My disabled daughter was hired, then given “satisfactory” reviews, which she immediately shared to be based on her physical disability abilities.There was a miscommunication between herself and I about a vacation day and custody with her father. She had no access to her schedule and accidentally missed a day of work. They took that opportunity to fire her. I tried to speak to the manager, but only a younger kid in a lower management position, talked to me, explaining it was not her fault, and to consider giving her another chance. My daughter was crying so badly, very upset about the whole situation. No store manager ever contacted me, I believe happy to be rid of a disabled child.
After observing multiple miserable door dash employees come in and ask for food . I noticed a employee Debbi she is the heart and soul of this store she greeted every customer with great energy and enthusiasm. She helped me order and was very informative and friendly I will definitely recommend this store . Food came out fast and we were 100% satisfied
Todays visit was horrible. Ive never had to wait almost 40 mins for no food. It was quite a few people waiting for their orders whether walk in, online pick or doordashers. It was to the point where you almost had nowhere to stand without bumping into anyone. There was times orders were done or done correctly. Hope it gets better. Just gonna say something was off.
Nice new restaurant and very busy. The drive-thru is busy but moves fast for the most part. Just would be nice that you already know what you want while waiting for your turn. If not you just hold everyone else up that already knows what they want or order from their app before going, that would be greatly appreciated!!!!
Normally pretty quick. Every once in a while you get really backed up though and it takes 30 min. But typically quicker here than the other fast food places nearby. I also feel really bad for the employees who have to run food to the customers when its raining. I feel like their drive through set up could be better. Staff is always nice though.
I have gone to this chick-fil-a weekly since it was put up a year or two ago. Fast until recently. Shorter hours now which is annoying. Almost every order correct until tonight when two dr. Peppers turned into two diet cokes. They are doing their best. Pretty good. 82% overall;)
The lady taking our order messed it up and when we got to the window we tried to correct it and even offered to pay the difference but the female manager continued to say “well you payed for this” after going back and forth of us trying to tell her what we had ordered and again offering to pay the difference she rolled her eyes and went and got us a small fry and proceeded to give it to us in a rude manner. We had ordered three regular chicken sandwiches, 2 large fries, and a medium fry and came home with two medium fries, a small fry, and 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. This was on Saturday the 1st of May. Otherwise service has been fine up until that point. I really hope chick fil a looks into this manager and how she treats her customers.
I celebrated my PhD earlier this evening in this delicious restaurant. happy to tell that we had a pleasant evening and the place was unquestionably one of the reasons for that fruitful event. The team participated in a gorgeous manner, the meals were delicious and my buddies were extremely pleased. We shall definitely visit again for more events. Thank you very much.
It was good except the person waiting on me ask me if I wanted a meal I said no just the sandwich and fries and a cup of water she do u want the I said just u can get the meal and dont have to get a drink I said y pay extra for a drink if Im not getting one u dont its one price if I dont get the drink is it cheaper she said no ok if I get a sandwich and waffle fries no drink its cheaper only water I want she ask someone else and she said the same thing no I dont want a drink ok they need to train people better before they run a register
5 stars to the worker today in the drive thru (October 27th @ 2pm) who dropped everything to run and assist a woman who needed medical attention after no one in line (other then my self and my grandmother) called police. The worker didn’t even think twice to go help the lady in need❤️
This was the only time that I had a disappointing visit. Ordered thru the app for pick up.. The store itself seemed in disarray. Maybe because it was almost closing time. The staff didnt seem happy. The server gave me my beverages and walked away. He then asked me did I need anything else....ummm yes the food! He then disappeared to the kitchen.
Their service is always good. They do their best to keep lines from getting back up. I love this store. But they last two times my orders have been messed up. One day i ordered a regular chick fil a sandwich and the packaging was for a regular one but the chicken was actually spicy. And this weekend i asked for no pickles on a spicy chicken sandwich but it had pickles.
During peak hours, you will not find a drive-through more efficient than this one anywhere. Its two lanes, and theres a person that takes payment outside in a booth, who I assume also makes sure the food comes out in the order people go through.As it gets a little later, it slows down a lot. In fact, I think it was quicker to go during lunchtime a few days ago than when I went at 9pm yesterday.The food is amazing, as is the food at every Chick-fil-A Ive ever been to. The employees are all really nice (again kind of a Chick-fil-A staple). They also do pup cups which makes it easy to get whipped cream in a cup for my dog, unlike at other places where I have to painstakingly explain what Im asking for.However, they did mess up a rather simple order I had, giving me a small cookies and cream shake with a cherry rather than a large vanilla with no cherry. Not the end of the world, but between that and the long wait, Im gonna go with 4 rather than 5 stars.
Grilled chicken was dirty. Showed them the chicken. Received the sandwich, the same way. When cooking on a grill it must be cleaned. My Husband has been a professor cook for over 20 years. There is a way you clean the grill, and certain tools must be used. It takes just a couple minutes to clean.This is not the first time at this location. Besides that usually great food, and service. The cooks must be coached.
What can I say, Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite restaurants. They have completely taken fast food by storm. Its a crazy concept, treat your customers with respect and they will come back. Give them good food and good service and they will come back. This restaurant out performs all other fast food places and theyre closed on Sunday! Good for you and God bless your establishment!
This specific location NEVER seems to get the order correct and the management needs training on how to provide excellent customer service. Management here is RUDE- so they should learn and begin w/ the “Good Customer Service 101!” One of the managers, I believe her name is Dominique (or something like that) made me feel like my incorrect order and missing fries was MY fault????! Wait! Isn’t Chick-fil-A a Christian organization... lacks its values at this Brookhaven CFA!!! Go to another not this one.
This place went downhill since October I’m not sure if it’s due to staff quitting/getting fired because I haven’t seen the usual morning staff in a while but they need a serious fix! The food still taste how chick fil a should it’s the employees that makes it horrible, especially in the morning time. Wait times are ridiculous, most of them are very unprofessional, order accuracy is almost way off each time. It’s ridiculous.
