I was working on buying a 2020 ram big-horn here, $36,900. The deal was sealed and was there today to finish the process. Over 5 hours into this process over two days and I found a long dent along the rocker panel on the driver side. I could have sworn it was not there when we sealed the deal days earlier but it was pretty bad. Carfax is clean also. They would not do anything for me other than $500 off. The fix would be thousands no doubt. I decided to walk.C. Harper claims its identity to be loyalty, integrity, quality and customer service, but there was no apology or way to make right after hours lost on a vehicle. Not even a comparable vehicle in one of the lots was looked into. I called Troy, the manager after thinking about the customer service treatment and he told me they talked to another sales person, and that it was known the truck had a wrecked part and that it sold the week before and the same thing happened. Definitely not good business or integrity on behalf of C. Harper.Overall that call ended up, go look on our website and find something then. We already know your trade in value and credit score.I expected more from a company that claims to be the best price, everytime, all the time.**Update- 4/18 and I have yet to hear from anyone about the issue. Will update review if this changes.
My lease on my Mazda was coming to an end. I didnt pay attention that cars were SO hard to find right now! No one had a car to even test drive.. except for C. Harper Ford. Spoke with Nyoah and arranged the test drive of the Bronco Sport and liked it but it was not the engine or color I hoped for. Within one WEEK, Nyoah called that the Exact Bronco Sport Bad Lands was AT THE DEALER! Arranged thru the week price, logistics, etc and picked up our new Bronco! Nyoah and his group really worked with us for price, payment and explained in detail how the industry is right now. Very friendly, very informative, never rushed us. Definitely recommend C. Harper and very happy to now be part of the C. Harper family
Security guard Sunday decides to cuss me and my girlfriend out while looking at vehicles telling us to get the F out of here we can’t be here looking at vehicles when I’m clearly looking at 60+ thousand dollar vehicles one was a white Ford platinum and the other was a red Ford raptor the security guard was in a white Chevy Cruz older African-American gentleman. Clearly they need to look into this definitely not good for business…..
Absolutely shameful. This company becomes rude and unwilling to work with you if you have a pre approval from an outside bank. A MILITARY affiliated bank at that. Needless to say, we walked away and will be shopping with another dealership that is NOT C. Harper Ford. 🖕🏼 What a disservice and complete waste of time as we drove over 2 hours to get there.
Poor!!Very disappointed!Bought a 2021 ford ranger and rear door warped out at the bottom.Drove a hour to have repaired.Waited a hour and a half and was told that I would have to go to body shop down the road.Went there and was told no one could look at it that day.Rescheduled for following week.Drove there and was told guy wasnt there to look at it.Lady (Destiny)took pictures and said someone would call me .Its been 5 days and still no one has contacted me!After paying 40k for a truck I expected to be treated better!Disappointed in the truck and the service.Waisted 6 hours and a tank of gas and still my problem exist!I was always a Dodge guy and thought Ford had a better program.Poor gas milage and poor service!!!!

Recently purchased a 2021 Bronco Sport from C. Harper Ford in December 2021. First time ever browsing their inventory, let alone working out a deal. Decided to give them a try since the Bronco Sport was an in demand vehicle, and challenging to find. Unlike several other Ford dealers, C Harper was not selling the Bronco Sport for above MSRP, which is what specifically peaked my interest in the dealership. Sales representative Jeff Pikulsky helped confirm the vehicle was en route to their lot. Worked with Jeff to value my trade in, reach a payment, and have 90% of the paper work finished before the vehicle ever arrived. Jeff, along with financing staff, was all very professional, easy to communicate with, and always responded to any texts, calls, or emails. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience there. I drove about 90 minutes from home to their lot, passed 3 other Ford dealerships along the way, but can honestly say it was well worth it.
I went to C Harper to look at a used Subaru. After calling ahead, Pete M. had the car sitting out front, cleaned, and ready to go. He is an excellent sales person to work with with a very low pressure approach while being informative and answering all of my questions. After deciding on the car, the finance manager, Clint F. made the the process painless. Both Pete and Clint are second to none and I highly recommend asking for them while at C Harper. They should re-name this place C harper auto auction I had an appointment to look at a truck made 2 days in advance reason being I am a busniess owner and that was the soonest i could make it there. Mike in sales gave me a call a couple hours before the appointment telling me they took a deposit on the truck and someone else was able to make it there before me to look at it didnt even offer me a chance to put deposit on it at all. Wouldnt recommend doing busniess with this establishment there is no loyalty money talks customer care walks . They will sell a car to someone while your filling out the paperwork for it. Needless to say me and my business will look elsewhere for vehicles. Thanks for the follow up I found a review there you guys did just that if anyone is interested I can send you the review this dealer is full of LIES!!!
