I had a wonderful experience at Chapman Nissan. The Nissan team were knowledgeable, professional and polite. I especially appreciate Aleia Scott, the Sales Consultant. She was exceptionally cordial, patient and attentive. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new, pre owned or used car.
My vehicle was called for a recall so I had an appointment for the recall, Danny was my service person. When I entered into the service department, Danny greeted me. I told him what I was there for and then he asked me is there anything else I think wrong with my car. I said yes a lot I think, then I told him that I have an service appointment on March 21 for an 40,000 miles service. Danny said are you serious I said yes, he stated to me we have your car now, we can handled that as well. The service was nice they ordered me a Lyft to and from where I was at, wonderful. My vehicle was handled nicely and rides better. But the only thing I was missing was an car wash Lol
This is the first google review i have ever written.I have received the worst customer service imaginable across the board from this dealership. My 2015 Nissan Altimas transmission blew a few weeks ago. The short version is after dealing with both Nissan Consumer Affairs and Chapman I was promised that the car was to be fixed in total by them (Dwayne Thompson from the service department) Under the premise that it was to be fully covered, I gave them the go ahead to fix it and they did. This was on a Friday. I was then called again by Dwayne on a Monday and told my car was fully repaired, and again told it was fully covered. Only to get a call no more than 5 minutes later from Dwayne to say that it was only being covered for 50%. Complete bait and switch by Chapman. They still have my car hostage. Since that time I have tried to call and email to talk to Dwayne, the service manager and the owner of Chapman and not one has replied. Not one return phone call or email. I have filed a complaint with the state attorney generals office. Who does business like this? I would recommend that you never do business with a car dealer that goes back on the word, ignores your phone calls.
First I was told that my transmission fluid could not be changed, even though I was well within the timeline to replace the fluid according to normal maintenance for my beloved car, until another mechanic corrected the person at the desk. And on top of that, after paying for an inspection preceding my cross country road trip, I had assumed that someone who looked at my car would check in with me face to face and let me know at least a little of what they observed with my car. Instead, I was whisked away wordlessly to the cashiers desk to pay a fee I consider exorbitant for a basic car inspection. At the very least, I wish I had bern provided some kind of update and reportback from the inspection even if all was well. On top of ALL that- I am immune compromised, and most people were unmasked indoors, including in the waiting area. So I had no choice but to wait outside in the blazing hot sun for over two hours. Please consider the basic decency of at least providing a bench in the shade, if not a separate waiting room indoors where masks are required.
I purchased a new 2022 Nissan Rogue and because of Tasha helping me on the phone and setting up an appointment quickly. Upon arrival at Chapman I was introduced to Brian Cargal who was very professional, he took his time and went over every function of the Rogue and expedited the purchase of my new car. You have really good people working at Chapman. Thank you Brian and Tasha for being so professional. It’s because of you that I purchased the 2022 Nissan Rogue.
I purchased a car that they showed me what was a clean car with car fax, turned out the car was hit on driver side and both doors were replaced and painted and the paint is coming off the car. Went back to Santos the sales man and they did nothing to help with the problem only 1 week of owning the car. The rear window stopped working and they refused to fix it even when I purchased the extended warranty also refused my oil change. They did nothing to help or even tell me why. To this day they never tried to contact me. So I will never purchase or even recommend them for anything. I got the car fax on my own and it shows that the car was hit. Don’t trust there car fax.I will be taking further action. Still waiting for a call back.
I didn’t know there was a difference in dealerships until I came to Chapman Nissan. I had an issue with my 2016 Nissan, which I was told that couldn’t be resolved and I should purchase a new car!!!! . It was all a scam to get me out of my vehicle, it was recommended that I take my car to Chapman Nissan and the problem was resolved in one day!!!! Thank God for good honest professional work. I would highly recommend Chapman Nissan.When the time to purchase a new car I will be going to Chapman
Everyone was nice but I took my car in knowing something was wrong had them double check they couldn’t find an issue . A week later my car broke down after experiencing the same issues that I took it in to begin with and most likely could have been avoided if they were able to pin point a problem. It is extremely irritating because this is a NISSAN dealership and an outside general auto store was able to find the issue…
Having serviced my Nissan at Chapman for the last 5 years the experience I encountered ladt week was horrible and I will not return, I had a 10 am appointment and I was not seen for 2 hours , the person working on my car was zipping thru ,working on 2 cars at once, then he said i needed a battery, one on which I bought 2 years ago, they are holding people up without a gun as I watched them do the same to other costumers.When the service department was run by Mark everything was excellent, now its a clown show, I will never go back and I will not buy my new car there.
I recently drop off my car for a recall appointment, please note I have drop off my car in the past for recalls. So I was very disappointed when I received a call from the technician advising me my car was not fix because they didn’t have the part. This is bad customer service. I went to work late and I had to leave work early to go pick up the car. I had to use my vacation time to make up the lost time from work. Lastly, it inconveniences for person who had to following me to and from.
I arrived at Nissan 9:15am. I was there for 2 hours and a half for them to tell me that my transmission was bad. Nissan cars and jeeps are bad. Transmission problems always go bad in they vehicles. I had a maxima with problems now my Nissan Pathfinder. I will never buy Nissan again. The wait was long just to get a diagnosis test!
This review is soley based on the incessant spam calls Ive been receiving from a woman that either works there or is affiliated with the company. 1st and foremost, shes unprofessional. Everytime she called/left a voicemail it was hey is this_____, instead of the proper Hello, may i speak to____. You dont know me personally to be so formal. Secondly, i gave the impression that i MIGHT be interested in looking at a vehicle. Huge mistake. I was actually just trying to be polite. That didnt mean it was a free for all to then call my phone at all hours, specifically AT 8AM IN THE FREAKING MORNING. I hung up on her then blocked her & she simply moved to leaving voicemails EVERY DAY. Read the room!! If someone isnt responding, perhaps stop harassing them everyday. Now i have to take it a step further & block her from leaving voicemails. When i pick up my vehicle tomorrow, i will be addressing this lady. Jesus Christ GET A CLUE AND STOP HARASSING PEOPLE!!
Had a appointment for 10am oil change and tire rotation. Dropped car off at 9AM. Went back about 2pm and my car was not serviced yet. Was not worked on until 23pm. Besides that the service was good. Hopefully it might have been due staffing problems and will be better next time
I was told by the service advisor that they would not install a $16 leaking transmission axle seal in my car because they did not install the transmission in my car. I took my car there a few months ago and they didnt have a problem working on it to the tone of $1400. Even if they are the only nissan dealer within 50 miles I will not be doing business with them.
