Perfect experience. I went to a different computer store up the street and they told me what I was looking for didnt exist, even though I knew it did. They recommend Bundy to me. I told the gentleman what I was looking for and when he was sold out, he recommended to me a different product. It worked perfectly!
Went to get my screen replaced in 2016 for MacBook Pro Retina - they charged me full price for a screen replacement and SURPRISE - they didn’t replace the screen with a comporable retina screen. Just a basic LCD. Incredibly disappointing.
I purchased a Clear HotSpot from Bundy Computer. I decided to return it within the 30 day return period that Clear provides refunds for as part of their guarantee. Because I no longer had the original packaging, Bundy Computer refused to accept the return. Fortunately, Clear allowed me to return the product directly to them.I thought that going to such a well-established business would ensure exceptional customer support - I was wrong. It appears they are only interested in making the sale. They will have no return business from me - and I will warn others to stay clear of their business.
This place is awesome...I called Michael, & he did the job the same day in 20 mins! He was friendly, kind, & patient. My Mac is running like new, Thank You!!!!!
If you have limited options and need a computer promptly, they have options for you. They are probably one of the last family owned computer stores in the city. They have a nice layaway plan as well.
Bundy has poor customer service. They dont wait on you right away even when no one is in the store. I came in and there was two guys that were doing nothing but looking at there computer or whatever and neither ask me for help or said I will be right with you.
Excellent customer service from Mike who exchanged my Clear Wifi devices, called Clear customer service to switch my account to the new device and even tested everything was working before letting me head home.
A small business with honest front desk personnel who do not try to upsell, proficient technicians, good prices and they deliver within the time frame promised.
Been working with Bundy for nearly 25 years and still a happy customer.

2022-03-23This place has been in business for years and we trust them with all of our computer needs. My mother used to get my computers and such from here when I was a kid so I remembered how reliable they are. My MacBook Pro which we bought from Bundy’s years ago (it is extremely old, late 2012, but it was working FINE) stopped working, wouldn’t charge despite the charger being new, wouldn’t charge with a different charger, and wouldn’t power on at all no matter what I tried, and I tried a lot of stuff I looked up online. Well I contacted Bundy’s who told me to bring it on in and when I did, they determined that whatever the problem was was a fluke and shouldn’t happen again. They ran some diagnostics to make sure and got my computer up and running and changed a few settings. They even said it’s operating on 80% battery strength which is fine for a super old computer, so they wouldn’t even let me try to just buy a new battery. Of course I expected to pay for that and even tried to insist but they told me they couldn’t dare charge me for doing that because it was basically nothing. Well the “nothing” they did had has my computer back up and running strong for weeks now. I not only appreciated their honesty, but this of course added to the trust I already had for them. Highly recommend.

2021-05-31I drove an hour to get my computer fixed here (after every other repair shop turned me down) and it was well worth the drive!Before discovering Bundy, I brought my 2017 iMac to an Apple store to get a memory upgrade (after already speaking to a support technician who scheduled an appointment for me). Even though I had an appointment specifically for an upgrade, the Apple “genius” told me it was impossible to upgrade my version. When I finally convinced them to research my model and see that it WAS possible they told me that THEY couldn’t do it, and that I should take it to an authorized repair technician.So I called an authorized Apple technician a little closer to me and they too proceeded to tell me that it was IMPOSSIBLE to upgrade my Mac and that no technician would do it. But I knew that it was possible, so finally after researching many videos on how to upgrade it myself, I decided to contact ONE MORE shop and that’s when I called Bundy Computers.David at Bundy was SO helpful and patient. He took the time to help me figure out my exact model (even waiting for me to start up my slow computer) and explained to me why most people will decline the upgrade. And because they knew I was driving from an hour away, they helped me arrange a time that was convenient for me and gave me an estimate of 3 hours for the upgrade (which was a pretty spot on estimate). My computer is now running so smoothly and I’m so happy I gave Bundy Computers a chance. Needless to say I would definitely recommend them!

2021-10-30They always provide me with the best knowledge about Apple Mac products, I purchased my first Mac Book pro with them years ago, and they give me excellant service. Im currently buying the new IMac with them, im just blessed that Bundys is around! 5 star status.

2021-03-24Were able to quickly assess data recovery possibility on the Mac that died on me. Generally appointment only. Apple stores Genius Bar didnt diagnose beyond a swollen battery. The rest of diagnostics and repair happen in their Service Center so you wont be able to get a quote until it gets there.

2021-07-12By far the BEST computer repair shop in the Delaware valley. This is my 2nd time getting work done on my MacBook here. They saved all my information and fixed the MacBook, service was Fast and the Price can’t be Beat hands down.

2020-06-30I bought my MacBook Air from here two years ago and I recently had to bring it in for a repair and I could not be more pleased with the service. They technicians quickly repaired it and kept me updated throughout the process, they even helped save me $200 on a part I needed. When I picked my laptop up I noticed they even cleaned my dirty laptop for me haha. I recommend them to everyone.

2018-08-15I went in to get my macbook airs battery replaced. The best part about Bundy Computers service is that you pay way less than if you had gone to the apple store for repairs. Additionally, I didnt have to make an appointment. I went to the store at my convenience, and they fixed my macbook in 30 minutes. I recommend this place to anyone who needs service for their apple products!

2018-05-07Coffee spilled on my laptop and infiltrated the hardware. Apple couldnt do anything for me. Bundy was able to retrieve ALL of my data (that I hadnt backed up...), and did so while maintaining constant and clear communication. They never made me feel silly for having tech problems as many other tech places seem to do. They answered all of my questions and were extremely nice. I would recommend Bundy to anyone. Thank you for saving all of my grad school work!!!