We were so pleased with our visit to C. Harper Kia. We recently traded our 2015 Chevy Traverse in, which we purchased from C. Harper Chevrolet. Kevin sold us a 2019 KIA Sorento and we love it. Eric was able to get us a lower interest rate and kept us at a comfortable payment.

I called again today and hung up. Then, I went to the website and chatted with their chat professional, Jennifer. She said she would forward the message to the service department. I still have not heard from anyone.UPDATE: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I received a call shortly after posting the 1st review. They explained a new call center staff member mistakenly sent my calls to the wrong department. After being contacted by the correct person, the matter was resolved immediately!This is the kind of service I expect from C. Harper! I personally deal with their Ram dealer in Connellsville. The Connellsville location should be the model for the entire C. Harper family of dealerships.

Just purchased a 2021 Ford Bronco Sport. My sales consultant Pete M. Was amazing!!! Never once did I feel pressured or hassled to purchase my vehicle. I have used C.Harper for a long time mostly because of the convenience of their location to my job but to be completely honest. I do not think I have ever had a good experience while dealing with their service centers whether it was GM or Ford. I just got my vehicle serviced last Thursday/Friday and once again I did not have a great experience. I guess I would say deal with them at your own risk. If there was another Ford dealership close enough for me to use during the week I would in a second but because of convenience Im stuck using them.
Great folks made the deal easy and painless . Cant say enough about how well Jeff Pikulsky handle the deal right from the phone calls up to leaving . Made sure we were well informed about the truck we wanted and took his time to insure we knew how to operate all the bells and whistles . It was well worth the 2 hour drive from Punxutawny to Bell Vernon . We also would like to thank Dino for going above and beyond explaining the contract and listening to what our needs were and not trying to sell us something we didnt need. Highly recommend trying them first for your next auto deal.
Took my F -150 to C. Harper Ford for needed service. When I bought the vehicle there in January, it was a wonderful experience from, start to end. However, getting my vehicle serviced there was the exact opposite experience.I phoned the day before, (8-3-21) and asked the Service Tech Tim for my total and was quoted $485.00.The next day when I attempted to pick my vehicle up, (8-4-21) the same Service Tech informed me my bill was now $850.00. After 30 minutes of explanation and double talk, which included a statement from the Service Tech Tim that We record all of our phone calls , implying that I was being untruthful, I asked to listen to the recorded phone call with the Service Tech and the Service Mgr. both present and was informed that buisness hours were over and the option to do so was not available.At this time I left the service dept, without my vehicle and without another ride to return to pick it up. After leaving the service dept, I received a phone call from the Service Mgr. stating there was a mistake, and he further stated that my bill would be adjusted.The following day, (8-5-21) I phoned the dealership at 9 AM, and spoke to Service Tech Tim and informed him that I did not have another ride to pick up my vehicle, and asked that the dealership bring my vehicle to my workplace. Service Tech Tim agreed to do so, and I provided the address to my workplace and told him I am finished with work at 430 PM. Service Tech Tim responded by saying that a copy of the adjusted bill would be in the vehicle when it was delivered.At 330 PM on 8-5-21, I received a call from Service Tech Tim stating the dealership did not have the man power to deliver my vehicle, 1 hour prior to me finishing work, leaving me without my vehicle or a ride to pick my vehicle up. I would rate this service dept lower, but 1 🌟 is as low as it can go. I will never go back to. C. Harper Ford for service again!!!
Very insistent when theyre trying to sell. After youre out with a car beware because they will want nothing more to do with you.It is difficult getting through to anyone over the phone. If you get someone on the phone they will hardly allow you to talk.Service will not acknowledge what youre needing done unless they talk to the sales person and then the sales person relays it on the manager who washes his hand by saying they sell the used car however cannot get the Jeep parts through their parts department because they are a Ford Dealership, and that a person buys a used car based on how they see it.So yes, it is our bad we did not notice the defect until papers were signed off and were ready to ride it away, by that time they had all left because it was closed and then they make you drive there just to tell you they will do nothing about it!At least be honest and show your clients all the defects! And then honesty does not sell! Does it?