When I bought my car I was given a pink slip for a free oil change. So I went on Wednesday 12/1 for it gave them my slip and they gave it back to me. Not thinking anything of it they sent me to the cashier anyway to pay. I tried to contact the supervisor that same day and guess what? NO ANSWER. not even a call back even though I left my name and voicemail.Also they’re a little shady. When I traded my old car in for the one I have now I was supposed to get $450 cash back. They played around and around!! It took 3 months to get my check in the mail even with calling atleast once a day.
Sherman Brooks was a great rep and very eager to place you in a vehicle that will fit your needs. Everyone was courteous and they made you feel like a part of the Nissan family. I did not get the impression that I was being forced to make a decision or a fast decision; but, to make a wise one.They look for ways to Taylor to deal best for your finances and to make sure you are in a quality vehicle. They were also willing to take as much time needed to make you comfortable with your deal and your car. I like the fact that they correspond with you after your purchase to make sure you are okay and they or willing to go step by step to make sure you understand how your vehicle works with all the new technology.
While the mechanics were competent and replaced the engine parts that were broken and the recalled parts just fine, the communication from Chapman at all points was mediocre at best. The one thing I DID like was the video summary they provided of what was wrong (although they said my brake rotors were dry rotted…. metal can’t dry rot??) The first person I spoke to had no compassion even though I was visibly stressed and upset, and it went downhill from there. I left my vehicle there for a couple days to decide what to do, and when I did make a decision I used their online form to approve part of the recommended repairs. I called the next day at 4 (they’re open until 6) and left a voicemail that was never returned. I called the day after that, and was informed that the online approval was sent to the wrong person and that the voicemail system doesn’t work. And then on top of that the parts had to be ordered and would take 2-3 days to get there. When I called 2-3 days later, I spoke to the person I’d been working with, who said she’d talk to a mechanic and call me back right away. 2 hours later she hadn’t called me back.So. The parts of my engine that the mechanics fixed are working now! But I’m never going back.
This was the worst time I ever had at this place 3:20 minutes for a oil change and get one tirer fixed if I didn’t get my tire from there I would never come back there never and the prices y’all try to charge by saying that’s is bull because I worked in a shop and it would never cost 1,000 for brakes and. Shock’s
Service was fine or even great. But the young lady that checked my car in, definitely forgot to notify me when my car was done. I waited an extra hour - 1 hr and half for no reason. She was playing with her phone when I was trying to check my car in and was probably playing with her phone when she forgot to check my car out.
Scheduling my appointment was quick and easy as I did it online. Checking in once I arrived was quick and painless. I had been going to Firestone for years and recently had many issues with a new Firestone location and had been trying for over a month to just get a simple oil change. Nissan did more than what I needed and I will come again. Service was truly top notch.
Went in for a transmission replacement took awhile for them to get the part so far they did a good job on it but when I came to pick it up it was parked in a parking lot missing a hubcap then I cant open My Hood somehow the cable broke the service man Behind The Desk told me that I came in there with three hubcaps but I know I came in with a whole set.and then i took it back the next day they did right they fix my hood and give me my hubcap back and plus on top of that the inside of my car was dirty they dont put paper down into your car and it had oil stains everywhere I had to cleanse my car well.i wont take my car back there ill find another Nissan to go to
My experience was fairly dreadful. Although the service manager was friendly, the level of communication and actual service provided by Nissan was terrible. My car was Inspected on a Monday, I asked them to complete a drive belt replacement on. Tuesday. I heard 0 communication from Nissan team on Wednesday or Thursday (after leaving a voicemail both days). On Friday I was assured twice that the work would be completed by the time I picked my car up on Saturday at 10:00 am. Arrived at 10:20 on Saturday to the work not even have began. I do not plan on ever returning.
There was no issue with the service itself. There was an issue with communication from the service department. My car was towed on a Monday and I was unable to speak to someone who could update me on the status of my car until Wednesday. The phone lines are a complete mess. I have had much better experiences with Mt. Holly Nissan in NJ and will be going to them for future service.
I brought my friends (2 of them) here with only 10% hope of getting a car he wants because he is only new in credit as a foreign professionals. Sherman Brooks, the sale man never showed any hesitation to assist us despite his situations. He let my friend do the drive test and when my friend says he likes the car (Nissan Rogue 2017), Sherman told us he will do all his best so that he can bring home the car. Im still not convince it will happen. Living here for years, I am very much aware how important the credit scores is in almost everything.After a not so long wait voila! guess what?! My friend got approved and received the best deal we or I could never ever imagine. Im very surprise that it is indeed possible. The price deal is unexpected. He now have this great car that he can drive anywhere he want.I have no idea that Nissan has program for foreign professionals here who want to avail car of their choice for as long as you meet the income requirement and employment paper works regardless of your credit score. I have been to a lot of dealership and never heard of this program. Others will automatically decline you the moment you step in to their door. They dont even bother to check what you have or if you can afford it or not. But Nissan is different! They will give you a chance and opportunity to establish your credit. Im amazed.Nissan Chapman in Essington, PA is superb in so many levels. Their assistance, customer service, accommodations and support is way way beyond of what we called customer satisfactions.Their manager Chris is one heck of a guy. Very supportive and knows his job.If you are looking for the best car deal, go to Nissan Chapman in Essington Auto Mall and look for Sherman Brooks. After paying $160.00 for HALF diagnosing issues with my vehicle, I had to go back the next day, demand diagnostic COMPLETION, spend ample hours again waiting for technician availability to my dismay for a completed diagnosis of my vehicle’s issues. I requested an appointment for diagnostics. I arrived and the service agent alerted me that the SCHEDULER scheduled for state inspection. I never requested such. My inspection doesn’t expire until 2022. The technician made me feel as if I was being rushed and hurried when trying to give an explanation of the issues that I was experiencing with my car. Understanding that the service department can be very busy with several things, I feel that I was not valued as a customer. I’ve visited CHAPMAN NISSAN for service many times before & received great service & consumer respect. Recently, there has been a large exchange of new employees within the service department that has not given me a great experience as the former staff. So, after the diagnostic was finally completed I took my business elsewhere to get repairs done where I was respected, as well as premium, quality repairs.
I brought my vehicle in for Service on Saturday, May 28, 2022. The Assistant Service Manager, Daniel Ricciardi assisted me. He told me that he was new to this location, which was Essington Avenue. He was very Courteous & Knowledgeable. Also, went Above & Beyond his Customer Service Expectations, explaining the difference between the Engine Filter & Air Filter...what each one does. He applied the Best Discount for my services too. Please see that he receives Accolades for his Excellent Customer Service Duties. Also, I would like to reiterate that Johnny, my Service Technician also for his Video on my vehicle...kept me abreast of the Inspection. I was absolutely floored by the service and the technology. I loved the video that I received via text and I loved how I received a text that showed me work that I previously agreed upon for servicing and then suggested servicing for new issues identified. While my goal in life is to never purchase a brand new car, I certainly would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to purchase new and I will get more servicing done here.
