I had a pleasant experience with the folks who work here. They were quick to respond to my email and calls & answered any questions I had. Both Ivan and Dmitri were professional and easy going. Had me in and out in an hour with my first car! I would recommend this place if you’re in search of a car.
These guys are great! Bought a used car from them and later asked to bring it back to have a few things checked out. Deal was smooth the owner was a nice guy , but the vehicle radiator was totally out of coolant the car overheated on my way home . The water pump was leaking i had to spend over 600$ dollars the second day i bought the car . I understand it is an old car but selling a car with an empty radiator is not a comfortable thing to face after cutting a check for the car . I recommend to check your vehicle before leaving the lot specially the coolant.

Buy at your own risk with Car Time. Dmitry and Bernard appear to be nice, honest, and quick to respond but they only care about selling cars. Called about availability for a van and told it was available by Bernard. Drove 3hrs only to be told there was a pending sale, but if I agreed to place a deposit they would hold it for me, which I’ve done before with car dealers, so I didn’t hesitate. Returned the morning of the following business day after speaking with a mechanic who told me of a couple critical things to look for. When I checked, it failed horribly, but was told they issues had been fixed, although pointed out the bolts were untouched so their mechanic is lying to them. At that point I wasn’t interested and wanted my $500 cash deposit back. I was told that they don’t refund deposits, but was given $200 back. Their reasoning for not returning my deposit was that they missed out a sale, but between the 2 of them, they couldn’t keep there story straight on the details of the pending sale, so it’s obvious they were lying yet again.Unless you know exactly what to look for or take the car to a competent mechanic don’t gamble on buying from them. I saw them cleaning up other vehicle with spray paint can. I’m sure just to make the photos look good for posting. I’d also guess most of their vehicles have major underlying issues. Again proceed with caution dealing with these guys.In the end it took them 3 weeks to sell the van after me, so I doubt there was any offers while I was dealing with them. Wish I could have charged the deposit instead of giving them cash but was told they only take cash deposits, again more lies after seeing reviews of returned cc deposits. That was a $300 mistake I will never make again*photo is of a leaking injector seal. Was assured the seal was fixed but their mechanic opted to not clean the carbon buildup. Strange how the bolts were covered in carbon too
I Purchased A 2012 Range Rover almost two weeks ago and I’m so happy with my purchase. The vehicle was exactly how it was pictured online...beautiful! Service was great I wasn’t there all day and all employees were friendly, and happy to answer any question or concern I had. Bought a 2012 BMW 328i from these guys a few months ago. Flew in to buy the car and they were friendly. Before I came to get the car, I agreed with them that they would change the rear brakes and battery. They did, and we split the cost for the rear brakes and they paid for the battery. I specifically asked him to save a copy of the invoice for me records. Get there pick up the car, it had a few minor issues (bad TPMS sensor and faulty passenger occupancy sensor). No big deal, its a used car I completely understand minor issues that might be overlooked. I didnt complain, bought it for the agreed price and was like where is the copy of the service. The sales guy couldnt find it and he was like no problem Ill sent it to you. Weeks go by and nothing. I hit him up and weeks turn to months and then he ends up sending me a picture of only the battery replacement service with that current date. Dont complain about it and Im like just send it to me. Still havent heard back from him. I think its reasonable to request a receipt of the service I paid for, for my records. Shouldnt take the guy more than 5 minutes and 49 cents to please a customer. Pretty ridiculous how much hes ignoring me after spending thousands of dollars. If youre buying something from them make sure you dont ever need to contact them again, because they will definitely ignore you.
Was looking for this specific car after getting into an accident with a front wheel drive Honda, i found this car online and for a very reasonable price. after a little issue with the car, Bernard, the salesman found the part that was needed to put the car back on the road and simply gave me 2 options, he could send it to me or i can pick it up. i chose to pick it up. and replace it! now that is good customer service! 5-starsThank you Brabus Auto and the sales team. definitely know where to send people to when they need a good car for a very reasonable price!

