I’ve been to a lot of car places in my lifetime some good and some bad but I’ve never ever had an experience like this one before. I was down on my luck and decided to go to Car Vision to try to get a car. I met a young lady by the name of Cristal Negron. First and foremost her personality is out of this world you can tell that she loves her job. When the first option didn’t work she moved mountains to make sure that i walked out with a vehicle. She is genuine, kind, and has a heart of gold. I enjoyed my experience at CarVision thanks to Cristal and I highly recommend if you need a ride this is the place to go. You won’t be disappointed I promise.
Marcel and Rocky helped me so much with getting my car fixed properly. They were professional and worked in a timely manner . I appreciate there help very much and would come back here first before ever again visiting maple shade facility. Thanks again Rocky and Marcel you guys are awesome !!!!!
I am going to be very, very generous and give CarVision Philadelphia Used Car Superstore one star.Why?Reason 1: Sold us a completely different car than the one we requested and then backed us up into a corner to make us pay for their screw up, which we ended up having to do.Reason 2: Not once admitted to their mistakes or offered any kind of compensation, or even apologies.Reason 3: Made us wait for hours and hours trying to tire us out and accept their terms, which again we had to do.Reason 4: Does not pay their employees unless they get a five star review. Talk about scammy!Reason 5: Higher ups screaming at sellers for anyone to hear. I get the feeling its not a great place to work at either.If you want avoid major headache and do business with an ethical dealership, just do yourself a favor and steer clear from CarVision Philadelphia Used Car Superstore.We didnt and we will have to live with the consequences of their mistakes for months, maybe years to come.
I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Ioniq Hybrid recently. The entire staff was helpful and provided exceptional service. I was provided lunch and coffee while I was waiting, and a ride back from my home to the dealership. It was a great experience thanks to everyone and my salesperson JADA.
I made an appointment, walked in with a $25k check prepared to buy a car and no one helped me for 30 mins the sales people were just sitting around on their phones cursing yelling and treating the cars with no care. The first car I looked at had a flat the next car I asked them to put on a lift to see underneath the car which was really corroded and had zip ties on the exhaust while waiting I got a chance to sit in the dirty service waiting room and heard all the complaints of VERY unhappy customers.The facility was dirty with roaches no soap in either of the filthy bathrooms. Id NEVER return purchase so much as a spark plug from the dealership or recommend it to my worst enemy the experience was unreal
Terrible..They sold me a 2017 Cadillac in December when it was 20 degrees outside and when it got warm in April I turned the air conditioner on and I had no cold air.I wasnt able to get a service appointment for 6 weeks so I suffered in the hot month of May 2022..Service department told me they couldnt fix it so they referred me to the Cadillac dealer and of course that cost me dearly 3,400..My extended warranty covered 2,000 of it so I had to pay out of pocket 1,400..I went to the sales manager about this and got nothing so its now with the Attorney General office..
My experience with Cristal at carvision was great! She’s very personable, kind and helped my boyfriend and I both get into new cars. She helped us get what we wanted and stayed within our price range. Thank you so much Cristal! I would definitely recommend carvision in Philly.
I went to Carvision to purchase a vehicle, Otis was the representative that helped me during my time at this location. He was able to accurately find me the car I wanted even after other dealers gave me a hard way to go. His service that was provided was exceptional. Thank you Carvision Philadelphia!!
THIS PLACE IS a JOKE! All lies. The site is a lie. They dont have anything at the lot or just sold it. Feels like a scam. Many cars after accidents and complete junk. Not clean titled. Dont trust the reviewes! We were there for 4 hours hearing lies about the cars posted online.
Since purchasing my vehicle i have been back n forth numerous times for issues with it. The only thing i have to say good about carvision n y they get a 5 star rating is because of Marcel. He has been understanding n caring n has went above and beyond n knows how to treat ppl.
Carvision provided me with a car that has serious break issues after not having the car for a full 3 weeks . I called and was transferred from rep to rep just to tell me that the next service date they have available will be 2 weeks later (outside of the warranty time frame). Wish I would’ve went to carvana like everyone recommended. Steve you can save the response for your next review cause you don’t answer your phone anyway. SHOP AROUND . DONT USE THIS CARVISION LOCATION . Also READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE DECIDING TO SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM .
Mercel Mercel and just Mercel wow what a great service from him in car service. I bought truck and my transmission signs poped up. I took to carvision Essington ave. They fixed the problem nicely and in the mean while they gave me loaner car. BUT Marcel service to me was outstanding. You got 💯 %
I recently visited Carvision maintenance dept on Essington Ave 5/27/2022 and the person who helped me name is Hani. Hani was very helpful and patient with meanswering any questions I had and helping me with my concerns. I appreciate him and he was very nice. During my visit at Carvision to pick up my vehicle, I spoken to Marcell he was very personable and shown great customer service during my visit went above & beyond to make sure he met my needs. I highly recommend that you personally see home for excellent understanding customer service.
I was so sad when I had to bring my car to Carvision this week because I was having issues with it, but I am so thankful that Marcell was my advisor. From the start when he had to have a difficult conversation about the deductible for my warranty- he was patient, clear in communication, and kind. He kept me informed of the process at various checkpoints and he even gave me advice for next steps that Carvision couldnt assist with. Hes a rockstar and I had to leave a review!
Rocky and Marcel were phenomenal!! They took good care of all my needs. They were able to get me a loaner car while my car was being serviced. They kept me updated during the entire process. I would highly recommend asking for them whenever you need your car serviced.
We worked with Keith, Bernard and another young lady whose name I cant recall. (Samaya, maybe?) Anyway... we sold our car to Car Vision. There was no hassle or haggle. They were all professional and we had a good time while we waited. Id go back to purchase a car or sell another for sure.
Wonderful experience checking in my vehicle with Marcel at the service department. I got there just after the department closed to drop off my car and he let me inside and took the time to discuss the issues I was having and note everything I said. Balancing myself and the phone, he was very professional and courteous to all parties and it was very refreshing after a long day.
Marcel at the Philly Car Vision was very knowledgeable and understanding from the first day I walked in the service department. I told him the issues I had with the vehicle and he setup everything to handle the issues. He kept me updated and never forgot bout me and made sure everything was done in a timely professional manner. I would definitely recommend anyone going to the service department to work directly with Marcel if he is available to help with your issues.
My daughter had the worst car buying experience you can have at the Essington dealership early November 2021. First she went on a Saturday and after 6 hours she was told the car that was coming in from another location was no longer available then they tried to get her to buy a Dodge minivan which she told them she didn’t want 5 hours earlier. She left without a new car & returned Monday only to be kept waiting 12 hours. It was so bad that she broke down crying. My husband came up and sat with her. The sales people really gave her the run around. But after 12 hours she finally got her car only to be told the next day she had to bring it back because someone else had already put an online deposit on the vehicle! I don’t think so! Unbelievable! The deal was closed and she did not go back, however, since then she got several calls from different people from the dealership saying different things but in the end it was settled. But a far as we are concerned it was a horrible experience! I wouldn’t recommend the Essington Dealership to anyone unless they have time to waste & want to be put through a lot of stress.
I needed a car for work and was in a tough spot credit wise. Long story short, Steve and Sye are incredible and I can’t express in words how happy I am I worked with them. This place is very professional and they WORK WITH YOU! If they could work with me they can work with anybody. I love my car!!
Rocky, is a superb represrntstive. He liztened to my concerns and was empsthetic. Be assured me i would be taken care of and i was. I have been in HR for 30 + years so customer service means a lot to me edpecially how you treat people. Ok someone named Rea set the appointment through text Im thinking shes at the site and was not Im standing outside(female)employees see me standing there aint no bother to ask if I needed help(guess the Grey in the beard was a turn off) my Uber driver referred me to Andrea pointed her out if that was her...hate my time being wasted sat 2 hours for nothing Tyree and the guy behind him was a help(I know down payment for the car I wanted was too much and credit jacked up) I had to leave for therapy so that was it...I guess nothing could get approved today.
I started off with a bad experience with Hani in the service department. Hani’s customer service is terrible he does the bare minimum for customers. If my review was based off of Hani’s service it would be a very bad review due to his horrible customer service, However Marcel was able to get things worked out for me. He was very much so on point with getting everything done and organized for me. Thank you Marcel for your good customer service!
Went there at the recommendation of my friend, having done business at the Norristown location. The team at Essington Ave is phenomenal and made the process very simple and easy! After a short wait and test drive they hooked me up with this gorgeous car!! Highly recommended to anybody looking for an amazing deal, go see Mark Jiles and hes got you covered!!
After bad experience with another leasing the agent Essence at CarVision philly helped with my situation that I thought I couldnt get from under. She has very good professionalism and was pretty charismatic. But this was by far the best experience I had buying a car out of all the vehicles Ive purchased. To finalize, I left with a gift.