Customer service & communication lacks at this location. Dropped my car off on a Friday. Due to the holiday I was advised that the part would be in Tuesday. Granted its the holiday weekend and I didnt have an appointment,I wasnt expecting a quick turnaround. Reached out on Tuesday for an update via text at 11am , no response. Called and left a message at 1pm , no response . Called at 3:15pm got a response, but no answer on the update about my car . A nice courtesy call/text would have been great so that I can make arrangements for transportation. Im going on day 4 without a car and 2 days of missed work.
I dealt with a gentleman name Danny he was very knowledgeable very friendly just the kind of person you wanna represented your company That was a wise choice when you hired him if he treats everyone as well as he treated me ( Which I have no doubt he does treat everybody the same) I could see how you’ll have return customers. Staff are friendly and helpful. The waiting room is always clean and inviting. I also enjoyed the free coffee, thank you. My wait time for the work wasn’t as long as I thought it might take. I like Chapman Nissan. They were highly recommended by a co-worker and I have not been disappointed.
Customer service was superb from start to finish. Dwayne, assisted me during the process. I had a bad ordeal with the warranty insurance carrier and Dwayne stuck by me all the way. It took almost a month. Not only that I met a lot of nice people working at Nissan dealership from the guy that detailed my car to the finance lady closing me out with final payment, I was very pleased. I met Steve and just the friendliness between the co- workers made me feel right at home. When I’m ready to get a new car, guess where I’m going? You got it! Nissan Dealership, where you’re not just another customer, you’re family!
If you drop off your 1 year old vehicle for routine service (oil change and inspection) be prepared for it to take all day. I was told that this was a 3 to 4 hour process, but after dropping my vehicle off at 8:30 it was not ready until 5:15. Why? Because I was bumped. Why, because this office is not managed well. The routine service was done, but this could have been done at any garage for 1/4 of the time. Go to your local garage unless you have to go to the dealer
I bought a 2021 Nissan Versa this week and it was the quickest car buying experience I have ever had. Financing was easy, and my trade in (though I got a bit less for it than anticipated, was an easy process). The sales team was courteous and professional. Everyone went above and beyond (during a pandemic, no less) to make the experience as pleasant as possible.
Very rewarding experience. Was in and out within the hour and fifteen minutes. My car rides like a baby and does not swing to the side as in before my alignment. Will surely return to Chapman in the future. I hope they offer more deals which made my experience even more rewarding. Great job guys.Thanks. This is an old site. My recent experience was good except the prices are too high. $160 dollars just to diagnose? Wow!!! And they didnt even fix my windshield washer issueI told them what I wanted to check and they still did what they wanted, not what I asked. I do thank them for picking me up to get my car. Very nice. I still cant see me paying 2800 dollars for a basic spark plug install and exhaust install. I think that is not very good for me to approve of. Other than that, the people there were great.
My visit at Chapman Nissan was a great first time experience. There was no doubt in my mind about rather my car was properly serviced because upon completion they sent me a video of the whole inspection. I was very excited and I felt like family sitting in the waiting area having access to charge stations, coffee and snacks. The Andys customer service was exceptional and I look forward to my next visit.
Service was excellent. Service Attendant was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. The Tech was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The free expresso and free internet was appreciated too. Very happy 😃 with service and how Chapman Nissan handles their customers. Will continue to use them and recommend others as well.

I was extremely impressed, as usual, with Chapman’s commitment to excellence! Shortly after entering the waiting area, I received a video clip of my car being evaluated for my annual inspection and the need for me to replace my rear, driver side brake light. I was then sent an acknowledgment statement and the ability to authorize the work to be completed. I thought that the process was wonderful in light of the pandemic and the necessity to be socially distant. Upon completion of the work, Madelynne met me at the check-out counter and graciously thanked me for my patronage and my car was parked within the car port for an easy exit. Once again, I enjoyed my Chapman experience. Thank you!!!!!
I had a great experience with the service department. Staff were friendly, the center was clean, and the wait was not too long considering there were other patrons. I also like that they text you a link to communicate the status/results of your inspection. This is definitely an upgrade from other Nissan Dealerships I’ve conducted business with.
I really enjoyed the update through video it gave me a sense of reassurance that my vehicle was being taken care of. The constant updating was great I didn’t have to call and ask how’s my vehicle doing or when will my vehicle be ready. I will come back again and again. For now on this will be my Nissan dealer
Let’s talk about customer service, before you take my review into a count, just have some go to the service department and walk in and then time how long it takes for someone to acknowledge you. A simple “hi, I will be with you shortly” that’s all it takes, you don’t even have to look up from the computer to say that!This is not the first time I have been here and I received the same bad service previously. The only reason why I chose to go here is because it was 5min from where we were located. But because of customer service a lone, I’d radther drive 30min and pay toll just receive better service. Not only is customer service bad but online sales department as well. DO NOT have online sales manager if they make u come in to receive a quote, what is the sense of “online” when you can’t do it “online”
My appointment was for 11 o’clock; I arrived at 10:36 The intake person was respectful and courteous. I didn’t realize it until the last minute, that the state had not mailed me my application for my owners card, One of the representatives, Kelly, assisted me in doing it online. As I waited in the waiting room, I was texted a video of the service that they were performing on my Vehicle. My vehicle was returned to me at around 12 O’clock. I had anticipated a longer wait, so I Only had enough time to finish just one chapter of my book.
The service that I received was not up to par. I arrived at 7:30 for my 8:00 appointment. My vehicle was pulled in and I was told it would take about a hour to diagnose the problem with why my power steering was leaking. So I went home. Well to sum it up it had to keep texting to find out about my vehicle only to find out that once they diagnosed the problem 8 hours later that all of a sudden now they dont even accept the warranty company that I am with any more. They really expected me to pay them 1,300.00 to correct a so called power steering pump leak. So I wasted a whole day for nothing. I took my vehicle to another mechanic and they said that it was a loose bolt on the power steering pump. They tightened it and I have not had a problem since. It sure didnt cost me 1,300.00. I am very disappointed in the service from Chapman Nissan. I will not be going back there.
