This place has gone downhill! I stop at C-F-A all over the country this is the worst one hands down. The latest stop has been the worst. Went through drive through.First I ordered an 8 ct grilled nugget meal w Diet Coke. I got a 6 regular nugget with a coke. They didn’t give me any sauce for the nuggets. I didn’t realize either of these till I got home. Ordered a cob salad w Avocado ranch dressing. No salad dressing. And a large lite lemonade no ice. They tried giving us a medium lemonade w ice. I told the girl we ordered a large she gives me back a large lite lemonade that still had ice.I tried calling the store but no one answered.This store messes up something every time I come in there.UpdateStill no better. The inconsistency of food is ridiculous. Today it’s a half empty box of hash browns.
This place is way too busy and unrealistic drive through with two lanes that hardly work. Almost missed placing the order because the person didnt take the order until we were almost passed the kiosk. There was people outside taking orders too, but that causes more confusion and chaos. No direction provided, was not even sure where I was supposed to place the order. Very long wait at least 40 minutes. The tents dividing two lanes for drive through is very tight and difficult to navigate a truck through. The tents had large concrete blocks on the bottom very easy to hit with your vehicle. Highly disappointed. Pull up to the window and the order was the wrong qty any way and they had to adjust it, with attitude from the worker. The worker said oh they changed the order, when over the intercom for placing the order she confirmed two, so no you got the order wrong. We started the time in the drive though at 6:15pm. Curbside pickup would not be practical either because there was plenty of people that couldnt get out of their spots with all the traffic going into the drive through.
Always a great place for a meal. When you arrive your brain will try and trick you by thinking its gonna be a long wait to get food. Because the line of cars wrapped around building but they are on top of there game and work like a well oiled machine walk into restaurant with family and was eating within 10 mins. Staff always friendly and actually feel like your at a restaurant thats not a chain by coming by table every so often to see if we needed any thing.
First let me say the service at this location is always amazing. Always polite and fast, and organized. The food is normally delicious and nicely portioned as expected, HOWEVER this last time... Well the picture speaks for itself. Wheres the chicken?? That one should have been set aside and a better one used in the sandwich. It was early evening 5:30-ish, so not like it was at the end of the night and they were serving whatever they had. Whoever put that on the bun shouldve been too embarrassed and replaced it. Btw, the fries WERE normally portioned, just a few were set there for size comparison... As if the bun wasnt enough to show how small it was.
We really need another Chick Fila in the area! This one is completely overwhelmed in drive thru traffic. The line wraps around the building then weaves through the parking lot as no one knows where to go, cars that are parked in parking lot spaces get blocked in, spaces near the building are almost impossible to back out of when the line wraps around (Ever heard of ANGLE PARKING?), people stop right in front of the drive thru exit while in line because people go around building on side of the drive thru and try to sneak in the line. This place is a HOT MESS, Its a shame because the Food is SO GOOD! PLEASE OPEN A NEW ONE IN THIS SAME AREA!
I have been to a lot of Chick-Fil-As and this one was definitely the worst. There was only one drive through line and it crossed itself. There was no place to scan to pick up my mobile order so I had to wait through the entire line. This was a stop on the way home from a road trip and it added a full HOUR to our trip. The food wasn’t even worth it. Our fries were half full, they gave us the wrong kind of cheese, and they originally gave us the wrong order.
Always busy, but always correct and prompt with your order . Food quality is great and service is adequate to well every visit . Hands down the best fast food place in allentowm for quality, and service . There drove thru is is tight because of the tent which provides an obstacle for the driver, but prompt service and quality awaits if you get through the drive thru maze. Never had a bad experience at this place , always worth the visit
Can’t get the coffee order right. I usually go to dunkin for my coffee but have recently tried chicks. 3 orders, 2 wrong. Their same efficiency at lunch hasn’t spilled over to breakfast. If I were trying to capture more breakfast business, I would stress coffee is the core. My simple order is ice coffee with 1 cream. Meaning brewed coffee with a little bit of cream over ice. Today I got some sweetened version of what I think is their cold brewed coffee. Back to dunkin. Sorry Chick. Finally a tip. A person knows exactly how they drink their coffee. Don’t offer flavoring, sugar etc. just listen and put order through for the best result.
