tooth painful. after that Dr Neil came over and said it looked fine while i was in pain. I was sad and speechless because i did not want to complained or did anything hurt their business. on the Same day i went on my dentist appointment for cleaning after my braces were taken off. My doctor said they cant fix it with filling and it was in need of a crown that i wasnt expecting it because i want my own teeth. i had to move to Colorado in couple days after everything happened. I was so silly not to speak out and asked them to pay for it. when i moved to Colorado, i have been so buy. Now after months i find a place to fix it with a crown it look good but that tooth is still sensitive.i think this place did good job on people but they need to help people to fix the issue. I should have asked them to pay for my crown which cost me a lot of money.
Broad street braces was amazing. I went in for a consult and got my braces put on the same day. Trinh was absolutely was amazing. She was so sweet and took her time with my teeth. Loved my experience!❤️❤️❤️❤️

I just got my braces on 3 months ago and so far Ive seen so much progress. Initial consultation took me 30 minutes from the point my appointment was scheduled to when the doctor came in with the results of my free teeth X-rays to explain what my options for treatment were. I paid 3,600 for my braces with a $300 down payment. They have beeen responsive by phone after the braces went on. I can’t complain at all with their services.
I got my braces off today and I couldnt be happier with the result and entire experience. My teeth look AWESOME, the overbite is gone and Im so happy with my smile! I dont normally write reviews but I really am thankful for Broad Street Braces and will be sure to send friends. Great place.

They are horrible for children! Poor customer service! Brackets come loose easily. I made my son an apt told the representative we moved out of the city asked if the had partnership with any orthodontist in my new location... they refused to continue to see my Child once I told them I relocated threatened to take the braces off.. once I agreed, they told me that they weren’t going to take them off. My advice is go somewhere else!

Ive had my braces done before in a different country and it did not turn out well. I was so sad that I had to find help. I wanted my smile to be beautiful. I came to broad street braces and that assured me my Ike will be beautiful again and that I had nothing to worry about. I knew I was in good hands from there on out. I am pleased with this Orthodontist location because they are very prompt with appointments. Its never a long wait. The staff is kind and willing to fix misunderstandings quickly. They actually play relaxing music in the office. My favorite staff member is Trinh because she answers questions gracefully. Trinh always greets me with a smile. Glad I chose this dental office.

Trinh and Dr. Neil was very great with my first time experience helped me with all my concerns and was very patient with my nervousness. Definitely recommend them for kids or adult. Clean and peaceful environment!!!

2022-01-26As an adult, I was super anxious about embarking on the journey to get braces. I chose BSB because Dr. Neil treated me with respect. No question is too dumb to ask. He always greets me with a smile and checks in, so that I felt comfortable. Plus my teeth look great. I highly recommend this practice for orthodontic care.

2022-03-02First and foremost Dr.Neil went above and beyond for me the two years I had braces. I was skeptical about getting braces again because I had a horrible experience with DelliGatti orthodontics. Dr. Neil U. staff is amazing and the environment, positive energy at all times. He customized my retainers so my teeth never move since I have to get implants. He also offered to fix my gums since I’ve always been self conscious about them. He didn’t have to, but he met all my needs and wants. I’m obsessed with my teeth and he truly blessed me. I highly recommend this place. Incredible experience! Don’t play with BSB!

2021-10-13Dr. Uffner and his entire staff is wonderful! They were gentle with my son when putting on his braces and explained everything in detail. They followed up after every visit and were always accessible to answer questions. They were so accommodating when we had a deadline to try to reach for a big milestone for our son. They did everything within their power to reach that date and my sons teeth cooperated! We loved our experience at Broad Street Braces and would have zero reservations about recommending them to our friends and family. We will be using them again as soon as my younger child is ready for braces!