Car vision is the worst place to go on 6729 Essington Avenue. I came there on December 6th, 2021 to purchase a car they had me sitting for hours and gave me the run around. Finally I was approved for a car and test drove the car then I was told that I couldnt get it because they forgot to remove it off the website and that someone else had put a deposit on it. Got approved for another Car had to come back on December 9th still gave me the run around and sat for hours. Signed for the car had it for a month now but in-between the month I got a call 2 weeks after I got the car they said they couldnt verify my employment so they faxed paperwork to my job. The human resources department said she faxed the information back before Christmas. I called and left messages and I got no calls back .Today on January 10th 2022 I go outside on my way to work and the car is gone with no warning, no call, no letters nothing all because they said they couldnt verify employment.CAR Vision is a scam and they took my money and waisted my time stay away from this place and please read the reviews before you go to this place its a Scam.
DO NOT buy a car here!!The initial experience will be ok. They’ll get you into a car you’re looking for. Everything after that has been horrible.Nobody told me that I’d have to use their service department for repairs under the warranty. Maybe I should’ve known that, but I didn’t. It would be an issue if their service department was decent, but it’s not.The salesperson promised me new brakes the day I bought the car. He and one of his associates heard the brakes squealing during my test drive. Don’t believe them if they tell you they’ll fix something. It took 5 trips of me going back into the service department for them to replace my brakes. They even lied to me along the way, saying they could measure my brakes without taking my tires off and that my brakes were fine. A supervisor then looked at me cross eyed when I told him that that’s what the service department had told me.While I was waiting for them to service my car those 5 times, not a single person waiting for their vehicles had anything good to say. Multiple people, like myself, had to go back multiple times to get their vehicles fixed. Many of the people there had issues within the first 30 days of buying their car.It’s been almost 4 months and I have not received my permanent tags. They told me they submitted my paperwork for permanent tags 2 months ago. I’ve called 3 days in a row to try and get an answer as to where it is in the process. I’ve spoken to 4 people alone today who have refused to escalate the issue and give me a straight answer about what’s going on with my permanent tags.In sum, go elsewhere to buy your car.
I am very well taken care of with car vision service department when I come to have my vehicle serviced. I have always had great experiences with service advisor Marcel. He is very friendly, well mannered and has great customer service. Today I dealt with Hani who was very kind as well. Thank you marcel for always being a great help, and making me feel appreciated as a customer.
Got a car there and it’s a nice car my salesman was on point he was very upbeat trying to saleMeThe car he showed me everything I wanted to know about the car but I will say this they were trying to buy the car I came in with but I told them hell no my wife would of killed me
I purchased my car from the Norristown location but always end up here for servicing. Marcell is very helpful and does a great job with ensuring the best possible service for your vehicle and in a timely manner. Many times I’ve walked in for servicing already annoyed that I’ve had to bring my car in, but he does an exceptional job communicating and getting your car in and out! Also appreciate the follow ups after the car is serviced.
Marcel from the service department is very organized and knowledgeable when it came to helping me today. He was able to help me with everything I needed and always take charge and is able to make things very easy for me. Thank you Marcel for everything you are the man!!!
Came in to replace my passenger mirror and Marcel was extremely helpful. He quickly assisted me as soon as I entered the service area. My part came within two days and he found a mechanic to put it on immediately. My experience at carvision has been fantastic since I bought my car in June.
I took my truck to them and now I have a useless shell. I believe Hanni and shop manager JP are as unprofessional as they come. I purchased my truck from CarVision a little over a year ago had mechanical problems that was dealt with at Norristown location but when my truck started clanking from the engine I took it to the closest shop. They asked if I had a extended warranty and I told them yes. Hanni, told them that my seals broke not once did he speak on the noise except for saying that it was out oil. Fast talking giving mechanics a bad name. Once they get your money and their warranty is done they will treat you like a nobody regardless. They literally told me that they didn’t want to work on my truck and then said they were 30 days behind on repairs
This was my sons first experience with CarVision and the process was seamless. From the moment we walked into the door until the final paperwork was signed, Nate was amazing! If you are need of a new car, come and see Nate. He will definitely take care of you! Thank you CarVision!