It took a week to get an appointment on a truck that was undrivable because of a recall from Ford - seems unreasonable and thank goodness Im retired. Im also surprised that out of pocket charges for a supposedly free of charge recall from Ford ends up to be $140 (and $130 from another Ford garage). But, in this case, I didnt feel as though I was being ripped-off as was the case with Meegan (Davies) Ford in Mt. Pleasant. Lastly, communication with the customer to update the service progress could be better.Overall, the experience was not as bad here as it was at Meegan Ford and a little more time driving the truck will tell if the problem was actually fixed.
A wonderful and polite dealership.My Dad and I are going cross country from NY to San Diego.On the first night we started having the car misfiring. As soon as they opened, we went in. We were kindly greeted by Ryan who listened to us and explained their plan. He said he would keep us updated with the progress of the car and understood we were under a time constraint.They figured out the misfiring and replaced the coils. The job was finished much earlier than we had predicted. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Unfortunately, weren’t able to get the mechanic’s name.The associates at the Parts department and the cashier were all kind and were glad to answer my questions about chips and the Ford socks.Everyone there went above and beyond to service us and our car for our journey ahead.We don’t live in Pennsylvania, but we would highly recommend this dealership to any citizen or traveler experiencing car trouble.
Guys up at the truck center were nice and polite in belle vernon. I was getting my ECU/PCM looked over and front end alignment. Whole thing took almost three days. I waited for the truck after I paid for it, i waited until almost closing time before it was done on the second day. They said the truck needed an ECU/PCM update. Noone called my grandfather or myself to let us know it was ready. They blamed It on the phones not working, if thats the case they need those looked at. But Paul was polite throughout the process which is why I might be back another day.
We went today to look at a 2011 Ford Explorer. Matt was an absolute gem. He was so understanding to our needs for our family and where we wanted to be price point. He wasnt pushy at all and that was such a breath of fresh air from dealing with other dealerships. We will definitely recommend him to everyone we know. Cant thank him and the whole staff for all they did for us!!.. We are in love with the vehicle and definitely worth the hour drive!!... Thank you again!!!!!
I was very disappointed after driving an hour to look at Ford Broncos to discover they had none in stock when their website showed that they had 7. The salesman that greeted us at the door informed us that the website displays in small print that they were “in transit.” And Ford was responsible for updating their inventory. Sorry doesn’t even cover the gas.
After buying a 2019 Chevy Colorado from these guys, 2 days later I discovered the spare tire was 30 inch diameter and the other 4 tires were 33 inch. The leadership decided not to give me the correct spare tire to be compatible with the other tires. SAFETY ISSUE. So, I have a useless spare tire at this point. They will not even speak to me on the phone. Tried several times to have them correct the issue. Do the right thing, is all Im asking.
I purchased a used f150 there last week, the salesman I set up an appointment with was Marc. I surprised him and showed up an hour early and he was meeting with another customer but he made sure I got to look at and do what I needed. When trying to negotiate prices I had an issue with insurance that lasted until 11 when I left with the truck. Mark and the finance director tirelessly helped me 2 hours past closing time until it worked out. I am very pleased with the service I received and the vehicle I purchased. It was a great, painless experience and where I’ll be buying my next vehicle!
Car went into the dealership for a purge valve recall (2013 Ford Focus ST). Recall was performed improperly and now my car stalls and has a rough idle. They broke my car and then refused to finish the job because “the recall had already been performed”. Avoid this negligent dealership like the plague. There were several lawsuits about this issue and still they wouldn’t perform the fix.
Excellent experience with Mike Hamwey in sales. Im from Michigan and found a used truck in their inventory that I was looking for. Mike looking the truck over and gave me an accurate assessment of the condition. When I vame to pick it up he had it ready to go and got me in and out nice and fast. Zak was great in getting the paperwork all set for me. Recommend these guys for a great experience!

Something I wasnt expected to hear at Ford dealership is we dont have a Ford guy today, we have a Kia guy, so we cant troubleshoot your issueThe appointment was scheduled a month ago with a detailed explanation of the issues. Not only that no one called to confirm the appointment (as you usually did), but not even warned me there will no Ford guy that day?I just cant believe it happened to me.