Absolutely terrible! I am a long time Nissan owner and loyal customer. It took me a month to actually speak to someone after purchasing a used vehicle that I felt had an issue. At the time of my appointment the General Sales Manager, Chris Casey treated me as if I was a bother and tried to intimidate me with his tone, in front of other Nissan employees, which was unnecessary and unacceptable. I can only assume that it was because I was a woman and he had no intention of helping me. There was in fact a problem with the vehicle, which was taken care of by the service department who were extremely helpful. But only half of my concerns were addressed. I’m appalled by the way I was spoken to and treated.
I rarely write reviews but our experience at Chapman Nissan was such a pleasant surprise that it definitely deserves mention. My wife and I arrived at the dealership without a firm idea of what we were looking for. Brian was extremely patient with us and worked diligently to help us understand what our options were. The end result was we rolled out of there in a vehicle that was an ideal fit for our needs and budget. Brian even followed up with a call a few days later to make sure we were happy with our choice. All in all, it was a great car buying experience.
I recently purchased a used vehicle and it came with a money-back warranty. I wanted to get it checked by a certified mechanic. So I brought my new-to-me Nissan to Chapman. I scheduled the service for the first time slot in the morning. I was immediately greeted by Frank DAmico. I told Frank what I needed done. He recommended that I get the basic service done since I was in the middle of two recommended service points. I reviewed the Carfax report and did not find conclusive evidence of the previous service being done, so I opted to do that service instead as it was more thorough. Frank explained clearly what was included and also addressed my concerns about CVT and the transmission oil change. I chose to wait for the service to be done. They had really good internet in the waiting area, and plenty of other amenities, I was masked and so weere other customers (and all staff). I worked on my email and got the car back in 2.5 hours, just 30 minutes more than the initial estimate. Everything was handled very well. The good reviews are well-earned.
Because of my life, keeping a schedule is very important to me. Chapman kept to the schedule it provided to me and I am very grateful for that! From my conversation on the phone until the point where I picked up car was done with great professionalism and great care.I arrived on time and was served on time. I was told it would take two hours and they provided a lift for me to get home. I was told my car would be ready at noon and I was provided a video going over what was needed to be done and shown the paperwork during the video. I was then asked if I needed to ride back and within two minutes I was told my ride would be there to bring me to the dealership....and it was. I am thankful for good service right now in 2021 when so much is going wrong,
Everything went in a timely fashion from scheduling my appointment online to the completed work. Was greatly impressed with the updates via text from the service advisor. Finally the video from the auto technician on the work needed on my car was unbelievable. In the past you had to depend on the word of the technician and advisor. Keep up the good work
Excellent service!! Dwayne, my service writer was very helpful and patient with me through the whole process. He kept and constant communication with me and answered all my questions. Unlike Reedman Toll Nissan in Drexel Hill where I bought and had my serviced since day one is very professional and honest. Thanks to Dwayne and Mark, technician, My Sentra is running back to normal. Thank you Chapman Nissan for your service.Oh, I had my Sentra detailed as well and I couldn’t be happier with how clean and bright my interior is. My first detail in over 8 years and my car looks new. Thank you!!
They wait to check my car in was very long. There were only two advisors available. I went for an oil change and had my fob battery replaced at the techs suggestion. When I went to pick up my vehicle the newly replaced fob battery did not work. I was unable to open my car door. I had to go back inside so they could replace it with another battery. Clearly the ax was not completed to ensure this fob worked. Overall I pleased with the service. Unfortunate since I purchased my vehicle there and my sales rep was great.
I always have a great experience when I take my Nissan Altima to Chapman Nissan for service. This last time was no exception. The young lady who waited on me was pleasant, and kept me updated about my car as I waited. She even sent me a video of the mechanic assessing my car. Even though I wasn’t expecting to have more work done beyond the oil change that I initially went there for, she worked hard to find me a discount that could reduce the charge. Ive had nothing but great experiences at this dealership. I work in the industry and I can truly attest to this excellent service center! I called and made an appointment for the same day, dropped my car off only to be called about 30 minutes later to let me know it was done and also received a text message with a video showing my car and a walk around on its condition from the mechanic! I feel like your service department doesnt hire enough advisors. I was waiting for phone call to get the updates or status of my car tire replacement and I had to call in myself to know whats going on with my car. Later on, I found out that the tech doesnt have enough time to replace both of my front tires, so I had to leave my Nissan Rogue there overnight and pick up the next day.
They were supposed to have my car a few hours to fix the recalls. They ended up keeping my car over night no one called to inform me that they were keeping it. Major inconvenience. I called to talk to the covering manager he never followed up. Then they couldn’t find my paperwork to show me what services were done on my car. I will take my car to another Nissan dealer.
As always ,I was greeted with a big warm smile. All questions that I asked were answered with an interest in what I was asking. All answers were clearly understood by anyone that I asked. Im always full of questions. My car definitely came out in better condition than when it went in. It is more mechanically sound and much cleaner. I appreciate Harrison who greeted me when I first came in. He got the ball rolling before Nancy came to put things in my account. Im on her team. The team members dont mind helping each other. They keep you from waiting a long time. Which means work is getting done faster! Nancy came to the wait area to give me an update on the progress of the work on my vehicle. She let me know what more needed to be done . I didnt know until Nancy told me. Im glad she did. I was saved a ticket and money down the line!!! I appreciate Nancy taking care of me. AC , TV, Sirius XM radio, free Wi-Fi, fresh coffee, fresh donuts, comfy sofas, tables with fresh cut flowers on top, clean restrooms and well lit rooms to read the complementary Morning Inquirer. All work was explained to me before I paid my bill. The condition of my brakes and tires given a rating so that I may keep an eye on them for road safety. I have a reminder sticker on my windshield for my next visit.This was one of the best experiences that I have ever had at a business. More businesses should be like this one. May they always be successful.**************************************************Had an oil change, multipoint inspection, and wash and wax the week 02/24/2022.The service department was kind and knew what they were doing. My vehicle is clean and is shining like new! It runs good too. I am glad that Chapman Nissan is near so that I can continue to get great service for my vehicle from good people.
I was a faithful customer, but not until recently I was deceived out my money, I went to get my breaks changed, and I was told one price, and when I go pick up my vehicle, I wind up paying more than I was originally suppose to pay.Not only that, the sales person who helped me called me to say my vehicle was ready to be picked up, and when I get there he wasn’t even there, and the person I had to pay to get my vehicle was highly disrespectful, telling me he can’t give me my keys to get my car, until I pay what’s on the paper, I’m trying to explain to him that I don’t have that amount because that wasn’t the price that was told to me, and I was with my two babies and I’m asking him how am I supporting get back home? He’s like he don’t know, telling me to ask a sales person.Everyone was acting all oblivious because no one wanted to help me, I’m asking is there someone that they can call to resolve this matter, and all they can tell me was everyone is gone and it’s nothing they can do about telling me why my price to pay for my breaks is almost 200$ more that wasn’t discussed with me upon leaving to go home and wait until my vehicle was done.They showed their true colors that day, very Inconsiderate and unprofessional I even called the next day to speak to the salesman who helped me, and they said he wasn’t in there and nobody could help me and tell me why I had to pay more than what I was originally supposed to pay for my brakes to get fixed. I’ll be taking my bus some place else. These people don’t care about nothing but the money, as long as they make a sale they’re happy.
