I dont like to write bad reviews, but this B.K. leaves alot to be desired! We sat in the drive through for 30 minutes on a Saturday night. And all we ordered was milkshakes! There were 2 or 3 cars in front of us, and when they pulled up to order, they sat there for 5-10 minutes till someone finally took their order! There were no customers inside the building, and the employees were in absolutely no hurry. This place needs to hire more help or something!

Sat in drive thru for about maybe 30 mins. Long line. Probably 10 cars ahead of me. Had 2nd thoughts about stopping cause of the line was sooo long. Figured the food would be bad. Figured theyd just make it to make it to get the cars through. Got my food. Nice and hot, fresh and awesome. Fries were salted nice and hot. Even the 2 ladys that were at the windows were very polite and courteous. Great experience.

Avoid this BK. Its dirty and the food socks. Ordered 2 ChKing Deluxe sandwiches. One had obviously been made earlier and the other was fairly hot. Through them both away! Nasty!
This Burger King produces reliably tasty food and with an efficient, friendly staff, the wait in line is not unreasonable. Try the Big Fish sandwich. It is surprisingly good.
Good Burger King location. Had a much more laid back atmosphere than other locations Ive been to. I was there on Saturday around 7 pm and there was no crowd at all, and we were the only ones there. They got the order right and the service was fast. They had those cool spatula door handles too like some of the other locations. All in all it was a pleasure of a fast food dining experience.
How does your drive-through line not move for almost 15 minutes? Thats what I experienced today around 2 oclock. After waiting that long myself and several other vehicles then decided they werent waiting any longer.
Got here at 12:30pm (its now 12:54), drive thru line almost out of the parking lot, line for dine in to the door, 5 patrons now waiting for dine in food for at least the past 15 minutes. Obviously something is not right here. I only see a total of 4 employees. One in the drive thru payment are who is basically standing around doing nothing while the drive thru expeditor, front counter team member, and manager in the grill run around like chickens with their heads cut off. This is the 2nd time in recent weeks it has been like this on a weekend.
Food wasnt bad but as usual no napkins or sauces included. Also wish they would invest in drink cups that didnt dicenegrate at the bottom when left in car for the night. Still love the rodeo cheeseburger though!

I wanted to try the new pretzel roll burger, but I got what I got a double Whopper with lots of bacon😟 it was good, but thats not I wanted. I couldnt finish it, to big.Please note this Burger King off rte 22 is in need of a complete cleaning. From the time you walk through the glass double doors. It is terribly dirty and we were there before the lunch crowd. Two straws were left in the holder where you fetch you on beverages, a sticky mess all over. The floor and table looked very uncleaned. I think it needs an all-night crew to come in to scrub the place from top to bottom. Sorry to see this happen to a convenient fast food place. 👎

For a fast food restaurant I actually really like it. It doesnt make me nauseous like McDonalds. The coupons are also amazing. I like it. The burger actually has tomatoes and lettuce.
Spent 36 minutes in the drive through, after thinking I could order curbside and then found out they didnt do curbside. Then the burger fell through the bun as the mayonnaise was more like a liquid than a solid. Used to like the flavor of BK, but now Ill take a McDonalds over a Whopper every day of the week
Stopped by to get a Strawberry milk shake for my wife. Also used a coupon to get two Whoppers and two French fries for $3.99. We were both pleased with the food and drink. The staff handled our order professionally and efficiently. We will return.
Worst managed Burger King I have ever been to. Issues with almost every order.
I have been to this Burger King a couple of times and have always gotten hot and fresh food. I have not eaten inside, only gone through the drive though. The associates were friendly and entered in the orders correctly each time. Once or twice the lines seem to have taken forever. Not sure if that was from the people working or the people ordering in front of me. Located right off of RT. 22 and easy enough to be off and on of interstate 81.
UPDATE: I posted new pictures taken on New Years Eve 2019. Because my review states that this is a clean restaurant, I was appalled to see the condition it was in that day. The staff was thin, and while they had their good attitude intact under the stressful conditions, I cant overlook the mess the kitchen area was in. I will check in next month and I hope I can take this warning down.This Burger King is clean and it has great employees. I dock it one star because it is cold. No matter the time of year, the indoor temperature is below normal. In the winter I keep my coat on! And Im that person who wears tank tops as soon as the snow melts.Otherwise, I recommend this restaurant. Just keep your coat on.
Ordered 3 impossible Whopper meals, (easy... the most complicated thing was 1 raspberry iced tea, 1 sweet tea, and 1 Unsweetened tea. 😏. I was impressed that they were smart enough to serve the drinks first;😆 the burgers and fries.