Ive been eating Chick-fil-A since 1997. Their fried chicken sandwich is by far the best fast food chicken sandwich. Also, the quality of their food has remained consistent. Their menu lacks sides, though. There arent enough options if you dont want waffle fries. No more coleslaw and their salads are now $9. I ordered an Original Chicken Sandwich, Southwest Salad, and an Arnold Palmer. It cost me $16 for lunch... I couldve eaten at nearly ANY restaurant. Most of all, I left hungry. If you want a fast sandwich or two, Chick-fil-A is an option. If youre starving, look elsewhere.
Customer service was great. Whomever is working the kitchen orders, not so great. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich meal flavors were off and my food was cold. Asked her for hot fries they came out lukewarm. As for my other order, food was cold as well and mac n cheese was not good. I really love CFLA, 20 points shy of being Red Status. Unfortunately, I do not think I’ll be back to this location. Highly disappointed in food quality, however, customer service quality was great.
One entire part of a meal ordered is missing- the manager was dismissive and not helpful, saying we need to contact DoorDash and offering no resolution for the fact that we would like our food and that their staff somehow missed placing an entire meal into our bags. We are sitting here in quarantine and now need to find another way to order our food after we already spent our money. Expected more from their customer service.
Chik-fil-A was a nice experience. We dined inside. The restaurant was very clean. No wait time to order. The staff was extremely pleasant & efficient. Even as we were eating they came up to us & asked if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this establishment.
They are fast efficient and nice. We have had a few times where they forget part of the order but we call it in and they tell us to let them know when we get there and we do and they always get us a replacement no problem. They have gluten free buns and their fries are gluten free.
Always good eating at Chick-fil-A. Very friendly service. NEVER had a bad meal at any of their locations.The one and only complaint I have is very few AC outlets to charge your phone or run your laptop, despite having a pretty decent WiFi here.Lots of smiling faces behind the counter and extreme courtesy abound.
Initially got the order wrong on a delivery, simple mistake, included tomatoes on my sandwich when it clearly stated no tomatoes on the receipt/sticker (food allergy). Called the location and was promptly sent a new sandwich, the Manager was very friendly and the Delivery guy was great (hence the 2/5 stars) However…the new sandwich contained the wrong cheese. Giving up at this point!Not the end of the world but i would be lying if i said i was satisfied with the experience. My gf was trying to surprise me with lunch today since i work from home. the rest of the order was fine but that deluxe sandwich seems to throw the cooks off.
Its weekend and you will find a rush hour at this period of time. Great food and great service or I should say fast service. Very knowledgeable staff and i guess even the manager handles well and that is why it goes so smooth accurate and good service for both inside and drive thru.
Chik fil a is a great fast food restaurant to order from. The staff are pleasant and the food is great quality for the price. Some are concerned about LGBT members ordering at chik fil a, but Ive had a bisexual friend come with me and he felt more welcomed there than other fast food places. The only complaint can be the long lines, especially during peak times, so Id recommend mobile ordering to make it quicker.
Ordered on the app. Food not ready when arrived. High dollar order $95.Had to wait 45 minutes for the order and they still got it incorrect. Seriously! Chicken nuggets & stripes and it was incorrect. Very disappointed!!!! $95 for half of our order of food. No thank you! Not coming back!!!?!
The absolute worst location. Only giving 2 stars because the food is consistent. I ordered catering for a work function. Not only did they forget to include the sandwiches, once I returned to pick them up I waited until after they cleared their now long lunch line to speak with someone. Plenty of staff was on hand but their primary focus was obvious. I finally received the 20 sandwiches piled in one bag. Which completely defeats the purpose of ordering individual packed boxes. But hey, atleast the added sanitizing wipes to help mitigate the spread of COVID. Thanks Chic-Fil-A!!