I visited Car Time just to look at some WRXs, and even though the one I initially wanted sold, Dmitri showed me one that was actually perfect as a daily driver for me. Dmitri was extremely forthcoming and helpful. Although I was trepidatious as the car had higher miles than I was looking for, Dmitri was honest, had the carfax on-hand, and worked with me to reach a deal that was too good to pass up. He even stayed open a little later for me as I ran to the bank. I am very happy with my new (to me) car and recommend Car Time if you’re in the market for a pre-owned vehicle.
I was nervous driving from the state of Massachusetts and afraid to return empty handed however Brabus not only exclusively stayed opened till almost midnight, for me to get there but they also gave me a better deal on the purchase. These guys are great and honest. This is my first time buying out of state and had a great experience overall Fantastic!! Highly recommended.
BEWARE if these people say they will get the car inspection done. When purchasing a vehicle please get it in writing. If the vehicle needs to much they wont get the safety inspection done. And they will buy the vehicle back and stick you with taxes paid. Will never again use car time again. All lower end bid line cars. 30 day warranty doubt it. Pls BEWARE
Probably one of my easiest car buying experiences ever. Found the exact Subaru we were looking for from CarTimePa listed on cargurus. They answered every email politely and professionally. Went to see the car and it was as described, no surprises. Dymtri and I agreed on a price and I put a deposit on it and picked it up a week later. Very positive experience, straight forward and was very pleased with an honest businessman. I found dealer by way of ad on Craigslist and car was exactly as described, Dimitri was upfront about condition and history of car and was no nonsense, which was very, VERY appreciated after dealing with used car dealers in North Philly & West Philly. There were a couple of matters that needed to be addressed but I needed the car and Dimitri was a man of his word and repaired the items he said he would. He was exceptionally helpful in getting the process of getting the car titled & tagged and I could not have asked for a better experience. As a single woman, shopping for a used car with a tight budget, I could have very easily been taken advantage of, but that was not the case. In reading the other reviews, I should note: I am not a friend or relative, just a very happy customer who would recommend Brabus & Dimitri to anyone.

Bought a truck from them, they were more than accommodating, Im from out of sate working in PA, not only did they knock 2000 off the asking price which was more than fair they went above and beyond.. There was some problems with the payment but that wasnt their fault.. With that I went up there without a vehicle and they paid for a Uber for me to get home because the banks were slow. Some of the negative reviews state things I had no experience with, I have not got it tagged yet so I cant speak on that but dont see any issues arising with it, will update later how that goes. The only thing that they could have been done better with is to give the truck a tune up and oil change but those are so small of issues I would highly recommend them to anyone. I would rate them an A+(UPDATE) got the title and tags without a issue. great dealer

Brabus Auto was simply amazing. They held a truck for me to look at that was recieving many calls on, and worked very hard to have the truck ready for delivery the only day we could make it down. I am simply grateful for Dmitri and the work him and his shop did.
ABSOLUTE CON ARTISTS. Swindled me into purchasing a car that supposedly the radio needed to be fixed and the back of the convertible top needed to be glued. The men speaking a different language the whole time to each other should have been enough of a red flag for me, but I trusted they were honest business men. When I got the car home and got it checked, it needed much more than the promised under $500 worth of radio and convertible repairs. I went to 3 different auto and repair shops for opinions. First, I had to totally replace the convertible top which ran me $2,000. Then the seats stopped working (going up down etc) then the car failed to start. The AC stopped working, and I purchased a new starter for $450. Then when I got it inspected, it FAILED! I also came to find from a trustworthy mechanic that the engine is from a junkyard! There was black tape to not make the check engine light visible through the dash!! The men at DMV literally had to roll the car out. Its not the starter the car is garbage. I am mortified that people can sleep at night doing this for a living. God knows what else is wrong with this vehicle. I try to contact them and they deny anything was wrong with the car. BEWARE, PLEASE!!!! If I could give 0 starts I would.
First off I want to say Dmitry was amazing I went down to car time to check out a newer car for my wife and decided to take her alone to test drive the cars she might be interested in I personally liked the Volkswagen cc so she test drove it and said the is nice, but she really fell in love with the Volkswagen passat diesel after driving it so I told the Dmitry we will take the passat so lets see about the buying options, Dmitry worked it out for me where I could put some money and gave me enough time to pay off the rest he was never plushie, always straight up great attitude my wife loves her car, we have no problems with it and I wanted to say thanks again for everything, and next when I get a chance Im going to buy a car from you for myself hell I deserve it. Purchased a 2002 bmw 540i with 160k miles from cartime inc july 31, 2021 First thing happened was that there was multiple cosmetic parts broken in the car not visible to the naked eye granted they sent me $600 for those items to make things right via cash app. Now a month into owning the car …..the car stumbles at low speeds and on top of that the transmission is shifting hard and 2 mechanics advised me I need a new transmission soon. I am Not even wasting my time driving from Rhode Island again or money trying to get my $5100 back next time I will go to a real dealership and just get a loan. god will punish you all ….it’s ok I’ll take the loss but you guys at cartime will lose more in the long run and potential customers ! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY SELL LEMONS!!!! Buy at your own risk and sales are final..
These guys dont even deserve 1 star. Purchased a car from them and it has been nothing but problems. They lied about everything involving the cars condition. Also failed inspection. I hope these guys dont do this to any more people. Im not typically a person who writes reviews but I feel the need to have to warn honest buyers. These people are professional scam artists!
Bernard was a great guy to deal with,pleasant very positive and went the extra mile to get the job done. I bought a 2012 VW GTI for my son. Its a beautiful car and was exactly what Bernard said it would be, no surprises. Owner was very involved also to make us feel welcome and asked if we wanted lunch and or drinks. Shady seller and purchase. All below positive reviews are definitely from his buddies or something. Sale of the car was shady when it came time to purchase tags. Car worked out well but seller is definitely not up front and clear about everything. Do all of your research before doing any business
Owners will tell you anything you want to hear. Nothing but lies. The sale ad said one owner and maintained regularly at the dealer. The ad also claimed that the truck didn’t need any work. After a quick inspection and purchasing the truck, I found out I was the 4th owner and it needed thousands of dollars in repairs. Including major frame rust! The truck should have never passed inspection. So don’t trust their fresh “PA inspections” stickers.My fault for not inspecting further but don’t trust anything these guys say!