Brian made my mother and I feel comfortable and listened to our concerns and wants. He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. Normally going to get a car is dreadful in my opinion. This was our best experience yet! Very quick and to the point. We felt like we were in and out of there which we were super happy about. I was satisfied with my new car with the help of Brian. 10/10 recommend.
The staff was very friendly and pleasant, especially Frank. The waiting area was beyond comfortable and included refreshments. Their iservice feature was by far the coolest thing I have ever experienced as a customer in a automotive repair shop. I would recommend Chapman Nissan to any car owner.
I called the Corporate office because I had just purchased a 2017 Pathfinder and experienced some issues within the first 4 months after purchasing. I needed a new fan assembly and during this time, paying what it costed was not in my budget. Chapman Nissan really came through with helping me financially cover the cost that was needed to repair my vehicle. Frank my service manager was just excellent and was also very patient with me. I’ll be back next month for inspection and tires!!! These guys were awesome and I recommend anyone to shop with Chapman.
Had an awful experience while searching for a new Nissan. I found a Nissan altima that I wanted and I confirmed with this dealership that they have it available for me to see and possibly buy. They sent me an email with the car details and confirmed twice on the phone. I went to the location after canceling my meetings and was told that they do not have that car at all. The manager gave me an up charged quote- not what they had emailed me and what the marked price of the car was online. He also did not guarantee when the car would be available. I found him and the rest of the staff persistent, rude and somewhat obnoxious. I ended up buying my car that same day at a different dealership, about $2000 less than what they were offering, and got great service. I would suggest take your business elsewhere to save yourself a headache.
Brian offered amazing service! He took his time explaining the features on all the different style 2021 Rogues. He was very patient with my husband and I and went above and beyond to be sure that we were satisfied customers before we left. We definitely recommend Chapman Nissan!!
Took my car here the mechanic lied about things that was wrong with my car and tried to charge me over $5000 , I paid $700 to get my car out the shop for diagnostics when the problems they stated was wrong wasn’t even wrong , I took it to my mechanic and diagnosed the correct problem right away and it was things that were so small however the service advisors are very polite and show good customer service
Top notch dealership! The maintenance and repair services they provided were very professional and fairly priced. In addition, they sent a courtesy ride to take me home while my car was serviced and then sent another courtesy ride to pick me up when my car was ready. To top it off, they gave me a voucher for a free oil change service ! Chapman Nissan really values its clients! Special thanks to Joe Glenn for his excellent customer service!🥇👍
I went in to get my car serviced because it wasnt driving well. The customer service person named Joe helped me with every step of the way. It turned out my transmission went. Luckily I was covered under warranty. They said it would take probably 3 to 4 days to get done, but I got a call to pick up my car the next day! The mechanic johnny worked on my car very fast. He is amazing and also good looking. Im very pleased. 😋
I called to check on a car that was and still is listed on their website. I was told its available. I go there and ask for it again and again was told available. Take down the info to go for a test drive ( supposedly) and comes back with, oh I just sold it right now as we are speaking bull sh!t. never ever will I go there to buy a car again even if theres no other car dealers left in the world. Be truthful and maybe youll get to keep a repeat customer. Dont fall for their B.S. and dont ever go there at all.
Truly appreciated the quick communications from my Tech and Advisor. The walk through video was very helpful as well as the Tech narrated his assessments. Only improvement needed at Chapman is to have the Scheduling Department inform customers on the initial call that all Diagnostics fees are paid UP FRONT...thats not the usual and can be quite the surprise when your just dropping off.
I loved every part of my experience, except for the heavy set Asian guy in service who couldn’t find my appointment for an emissions test and thought it was okay to tell me, the friend who scheduled for me is a liar because he didn’t see my name anywhere. I felt disrespected and taken aback. Not only was I confused, I was offended upon arriving at a business where I expected to be treated well based on my friends recommendation. Justin took care of me and communicated very well with me to ensure I left happy.
I wrote an extensive letter on one of the many advertisements that I get from Nissan. I was not showing a video I had no coolant or oil in my car when I got it back. Nissan said that automatically it was my engine that was blown ($9,100) and that I need a new one. The engine is fine and its probably emissions and possibly a tension belt that I need because of the car still not starting. Nissan had my car for almost 2 weeks misdiagnosed and the mechanics had no patience to try to figure out why my car wasnt starting. Also I have no idea if the computer floorboarding was put in because of not seeing a video. The last 3 times I bought it in Chapman I wasnt given a video. Theres really no excuse why my car wasnt serviced in 2 weeks. Either no fluids were put in on purpose or it was negligence. Nissan was my choice pick for buying a car and now I regret that I dont recommend Chapman Nissan.
Needed tires for my Murano and the dealership where I bought the car wanted $250 per tire. I shopped the exact tire model because of the warranty and was able to order them through Chapman for $212 per tire. My appt was 930 am and I was out of there by 11 am. Everyone was very nice and helpful!! Thank you Chapman Nissan!
Customer Service is really helpful.Customer Service was so good to to me at Nissan Customers Service, She listen to understand the reason for my visit patiently and better explained to the mechanic. She represented me to the repair guy to ensure that a better job is done. That behavior makes me happy to come back for another Service on my car!!!!! I also recommend that other car owners visit Nissan for better services. Both interior and exterior were detailed cleaned as well.
The service department and the staff who took care of my billing were marvelous. I highly recommend the technician who serviced my car. He is very skilled and knows his job. I was impressed by the way he went about his responsibilities.I was, however., disappointed by the Parts Department who refused to help me to get the Part number of a part I needed but wanted me to spend an excessive amount on the item. I dont think I will use the Parts Department in the future and will not recommend it to others.
Service was great I got a deal on all 4 tires bought 4th one for1.00 excellent oil change is cheap best oil and air filter for cars not like other cheap ones that allows dirt and particles to get in your engine. You can also purchase parts and put them on yourself or just buy to get a certified mechanic to put on for you or choose Nissan Chapman. Had my car 3 years still going strong. Chris and the rest of the team at Chapman will take care of your car or purchasing a car.