You dont see 2 lanes 10 cars deep all day at any other fast food joints. Order takers come up to you door and food brought to your car while you wait in line. Definitely a well oiled machine here.I never had anything bad yet like undercooked chicken at W****s when they are busy and I love W****s. This is definitely my favorite fast food restaurant.
This location, as I suppose most locations are, is a very busy spot. They do an excellent job keeping up with the drive through debacle but inside can be a very, very long wait at times. With that said the employees always handle what would be a stressful situation with grace and a smile. The freshest fast food youll ever find and friendly service to boot. That makes for a quality establishment.
I dont know whats happened to this store in the last year. Maybe covid has caused lack of staff, but the quality of the food has suffered. My last several visits have been disappointing. The chicken strips were dry, over cooked and tough. In the past. They were lightly browned and juicy. Not any more. This has been a favorite place to go, but I may have gone my last time for a while. That is...... until the peach shake returns!
Came here last night and made an order for 2 chicken sandwiches and nuggets and fries. There was several missing items from our order, and they gave us NO sauce. I had to walk in and ask for it and was not even given a proper apology. The chicken sandwiches I ordered had nothing that I specifically requested for, there no cheese or lettuce ortomatoes. They made several mistakes. Go to another location.
This is a review for the catering out of Trexlertown PA. I will never do it again. First of all the price is outrageous for basically popcorn chicken and wraps that I could’ve made myself. I drove there , picked up my order, got home and half of it was missing including all of the sauces and dressings for the wraps. I tried to call the store four times and couldn’t get through to anyone so I got back in my car and drove back to the restaurant. I spoke to the manager who got me the rest of my food. I ordered three bottles of Chick-fil-A sauce. What I got were three small containers (the individual macaroni and cheese container) each filled HALFWAY with Chick-fil-A sauce. I was given a few brownies for my inconvenience. This was the first and last time I will ever use Chick-fil-A catering.
We were there the other night and waited almost 25 min and then they brought our food and my drink wasnt right. My husband said something to a manager and she said they were short staffed that wasnt our fault and no excuse when were regular customers everywhere either on a mon or tues
This company is what the other fast food chains should try to be. I have never had my order messed up, Ive never spent more then a couple mins in the drive through. food is always good.edit :I had to drop it to 3 stars because they no longer sell you enough food in one meal to fill you up. no more large?
I gave the lady at the window the wrong debit card once and it was declined for low funds. Instead of telling me, they told me there was a problem with the card and that my meal was on the house. My other card had funds available, i just wasnt paying attention.The cashier took pity on me, looking like i didnt have $8 in the bank, and fed me anyway. It was really kind of them. I actually cried when i realized it.Of course the food is always awesome, the employees are very friendly, and if I screw up getting into the drive thru to pick up my order they are nice about it. I downloaded the app and I get rewards points now (and never accidentally use the wrong card!) And i was able to gift some rewards to a family member who could use a cookie.
This is by far the most well run fast food restaurant in the whole country.The food and service are top notch, the employees are very friendly and accommodating.The restrooms are always clean.The fact that they give their workers Sunday off is very refreshing. Forget about the religious aspect. They are giving up additional revenue by closing that day. That is truly remarkable in this money obsessed culture.Went here again yesterday and the drive through line was incredibly long.Considering how long it was, the wait time was not bad as the drive through crew are very quick and courteous.Food was hot as always and the order was correct. No mistakes or missing items.Also I used the app and pre-ordered and was amazed that they knew who I was by viewing my car on the CCTV screen. Wow! Pretty impressive!
I generally love Chick file A. However this chick fil a could use some improvement. Three times I was asked to pull up and wait in the order standby lane which took close took almost 10 minutes one of the times to get the order straightened out . Often the order takers will will not take orders accurately and speak too fast when repeating the order. The side salads are sometimes too sparse. And they fail to mention the toppings available for the salads.
