Some of the rudest staff I have ever encountered - why is it that every library in Beaver county has such impatient, venomous, and ignorant people that away those who just come to read?
Great place to bring children for book section & first reading experience. Old building but such character and land mark of times past.
Its an older Libary so there is no air conditioning , some please are rude but there are a few others that are fine! Just go to do what you need to do , and leave
Very friendly staff, and a welcoming place to sit and work while my kids look for books.
I have been to other libraries in this county and never ever been treated like I was treated here. The sad thing is this is a public library with lots of unprofessional workers
I could spend an entire day just looking at the architecture of this building. Its a well stocked library with helpful people.

Quiet and perfect to spend an afternoon looking through the vast number of books available at this library.
Fun place to take two year old to play with toys, blocks, puzzles, and of course look at books.
This place does not deserve any stars because the staff there is rude and ignorant

2022-04-13This library is full of surprises, from DVDs, classic, todays Modern movies, free to rent, daily newspapers, books for days of history, mystery, & suspense, & to be able to hold them in ur hands, is pure treasure, as well as those employees, working , helpful polite, just the best Ive encountered in all of the County, plus they have free access to computers, & ready to help, & comfortable sitting arrangements, just there to get out of the rain, cold, & hot summer days, come visit, some true peace, with Carnegie BF Library, experience, u know, knowledge is power, & we can find it their, & feed ur minds, its all part of our human condition.

2021-06-17I have been a patron of the Beaver Fall Library for 20 years.I receive friendly service. The staff is good with my kids. They assist with reading techincs.The staff is doing a good job on restoration efforts. The library is always neat and, clean.

2021-07-11I interacted with two staff members and they were both very nice and helpful. Creating my account was easy and quick. The book selection seems to be pretty great, as well!

2021-04-071-star more than she deserves! The librarian (with the 2-tone hair color) had such an attitude, It was like she was offended I even walked in. I thought librarians were supposed to be polite? I only go in to print copies. I guess I need to invest in a home printer.

2019-12-29Bad experience on a Saturday. The Library does close at 2:30pm; however, we arrived before 2pm. The workers actually shut off the computer while someone was on it. No one could use the restroom. One of the library and she was very rude and ignorant to us I have a service dog and they had to ask what my service dog does which is illegal to do

2018-11-08Beautiful, historic building. Great book selection. Unfortunately this particular library is in need of more funding for A/C, updated computers and newer furniture. Staff seem helpful and friendly.

2017-04-03The staff is very brash and it seems like a chore when you ask help for anything. Being a free public library that gets grants you would think that printing would be free also however they charge. Just another corrupt business in a corrupt city!