The worst Service Department ever!!! Car Vision is excellent with Selling cars (Sayeeda Miles) was an awesome salesperson. She went over and above to get me into the car. The car has some Issues. We tried to get them taken care if before the warranty ran out.The problem with noise coming from the back..they said they didnt hear it. After the warranty ran out, they can hear it...go figure.I had to pay to get an extension on tags, (after they told me i could come back to THEM to get an extension on my temp tag). When temp tags ran out, they then tell me i have to pay DMV to get an extension. What???Now, im STILL Waiting to get my Tags, from Norristown, Pa. (Ms. Grace) to no avail. What is the holdup? I purchased my car in September, 2021.
Very pleased with my previous visit. I was on a tight schedule and they were still able to help me. I went in for an inspection and oil change done. As a courtesy of a valuable customer it was on the house. Much appreciated and stay blessed ! I was taken care of by Hani the service manager. Thank you Hani!
Sat 8 hrs for no reason. The woman that was helping us did everything she could but it was obvious it was the people she works for. Then they had asked for paperwork that was already submitted. On top of that they asked if we could leave our down payment and they would deliver the car to us wich was a totaly bs lie. I should of known this place was bogus when they were wiling to hire peoplecas mechanics that have no experience as one..🤔
Not happy at all communicating was difficult my car spent a total of 30 days give or take a few for a radiator in the meantime I had to provide my own way to work as they didnt have any loaner cars..so with that said when I picked up my car again after having the radiator replaced again I inspected my car and found that my front grille was broken and the splash guard was gone also I found all the clips and screws that held the fender liners the splash guard and the engine bay plastics where not replaced.i spoke with jp and he rectify my concerns but today when on my way to have the broken missing parts another piece of the splash guard came of because it was not secured properly so when I made it known I was told I had to buy it my self and they would replace it I cant even fit everything on this post
We had the pleasure of having Bernard as our salesman. He was very courteous, kind and very helpful from the minute we entered the Carvision lot until we were given the key to our new car. Had a GOOD Experience with Marcel. He had GREAT customer service and he helped me out with replacing my tire on a car that I purchased from Carvision that I only had for 2 days. Marcel assured me that I would arrive at a certain time and be in and out and there was no lie about that.I give customer service for Marcel 5 starsAllen Brown Was my sales person he was very patient and professional with me. I was very nervous and indecisive when I walked in to purchase a vehicle and he took his time and went over quite a few cars and SUV’s with me. Car buying is a process a stressful one at that. The vehicle that I wanted was in the Poconos and Allen had the vehicle in Philadelphia the next day by 3pm for me to test drive.I give customer service for Allen 5 starsThe over all car buying process here at Carvision I give it 3 stars. The long waiting and just sitting with out communication is a no for me. Also I didn’t do a walk through of the vehicle with the manager and noticed some things the next day. But you live and you learn. When I mentioned this to the manager when I brought the vehicle back he was just staring at me. They did fix my tire after I freaked out a little bit but why did I have to freak out. The manager was very attentive and had a lot to say when I was going through the buying process but once I had it for a day or 2 and brought it back I heard a lot of crickets. Also My tank was on E when I left the lot also, no floor mats, Other than that I’m happy with my 2018 Nissan RougeI give dealing with the manager 2 to 3 stars
Carvision on Essington is nothing short of a JOKE!My experience here was ridiculous. After waiting almost 8 hours I was told the car I was filling out paperwork for was sold and that everyone was unaware of this when in all actuality they knew but decided to keep me there to put me in any car. Because at the end of 12 hours being there of course your going to take any car. Well after getting them to take note for my trade in because of doing my own research and seeing my car was worth so much more I got the car I wanted! But sadly the story doesn’t end here! I was harassed by the staff at this location for the next two days because apparently they sold me someone else’s car! After two days of uncertainty because I’ve never been through this and speaking with my family lawyer because my parents were livid I realized they couldn’t force me to bring back the car. But imagine my fear not knowing what they could do. I’m a mother of three one of which is 7 months so having a reliable vehicle is important but this experience was so stress and time consuming that I will probably never buy a car again! If this car goes I don’t know what I’ll do . I wish I could express this event better and I wish you could see and understand how horrible it truly was. The staff smile in your face all while messing with you the whole time to keep you longer so you feel you can’t go anywhere else. When I walked in I was supposed to Test drive a Subaru WRX that was a Norristown but apparently got transferred to the one on as Essington Avenue When I got there the car was not there I wanted to test drive a black Honda Civic Bernard was the assistant to help me out he was friendly gave me all the information Submitted the application so I could be able to test drive the car but apparently the manager wouldn’t let him let me test drive the car because the bank stated that I needed a $2000 down payment if they could and know that I was not able or was not going to be able to test drive the vehicle they both argue in front of everybody until manager came back out and let me test drive the vehicle with the promise of helping me out with the pricing And another down payment never talk to me again I would’ve got in the car but they need to work on the customers skills Bernard was good I will recommend him as a sales person…. Your appointment line should learn not to make fake promises

Wonderful customer service from all employees, was a wait which is expected, but drove off in a basically new car. Original mats, manuals, everything a new car would have could not tell I was driving a used car. And listen to their recommendations, they know what’s price for your poor credit.
