I had a really good experience working with this contractor and their staff. I recently had a new water service, water heater, and boiler installed. They were very responsive to my requests during the installation and afterwards. Highly recommend!
These people were great, they answered phone! 😁, Very polite, sent a professional out within an hour, it took them less than 15 minutes, my clogged main drain was fixed. I will definitely recommend Buzz to friends and family no doubt.
Asked them to come work on a commercial boiler at my place of employment and had to pay an employee to wait for them to arrive between 9am and Noon. After 3 phone calls to their office they showed up around 3:30pm.I dont have a problem with them being late, but I do have a problem with them not communicating that they would be 3-4 hours late.They assessed the problem and determined that it was too late in the day to begin a repair. They said that they would call the next day to arrange a time to come back. They never called, or showed up. That was 6 weeks ago.
The folks that fixed my broken trap were a pleasure to work with. I had sewage backing up into my basement which was an utter nightmare - especially because I have two tenants that also live on the property. They came out first thing in the morning, and worked straight through until about 6:30p. All is fixed and I can flush again without worrying about a nasty, nasty mess. I wish I could remember their names, because Id like to thank them again for giving me peace of mind. I could breath again...
Who came out the same day and they did a positive thing you got the job then
I was waiting for the guy that does AC and Heating unit to come back off vacation. The secretary did not know when he was coming back, she told me, she was going to call him and call me back, that was two week ago,in the meantime R&R Mechanical Service came in and did excellent job
I called them after hours and they responded less than 24 hours later. They came out and told me what I needed and also made recommendations. They are honest, timely, and affordable. Ive used them in the past and will continue to use them in the future.
Did a great job replacing my leaking main shut off compression valve, to a brand new ball valve. At an affordable price as well!
Great experience I had a heater inspection for U&O on time worker was informative , drove a nice lettered van wiped his feet before entering i will recommend to family and friends

2021-12-30Happy holidays Buzz Duzz Plumbing. This review is long and long overdue. If you live in a very old home a cast iron boiler plumber may be hard to find. In prep for major surgery I wanted to make sure that my house was warm and comfortable during my recovery. It was not last winter. Pockets of cold areas in the radiator system along with a pump that shut off without reason from time to time left the house with such a chill. The pipes connected to a relatively new bolder had started to turn green. And one of my radiators started to leak. None of the plumbers I contacted work with cast iron. Finally i contacted a company that sells radiators and she gave me a list of only 6 companies. I choose Buzz Duzz (what a great name.) Mr Buzz came out and surveyed my entire system like an old veteran. (I was surprised at the youthful appearance of Mr Buzz). He made me aware of many things. Firstly, the boiler have been wrongly installed by the first contractor. Also he overcharged me by a few thousand dollars..that hurt. The contractor installed the pump upside down so the pressure was limited. It caused corrosion and infrequent shut offs. My pipes began to turn green. My dining room was warm, my living room was cold, my bathroom cold, bedroom half warm/cold, etc. The piping was too small and the chimney was never cleaned out so i was also experiencing a potential carbon monoxide poison issue. The piping was too small. The overflow tank was improperly ordered, replaced and hung. The shut off valve was installed wrong. Couplings were wrong and so on and so on. Its amazing it ran at all. PGW came out twice turn on the gas with these safety issues in place some of which contradict their own safety codes. I later spoke to PGW they said it wasnt their job BUT had they made me aware I would not have used that contractor again. It was the first job I gave him after a fire, had I known it was done wrong i would not have given him other work in the home some of which was also was also poorly done.Buzz have me a good quote and told me he would be sending 3 expert plumbers that would show up early and work all day. Stan, Dan and tenacious Tom came out a few months later early and worked all day. Three extremely experienced and knowledgeable plumbers replaced all the piping to the boiler with brand new superior grade piping and increased width pipes. Installed the proper overflow tank in the proper place. Replaced/ installed the pump right side up. Squeaky cleaned the chimney stack. Replaced several bleeder valves and bled the system. Now my system runs so smooth with power and my entire house is warm even unexpectedly..my basement. My grand nieces and nephews when they visit sleep in the basement. Now no theres no carbon monoxide poison leak possibility and no winter colds. No constant shut offs, no cold rooms. My boiler/heater looks fantastic and i am recovering in utmost comfort. I was fortunate in the timing of these repairs so mangy shortages and in my choice of company. I hope these crafts continue to be handed down to youth. 2022-06-09I had a valve leak under my sink. I called and left a message after hours and they were here the next day at 1130! Very professional, explained everything and cleaned up. Highly recommend them.

2020-03-16Had major work done - new heater, plumbing and new waste pipes, etc. Buzz Duzz guys did everything in two days - they were quick, efficient and very professional. They even cleaned and swept up afterwards! Yes, if you need any heating or plumbing work - hire Buzz Duzz!

2018-07-06I called Buzz Duzz this morning for a plumbing leak in my aunts house. Christine in the office was great and they sent someone out within the hour. The plumber that was sent, Joe, was excellent. Very professional, courteous, and speedy service. Price was good as well. From the office staff to the technicians, everyone was on point. I would highly recommend Buzz Duzz Plumbing Heating and Air !!

2020-03-04I just had a huge plumbing Issue with my sewer pipes from the inside my house to outside where the curb ends. I know it would be a big job but Buzz Duzz came with many crew members and got the job done in 1 day. They even mopped the hallway from there foot tracks. I am so very grateful of the work they did and how fast they did it! Thank you Buzz Duzz

2018-04-23Let me start off by saying that Buzz Duzz Plumbing is by far the best plumbing company that I have ever had the privilege of doing business with. After a devastating house fire in 2014 and having all brand new plumbing installed throughout the entire home, something was just not right. The first week that we moved back in our plumbing backed up and has been a constant problem ever since. After contacting the original company who did the work, namely Plumbarama (Bensalem) (see my not so wonderful review on them), they were complete jerks. I had plumber after plumber out to no avail. My plumbing continued to back up. It would back up in every conceivable location....into my laundry room, all toilets, my showers and kitchen sink. It was a total disaster! That was until I contacted Buzz Duzz. I was put in contact with Buzz himself, and what an amazing guy! He took the time to listen and understand my situation. He allowed my the opportunity to ask questions and actually gave me some education on how plumbing worked. He dispatched his guys that very same day. Two of the nicest technicians came out, took their time and finally after four years of this nonsense determined what the problem was. It was a nice malicious gift left behind from the work done during the house fire construction!!! But thanks to Buzz Duzz my plumbing has been trouble free and working great ever since. These guys were so thorough, professional, courteous and trustworthy I will never use another company again. I highly recommend Buzz Duzz, I just wish there were more companies out there like them.

2018-07-11I honestly cant say enough about Buzz! From the very friendly, helpful receptionists (who actually answered the phone unlike other plumbers), to Chris who came out to fix my leaky toilet. Chris was very polite, friendly and efficient! I think this will definitely be our new plumbing service!
