I brought an iPhone 7 in on Black Friday and Mia who worked there, had my broken screen fixed and on my way within 30 minutes of me walking in the door. They also charged less for the fix than the other 4 places in Bensalem I checked with. CHECK OUR Cell Doc Philadelphia Mills!!! (Ask for Mia! Shes amazing!)
Paid them to have my screen fixed, not only did they not put they screen on properly, (the adhesive disolved and screen popped off) but when I returned to have the phone Fixed they refused service and blamed me for the screen. The woman working there was very rude, and ignorant, take your business elsewhere cell doc stinks.
I had taken my daughters iPhone here because the glass shattered and the first place we went to in the same mall messed my daughters phone up badly and CellDoc repaired it right then and there for her. $70. Now I have to take my other daughters phone to CellDoc to repair the charger port. Hope it works and they dont charge a lot either.
Could not even help with my phone , no organization, they got me to put a sticky note on my phone to separate from the others and said they would call me when its done. No call back and the results were just as suspected he cant fix it I dont believe he even tried and they never even attempted to call me to let me know. I would like to know how they call themselves Cell Doc seriously.
Horrible. Brought a pair of earbuds their because I left mine at home. The sound kept cutting in and out. I went to exchange or return and the guy says I bent the wire plug. What? Thats what I get for buying earbuds in a mini ziplock bag. SMH. I left the earbuds right there. Ill stick with stores that give receipts and dont say, the price for you is...
Same day service! Friendly and quick. Would highly recommend. My iPad looked like new after replacing the cracked screen.
Got my screen fixed a month ago here and I have been back 3 times because it keeps lifting and the 2nd time they broke my front camera!! I called to tell them and they said for 80 more dollars they would fix it... no thanks you clearly dont know what your doing
They dont deserve a single start. We took LG G2 to get screen replaced and the entire middle section of the new screen was dead. The guy the claimed that maybe was the system board. He said he will call after New screen comes in and he never did. Worst $80 spent.
I went to get my iPhone 5s screen repaired and they told me to come back after 30 min so I did and when I got back the screen was fixed but when I tried typing in my password it didn’t work at all and they told me to come back in 15 and after I came back it still didn’t work so they tried 7 other screens and then they called me a lier, threatened to take me to court, and started slamming everything in rage and blamed me saying my phone didn’t work when they saw me talking to someone before giving them my phone. These people are so rude I don’t recommend it

Best place to take your phone respectful courteous clean and excellent job all around great place.
They say they fix phones but they dont even have parts to a a20. Only I phone of course then you have to wait five or six days for the parts to come in
The employees here definitely not personable and/or welcoming, but they get the job done for a decent price, and they get it done correctly.

2022-07-03I give him my Iphone has only broke sceen but it work perfectly, he fixied the screen and he destroyed all my phone the voice doesnt work anymoe , the camera and the sound. He is not professional. I dont recommend it

2019-01-21These guys are awesome. I smashed my phone before I was about to travel so I needed a really quick fix. I was in and out of here in 30 min and its a really great price. The new screen is slightly different but you cant beat the cost- they also have a coupon on yelp for a discounted price! They saved my trip!!

2019-02-17I got my phone fixed here after calling for a quote.I got to the store and was told that price was incorrect and that jt was going to be $30 more.I waited a week for the screen then had it replaced (despite initially being told it was in stock.The screen cracked in my pocket a few days later, then essentially shattered days after that. I contacted the store and they refused to do anything to help.About 2 weeks after I paid $100 to have the screen replaced, it broke and they refused to take any responsibility or to even give me a discount on fixing it again.

2019-02-22I should’ve wrote a review the first time I cracked my screen haha but this time I had a battery issue, and my charge cord kept getting loose on my iPhone but besides all my issues these guys always fix it and I also got a repeat customer discount! Quick service and reasonable prices!

2019-08-18Avoid at all costs! Poor workmanship! Lazy costumer service! Shoddy products that fall apart in a week! iPhone screen that they installed is quite literally separating itself from the phone. The screen has now cracked up top and the LCD display is beginning to turn grey when pressure is admitted. These guys are shams, refused to help in any way. Avoid at all costs!

2017-07-28I chose to go to this location because on their website it offered to beat any competitors price by $5. I screenshotted this prior to going to their store. I even called and made sure that they would price match prior to going and the lady I spoke to said yes. I arrived there and she said no we dont do this. She was very rude. I showed her my screenshot from their website. She told me she would beat the price of the cell repair stand down the hall because she knows their price but not any other place. This was a very frustrating situation especially since I had clarified prior to going all the way there. Due to prior commitments, I did end up having to get it fixed there anyway but I had to spend a lot more money than I had anticipated. Do not go here if you want to go to a trustworthy business!

2017-04-26Went to this place thinking that my cell phone needed a new LCD Screen. Once I got to the store, the manager checked the phone and told me that it was not the screen. After finding out what the problem was, I decided not to go through with the repair.This person saved me $100. He did not charge me anything to check the phone which took him about 30 minutes. I highly recommend this place. They do not seem to just be in it for the money. Good customer service.