Currently I am here with my son in law to pick up his car, that mind you he didn’t have for a month just broke down. He Got the car from the dealership in Norristown first of all. He ended up having his car towed here, because it was free to do so. Otherwise they were charging $70. This was Friday. He was told yesterday after calling continuously that his car was being looked at only to find that when he drove up here the car was In fact not being worked on, as a matter of fact there were potential car buyers looking at his car. Moving on to today when we drove back up here for him to retrieve his car and take it elsewhere, the keys are now missing. I have never heard or been through such foolishness. No rental was offered in this while process was going on. So he’s been without a car for 5 days and nothing was done to help the situation.
I just had a Total Loss on another vehicle and I was recommended by a friend to give them a try. I let them know right away I’m working on recovering my credit and wanted a car in good condition that I could use to get to and from work as well as to drive to Jersey which I frequent to visit family. The sales representative Abdullah was very professional and diligent in satisfying all my needs pertaining to what I wanted in my automobile. The experience was easier than many people other dealerships I’ve been to he was transparent with my options and got me to a good car. I love my new car!
Do NOT trust this dealership. They tried to scam me by lowering the price down $3000 by just removing the sales tax and registration fees on the price agreement which I would end up having to pay either way, whether it is through this dealership or on my own. They tried to take advantage of me as a first time car buyer but luckily did not get away with it. The worst service and experience Ive ever had with a car dealership - would not recommend.
Bought a car here back in oct 2020. I must say that Im not pleased with this place. To have such a vast selection, Im surprised that their customer service is so poor. Especially the service department. If you decide to purchase a vehicle here on Essington ave, be sure to check your paperwork before signing. Make sure that your warranty mileage is correct because myself and a friend that bought here as well have found that they attempt to put down the wrong mileage of the vehicle so your warranty runs out faster. My mileage was off by 500 miles. If it were 20miles off or 50, i would chalk that up to people test driving the vehicle. This place gives inaccurate estimates on time for repairs. I have sooooo much more to add to my experience with car vision. However, Ill sum up this review with: It was a mistake for to do business with them especially when considering how much it costs to buy a used SUV nowadays.
I drive 4 hours to see a car that had obviously been in a bad accident. The paint was all messed up didnt match whole left rear of car. They had to have known and did not say anything. I wasted 8 hrs drive time 75 in gas and hours on the phone trying to get deal done. Do not buy from here it was awful experience. The sales manager then asked how much I would pay for it. Nothing it was totalled .
DO NOT GET YOUR CAR HERE! BE AWARE. This place will sell you a car with a dirty title or no title at all. I purchased a car in Nov of 2020 and sadly still do not have a title nor have been able get any from their business on the phone. I call weekly. Please reach out if youve experienced anything similar, Ive been in contact with a lawyer and the next course of action is to file a class action lawsuit.
My experience was not great. I really wanted to test drive a vehicle and maaayyyybbbeee buy one. I scheduled an appt online and when I got there I talked to someone and told them which vehicle I wanted to drive and that I had an appointment. They didn’t seem busy. It took them a while to find the keys to the vehicle and it seemed like a messy process for them to locate the car as well. After 10+ minutes of key scrambling the person that was helping said he would bring the car around. As he tried to get into the car it wouldn’t start. The worker then asked us to help figure out how to start the car….seemed weird. You’re the one selling it lol. No one really seemed knowledgeable about the vehicle. The person that was helping us decided to bring someone else in to help start the car. Still didn’t work and then I believe someone from the service center tried to help. Still didn’t work. So we spent a bunch of time on Google and YouTube trying figure out how to get that vehicle to start. Tried switching out the batteries and such and nothing would do it. Overall the car was pretty scratched up as well for the price they were offering it. Definitely needed a detailing. The second individual that attempted to help us and that ended the interaction with us seemed the most professional and tried the hardest it seemed. He was cool. The original guy that was helping me (I’m assuming the sales rep) just pretty much bailed on the situation and just went inside. He didn’t come back out or anything or say bye or sorry. We just said bye to the second guy and drove away. I wouldn’t buy a car from here based on the lack of knowledge of the vehicles and condition of them on the lot.I also have worked in the automotive industry before and I would’ve been satisfied with just some open communication….example “hey we’re having some trouble starting the car right now it could be the key fob so we’re going to try to switch out the batteries and move forward from there, sorry for the delay”….that’s really all that was needed. Not like asking the customer to help you figure it out….