Placed catering order last week and proceeded to wait over an hour after scheduled time in perhaps the slowest Chick-fil-a drive thru line Ive ever been to. Management did not seem to care that I had to walk inside to get the status of my order. They forgot to get me a receipt, which happens, but I called to see if they could email me it. They said they would but never did. Called just now, after a few days, and explained the situation in which they told Id need to call back later. I acknowledge they are busy running around and have a lot to do, but the indifference and whatever attitude rubbed me the wrong way. All that being said, I love Chick-fil-a and will keep giving this particular location a try.
Best fast food restaurant ever they have open inside seating they have outside seating if you want to sit outside they have a full staff everybody is assisting someone and making their experience pleasurable I love Chick-fil-A Food is fantastic I absolutely love their waffle fries like everybody else in the world
Less than pleased with my visit to this location around 8:45 PM on 11/27/19. We went through the drive through and were greeted like we were at McDonald’s, then proceeded to tell the attendant our order. We got home all of 3 minutes later with every sauce but the sauce we asked for, regular lemonade instead of diet lemonade, and cold fries. This is the first negative experience I’ve had at a chickfila, and I’ve stopped in many times. I am hopeful that this was just a result of folks trying to clean up and get out of there for thanksgiving and time with family.
The food was very good. But I have to comment on how they were running the place with the virus going on. Hats off to them. That place was packed and with how they took your order from 2 lines of ordering outside on an ipad... then paying around there back of the building, to having someone bring your order to your car without going to the window. I never went through anything like that, and what could have been mass confusion, ended up being a pleasant experience. The cars in line were unbelievable, and how they ran the show was awsome. Nice job to everyone that works there, and if thats how all their restaurants are running it.... big applause and thank you to whoever came up with that idea. We felt very assured that we were safe and got a great meal. Keep up the awesome work, and stay strong and healthy. 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
It was amazing! The lemonade was a little sour , but I love their nuggets! The waffle fries taste a little bitter and I think they should have a little more salt. Their cookies taste like heaven! This restaurant was recommended to me by a friend and I would defiently recommend this to a friend also! Thank you, Samira Bamba
Ordered online. When I got there my order status showed an issue and said to talk to someone there to resolve it. I spoke to the manager they just said theyve been having issues with the mobile ordering and I should be getting a refund. I left and got food somewhere else. Still didnt see a refund so I called and they said my food was there ready. I told them what happened so again they said I would get a refund...I never got a refund...
This location (Trexlertown, Pennsylvania) is a poor representation of Chick-fil-A and definitely in need of improvement. I frequent various Chick-fil-A locations at least once a week for breakfast, lunch or dinner and this was my first visit to this location.I arrived at this location for breakfast on Friday, October 9, 2020 at approximately 10:00 a.m. When I arrived and went inside to use the restroom, I noticed that there were several people standing at the counter without anyone working the registers. There was a gentlemen working the drive thru window, but nobody at the registers. While in the restroom, I was surprised to see the poor condition of the bathroom with a buildup of dirt and hair on and around the urinal and toilets, no hand soap and no had sanitizer with a floor that looked like it had not been cleaned in several days. After going to the restroom, I joined the growing crowd of people waiting to place their orders. In speaking with an elderly couple at the front of the crowd, they shared with me that they had been waiting at least 10 minutes and hear employees laughing in the kitchen, but nobody working the registers. After another few minutes, the gentleman working the drive thru noticed the growing crowd and yelled for someone to come take our orders. Eventually, a female employee who had just clocked-in took our orders and then the long wait began for food. I waited 12 minutes for my breakfast order to come out and others waited just as long, if not longer.During our wait, a woman came inside after receiving her order from drive thru and requested to see a manager. After a 5 minute wait, a manager (young female with light brown hair) dressed in uniform emerged from what appeared to be some sort of meeting that was going on inside the childrens play area at the front of the store. The customer that had come inside showed the manager that her side order of sausage had been served in a previously used paper bowl and it appeared disgusting! I saw it for myself (as well as several other customers who were waiting for their delayed meals) and was shocked to see that someone working the kitchen would do such a disgusting thing and think this was okay. Although the manager did get her another piece of sausage in a clean bowl, she seemed somewhat bothered that she was interrupted from her meeting and was not apologetic.As I ate my meal, I observed the overall dynamics of this location and found it to be unlike any other that Ive visited. Management was not present and employees seemed to be less than motivated without that crisp attentiveness for customer service that is so evident in other locations. Upon exiting the store, I noticed an employee sleeping on one of the outside tables and I just remarked to myself that this was par for this course at this location. Hopefully someone wakes up (no pun intended) and does something to get this location back in shape and consistent with the values and appearance of the many other Chick-fil-A locations Ive enjoyed visiting in the past!