The food is always delicious, and this place in particular is ALWAYSSS crowded (chik fil a usually is) they manage to move at a good pace though! Never waiting too long in person. However, they NEVER FAIL to skimp out on the fries when you order through doordash. Every single time Ive ordered delivery Ive noticed the difference, it seems intentional at this point. Like theyre trying to pull a fast one 🙂 Things could be worse of course, but if youre paying for something thats usually great, you expect that same great service through delivery. Ill include a photo here somewhere for comparison, just look for it! Its is a medium (white carton) next to a large (red). Its like this every single time!
If zero stars were an option this place would have got zero stars from me. No warm welcomes or hellos just eye rolls and stares fries are almost always soggy and underdone nugget boxes are always greasy and falling apart I’ve only ever been to this location several times and each time I come I almost never see people of color working here and the ones I do see are always outside order taking in the cold!!! I have no idea who’s running this store but they need to do better! It’s unacceptable.
The food is good, if you ever get the right order you put in. Ive lost count how many times my order was not correct Im tired of going into the restaurant after I ordered through the drive-thru.Today was also quite a bit of a kicker for me. I have a 3-year-old that really needed to use the bathroom. She waited like a champion through the drive-thru line, and I took her inside as quick as I could. I know that the government likes to impose all sorts of restrictions right now, but they could have let a 3-year-old use the bathroom. I hope they never have to face a situation like that and have nowhere to go.I wanted posting a review like this for a long time, but Im pretty much over this specific Chick-fil-A.
By Chick-fil-A standards, this one seems to not quite hit the mark. I usually wind up waiting (for a standard order - no special requests) whether they are busy or not. Ive had boxes of fries pop open in the bag b/c they are just thrown in sideways, and everything jammed in one bag, filled to the top (no room to rollover and keep food warm) when two bags probably wouldnt have bankrupted the company.Ill usually take the extra time to go to Lima.
I can say that Chick-fil-A was on point. Ill go back again. The drive-thru line was easy as cake. For the exception it was 10 cars in front of me and I received my food no time. You give your name and order you out and no time. The staff was trained and respectful and well mannered.
Chick-fil-A is one of the most efficient fast food restaurants Ive ever been to, they are very fast with orders even when they are packed. The quality is consistently at the top as well. The staff is almost always friendly and I have yet to have any problems eating in, or taking out from Chick-fil-A.
My order was not up to par with other CFAs! I used the mobile app, like always. I requested 1 packet of salt and lite ice in my drink.My fries were soggy....so I didnt really need that packet of salt I didnt receive...because they were gross, and I have no idea how, because I waiting in line a good 25 minutes... There were other people in front of me! Lots of them. Second, my drink had so much ice in it Id be surprised if it had 8 oz of fluid in there. after waiting so long in line I wasnt going to get back in line I just left but I will never go to this site again.
They gave me a diet dr pepper i asked for a regular Coca-Cola and my fries wasnt filled to top they stuffed my napkins and ketchup on top of my fries making them soggy also. I just cant seem to win with my hard working money goes to waste when it comes to these fast food everything just cant be right unless I do it myself. And lets not mention the wait whats the purpose off so many ppl outside taking orders but the line still slow and my food couldnt be right with so many workers outside. $11.00 dallara waste and all I got was chicken fingers and fries damn chicken fingers the size of my kids nuggets🤔😬😔
I was kicked out while picking up a doordash order and told to order online because I cant wear the mask above my nose due to a sinus issue. The member of the staff who kicked me out said I should stay home and order online. I went outside and asked a girl worjing the drivethruefor the number for corporate due to how unprofessionally it was handled and the girl at the Drive thru said If you legitimately have a medical issue then you should stay home like a good citizen. The unprofessionalism combined with the fact that I have been to this location NUMEROUS times prior to this incident and it was never an issue made me feel singled out and discriminated against.
My 1st time there was ok. Even w all those people standing/working in the drive thru line it was still a bit of a wait & my nuggets were barely warm. Tried again today & wasnt a great visit. Couldnt see menu but 2 girls repeatedly asking for my order. Asked to wait until i moved up a bit so i could see menu & a girl took a plastic menu out of her pocket ( it was small print) & i thought she was handing it to me to look at. When i went to take the menu the girl said i couldnt hold it..she had to hold it for me. It would have made sense if it was large enough to be seen. It was also laminated & could have neen wiped off & sanitized. And no peach milkshakes!! We wait all year for those !! Couldnt tell me when/if they will be putting them on menu .Also was stuck on left of drive thru line & cars just kept being allowed to merge from the right side as i was trying to pull ahead. Isnt this why all the workers are out there? To keep things running smoothly? Its just confusing to me & really didnt make sense or seem to be necessary or helpful.I just ended up getting my aunt/umcle what they asked for & went home & made myself a pb&j..lol. I hear the 3rd time is the charm. ??!? Maybe ill try 1 more time in the future. Theres got to be a reason there are aalways so many cars when i go by.
This location does not understand gluten allergies/intolerance. I tried to order a number one *gluten free*. They said they were out of gluten free buns (3rd time this happened), but they could give me a grilled chicken cutlet instead. When I told them the gluten free number one still comes with a breaded cutlet they argued me and said well thats not gluten free. They do not understand that the breading is without wheat. It was incredibly frustrating so I just completely returned the order. GLUTEN IS WHEAT, NOT BREAD. PLEASE EDUCATE YOUR EMPLOYEES SO GUESTS DO NOT HAVE TO. Very disappointing.
This is the only chik fil a in the area that does not cater to people with gluten allergies. The gluten free buns they are supposed to carry have never been in stock any time I have tried to go here. They also refuse to acknowledge that other chik fila restaurants are capable of making gluten free fried chicken and tell me that the entire chain only sells grilled chicken as a gluten free meal.
Only been through drive through and every company in the world needs the guys & gals that work there. They are very friendly, professional and make getting my food easy.(and no, I dont know one person who works there for me to say this) Every trip I get the same service!!
Not that i, dislike 2day was my 3rd visit. In Brookhaven ....my experience..2day with 2 of your employees..1 inside from garden shop asked for help an he was very short in answering...as though..i was bothering..him then other outside collecting.carts .spoke VERY...RUDLY...over all i like LOWES....
Using the app to order is the way to go, we usually use the curbside pickup but tonight we tried the drive thru since it was raining...10 minute wait time in line😒. The grilled market salad is my favorite non sandwich option..so full of strawberries, cranberries, apples & chicken and an awesome apple cider dressing.