Worst experience ever. They told me I would get a few thousand for my trade in and then when I towed my car there basically tried to give me nothing for my car. They lied to me many times to keep me in the store.Tried to sell me a Hybrid but didn’t have the charger for the car and kept lying saying they did to keep me in the store. An older woman that bought a car from there was in the store almost in tears because they sold her a car that broke down after she bought it; very sad. They weren’t even trying to help the woman they kept giving her the run around.
Great Experience! What I mean by great is:1. No-pressure, didnt feel rushed2. Quick and painless — Alex at the Essington, PA location and staff at the Hazle Township location made the process easy3. Quick and clear communication (both by phone and in-person)4. No games5. Final price was LESS than I originally thought (no last minute surprises)6. Professional and polite staff7. Service was above & beyond - Ebony and I am kicking myself for not remembering the gentlemans name that was assisting as well. Ive purchased all my vehicles from Alex for the past 15 years or so (I think it may be longer) and I always receive top-notch service. I trust him with all my purchases so much so that before I went to get my car from the Hazle Township location (I live in Phila. - my choice to pick it up - Alex was going to have it delivered to Essignton location) I asked Mike if I could test drive it - to his surprise I had never driven it but was ready to sign all paperwork. My response thats how much I trust my buddy Alex! I love my car and the experience in buying it. thank you very much to both locations and a HUGE thank you to Alex for making it all possible! I bought my car from carvision July of last year. I took my 2017 Murano in for a battery terminal and new battery. I also got a wheel alignment. The service was great the car runs perfect but there was some residual scratches left by the technician. I was able to contact the service manager and my car was fixed scratches removed at no cost and very timely fashion. I would like to thank Ms. Gonzalez she took great care for my car and situation. I will continue to get my car serviced there.

2022-06-22As far as the car itself, I give it five stars!!! The service; however, was a generous ONE😡1. Purchasing my car was a TWO DAY process!2. My original salesman called out on day two so I had to fill out all the paperwork twice!3. It took hours for the general manager to match an online price of only $200 lower!4. More I think about it, the sale of my car took four days because they forgot to inspect it. As a result it had to be delivered Monday (because they were closed on Sunday)!5. My car was delivered on just about EMPTY and I was promised a full tank!6. The associate that delivered my car called me 2 oclock in the morning to ask if he left his wallet in my car. Who does that?6. Lastly, I was promised a carjack (since mine was missing from the car) and I am still waiting for it and its three months later😡😡Love the car though!!!

2022-04-01Rocky and Marcel in the Service Center were incredibly helpful. They took great care of my car under the basic purchasing warranty when the check engine light came on. Due to some scheduling errors, they even compensated me with detailing, vacuuming, and a car wash. Both super nice, helpful, and got the jobs done quickly!

2022-04-25First time car buyer. Franklin was great! He eased my nerves and tried his best to get what I wanted all while keeping his cool with three women ( my twin, my mom and myself ) giving him a run for his money. Although I did not walk out with a car I highly recommend this place and def ask for Franklin! Who knows maybe I’ll see another car and get to go back.

Left with our dream car and no one tried to ‘sell us.’ It was completely our own decision. The car is in amazing shape and for a very reasonable price. 2022-04-18I purchased a car a few weeks ago, in March. I had a good experience as the sales associate was friendly, and accommodating. However a week after my purchase I heard a weird noise coming from under my new car. I called carvision and was told to bring the car in to be looked at, so I did. This review is for the service associate who helped me through this process, Marcel. He was EXCELLENT. Excellent may even be an understatement. Once Marcel received the diagnostic report, he called me and set me up with a rental vehicle so I could get to and from work. And my children to and from school. I was not able to get there by the time he finished his shift to pick it up, so he WAITED almost an hour for me to get there. You do not meet many people these days who work beyond their job description, but he did. He was very knowledgeable about the situation with my car, and had since kept me informed and updated on everything. It was a pleasure going through this experience with him, because I very well know that it could have also been a nightmare. Someone give that man a promotion. He 1000% deserves one. I may try to hire him myself! Thank you Marcel!
