Worst attitude ever.The day started because my friends car was totaled and wanted to get some cash for the car. Went all over and he priced me at 475. I said okay cool. When finished doing all the paperwork the PPA told me I was able to pick the car up from inside there lot because one of there drivers hasn’t been there yet. I said cool. I called them and the guy was like ok one of my guys will be there . Cool. They got there and he calls me and tells me . Where is the car. I told them that they could go inside I’ll just let the PPA know. They went off. Said “so the car isn’t ready” I said “yes it is ready, your tow guy can just go in “. He said “no no no. It isn’t . You know what . The deal here is done . Have a good night “ and hanged up. So childish . Never calling this guy ever again.

My car died and I needed to have it towed out of a business lot. Knowing I was not keeping the car, I found this business on Google. I called a little after 7:30 am and was told I would get a call from the dispatcher at 8:00. Once they called at 8:10, I was scheduled to have my car picked up within the hour. The tow truck driver arrived quickly and was very nice and professional. Once the driver had my title, I was paid for my car. The entire transaction was completed by 9:00. I was very impressed and will refer others.
They were great! The person that answered the phone was very polite and knowledgeable. I called at a kind of late hour so my pickup was the next morning. I was called when the tow truck was a on their way and then again when they were 10mins away.. The pickup was fast and free and I was handed cash right on the spot before the tow truck driver even hooked up my vehicle. I would definitely recommend them anytime and definitely use them again.
Came at the exact time they told me. No games or run around on the price. Very respectful, I had a great experience and will save their info for anyone i know that needs to get rid of a vehicle..

Im far from a car guy and had a beater that the clutch went out on. I figured instead of getting it fixed I bought a new car and just wanted to get some sort of value from it. They originally told me $250 for pick up and when the guy got there he played me into $100. After talking to my buddy from work he told me the story the inspector spun me was total BS and that I still shouldve gotten the full price that I was originally told. I hope anyone who is in actually need of the money doesnt do the same dumb thing I did. Would definitely rank as zero stars if I could. Not even worth the phone call to complain just bad business through and through!Definitely not a fake review, I was listed with the last name Shields