This is the Chick-Fil-A I always go to on my lunch breaks! Highly recommend the Spicy Southwest Salad with Avocado Lime Ranch. The chicken sandwiches and chicken nuggets are always fantastic as well. They are always busy but theyre very efficient so the way is never too long.
We had the dinner from hell . We dropped our drink on the floor, got the wrong nuggets, and the ice cream came out in front of the kids before dinner. The staff made sure we were satisfied, had the right order, and remade the ice cream. This is just one of the great experiences we have had here. Good food, they kids love it, and they can go in the play area. The staff went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our meal. Thanks!
I used to love chick fila but I stopped eating it because it always feels so heavy in oil and a bit unhealthy for me. It tastes great but I needed to cut back. Over a year went by until one day I pulled in to try their grilled chicken nuggets and I thought it was a healthier option. I order a 4 piece but when it arrived it was tiny bits not even nuggets of overly salted and overly seasoned chicken. . It was terrible. I was so disappointed and regret pulling in. I think their chicken sandwiches are good but an unhealthy option for me . Very disappointed with their grilled chicken. Needs improvements.
The food wasnt bad and is definitely better than their competitors. The staff were friendly and the food came to us quickly. The only point off was because we werent asked about the side choice for our meals. I would not have chosen the fries if given any other options.
Love their food every time but their order accuracy is borderline terrible. Almost every visit they biff it up in one way or another. It’s so bad we don’t use the drive through because items are always missing or wrong. Today we dared to use the drive through. We got 4 kids meals and 2 adult meals, not one order had fries, no napkins and missing the chicken strips from the meal. Back inside to battle the the line anyway. This is pretty much the norm, but the food is good...
I love the management and owners of this store BUT the last time I stopped I had the grilled chicken bites and they did not sit well with me.Now today I stopped again and had a grilled chicken sandwich but before I ordered it I asked if there was garlic in its making as Im am sensitive to garlic. I was told no the bites I had before must of had to much sauce on them. Well my wife and I both had the sandwich and now we are both sitting and burping and I just took a big slug of antacid and am hoping for the best. Next time breaded chicken !
I’m really upset to say this but this place has gone downhill. And I’m honestly sad that it has. When I first came here a few years ago employees were smiling, happy, ready to serve you, and just plain out nice. Now when I go in there employees or miserable And can’t even afford to put a smile on there face. The food service is going downhill to. It’s really not what it used to be. Chicken sandwiches are as thick can be , and barely no breading is used on the sandwich. They always forget my sauce and never put napkins in the bag. I would always choose this place over McDonald’s or any other fast food chain, but I don’t really think it’s worth my money anymore. Kind of disappointed with the attitude, the food service, and over all the reputation of Chick-fil-A.
Every time I eat here something is wrong... Wrong sauce, order taken wrong, the quality of the food; like our spicy sandwich was burnt another time our strips weren’t strips they were just breading and no chicken. One time I got a mobile order and they gave me the right receipt but the completely wrong order. I might was well eat at Chick fil A in Quakertown or Whitehall because the whole experience is better.
Not just because it’s close to my house, I like this particular Chick-fil-A because of how amazing the milkshakes are. I do not for the life of me know how they do it better than any other in the chain, but they do. The staff has always been friendly, and the food has always been good. And they are more than willing to fix any mistake. This place always clean when I visit.The only real negative thing I have to say is don’t bother asking for no cherry on your milkshake. XD
Cold food and had to go back 3 times for my order to be right... The best part was to get a refund and hot food on the house, but had it been done right the first time, I would not have been here writing this bad review... Oh yeah, they also need to upgrade to better tasting and quality bread... Cheap and falls apart before you can finish your sandwich or if you get condiments added. It cant even handle having pickles on it without falling apart.