Jim in the service dept. was amazing and great to work with. He kept us well informed and on top of everything. Highly recommend them for servicing of your vehicle. Transferred from Shultz Ford south due to horrible services in maintenance dept. Couldn’t be happier with C. Harper!!! Less yeehaw there and more CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I used this dealer for my yearly inspection, oil change & Tire rotation, was told I needed Brakes & Rotors, I was very pleased with the communication of my needs and the quality of the overall experience, I guess Im a little old school and was surprised by the cost of new rotors and pads, I guess everything on these newer vehicles are expensive. I used the shuttle service offered by C. Harper was extremely pleased with this service, Ralph was a great companion on the drive to and from. Overall I was very pleased with service.

Cannot express how pleased I am with my experience at this dealership. First dealing with Jess Moody after finding a vehicle online, she had a meet set up with Gary Dalton that evening to view the specific car. After finding that one wasnt what we were looking for, Gary spent a few hours with us finding the perfect Explorer! Answering any and all questions; this was the easiest car buying experience! Took the car in right away. Got state inspection and emissions check. Coolant flushed and replaced. Nice people went a salesman and he hooked up my phone to the car system. I bought the car new in 2012 and I feel you can buy a car anywhere but the service is what counts years later. They have always been very good. Loop
Went today interested in a 2015 Ford Fusion. Ended up taking time home for a good price. At another dealership we found the same car for 3000 more and with some stains on the ceiling. We got almost the same vehicle here for a good starting price and a great trade in price. Staff were very helpful and wanted to sell the vehicle unlike other dealerships. Not sure why all the other reviews were bad because we had a great experience here.
My sales person was Mike, he got me a great deal on my trade in, a great deal on the new car I purchased, and when I had some issues with my remote start he, as well as their nice service team, helped me to get it fixed, it took a few trips to get the problem sorted, but they did everything they could to help replace the malfunctioning part. Satisfied so far with how my remote start is now working properly.
My salesman was Sam and he was excellent and very patient during the whole process. Both Sam and Mark the sales manager was very instrumental in me getting the 2018 F-150 I absolutely loved. I would recommend Sam and the Charper group to anyone. It took a little bit to get where I wanted be payment wise and if I could give more than 5 stars I would!
WOW! Thats all I have to say about this car dealership! C. Harper went above and beyond for me and that is something I will never forget. My car broke down and I knew it was time to buy a new car. From all the great things Ive heard, I immediately called C. Harper. When I called I was looking to see if they could help me out,(and did they ever), with what I was looking for and what I was willing to spend. Not only did they help me get my old car from my house to their dealership, they had the exact car I was looking for ready to test drive as soon as I got there. The salesman, Jeff, I dealt with there was fantastic and very professional. Also they got me into my vehicle for a great price! Basically to sum this up, when anyone tells me that they are in the market to buy a vehicle I always recommend them to C. Harper. They make you feel like family there and that goes a long way.... Would never go anywhere else!!!
Went to browse the showroom... met a salesman. i dont remember his name but he was very nice but I also talked to his sales manager John, and john made me feel like he was not interested in dealing with me or being personable. My credit is perfectly fine and what I wanted was not unreasonable. i felt aggressively attacked and less like a customer and more like a target. Thanks john!
Great service, no pressure, great price. Salesperson Jeff Pikulksy went out of his way to find the exact car I wanted, something no one at any other dealership was willing to do. My closest local dealer wanted full MSRP. For an extra 15 minute drive I saved many thousands of dollars and worked with a great staff.
If youre looking for a new vehicle go see Scott Bickerton. Hes very friendly, low pressure/not trying to force you into a car, very knowledgeable and honestly cares for the product hes selling. Great experience again for my second car through him personally and when the time comes, a third! Had a great experience with both cars he sold me.
They had a mechanic that didnt do his job properly and caused damage to my car. I contacted them and they had me bring it in and went over everything and fixed it. They are also going to replace my 2 tires that were damaged due to the mechanics negligence. I am very happy to hear they terminated his employment because it could of been much worse than just my car damaged. Thanks Paul in the service department for correcting these issues.
I arrived about 15 minutes prior to my appointment but was served immediately by Cody. It didnt take long for Cody to get what he needed so I settled in with a complementary donut and coffee and began to read the newspaper I brought along. About an hour later, Cody came by to let me know the service to my Kia was completed. From that point, within 10 minutes i had paid my bill and was on the was home. Its just that easy!!
We have a 2018 F250 with 8000 miles. Took it today for a recall also to have it looked at because truck wont cold start. They told me sorry we dont know what is wrong with it. Youll have to bring it back and we can start it in the morning to see why it dosent start???? The truck is still new thats crazy. You can figure that out its 2020. Not to mention how unprofessional some of the staff are. They were video taping the manager saying look someone locked the keys in that van and we are watching him try to get it unlocked. Meanwhile they are in customer service people are there watching you somethings are not a joke.