2022-04-20I guess being at the top is making them feel like they dont have to care. There very expensive at is. But if your willing to pay for it then thats a personal choice. But with that choice I want consistency. You go one day they give you a half filled Mac and cheese. But the 5 fries in a large container is ridiculous. And no they werent in the bag. Thats all I got I guess there 60 cents per frie.

2022-01-27Great fast food. I love all their chicken sandwiches and fries, but find the nuggets too salty. Still get 5 stars for the outstanding staff inside and out. Everyone is upbeat and well mannered despite how busy they are or how cold it is to work outside. The lines move fast no matter how many cars are in them. I have waited far longer in much shorter lines at other fast food restaurants.

2022-06-28I was not a believer in chick-fil-a until they opened one in my neighborhood. The food is great but what is even better is the service. They are always polite and cooperative especially with providing updates. Picking up my mobile order was smooth and was ready once I arrived. I also love doing doordash pick up from there due to how smooth and polite the service is.

2022-05-06We have been going to this Chick-fil-A since they opened. Always good and courteous drive thru. Yesterday the chickfila sandwiches were definitely over cooked and I bit into a pretty big piece of fat on my first bite. Very disappointed considering how good the food has always been.

2022-04-20Maddie R. literally went above and beyond for me. I had a 25 minute drive to bring my girlfriend a milk shake but I didn’t want it to melt. This very nice young lady put my drink on ice in another larger cup for me and I am very grateful! Thank you Maddie R.!!!!!

2021-05-05I went to my favorite Chickfila location to try the new Lemon Caesar Kale Salad. Its good but I dont need to get it again.The lemon dressing and topping is what really makes this salad pop....and that I got the chicken warm rather than cold....it taste much better that way.You can change the chicken to grilled, fried or spicy with nuggets, strips or the whole filet....and its the same price.I would try anything once, but I truly love the Kale Crunch Salad better and will stick with that.