I have leased another car through Tawny and Keane in Philadelphia . I had a great experience the first time when leasing our first Nissan and another great experience when we just leased our new car. Very prompt...didnt have to wait at all to be initially served....they explained everything and took care of all the warranty interactions for me...that was important to me. It was a pretty big job so I spent most of the day there which was fine since I could work remotely in the waiting room. They always kept me updated and they did a great job in my car...very happy overall
I purchased a car from here on Monday. Great service. Great salespeople. All around pleasurable car buying experience. They have new Nissan cars and they also have a wide selection of used joints! All inspected and in great shape. I would definitely recommend! I cant remember the name of the salesman who sold me my car, but he went above and beyond the call of duty. So I brought an 2017 Nissan Maxima on January 19th 2021 I have been having problems with this vehicle since purchasing it! I am so annoyed by having to keep coming back and forth to this dealership. I’ve had a rental car for days at a time. There is no reason why a certified car should be having so many issues. From the check engine light to now they are asking me to bring it in again to check the transmission??😩😩 . I need help and answers. I have been telling them I hear this noise since the first time I brought the car in to get looked at!! Someone pint me in the right direction why am I paying for a vehicle that in the shop more than on the road😩😩
This is the worst dealership ever. Refused to replace my washer motor although the car was still under manufacturer warranty. Referred me to consumer affairs and consumer affairs referred me back to the dealership stating that its was to their discretion. I always bought 1-2 year old cars still under manufacturer warranty and never had to deal with situations like that. Lousy customer service !
Took my car in for my annual state inspection. The team found some things that needed to be fixed. They clearly explained everything, and updated me throughout the entire process. Justin was so helpful— even put a rush order on parts so it could get done quickly. I know that it couldn’t have been done without the managers support— and that made everything easier. Can’t imagine taking my car anywhere else.

0 out of 5. Service advisors are terrible. Rude, Disrespectful, Unprofessional. Nobody moves with urgency. Dropped my car off to have a keyfob programmed & was told it would be about 2.... it took them 2 hours to tell me they couldn’t get into the car because the tow truck company locked it. So when i get there with the physical key, it STILL takes them another 2HOURS to program my keyfob. There’s nothing quick about the service center here nor is there anything or anybody that seems like it’s actually their to help the customer
As usual, the service department was excellent in their effort to serve me. Frank really spent time being sure of what was needed and offered recommendations to maintain superior performance of my Murano(2017). My wait time was not overbearing or extreme! You were an hour and fifteen minutes late to pick up my car for service. I had to call in order to get any idea that you were even running late. You text me for other things but could not even give me the courtesy to inform me you were running late. I planned my day of work around the car being picked up at 8:30 and was completely disrupted. Then when time to pay I was sent a bill if $315 which was not your advertised $259.99 plus tax special. When I call the get this price corrected your loyalty manager Kelli had the nerve to tell me I was wrong. She pulls the page up and oh guess what! $259 plus tax. Not offered a discount and very little apology for the inconvenience and poor service. I have a free oil change from purchasing the car and I would rather go to another dealer and forgo the free oil change because this service is awful.
Tawny was awesome. She allowed me to test drive as many vehicles as I needed to inorder to find the vehicle I was most comfortable with. She also went above and beyond and got me answers from my insurance company that I wasnt able to get without her.Shes the best 😊. Id recommend her to anyone.
Took my car in for service last Saturday. Aside from issues regarding my warranty company the dealer was able to diagnose my issues that same day and get the repairs done fairly quickly all things considered. The diagnosis seemed thorough given my parameters and someone was always available for me to reach via text or phone. My car runs smoothly now and that’s all that really matters to me in the long run. Minimal time waiting in the office and a Lyft is provided while your car is being serviced. Keep up the good work.
The actual appt took 3-4 hrs. When I got the car back the very next day the check oil light and filter like came back on.. I’m sure if they even changed my oil like they were suppose too or just slapped a sticker up there on the window.. also now my radio is not working properly and it was fine when I got it.. now I gotta find time to come back and get serviced properly.
Chapman Nissan was helpful in making sure I was aware of the work required and also provided a discount to reduce the overall cost. I wasnt pressured to do additional work even after they told me my brakes needed changing. They informed me but left the decision up to me. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time and they notified me when the work was completed. Great service and attentive staff.
Tim G exceeded my expectations in my initial meeting because I wasnt quite ready to make the deal at that time, and he did not pressure me or keep me in the dealership any longer than necessary. He recommended the best dates to consider returning and then followed up a week prior to said dates. Then once there he was thorough in his approach, courteous and not overbearing. He was able to get me to number I could live with and just made my 3rd consecutive leasing experience with Nissan an absolute pleasure.I think I may have found my salesman and dealership for life. One thing for the management team - work with him so that he can adjust his schedule to be with his family more. He works too hard.
Friendly when I showed up, but I showed up for an appointment on Monday that I made on a Friday, they told me they sold the car I was going to look at on Saturday. Nobody told me this information to save me an hour drive. The lack of sympathy was astonishing, they didnt even apologize.
GREAT SERVICE! The staff was friendly and very helpful! I had to cancel my AM appointment last minute but they were able to fit me later that day. I also had some issues with my insurance information but they worked with the insurance company to update everything. Communication was great! I received emails, phone calls and texts that kept me in the loop. It was a busy Friday so I appreciate their hard work and customer service.Thanks Chapman Nissan!
THE PEOPLE IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT (Andy and the manager Marc are both extremely rude, I went to drop my car off like I was told to do and Andy acted like I was bothering him. Marc wants to tell me that they just fired 2 people like that has anything to do with the customer service I received. I spoke to a Kelly(She was very nice and willing to assist). From start to finish it was a bad experience, when my lease is up, I WILL NOT BE BACK TO CHAPMAN..
The service was not good at all! I will never Recommend anyone getting the a car service at your location the service manager Mark Bear was completely unprofessional .He called me an animal and told me he did not care if i was a customer and could care less if i brought my car there for service .I brought my car in for a regular maintenance (oil change) and when I got my car back several hours later it was making a noise and the floor panel inside the driver door leadind up to the dash was torn off. I was upset and Mark refused to fix my issue instead he choose to be unprofessional, insulting, rude and discriminating. I am not a animal nor should I have been compared to one.. in his position I expected more....This isnt how you lead and if this is the face of your company then you should be ashamed. No one deserves to be treated like I was...
The service person came out within 7 minutes. Obtained my information, proceeding to write everything up. (Pleasantly surprised as the last time I came here service was horrible). He gave me an estate as to how long the servicing would take. Asked where I could sit and wait, surprise the customer lobby was open. Job finished before estimated time. Nice experience. Service person was professional and courteous. Cashier was congenial, but not welcoming.