I bought a 2017 f 250 powerstroke and had a really good experience with the buying processs. The sales person and I went to fill it up before I left to take it home. A day goes by and the water in fuel light comes on...( puts the truck in limp mode, no speed over 25mph) I take it back the next day, and they jump right on it... its good for a day or two, the light comes back on.. the tech discovered the fuel had something like 30% water in it.. come to find out the pump at the sunoco station had contaminated diesel.. knowing this wasnt my fault or Harpers they tried there hardest to fix the isses.The truck was in the service dept 6 times in total, until we decided to do a buy back from ford.. now I was happy they were going to get me another brand new truck, but we knew on both ends it was going to be a mightmare.. 2.5 months later I had my new truck.. nobodys fault just Fords protocol. They did however give me a new loaner in that 2.5 month period. long story short I ended up trading up to a higher model truck with some extra cash on top on my part and actually ended up getting what I initially wanted.. Mr Harper and the rest of the staff did the right thing and worked with the customer and made it right! Ill be back soon for another super duty thats for sure. Although I will definley not be purchasing fuel from the sunoco on RT 51 down the street from c harper.
Never had a problem till now. My transmission went out in my car and told me this is the last time they are fixing it (28k miles with 75k milage warranty). I left for work (work away for 2 weeks) and left the car there,10 days go by and no word yet on my car. Come to find out they started working on my car Saturday (closed on sunday) and I get home Tuesday. If my car is not done with me explaining the dead line and giving them 2 whole weeks to fix it my review will be updated to a 1 star
C Harper ford has had my mothers car since Feb 21st her motor blew. After her car warranty company finally got the approvals for everything the motor she chose didnt get placed in the car, C Harper took it upon themselves to place the wrong motor in the car. Now refuses to realise her probably back to her without payment of the 4,000 dollars that it cost for their mistake. Its criminal. Absolutely disgusting this major company taking advantage of a disabled woman. I hope one day something like this comes back around for the people taking advantage of her cause they deserve a place in hell.
I had a great experience during the purchase of my vehicle, however there was a problem with the taxes I was charged during the process. I understand that errors occur, however the manager, John Eberline, called me to request I come into the dealership to correct the problem. During our phone conversation, John refused to admit that the error was on behalf of C Harper Ford and did not apologize. I had to verbalize the idea that I have no problem paying the difference in taxes, but the professionalism and lack of ownership related to the error was extremely dissatisfying. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experiences with this manager, John Eberline.
Good FRIENDLY service with a nice waiting area with WiFi, coffee, water and free donuts! It’s a dealer; so obviously repairs will be a little more pricey than a “mom and pop” auto shop; but they always have supplies in stock and their mechanics go through continual trainings and have the latest updates!
Buyer beware to thrown under the bus!-I understand it was labor day and they were busy. We chose a Kia Soul, filled out the paperwork, approved, monthly payment would be this, about to get the key, then BAM! The car was sold from under us. After being there 2 hours we left. I spoke to a manager next day. I told him I didnt feel like it was right we sat for half an hour and did the paper work only not to get the car. He said several people were looking at the car at the same time. I said I seen online there were other kia like that. He had said he will see what can be done and call back. I explained we cant afford more than $200 a month payment but what our payment would have been was fine. He called back saying $200 down on a 2016 would be $340 a month and new is better in the long run. ??????????? Never going here again.
I was calling around before spending countless hours and days sitting in dealerships to make sure whatever dealership I went with could get me the car I wanted and could afford. We were looking for a Ford Expedition Max and the only one in our price range was in Maryland. When I called C. Harper , Cameron answered the phone in the sales department. Someone should really talk to him bc he is not selling people what they want! He looked at their inventory, said they didnt have any Maxs and tried to sell us a used Suburban and an Explorer! An Explorer is no where near the size of a Max. He clearly didnt want to sell us the car we wanted and needed. I told him about the car in Maryland and he didnt care. A sales manager was supposed to call me that night and never did. We never stepped foot in the dealership bc of all of this and gladly gave our business to Kenny Ross Ford in Irwin who went above and beyond to get us the car we wanted. If you actually want to go home with the car you want go to Kenny Ross in Irwin!