I went to the this restaurant this past Saturday and had such an amazing experience. When I got to the window I realized I forgot my purse in the trunk. So I told the girl at the window I would run to my trunk quickly and get it. She gave me a huge smile and said no worries I got it.. this has never happened to me before. I was so happy and shocked. Such a nice gesture. I wish I knew who she was, I would return the favor. But to who ever you are, thank you. You’re much appreciated ❤️
Just went through drive through and got a salad. Got all the way back to my work and realized there was no dressing. Unfortunately work is about 15-20 minutes away so driving back would have been a major inconvenience. I called the store and explained that I didnt receive any dressing and without hesitation they offered to deliver dressing to my job. Within 15 minutes someone showed up with 2 packs of dressing. Amazing service!!!Update: made the drive to get a south swest chicken salad with crispy chicken as normal and this time got grilled chicken (which I could live with), but the wrong dressing entirely. I was not offered the same service as mentioned above. Instead I was told they were understaffed and I could get a free salad next visit. I specifically drive 15-20 minutes for this dressing. I just think if your going to offer to deliver dressing one week to make things right and then not the next week it create certain expectations amongst your customers. Now Ive got to go find something else for lunch.
Very good service and food. But I said thank you four times and the wonderful lady that helped me didnt say not once my pleausre ..this is their thing they are known for. But overall again the food was 8 out of 10. The fries were soft and not crispy or hot how I like it and the sandwich number 7 was boring to eat. Maybe because I dont eat cheese and pork bacon. The grilled nuggets were outstanding.
Oh how I love and hate this place. I love the food, it is somewhere we went as a family when I was growing up. The local location is great as well but ALWAYS packed with a drive thru line wrapped around. It is even worse now that you cannot eat in. Plan ahead and order online if you can and pick up INSIDE.
Everyone is always so friendly. Kinda creepy that they always say my pleasure when you thank them. Like, always. No joke Almost like they are forced to say my pleasure. Like what human being gets pleasure for giving someone a sandwich. Maybe one or two but aaaalllll if them? For real? Anyways, I digress. The staff are nice and food is good.
Very helpful staff during the pandemic times. Outside, curbside and drive thru only. While you are waiting in a very long line, the line mives very quickly. This due to the Chick fil A staff, 4 of them total, working outside, pkaced in strategic locations, 2 assisting with order taking and processing credit card payment, a 3rd confirming payment and offering a receipt, 4th outside the pick up window to assist with and pass food and drinks to waiting cars. The only time the line stops moving is when someone in a car begins asking questions, or has a non regular order which then holds everyone else in the moving line of cars up.
Waiting in drive-through at trexlertown location. Poor young guys standing out in their dress code appropriate clothes (so nothing heavy) in this cold weather. Hope they are compensated appropriately at the least. They should be supplied jackets, hats, and gloves for this time of year. But they were still nice and polite and didnt complain.
I have to say since the time I started coming here chick-fil-a really went down hill. First of all when I first came here they were always friendly and always had a smile. Now they are just grumpy and miserable honestly. I was really disappointed. Next is the food question they always mess up my meal and forget my sauce. They chicken sandwiches are as thick as can be and not enough breading. Lastly one good think is your breakfast is amazing but a little bit more friendly and better service
I went there for a quick bite with my client. I got charged for my food, which was about $8 and for some reason got charged an additional $14 in a separate charge. I went back after my meal and told the person who took my order. They tried to tell me that a sandwich with nuggets cost $14 and they would refund the $8. Which is outrageous and when I showed them the receipt of course it said that it was $8. I thought I got refunded the $14 for food I never ordered or received, but after I left because I was in a rush with my client I realized that she still only refunded my meal which was $8 and not the $14 that was basically stolen from me. Never coming here again and the food wasn’t even good.
I revisited there on 11/13/2019 and the portions were rather small. i dont eat that much and yet I had to order more food after my first order. I remember being able to see the chicken outside the circumference of the bun. Now all i see is lettuce and the chicken is smaller than the bun. Disappointing.
