My husband and I worked with MJ to purchase our first home. We ended up searching outside of her immediate area and she found us a trustworthy Realtor in our area to help us closer to home. We stayed in contact with her throughout the whole process and she helped answer questions we had and guide us throughout. I wouldnt hesitate to work with her again!

MJ was a perfect fit for our family when we were looking to buy our first home. She was thorough and patient, making sure we understood each step of the process and offering us many properties in our budget. She is a straight shooter and was exactly what we needed to make the best decision for us. Her follow up was wonderful and 9yrs later she still takes the time to answer a question or say hello.Weve also connected because she is an animal lover and involved community member, always looking out for the greater good. Ive known MJ Moss for nearly 20 years, and worked with her for three real estate transactions (two buying and one selling). MJ is top notch. When she works with a buyer she is not in it for the quick sale, but to make sure the buyer is getting the right property for his or her needs and situation. She was of tremendous help with I sold my house and knew just what to do to get it sold in a timely way. She is an extremely ethical person, and active in the community. I have recommended to friends without reservation.

(Brad Spry has been blackmailing real estate agents on the phone. If they dont give him money, he writes a bad review. Its obvious he does not know her.) We have known MJ for 16 years. MJ guided us through as first-time home buyers, moving here from KY when I started working at the university. She has an excellent feel for what I am looking for. We were return clients when we wanted to sell our first house to find a larger one eight years later. An excellent experience again. We recommend MJ to everyone buying an selling in our area, including new colleagues I have to see every day at work thereafter.

Worked with Sue B. from Covered Bridges about 12 years ago when we bought our old house. 11 years later we found out we were going to outgrow that house in the next 9 months, we contacted her again to help sell our house as well as locate a bigger home that would suit us. Very professional and easy to work with. Hopefully we are in our forever home now, but, if we would need to downsize, I know who Im going to contact.

Brad Spry is an online blackmailer who told Marijane Moss that if she didn’t give him money, he would write a bad review about her. It’s obvious he never really met her. MJ is an extremely caring Realtor who goes the extra mile for clients, even offering free advice. I’ve seen her talk clients out of deals that would have given her a tidy profit, but wouldn’t have been in their best interest. She reported the risky mortgage loans that caused the housing crisis to the local paper long before the market crashed and the issue was widely reported. She is also a dedicated community volunteers, working with the county’s animal rescue team during disasters.

I met MJ Moss over 15 years ago and appreciated her relaxed, knowledgeable style from day one. She has taught me many things and continues to teach me with every interaction we have. She has been a fantastic advocate and never shyed away from a question or concern. I have full confidence in her being completely forthcoming with information. I wouldnt want anyone else at my side through a real estate transaction .