Sam and the guys at C Harper in Belle Vernon took great care to go out and find exactly what I was looking for. I had a lot of wants and specific items that needed to be on a new 2018 Ford F-150 Lariat and they met those with flying colors. Sam is also in the cigar biz so if you end up being nice and buying a vehicle from him, he might throw 1-2 bonus cigars your way.
Thank you Mike Hamwey, Pat and Tom. I was in an accident were my car was totaled. I had a bad loan I was upside down on. I was scammed by another dealer. Mike was very kind and patient with us showing us different cars until we could find a car we could afford. Tom worked very hard to find a way for us to get into new KIA with a payment we could afford. They put me in a new car and helped me improve my credit rating.
I have to start of by saying that are nice until the sale is over. We bought a SUV last week. After driving home we started hearing a noise then after look over the car we noticed the tires where not good. So I call my sales rep she tell me to bring it out. So I driver 2h to the shop to get told that cant look at my car. So my salesperson told me thay would send someone out on Monday to pick up my car and bring me a Loaner car. Well Monday come I tex my salesperson thay said as soon a a diver became available thay will let me know. So I tex them again Monday at 4pm no response then I tex Tuesday morning no response. This is how thay treat a Customer after a sale. I wont be back thats a promise
The salesmen me and my wife had were very patient with us in trying to find what kind of car we really wanted.We started out looking at a Chevy but in the end we bought a Kia Nero hybrid. I never thought I would own a Kia, let alone a hybrid vehicle. But through driving different vehicles and assessing our needs this was truly the vehicle for us.I am very happy with the car and really happy the salesman took the time with us to find it.Pricing of the vehicle was a really easy negotiation and the paperwork took no time at all.Very happy with the car we got Thank You
BUYERS BEWARE !! Unscrupulous Lying Cheating Scumbags. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. !!Simply put, my girlfriend went there to kick tires and they (Scott Bickerton - sales, John Eberline - sales manager) used high pressure sales tactics and outright lies (told her it was the Si model but it was an EX) to sell her a Honda Civic (which turned out to be one of their rental fleet) for several thousand dollars above its value.Furthermore, it was an illegal vehicle due to the fact that it had 5-10% tinted windows.She tried to return the car on the same day and they dodged her for over a month. She told them that she could not see out of the car and was almost in a couple wrecks as a result. They would not return calls and were not willing to take the car back. The owners son KC Harper was also involved and continued to try to force an unscrupulous deal. These people know how to stay just inside the law and dont care how they make a profit even if it puts people in danger.I went there to confront them and their sales manager said, I wont apologize for making a profit and there is no cool off period in PA when asked about selling my girlfriend an unsafe illegal vehicle for thousands over Kelly blue book.Not until I went there and hit them with some truth and getting Ford involved, did they offer to trade her out of the vehicle (with her eating the value difference in the loan). In the end, she still lost thousands of dollars on the deal and it was the worst buying experience of all time.Avoid these snakes at all costs!!!
I did my research when looking for a new car, and ended up at C Harper to see a car with an unlisted price. The reason became obvious when they said it was $25k and all those around them were offering the same for $20k-$21k. A few weeks later I called back and told them Id sign today if they gave me the car for $20,700 out the door excluding taxes and 2.9% financing (they had the color I wanted). GM was running a special for 2.9% financing on GM certified cars, so I knew this wouldnt be a problem.They hem-hawed and told me the certification process would cost $2k and Id have to pay. I told them Id already talked to a dealer and gotten the real price: $350. They insisted I pay that in addition to my offer so I grudgingly said okay. When I finally get down to sign I find they have everything written for the $20,700 with the certification cost...plus taxes and fees. Remember that the original deal was for out the door. They refused to honor this and simply said we dont do that. Then why did you say you would!?During the process I asked for help with various things that displayed their incompetence. Take satellite radio for instance. I wanted it for my drive home and asked how to set it up. They said I had to wait five days and then call XM. I called XM while I waited and they said I didnt have to wait and the dealership could do it for me. When I asked the two sales reps they replied that they werent sure how and left it at that. I mean, cmon, its their job to find out how and do it if they dont know. Finally, after many requests, I got someone competent there who took care of it in about five minutes. I then hung around playing with it for the rest of my 3 hour wait.A few days later my check tire pressure light came on. I was on my way to pick up my other car at a tire place anyway so I asked them to have a look. They said one tire was just a little off and the computer must be a bit over sensitive, but they also said my tires were bald and needed changed. So how did this pass inspection or GM certification!? Their service team must be as incompetent as their sales. New tires will run $700+This transaction was one disaster after another, and they constantly worked against me rather than with me. I didnt get the feeling they ever tried to understand anything I said, just tried to argue for their side. If I could go back in time Id go buy a car elsewhere even at a higher cost. Safe yourselve the headache; skip C Harper Ford. Theyll change the deal at the last minute when they know youre already emotionally vested and not thinking clearly about sunk costs.