Placed order at drive-in window at 4:30pm on October 31, 2019. I was asked to pull up to parking spot and they would bring my order out to me. I sat in my car for 25 minutes no one brought my order.I went inside waited 10 minutes, then the girl said Oh I have your order sitting over here and handed it to me. Of course it was cold, so I asked for a new order. The girl did provide a new order but never apologized.
They did it me again!! Two of the last three visits when I arrived home with my takeout there was food missing that I ordered and paid for. Was missing the chicken nuggets. Totally incompetent and/or ignorant employees. If you go (and you probably shouldnt) you have to take everything out of the bag to ensure you havent been shorted. Im starting to think they do this on purpose.

Not the first time this location has been rude. The staff at this location are not intelligent. When ordering. I requested a BACON croissant and the drive through staff wants me to say it all ~~~ bacon egg and cheese. Why???? It makes no sense. They have these three sandwiches. I specified! Then they get attitudes. People dont realize that people walk /drive to spend their money. I wont spend money at this location again. I ordered decaf coffee with sugar and cream and they added it to the coffee. Why? Some people want them to; but I did not. One more example of having to be super specific and request sugar and cream on the side.
Waited 25 minutes for our food. Manager told us there order machine wasnt working. Sorry our bad, we shouldve went to chick-fil-a. Wouldve cost us the same amount of time and the food wouldve been better. One star is to generous for this place
If I could give this BK zero stars I would. It was busy when we got there. Waited to order for about 10 minutes. When we got to the register a manager yelled at the cashier to stop taking orders they we were too busy. What?!?! Thats when we walked out and went elsewhere. Awful management and the worst customer service. That manager should be fired!
Slow. Fast food is supposed be fast. Waited quite a bit for two small burgers and some onion rings. As I waited, watched two people come back in because they forgot to a drink at the drive-thru. Joint is old, smells, and looks unclean. Manager has an attitude gave some customers dirty looks when complaints came in.I do not recommend.

The Burger King on Jonestown Rd is awesome. The staff is friendly and I love taking my grandson there for breakfast and lunch. Although the tacos are not so good. I have had many problems at the one in Union Deposit!

Short staffed and took way to long to get our food and the person running the register was not friendly at all. Ordered chicken nuggets and onion rings and just handed me my bags very dismissively without asking if I wanted any sauces. Just was not happy.
I dealt with perhaps the most rude employee in America. Just in town for a few days so I am glad that I likely will never have to deal with this Burger King again. Not enough employees. The few that were there were multi-tasking. Turned fast food into delayed food. Dirtiest bathroom Ive ever seen. Made Scottish pub bathrooms look clean (movie reference - check out Trainspotting). Whoppers were literally thrown together. High point: they got the no onions right. Sunday between 5 and 6 and for a while we were the only ones there. Not a shock. Avoid at all costs.
Your competitors down the street were short employees and everything was lined up taking forever.Was thinking you guys did breakfast and drove to see. Lady at drivethru was helpful and super nice. Fantastic breakfast and will be coming here on weekends when I work.
This Burger King is always inconsistent. One time you can get a halfway decent sandwich. And the next your sandwich is completely wrong. Last time we were there which was about a week ago, I ordered a junior Whopper without onions junior Whopper was cold the bread was stale and it came with an onion. Fries were not fresh. Went up to the manager and told her the problem and she gave us our money back...

Good drive thru service. Food good for Burger King. Their 10 nuggets for $1 are always old and dry when I go there. Icee machine was down on a Saturday afternoon- of course.
I stop at this place about once a month and the Drive Thru is usually slow so I decided to go inside and see if it was any quicker... WASTE OF TIME! I stood at the counter for 7 minutes and no one even acknowledged my presence. This was at 5pm and I was the only one in line. The Dining Room had about a dozen people seated so I know they were capable of taking orders and making food. Im done with this place. Ill just keep going to Wendys down the street.
Where to start, had to explain to the cashier what a cup was because after 5 minutes we still never got them, the food was rang up wrong and then it took another 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge that we were standing at the counter. To top it off we watched one of the workers drop the french fry bags onto the (very dirty) floor, then pick them up and start using them. Was disgusted! !!!!
Burger King is no different from the other fast food joints. Essentially they offer fast food loaded with salt at reasonable prices. But thanks to the in-store graphics sometimes a sandwich will catch your eye. Youll have a weak moment and breakdown and buy it despite your intention of living healthy. Today that sandwich was their Fried Buffalo Chicken on a bun. Tasty? Absolutely. Healthy? Anything in moderation is my retort.
You are supposed to get dipping sauce with each order of fries for free. I ordered a meal and an extra order of fries. They gave me one dipping sauce and I had to buy any more I wanted.