Ive NEVER purchased used vehicle from a dealer, especially one almost 2500 miles away! Bernard made this an easy transaction. Sure there were more questions I should have asked, but he sent a TON of pictures and was quick to answer all my texts even on weekends. I had looked at dozens of Jeeps in person and a thousand or so on-line and this was the perfect fit at a GREAT price, even after shipping. He sped everything up and was able to get this delivered on my birthday, best present ever! I get compliments all the time on my new ride and I know I can sell it out west for more than I paid for it, but Im not gonna :-)

2022-07-19Ok service for what seems to be a small business. Do not expect this to be a standard dealer, they do not follow general resale service items. To elaborate the truck I bought had metal to metal on the rear brakes after 3 days of driving (not stop and go). The engine coolant was so dirty the heater core was blocked beyond repair and required replacement, the engine and cabin air filters were completely blocked and none of the recalls were done. This would have been fine if I was informed of the service required prior to purchase.

2021-08-25First off Dmitri is awesome! Ive never bought a vehicle online before, let alone from 800 miles away. Cartime actually has their vehicles marked at fair market values unlike the majority of other dealerships right now. Dmitri was extremely helpful making my purchase as worry free as possible. Always answered every question, sent numerous additional photos, did a live video walk-around and test drive.My Wife and I flew up too Philadelphia, Ubered to the dealership and was greater by Dmitri and his staff. They even drove us around to complete paperwork.Before leaving gave us places to go eat and try out, which we did, Thank you it was awesome. But even after buying and leaving, Dmitri called us and offered help finding our way around and the best way to get back home, leaving out of Philadelphia. Who does that? I would highly highly recommend this place and Id do business with them again. We could try out more food places while at it. 5 plus stars all the way around.

2021-10-01Purchased an 04 Sprinter from them that was advertised as 0 rust and great running. After my inspection and test drive I found that the vehicle wasnt as promised but was good enough to purchase. Low and behold after 80 miles, my drive home, the van cropped up multiple problems ranging from engine and trans problems to LARGE amounts of rust damage. Additionally I wasnt given a title for almost 3 months! Dmytri was responsive but didnt want to remedy the situation with a least providing quality parts for the repairs that they knew it needed. Tried to low ball me out of it and unfortunately Im going to have to look into the legal route of reconciliation. Avoid this shop, its just like most shady independent dealers. They spray some detailer on it and tell you whatever you want to hear to make the sale.

2021-03-04Very nice staff and owner. Nice cars. The entrance is easy to miss. Look for the car garages on the side of the brown building.They allow test drives and wear your mask.As with all dealerships new and used, you should know how to check a vehicle for any underlying issues before you buy it. Research the specific make, model, and year of car that you intend to buy. Dont blame the dealers for hiding something after you bought it. You should have checked the vehicle for any issues and rust even if its been painted over.

2021-05-10If I could give this dealer more stars I would! I recently purchased an Acura RSX. Im from out of state and Ivan was such a tremendous help. I was originally going to pick it up mid-week, but I wasnt able to get there until the end of the week. Ivan was very understanding and helpful.When I picked up the car, it was amazing. Dimitry did a phenomenal job. She runs great and was so thoroughly detailed she looked like she just came off the assembly line. One of his first cars was an RSX so we shared a lot of stories.This was my first car purchase in 15 years and I couldnt be happier with my experience.