I am so thankful to C Harper I bought my Fusion at a Fox Ford and was lied to about a recall covered steering rack. Someone told me to try calling around about the issue so I called C Harper and they looked at my car and replaced the rack under the recall free of charge. Thank you so much C Harper you saved me $2,500 + that Fox Ford wanted to fix the steering.
I had my check engine light come on so I made an appointment with Len Marino and he took care of my problem of a bad catylitc converter with great professionalism and coutesy. made the experience as easy as possible.Ireally trust him and recommend him to anybody who needs service at C Harper.
Looking to buy Kia minivan, and you guys are 5 minutes away from me, but none listed on website, so I called to see if there were possibly any in the inventory , just not listed...woman who answered the phone transferred me to website managers voicemail? Why do I want to speak to (actually leave msg for) the website person when Im looking buy minivan? Maybe an actual salesperson could have taken my call??So I try again later by sending text via website. Got a very unenthusiastic reply stating that they currently have no minivans, but would be getting a white one with grey interior delivered in 2 weeks...Really??? Im supposed to wait 2 weeks to look at a white minivan with grey interior?!?! Yuck!!For a suburban/rural dealership, you might think you would keep a few nice minivans in stock.Went that same evening to Spitzer in Monroeville - further than I wanted to go, but they had a great selection of minivans to choose from, and salespeople could not have been more helpful - like they were actually interested in selling me a car! Got a nice deal on a beautiful brand new Sienna that very night! Still families out there who know minivans are awesome, and want to spend money to buy them...So you lost the sale, and a Kia loyal customer.
This was the fifth new vechile bought off of c harper. It is my last!!! After the usual going back and forth with any dealer, we shaked hands, done deal. ??? Guess not. As we sat with the financial manager he informed us if we did not pay $75 now for registration we were not taking the vehicle home. The wife took off from work so naturally I payed the 75. Bought sept 3rd. End of Sept I received paper work we needed to sign. (He forgot to have us sign) ,now temp tag half dead. Called 3 times meanwhile..they didnt send paper work to state till oct 7th. Long story short we have a new vechile sitting, no registration and plate. Temp tag dead nov 1st. today Nov 5th. Called multiple times from Oct. Till present. They dont care!!! This rant is over, hope it helps, go any were but c harper. UR JUST A # ANYMORE!!!
Went here to buy a dump truck stock number t1585 . Little over $43000 advertised price . There are no less than 12 pics of this truck with the dump bed . 1 pic shows nothing but the dump bed 1 shows the tailgate 1 shows the control unit for the dump bed 1 show the ladder to get into the dump bed . When I got there I was told the price didnt include the dump bed, REALLY . I will never buy a vehicle here
Visited the service department today because of not being able to get them on the phone 2 days in a row, and Ford in Michigan couldnt get them on the phone 1 week ago, to let them know that I wanted a loaner car while mine was in the shop for a Air bag safety recall.
Best buying a car experience Ive ever had my entire life Ive owned 14 different cars and I can tell you C Harper is where to go best service Ive ever had 0 pressure and no hassle everyone there was extremely friendly nice and welcoming literally came in and was out the door with our new 2017 Kia Cadenza within 2-3 hours Ive been at other lots where it has taken 6-8 and sometimes even another day wouldnt recommend anywhere else to purchase a car new or used
DONT TRUST THEM STAY AWAY - I was working with Dante B and he said a kia would be better in my situation. I went there and was trying to decide and at 9pm they shut the lights out literally in the middle of trying to work with Dante. I told him choice a, he said they couldnt do anything until the next day THE LIGHTS WERE ALREADY OFF!At 7am I texted him and told him we decided not to do that and in fact DONT DO ANYTHING WE WERE re-thinking the whole thing.About 11 he called and left a message that they RAN MY CREDIT AFTER I TOLD THEM NOT TO and wanted to discuss options. I called him and 1st he said they did it the night before, I asked why he said they wouldnt do it until today and did they do it in the dark? then he said they did it in the morning after he got my text but did it anyway. DONT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR INFORMATION THEY APPARENTLY DO WHATEVER THEY WANT
I have bought 3 vechiles from C harper,the service dept is always helpful and listens to your concerns.My Trusted sales woman was and has been JoAnne Kranik, extremely helpful, she has a non pressure sales approah,deals with you when you are ready and doesnt try to tell you what you want and finds you what you want,also very knowledgeable about the line vechile you are looking for as well ,she shows you things about the vechile your buying so once you take it home you a have a good idea what knob or button does what .