Sat in drive thru 4 10 minutes did not move an inch. Went inside and spent another 10 minutes waiting. Watched 3 people after me get their order and I finally asked about my order and they questioned me that did you get anything. Guess who wont be going back there again.

They gave me 3 torn bacons that was supposed to be 3 slices of bacon. The burger meat was extra dry. And the sourdough sandwich is trash.

Was just there...waited patiently for 10:30 to arrive...wanted a whopper. The only person in the place...at 10:30 I walked up to cash register...waited 5 minutes and nobody waited on me...so I left. No wonder they get 3.5 stars...I won’t be back

It’s your typical Burger King nothing special about it the food is good for a Burger King. That’s why I gave it four stars because that’s what it deserved if it was more special than any other Burger King then I would give it more stars.
As far as fast food goes, this BK has pretty great service. I like the remodel, and it seems clean enough.

Whopper Jr was fair. Drinks are $1.79 Small $1.99 medium and 2.19 large. McDonalds dollar for all sizes. If you have a coupon for a meal drinks are extra over and above your coupon......

This place is horrible I used to work there they let stuff sit in a non cooled area on the prep table your cheese before it’s out on your whopper or cheese buger sits and get hard and nasty and they still use it they have dropped a box of meat on the floor and still had pepole use it foul place and corrupt management

2022-05-10I feel so bad for the staff here, they need more!! They always get my order right but the Line here is always so darn long! They just finally opened back up the inside so you can always go in when Drive Thru is busy. Never really have a problem here besides that... Love a fast food place that can get the order CORRECT 99% of the time! :)

2022-05-10I love burger King but Ive had several orders to be messed up. Theres never enough staff working. People just dont wanna work I guess. They have been nice about fixing my orders with no problem. Honestly I know that these are young people working and its a lot to remember what to put on a burger. Soooo Im not gonna be aKaren. They just need to have more staff and all will be ok.

2022-02-07The employees at this location are PHENOMINAL!! However, they are overworked. If you are short staffed, as most places are these days, you need to accommodate to your employees to keep them happy. Fast food loactions will always have customers, but you need employees to keep things running, they should be the first priority. This location should not have had their lobby open today, 2/7/22. My heart goes out to the staff! Keep your heads up, youre doing great!

2022-03-26We sat in line for 20 minutes and when we got to the speaker we again waited for 5 to 6 minutes waiting for someone to take our order.After waiting 25 minutes, we left and never ordered.We went to Brother Joes pizza and it was good and quick.I say, forget Burger King and go to Brother Joes pizza.

2021-01-02This location is known for slacking of their burger making skills, but not today. I ordered a Whopper Jr with extra tomatoes and pickles, and what I got was picture perfect masterpiece. Keep up making burgers like this and I will gladly come back.

2022-02-05First of all no grilled chicken! And they never give you a napkin. When I asked for 1 the girl tried to give me a stack of like 8 of them. I told her I only need one. So she handed me one and slammed the window shut. I got nuggets because Im limited as to what I can have and you have to get 8. 4 going in the trash. The 4 I ate should have gone in the trash because they were gross!

2021-09-26Forgot two orders of fries and onion rings. Gave me an attitude when I wanted the rest of my order. When I received my fries and onion ring they were half full.

2022-03-26While the staff is over worked. $11.57 for a Whopper with cheese and a med fry? No drink, is outrageous. I will not be back to any Burger King again. The only thing king there, is their prices.

2020-09-30We ordered 2 Jr. Whoppers with Cheese at 11AM.Both were sold ICE COLD. WOW.Went back and explained. Got 2 new ones and guess what?Still Cold!The Staff needs to be Reprimanded and Trained. #R76