My family and I have ALWAYS had positive experiences there. We have been regulars for several years and the customer service from the staff is exceptional. They have consistently been attentive, polite, and beyond expectations in every way. Yesterday they went beyond my expectations yet again. My wife realized when she arrived home an hour after leaving the restaurant that she had likely thrown her credit card in the trash with her other garbage. She also said when she was there it was crowded and there were people in line so she was sure the trash can that she tossed her card in was already removed and was maybe already in a dumpster. I called the store to alert them in case it was found on the floor or left on the counter by mistake. Andrew, the associate who answered the phone, volunteered to search the trash for it. I assured them that I did not expect them to do this but if the card was turned in to let us know. Later that afternoon Andrew called back to say they had found the card and would keep it in the safe until we could return for it! Needless to say the staff saved me quite a bit of hassle with their exceptional efforts. This is the quality of employee at this location where you will also find delicious Chic-fil-A food!
We have visited here a million times over the many years weve lived here. Over the past year, or so, the service quality has deteriorated. Food quality is also deteriorating. CFA is typically slow, but this location is unbelievably slow. After about a half a dozen times of being disappointed, Im done. No longer visiting this location.
Ordered chick fil a tonight from the door dash app.. and I usually make sure it’s the one in Fullerton, Pa and not Trexlertown.. but tonight I gave them a chance. Not a good decision to say the least. My chicken sandwich was “rubbery” & seemed uncooked and also the cheese sauce was a brownish color & literally tasted disgusting. I’m so disappointed because I love chick fil a but this is ridiculous & not the first time this has happened.
Wow! The Allentown location is on the ball! We are from Luzerne County and were passing through so we decided to stop for milkshakes today Saturday November 28, 2020. We could see the drive through was absolutely packed and the line of cars wrapped around the building , but they had is out in under 15 minutes! All done with a smile from their young staff! Thanks for being outstanding in your delivery of service ! We waited in the Luzerne County location more than 45 minutes and they have 2 drive through lanes!
We have been to this Chikfila numerous times and had a great experience with the food quality and the service.We had a sleepover with 3 of our grandkids on Sunday night 12/22. They all love Chikfila so on Monday morning (12/23) we treated them to a Chikfila breakfast via take out. It was pretty much inedible. We ordered 4 orders of 4 piece chicken minis and 4 orders of hash browns.The bread was so under baked it was actually gummy. .The hash browns were so over cooked there was no actual potato texture at all. I could put one between my finger and crush it to dust. The whole ‘meal’ was so awful we ended up eating cereal.I felt compelled to make you aware of this very disappointing experience because it was so different from what we have come to expect.
The quality of the food is good for fast food as usually is at Chick-fil-A. However I have found that I seem to be missing toppings occasionally or the food is advertised with more options that arent well marked. This location also tends to be extremely busy during normal meal hours so be prepared for a line.
2019:07.03.19 went to drive thru and ordered two gallons of their strawberry passion lemonade for our July 4th holiday trip to Delaware. Never been this mad my whole life. We get to Delaware started pouring a gallon into the pitcher only to find out Chic-fil-A actually sold us pure lemonade not what I had requested. Got back Sunday 07.07.19 they werent open so I call1 the morning of Monday 07.08.19 to complain about this and got greeted by their voicemail system, left a message... and to this day no call back. Wow did this place really go downhill that fast? I hope not!2017: Great fresh food and fruit cups. Nice setting with super friendly staff. A few orders have been missed here and there but overall its always worth going back. Get rid of the automated phone catering order system.... its a waste of time. I liked it better when you called and spoke to a live person.-
Went to this click fil a on vacation. They had a very long line with only one person outside. Also the guy outside spill a whole soda in my car. Because they didnt have cupholders and he tried to hand my husband 4 drinks at one time. Not a good visit to this location.