Bad bad experience purchased a 2009 caddliac from this place they wrote up 2 different paper work one says Im the buyer on one set and on the other set in the co-buyer very crooked place to buy a car Bob Heckman was the guy I seen be careful when you buy from this place
First time buyer I went up to c harper more then three times in the past month to try and get a new/used car got the run around same salesman all three times doesnt now what he is doing up there and tried to put me in something else then what I look up online and said they just sold that car went to there website the next day and it was still here i called up there still was in stock I got fed up and went I Davies Ford and they got me in a car the same day with any run around

2022-02-09From start to finish I am completely satisfied with the purchase experience at C Harper Ford. My salesman, Jeff, was top notch, not pushy, and kept me in the loop until my new truck was delivered. I was given top dollar for my trade, there were no dealer mark ups, and no pressure to buy additional warranties. I was even eligible for an additional $750 Ford rebate I was not aware of. I will continue to go to C Harper for all my automotive needs.

2022-03-26Jim was very knowledgeable about the car. The manager did everything to get the price we needed. The problem always seems that when you go to finances they always want to sell extended warranties that make the price higher than you can pay. Every car dealership needs to keep in mind our budgets and keep the price to what we said with the warranty. We ended up paying more than our budget for the warranty. While we were waiting we got a free coffee and had a nice conversation with the brother of the finances. They were all very nice to talk to and helpful. Jim took us out to the car and showed us how to use all the features and set our phones up to use in the car. Jim even called the next day to see how things were going. He also helped us by telling me who to call for the service we needed for the car, we needed that car for that weekend with everything going on. We had a leak of stunts and called service and after a few calls Ashley was great to deal with and had the problem resolved by that night and we got a lot of 2017 Ford Escape Titanium back and running. The car is nice and comfortable and is in good condition. Thank you to everyone that helped us out to get our new used car.

2022-02-01Buying my vehicle was great. Smooth. Went off without a flaw. Don’t ever leave with and IOU because it’s like pulling teeth to get them to call you back. I have a paint chip in the hood of my bronco that we’ve been trying to fix since I got the car. They also didn’t have my fender flares that were ordered with the car and said they would “find them”. Today I am going there in person since I still haven’t gotten a call back. I am also trading my car in this month and went with another dealer.To follow this up, I had amazing service on my bronco today. Thank you to Dino the service advisor. What great customer service.They also got me my fender flares and offered to schedule to fix the chip however I already am trading in the car.Thank you for fixing the problem.

2022-02-09Just bought a 2018 Ford Edge from them. And the process was very smooth. Staci Speeney was very kind and went above and beyond to help me with this purchase. When I got home I notice a small dent in the fender. I called Staci on Monday and told her about it and they had no issues with getting this fixed for me. I would highly recommend anyone to go with C Harper for their vehicle purchase.

Noah talked to us like a friend and not a salesperson. He wasnt pushy but informative and allowed us to make our own decision. 2022-04-18I took my F-150 to have the plugs and coils done. They charged me $135 for the diagnostic even though it didnt need it and then said they would need $1200 to perform the job. They claimed it would take 5 hours. I did it myself in 3. The shuttle guy was super nice and friendly, though.

2022-06-14I have bought 4 vehicles from c Harper now 2 have them have been in the shop one for 7 months waiting on backordered parts, I understand that’s not their fault , their issue is never giving updates on any of the vehicles I’ve had in the shop just had my 21 f150 in for a recall again a ford issue not c Harper but it took a month to get the parts , and guess what no updates again…. Only update I received was when I either called or stopped in the shop myself… poor customer service is the reason for the 3 star

2022-04-05I was charge for stuff I shouldn’t have been. They could’ve checked my warranty to see if they were covered but of course they didn’t. News flash. Only one thing was covered and they didn’t do a diognostic on it. They took apart my sunroof and never properly closed it. They never reconnected my horn. But I got a free oil change and rotation of tires for when it needs done. Even though I clearly can do that myself