The appointment was fast and Ms. Madelynne Galdamez the representative was eager to assist me as soon as I pulled up!!! The mechanics sent me a video of all the things that needed to get change and what was in still good condition.Anyone that is looking for a quick and on point appointment to get they car catered to, go to Chapman Nissan!!!
I need to share this because its incredible. This dealership KNOWS how to take care of their customers! My car had a buildup of sludge in the engine and it got to the point of me needing a new one, the service team mistakingly overlooked it the first time I brought it in. I spoke to Mark, the manager of service about my concerns and in 24 hours he managed to organize getting me a new engine and installing it FREE OF CHARGE. I am OVER THE MOON!! If youre into cars or have any idea what this would have cost me financially and in other aspects of my life you would know what a BLESSING this is! I will be eternally grateful for the service of this dealership! Thank you so much Mark for your huge heart and exceptional service! Thank you thank you thank you!!
Really great experience from start to finish. This was my first time leasing, and everyone I spoke with was super friendly and helpful. Chris helped explain the process, Tina provided advice and support for finance plans/add ons, and Lincoln gave me a tour and run down of my new car upon delivery. Thank you all!

Not the best experience. Originally came in after hitting deep pothole. While there, I wanted the team to look at right front tire, but also wanted an oil change and pricing for a right mirror and front bumper. The guy who was helping me was constantly cutting me off and not letting my finish everything I was saying. At the end of the conversation, he had only written down that i needed the right front tire checked. I had to then remind him about the mirror, bumper, and oil change. After my car was fixed, i paid for a left and right strut and tire rod. But oil change was not done. Will most likely go to another dealership because of this. I could tell he didn’t want to be there and was just trying to rush me out.Update: I originally gave this place 3 stars, I’m demoting it down to 1. I, unfortunately, had to return due to COVID-19 and decreased availability from other dealers. Again, I had an unpleasant experience. The people working here are obviously just in it for the money and not for the satisfaction of customers. Would not recommend. Will not be returning.
I went in for regular mileage maintenance on my car. Its a 2017 Nissan sentra. Dropped the car off at 9am it took 4 hours to complete everything, I had an appointment. I was offered a lyft to and from home, so that I wouldnt have to wait around all day. All in all good service but I didnt get the video of the mechanic worked on my car which I was looking forward to.
Great customer service at the service dept. Interior detailing was great as well. I am very pleased with my time with Chapman. Definitely will be back for maintenance and other necessities.Update from 4/9/19: Continued prompt service with maintenance. Good notes on report and customer service/rides on point
Worst dealership ever. I leased a car from here one time. First they gave me an altima and after getting the keys I was told they leased it for the wrong price. Took it home for the weekend I hear some knocking noise under the hood. Took it back Monday they did not want to help me or change the car out after several hours someone from the back ran out to help me and I got another car a year later the transmission went twice so happy when my lease was up. Bad experience all the way around.
Chapman Nissan has been a part of my life since I was kid. My dad, uncle and aunt all purchased cars from there. I had the honor of purchasing my 1st & 2nd (waiting on the 3rd) car there with the help of the lovely Ms. Tawny Gates! Between her, and the owner, Mr. Kevin, they always make sure I leave happy! They always surpass my expectations! You guys at Chapman are simply the best!!!
The staff greeted me at my car I you drove in for service. Vince was exceptional getting me in an out quickly for my oil change. He even found a coupon I missed online in my email and save me $10. The service techs did a great job with the inspection. They always let me know what I need after service, even if I dont have them make the repairs there. Theres also a young woman from Boston whos a Pats fan. She gets cool points just for that. Go Pats!!!
I called for an appointment and since I couldnt make it in all week, they were very accommodating and asked if i could be there in a half hour, of course i said yes. Every customer and employee had thier masks on, and since the waiting room was closed they had some chairs inside the garage right outside the service area and they were distanced, it was a pleasant atmosphere only about 4 customers and staff was at a skeleton crew. Service was fast and friendly as usual.
The service team was very good at gathering all the information needed, fixing the problem, and providing a car wash in under 1 day!For context, I had brought my car in by recommendation of another mechanic at Pep Boy Auto to check the transmission of the car since I heard a weird sound while driving. Nissan service and mechanics found out that the lug nuts to the front driver side of the tire were not tightly screwed into place according to the car model. They fixed it easily and washed the exterior and interior of the car thoroughly (after I asked). The car and tires were very clean when I got it back.They do test drives and text customers in a timely fashion. The price I paid for the job was far less than what I expected. Everyone was very professional and personable! I will definitely come back here again for any maintenance.
Had another excellent customer service experience and know the work was done right. In fact, I was using a different Nissan dealer closer to my work and home and switched back because of Chapmans exemplar service. Big thanks to Frank too for taking good care of me and my 2011 Pathfinder.
What an incredible experience! They have the entire operation WAY up to speed! I was thrilled to see the video of my inspection, themeasurement of treads on my tires- as well as the comprehensive report on all that should be done with my vehicle, (even though i didnt have the money to do it all). I was also tempted by their offer to trade in my current kicks for amoremodern one (something i may do next time). The kicker is ALL this was sent to my phone via text link by the time their complimentary Lyft service got me bCk home to my front door less than an hour after dropoff! Whatever happens post COVID i hope they keep these systems in place!
Second time taking my vehicle there and received poor customer service with a cant do attitude. Service person made me feel as if it was my problem for bringing my vehicle to them and I should be grateful for their willingness to work on my vehicle.Followed up with the Manager of the dealership. He seems to reflect similar feelings as the customer service rep.The work completed does appear to be done well. The customer service and etc. is not there at all.
This is my first time purchasing a car. The experience was great and easy. Everyone there was super friendly and very attentive. Any questions or concerns I had were explained to me in a way that I could understand. Chris was able to meet my needs financially making this purchase a no brainier and stress free and they understood what I was looking for in a car. Tim was very friendly and personable. And Evette was patient and explained everything well when it came to the final paper work. Id recommend them to anyone. 😃😃😃
I was having a lot of pushback getting my car repaired at another Nissan dealer, even though it was supposed to be covered under warranty. After the other dealer had it for a week and hadn’t even started repairs I contacted Chapman because this is where I bought the car, and they were more than happy to help. They directed me how to get my car from one dealer to theirs, repaired it quickly with no hassle, and everyone was very friendly and professional when I picked it up.