I love Chick fil a and normally rave about their fast and courteous service, but this restaurant is the exception 😣 Spent 30 minutes waiting in the drive thru line to pick up an online order and then they almost didnt give us our drinks and once we pulled away we were missing part of our order and had to go back for it. It definitely wasnt that they were short staffed, seen the usual crew in the drive thru area, but 1/2 of them didnt seem to be doing anything. The other issue is that the wrap around drive thru line isnt clearly defined like other restaurants and after we had already spent 10 minutes waiting to get to the front of the store someone pulled right in line in front of us!
Ordered online didn’t get acknowledged when waiting for food inside and there was plenty of workers right there . Went through drive through or my 2 order still had to wait ; still slow service as well took 10 mins just to get a online meal. Any other chick fil a is way faster/better service smh.
VERY DISAPPOINTED TODAY! Im usually a big fan of chick fil a food and service but went to drive thru today and although the man waiting on me was wearing a mask. A woman working behind him was wearing her mask as a chinstrap not covering her face! That is not CDC guideline or compliant with state order. I guess I will not return until a Vaccine is available

2022-05-07I love going here for lunch! Lines are almost always long but food is good and it’s not a bad place to grab a snack! I love this place specially because I get the 5 piece grilled nuggets here for my Pup and they always include a lot of napkins so I can clean the nuggets before feeding Ally her snack! Always friendly smiling faces and they are kind to give a little bowl for me to put Ally’s water in so she can have a drink with her meal! Pic of Ally for tax lol she loves chicken!

2021-10-09They cant figure out balancing online orders.45 minutes in drive thru line and I was the 10th car when I got there. Ordered salad with ranch dressing, received no dressing. Ordered plain spicy chicken sandwich and literally got 25 pickels.

2022-06-29I’ve always loved chick fil a, came here for years but after my experience at this location I will never go back. I did a mobile order when I came around they told me my card was declined (it wasn’t) the transaction went through which they should’ve seen this, yet I was charged twice….customer service got back to me about a week or two later after I had already disputed through my bank. Another friendly reminder they need new trash disposal service as well, your customers are always first not the trash services.

2022-04-30Food was good but as we approached cars were circling, not knowing where to go as path to drive thru was conned off and one had to circle building and watch to see what was going on, some leaving. There were 2 employees out in cold that day, one to steer some to drive up and one helping hand out food, that was now right.

2022-03-26This the SECOND time this chick fil a does this to me. 1st time i went i was in the drive through about to order and no one was answering on the mic then I realized was 9:59 but close at 10? they automatically closed and had a line still in the drive through so i go to the window and the young girls come open and say were closed with so much attitude and didnt even let me speak and shut the window. so unprofessional like why not finish the customers in line before closing. Second time i ordered it online to pick up at 9:45 so i wouldnt have to go through that again, mind you they close at 10! So im waiting and they never brought me my food so i go up to the window and theyre like we dont have your order and im like yes you do because i got an order number and they charged me so they proceed to say well we dont have any food left AGAIN unprofessional, do better staff. Will not be coming here anymore.

2022-05-06Placed an order an order at 10:15. Got to the restaurant at 10:25. Called the store to get instructions on picking up my order. Was instructed to go through the drive thru and let them know. Waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes for them to tell me that breakfast ended at 10:30z I informed them that the order was placed before then and that arrived before 10:30 but was waiting in the drive thru. They still did not make my breakfast order and charged me for my lunch order. Very unprofessional and misleading. Would give zero stars

2021-05-19I went here around lunch time and placed an ordered on the app for Dine in. I put my table number in as per the apps request. The girl at the counter is yelling my name to come pick up the order at the counter. I thought they were supposed to bring it to you, hence adding the table number? This would of not bothered me much, however, I had already situated my one year old daughter in the high chair.After receiving my order, I was missing my drinks, there were no napkins in the bag, and my food was cold. My daughters mac and cheese was clearly old and heated up. Huge disappointment for almost $20 bucks.Finally, right before I left, I used the rest room. It was absolutely disgusting. If they keep the restrooms dirty, imagine the back areas you dont see. What a filthy place.Ill be sticking to the other Chick-fil-As around the area.