I believe that everyone is nice to new customers until they signed the contract. Thereafter, maybe one or two is amicable if you have an issue.I purchased the vehicle March 3, 2020 Unaware that I was driving a vehicle home without any interior, electronics & luxury warranty. If it was said, it bypassed my comprehension. I thought bumper to bumper meant just that and not the motor, transmission, starter and...Anyway, the driver side mirror worked once in a while; I had to manually adjust sometimes. And the front passenger left armrest just came loose. These happened during the COVID-19 pandemic. Your dealership was closed and I was unable to bring my vehicle to be serviced until Monday morning this week.The service area did their job at best, no complaint with them. I was informed that it would cost me to have the repairs done; around $700 . I paid for the service $141, at which I initially thought it was for the repairs, my fault for thinking positive.Mr Johnston was not available so I was directed to the service Mgr on deck who directed me through third party to the finance person, who informed me that the vehicle was sold without warranty but I could attain one through third party agency. I guess I did not asked the right question during negotiation.However, I did ask Brian and Mr Johnston what if something comes apart after I take the vehicle home and I was informed that if it happens that I could bring the vehicle back for repair at no cost. Mind you that I might have cognitively been aware of the warranty- because I was also informed that I have until November 2021 to return and attain continued warranty- because by then the factory warranty would have expired.Lastly, as a retired military mechanic I explored the armrest and was able to repair the loose bolt. I am not going to mess with the side mirror, I’ll just deal with it as is until I can find someone to fix it.Putting yourself in my position, if someone ask would you recommend Chapman? I purchased my first new Pathfinder in 1996 when your dealership had another name. I have been driving Nissan since.Thanks for reading my mindset.
Called Chapman Nissans service department Thursday morning and they were able to fit me in same day!! Amazing service and even better pricing. They really looked out!! Marc and his team were awesome & I always feel confident my car is getting the best care with them!
Let’s just say my 5 yr relationship is over with Nissan. I had a battery replaced 4/20 which so happened to be my birthday, I also was told that there was a recall when I arrived because of the wait I told them to complete the recall. I really didn’t know what the recall entailed and the service was not explained thoroughly. When I picked up my car up they put on there that I declined the service so I assumed that meant I declined the recall after asking the manager to explain he basically said ok bring your car back Friday 4/24 to complete. When I picked up my car today my total was $479. Had I would have known the car was going to cost this amount I wouldn’t have never got the recall done. I asked is there any way i can get assistance with this bill as it is a Pandemic which caused financial stress on lot of people including myself. So again had the Manager explained the service actually detailed I would have been informed correctly and made a better financial decision. Because I need my vehicle because it is a necessity I was forced to make the payment and now can’t afford my next car note. No support from Nissan maybe another dealer would be more understanding.
This is my third time leasing a vehicle from Chapman Nissan and I’ve had a great experience each time. I’ve worked with Tawny all three times and she is the best! She does all she can to make sure all your needs and wants are met. She listens to your concerns and comes up with the best plan she can for you to be satisfied. I recommend them & I will be back when my lease is finished!
I took my car in to be looked at by Andy of Chapman Nissan. A couple of warning lights came on as I was trying to set the clock the day before. Andy went over what they needed to do to diagnose the problem. I left at 9:30 and had my car back by 12:30 the same day. It was a little expensive but worth it. Turns out the brakes needed to be replaced I had my own mechanic look at the car for its 30,000 mile maintenance. They obviously didnt look at the brakes and they didnt flush the transmission. Good thing I brought it in to Chapman. Also I needed a ride back to the dealership and they ordered a Lyft and sent it to pick me up so I could get my car. They really work hard to please you. I definitely recommend them for your service needs.

2022-02-15I have been to Chapman Nissan twice in the last few weeks. Originally going in for a oil change found out I had to buy 4 new tires. I purchased the tires that came with tire rotation and wheel alignment. 3 days after leaving I get malfunction error in my car. I never had any issue with vehicle before Chapman touched my car. I take my car back they charge for diagnostic and repair. Just to make it 5-10 mins off the lot to get the same malfunction error on vehicle

2022-01-16I had and always have a wonderful experience at Chapman Nissan. This particular time was very difficult though because I was told before bringing my car to them that my transmission was going and by this time my car wouldn’t start . I was even advised at that point to junk my car. Thank god I didn’t because I called Chapman Nissan and Michelle who scheduled my appointment, said that I can bring it in that day which was a Thursday to have a diagnostic test performed first thing Friday morning to see what was going on with my car. Friday came and I got a call from Steve, the Assistant service manager letting me know that my car was diagnosed and although it needed work, it was not my transmission. He told me that they had all the parts in and could possibly get me back on the road that day and he did. Steve was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything they found wrong with my car. He went out of his way to get me a discount because the amount of work needing to be done was not cheap. He also recommended I keep my car because I was undecided as to what to do as far as getting it fixed or getting a new car and I’m so glad I did because he saved me thousands of dollars now and in the future and I’am forever so grateful for his commitment to getting me back in my vehicle. His customer service was exceptional and I can not thank you enough Steve and everyone who played a part in getting my car serviced and back on the road again. Thank you so much Chapman Nissan!!!

2022-02-11I get major anxiety during the whole new vehicle buying experience. So I was dreading this. My salesman Santos exceeded my expectations 10 fold. Santos made my year. I received amazing service from the sales team. Santos put me in the vehicle of my dreams, when I almost didnt think it was possible. My payments were under the initial projections. Everyone was thorough during the process and it was painless. Definitely a dealership you dont want to pass up. 2022-06-27My car was serviced at the agreed upon time with no problems. Everyone was very professional in the way they interacted with me ( as usual for Chapman Nissan). There were no surprises bor was there any pressure towards me to have anything extra done to my car. Chapman has always been my dealer of choice for servicing any Nissan Ive owned, and they have never let me down.

2022-02-13The people at the maintenance/ parts office were wonderful/ extremely perfect customer service. However the customer service in the front (only regarding Penny’s) was incredibly rude & disgusting. Every time I would call she would hang up the phone on me & say she’s too busy for me. I’m not even sure how she has a job the way she speaks to people but that needs to change immediately.

2022-06-12I was very disappointed in the service I received. My appointment was at 10:30 for an oil change. I was contacted by sales as soon as I sat down to ask if I was interested in a new car. I was approached at 12:00pm with what was wrong with my car. Now certain things on 2019’s has sensors like brakes. How do I need brakes and my sensor didn’t tell me? When I declined the service then my oil change was completed. I came in for an oil change not a car assessment. Then I notice the gentleman pouring oil in my car out of a pitcher. When I asked about this the gentleman became annoyed. I feel I have a right to ask questions. I will not be using this facility again because it was as if they wanted to get anything they could from me.
